[Resolved]  MTNL Broadband — Disconnection

I regret to bring to your kind notice, my sad experience with getting an
MTNL internet connection installed at my home.
I had registered for an MTNL Broadband connection on 13 January 2008.

After making repeated phone calls, i got the connection installed on 25th
February.(i.e. after more than a month)

Then on 10th March, the connection got disconnected.
From that day onwards till today, nothing has been done about it.

I have made many complaints but the internet connection has not been
restored.

When called, the reply I get from the official is, "i dont know when ur
problem will be solved. Im not a docter. Dont call me again and again"

I have'nt even used the internet for two weeks.
Please look into the matter and arrange to get the internet restored at
the earliest.

I would also like to khow wheather the monthly charges towards the
internet connection would be proportionately discounted for the no. of
days the internet was not working.

i have mtnl broadband connection and the mtnl person are like ideats in hell. they dnt pay any attention to complaints. even the directory is full of numbers and emails from je to Gm to seniors. but noone pick up the phone it somehow rarely they pick then they talk like a animal or take complaints like a humour.


MY broadband connection automatically changed from 590 plan to 749 nu. without any notification . strange naa..

even for getting resolved complaint i have to keep calling again and again. but still not resolved more than a month. past now.
i m facing problems in adsl light but they even no one paying attention to complaints i have a list of complaint numbers but no one is doing something to sought it out.


all the bluddy [censored]s . Mtnl is .full of excuses.

some name of person who is acting like a dummy are.

The broadband connection on my telephone number[protected] has been performing erratically. The ADSL light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.

I registered a complaint about it on customer care (1504) and they gave me complaint number : 41601394 on 4th June'2008. They said the problem is with the frequency on my telephone line and would be rectified in 24 hours.

Nothing happened after that. No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem. I again telephoned customer care and this time they said that I should get in touch with Area Manager (Dwarka), New Delhi. I contacted him on 9th June'2008 after many dial attempts and he said that it will be done. Thereafter I received a call from MTNL asking me "aapka phone theek hai?" Before I could say that it is not the phone but the internet which is faulty.. the official disconnected the phone.

Nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
Even contacting Public Grievance Cell of MTNL on 23356666 and[protected]fax) has not yielded any positive response from MTNL.
Can anyone help?
My landline number is 27102302 this number is requently out of order . I install internet connection in March 2008 under plan DSL-199-256kbps. But I did't use it due to my landline phone . I want to disconnect my broadband connection . Please stop this I don't want to contiue it .
I have Service Connection. No is [protected].
I m using Unlimited Plan. 1st few Months I got good speed Between 180-200KBPS. Now last month and this month i got 25kbps.
Request to solve the problem.

i am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the mtnl broadband service.The mtnl customer service is the most pathetic service you will ever find they do not know the meaning of even c of customer service.I had given a request for connection on the june this year and i got the connection on the 24th of october 2008 in the evening.the very next day when i actually sit to enjoy high speed surfing as claimed i come to understand the fact the adsl connection has been disconnected from the exchange without any reason.After repeated complaints my connection has not been rectified upto date, Kindly help me with the same.

Also people who are actually planning to get an mtnl connection please think twice as you might just increase your telephone bill amount not because of long hours of surfing but for long hours of argument with the help desk people.

i have internet broadband connection on phone no 26169059 . internet speed is very low like download speed of 5 kbps which is nothing as compared to lowest speed of 256 kbps as claimed. besides this there is very frequent disconnections.
nothing seems to be working to correct this problem inspite of many requests. is any body from the department responsible of answerable for this?
please convey this message to the concerned officials;
my net is not working properly from last six months, i visit many time to dabri exchange (mr yadav irresponsible person ) connection speed is very low, adsl stable still destination net unreacable.
i call to area manager, mr. kurli, i wrote mail to area manager & gm broadband but no solution .
any one not visit at my premises. why mtnl make people fool.

i want to state that i live at village wazirabad, Ramghat, Wzirabad.delhi.there is no any type of internet facilite is available in this area while it is just near the centre of delhi. there are many users also.
so it is request to you kindly to the needful and give us internet line here as soon as possible.

Broadband (MTNL) — Disconnection of broadband

I am facing problem with my disconnection of existing Broadband connection .I have applied for disconnect the same on 23rd Jan.09 .But the same has not yet been done inspite of my several visit to the nearest Sarita Vihar Sanchar Hat & moreover the charges are impounding everymonth without any use of the said broadband.

I have completely stopped using the broadband since Dec.2008.

I have visited many times & meet the concerned persons who gave me false promise of makign the disconenction very soon.But still the charges are added up to my telephone bills every month.I am fade-up with the services & will be very happy to disconnect totally the Phone no.

I am not going to pay the extra charges been added-up since Feb.09 for the Braodband connection.You are requested to see the matter & deduct the extra amount being added to my phone bill at the earliest.

The people sitting at Sarita Vihar Sanchar hat always takes the matter casually, for which consumers are suffering.

It is requested to disconnect my Broad band & deduct the amount added for the last months & send me the fresh revised bill only for my telephone.

A total amount of Rs.1700.00 has to be deducted from my telephone bill & then only I will continue to pay my telephone bill otherwise I will be very happy to disconnect my telephone no.

sir, my mtnl no is 27860281. i have a 599 unlimited combo with 256 kbps plan. but i get only 120-130 kbps speed. when i saw the activity section o[censored]r net then there was packets sent more but receive less. but actually hona opposite chahiye.. please solve my problem immediately

MTNL — Disconnection of Broadband services

Our internet connection for the telephone number 24314814 has not been working since last 3 weeks.
We have lodged 4 complaints already. However, no action has been taken. Please look into the matter.

I have broadband connection on my telephone no.26198796. there is frequent discontion. my work is distrupted. i have been making complaint to one Mr. AK Singh ( tel no.[protected] to rectify the defect. he said that there is some defect in the cable fitting and that he would get it rectified soon. he made the promise in mid february. when the "soon " will come, he only knows. very poor service. this needs to be improved deputing experienced technicians.

i am having unlimited use plan 599. i come to understand that 100 calls are free under the scheme. i am getting only 36 calls free. why this discremination. please explain. regards,
