My self Basu Amal Kumar.My MTNL Telephone no is 23634268.bill no is ; [protected].TARIFF PLAN is MTNL economy.my mtnl phone bill for the month of December 1/12/2008-31/12/2008 is been shown as 5, 770/-.Its complete ridiculous ..., this plan is complete fake and my bill is very high..the broadband usage shows 5585.00 MB...How absurd..it seem they r charging per MB or hour.

I am not receiving MTNL bills on time as a result every time I will have to collect the duplicate bill copy from the MTNL centers/or pay the penalty for late payment.

NON UPDATION OF PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH CHEQUE

Respected Sir

I am fedup of calling the people at the MTNL office in BANDRA KURLA complex for my payment updations.
No one picks up the call at any number. I have been trying to call the account officer as well but to no avail. Some 2 to 3 payment of my MTNL GARUDA BILL (Pnone no[protected] which I made through cheques have not yet been updated.

Not Getting Speed As Per Plan

VERY SLOW SPEED

i am using TriB_Combo_Unlimitedv2 plan .my phone number is[protected] . my broadband speed should be 256 kbps.
my downloading speed become very slow reduced from 200 kbps to 20 kbps since last one and a half month .i have done many complaints on 1504 and numerous e-mails, but my downloading speed is not increasing. even though mtnl's employee are help less to me.
please any body help me...

Pathetic services of MTNL/AKSH Optifibre

I ordered MTNL IPTV on Dec 26th 2008.and it was installed on a separate phone No. 28532915 in January 2009. . However since since then I have been facing the problem with the same. The screen freezes after every 20 seconds and I am not able to watch any programme.I even informed the same to the customer care on 17th Jan 09 vide Complaint No. [protected]. I applies for I control connection and paid advance money cheque on 30.12.2008. inspite of several calls and complaint filed by me on IPTV - there has been no rectification even after 12 days. most Channels are not shown

I have purchased IPTV scheme from MTNL from last 2 months, as per the scheme of IOL 199, 165 channels were suppose to be shown, which mainly includes: Package of Zee TV, Sony, Star TV, Sports channel Ten Sports, Movie channels of HBO, Sony Pix, star movies, news channels, All Door Darshan channels and etc. this was costing of Rs199/- per month. Slow speed and always disconnect

I am Narendra from delhi, tel No- 2989493 Using MTNL Broadband (plan-Unlimited, Seppe-256 kbps),

I am facing so many problem in MTNL Broadband, its speed is very slow, uploading 10 kbps and downloading 25 kbps, it is also always disconnecting. I complained so many times to the customer care number(1504), every time they just forward my complain but didn't send any technician to solve the problem, I contacted to the area...

We subscribed for MTNL IPTV in Nov but till date no one has come up to start the connection.My money is wasted and i am unawar how do i unsubscribe and get my money back?

Dear Concern,
I am MTNL broadband subscriber in delhi, my No is[protected].
the problem is with MTNL's internet services, some times it stops responding and you need to restart the modem several times and it works fine for 3-5 minutes and same problem again...
also it has blocked several sites, these sites fails to open and it show "page can not be found" or it simply takes URL to search page.

Worst Customer Service

I have been experience trouble connecting to the internet since this new year 2009 because my telephone line is faulty. I have lost count of the number of times I called MTNL and broadband complaint dept and all I got was "call them not us" they gave some number where no body picked and that was the end of the story. I have a unlimited broadband plan and I pay Rs.1000 every month and I get this kind of pathetic service. The system...

Frequent disconnect of connection

I am using MTNL Triband installed with my phone no.[protected]. It became disconnected just after logged on frequently. I have tried to complaint the same at Phone No.22221504 mentioned in the monthly bill, but we have not received any reponse. Kindly sort out my problem immediately failing which i would be constrant to approch to consumer court....

Addition of a Play tune.

In the dolphin, there is no callers tune of Buddhists;
The dolphin service provider is requested to include some callers tunes (play tunes) of Buddhism.
Example:
Buddham Sharnam Gachchhami from the movie/album Buddham Sharnam Gachchhami.

To lister the same you may pleasse listen it from one of the airtel number [protected].

mtnl connection not working properly

hi sir,
This s ravish here i have a mtnl broadband connection from last 2 month my internet is not working properly and nobody attend my complaints i have complained regarding my internet problem so many times but no responce from your side i am paying my bill on time than what is the problem from your side i don't know. Please rectify my problem if possible otherwise i have to go in the consumer court.please take immidiate action...

promised speed not provided

mtnl website claims a minimum of 256kbps in its triband unlimited 256 kbps. on joining i was provided with about 150 kbps and i had no problem with that. But then the speed reduced to pathetic 25kbps. i complained to mtnl customer care & they said the complaint has been forwarded and would soon be looked after but since a month the speed is still 25 kbps....
