Respected sir, i m very sad and angry too much because of last night behaviour of ccs by the time of 23:15 pm in mtnl i respectly asked him "sir i want to activate gprs in my connection "he asked me how much balance i had presently, i told him that i dont know exactly then he said that when u had more than 50 rs then call us then i said plz gave me full information about my asked question but he ignored to give it when i told him y then he said "agar apko jayada ata hye toh aap meri jagah pe aake baith jaiye " then i told what the hell r u talking how r u talking then this person couldnt understand wat was i said him in english he couldnt get it then i as k him hindi and also warned him if he did so then i will go for a complaint against u then this illiterate person said abruptly "jo kar sakta hye woh kar le" and also told his name very ideately suman then i dissconnect my call and try to ask my problem from another one but up to 20 min no one was there to recieve my call. SO sir if in this way these persons doing their duty then how we general people use best service of mtnl because of this type of irresponsible person using their vulgar to handle us so i want that u take hard action against this type of ideat person i hope u will do for us, my no is [protected]

    Inspite of repeated complaints for one way phone on my phone no. 25286720 since 9.5.2009, no body from MTNL is turning to attend. Concerned lineman never visits the house for this as well as for braod band complaints. Durinmg previous 3 months of broadband he has visited only once to inform that he was not well in previous week and in case of certain problem we should surrneder the connection conveyed by him from phone no. 20596096 at about 10 am on 7.4.2009), name he was not disclosing .
    I request MTNL authorities to either rectify the one way problem and provide service or get the connection disconnected.

      MTNL — mtnl landline out of order

      My mtnl landline is out of order since 5-6 days.
      I hereby request you to kindly look into the problem as soon as possible.
      Thank you.
      Kindly mail my MTNL Landlines phone no.25071555 outgoing and incoming details on my e.mail address i.e. lakhmi.[protected]@nic.in for month of January, February, 2010. If there is no provision, kindly implement this system on the internet for this facility as any custormer have the right under the RTI Act, 2005.

        Hi,

        I am a resident of Sector 1, New Panvel (E). I am facing problem with my broadband for past 1 week. Itried calling in New Panvel Exchange but got no response. All that what I got is that they will be sending a mechanic to get the things done but still no hopes. MTNL boasts of consumer care and this is the outcome of consumer care I got which is my internet still not working.

        I also called the customer care number and they said to call back at 198. After lodging a complaint at 198 also I didnt get any response.

        If MTNL wants be be a market player then it has to definitely improve its customer care department.

        Please look into the matter ASAP.

        Myself Meraj Sayed I have filled online form for new connection on 24th October 2011 and made the online payment. After the payment I have received the message that there is in server problem I will received the confirmation later . but till date I have not received any confirmation from your side … I have called several time in your call centre, Mira MTNL office, and Your officer who manages the Naya nagar location. Mr. Dubey : [protected] but no is giving my right answer even I have personally visited the mira road mtnl office they said they don’t have any record for online payment, I need to visit BKC because server is put up in BKC, surprised to know this . Every time I call them and they will provide me with new contact number. My Bank statement showing me two transaction number ( MHDF [protected]-mtnl Mumbai ) and other reference number is [protected] ….

        Kindly help me and resolve the issue

          My Tel no is 28463500, my bill no is:[protected] adn my consumer no is:[protected]. I have received an excess amount in my bill for the period of september-october.The have charged me montly retal from may where else i started using triband from october and i also have noticed that the download their system shows is wrong . after booking two tickets on indanrail .gov.in, it showed be 88.0 MB of download.i have filled complaints but no one listens and they take consumer for grated and not even speak properly with them.

          u are right.there is no. o[censored]nauthorized usage of broadband connection in mtnl and especially if it is new connection.and i[censored] report mtnl officials will turn deaf ears which shows their involvment.
          i was given modem which was not mtnl stamped and later they were refusing to take it back.
          my usage details shows 64 mb usage in just 36 mints.
          later i found the solutions.
          after taking connection first thing u should do is:

          lock ur telephone by using dynamic locing facilty
          124 (code) (code)
          code is 4 digit u want to keep
          all calls lock 123 code 4
          open 123 code 1/0

          second change modem password which is by default ur ca no.

          go to register.mtnldelhi.in
          then open ur 192.168.1.1 for delhi which is modem configuration and change the password with same as register.mtnl.in

          also change password at view bill segment of mtnl web site.

          I HOPE EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS AND STOP UNAUTHORISED USAGE BY MTNL OFFICIALS.

          SAME PROBLEM FACED BY ME I GET THE TARRIF LAN CHANGE AS MY USAGE WAS LIMITED IN MAR BUT THE CURRENT BILL IS 5 TIME HIGH.

I have received an excess amount in my bill for the period of september 09.they have charged me Rs901 for using broadband only from 25 Sept-09 to 30 Sept 09 (i.e for 06 days). For rest of the month I was outstationed and not using the services. Kindly provide me the bill details.

          MTNL — tri band excess bill

          1st week of october, 2009, both land line connection and triband connection were installed under 249 combo plan. At the end of the month, when i checked the usage, i found a bill of Rs.9,000/-. For a single month, it is Rs9,000?. I have reported with MTNL.

            I had discontinued my telephone[protected] on[protected] and my CMR NO. was 19751. And I had paid my last bill of rs. 556/- on[protected].
            However I had received a refund of Rs. 2389/- out of Rs 3000/- after deducting my last bill (RS 556/-) I had submitted the xerox copy of the paid bill in Dec' 2005 at Versova exchange.
            However I had not yet recd the balance refund.
            Please do the arrangement at your earliest.

                Sir,
                As I have talked to your office today on phone and I was directed to write an application and Fax & mail the same, this is to request you that I have MTNL connection[protected] with Broad band plan – 199. Last month I used not more then hundred MB, but I had to pay a bill of Rs- 817.09 for Broad band only, which too much. I was told to pay the bill and then complaint about this. I have paid the bill. Yesterday I for the first time in November 2008 I used net at about 8 p.m. for half an hour approx. I do not have printer. I hardly have open ten to fifteen pages. When I talked to 1504, they told me that net was used for that period-182 MB. I can not understand this. He was not able to understand and reply. I am told that net was used on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th 13th and on 19th. I was out of Delhi till 10th Nov. Kindly lock the net immediately and enquire about. How net can be used when I am out of Delhi.
                Wires are hanging in my block. There is no DP. I have earlier also requested to have DP to MTNL.
                It is not possible for me to pay Rs- 1698 every month, without using net.
                Kindly solve my problem, other wise I have to shift from MTNL connection to some other.

                For more than '6' Months I am not getting the internet facility from Internet but every month internet bill is charging in my telephone bill[protected].I called several times & got information that if your telephone is disconnected for more than 45 days then internet will automatically disconnected & manual application form to be submitted to MTNL office.
                Why MTNL is charging when the broad band is already disconnected.
                I badly need internet connection at home but because of this problem I am availing the facility from Local Cyber Cafe.
                Please refund the broand band charges which was charged from the last '6' months unnecessarily or adjusted in my future bill once it is get connected.

                Response th the MTNL staff is very hopeless &callous attitude towards customer problem.Please do the needful at the earliest.

                Respected Ma'm,
                You should opt for unlimited broadband from MTNL which is very economical and the rental is about Rs. 600/- . You can dowload or upload a lot and absolutely there is no limit for usage.

                The net bill amount for the month of May is Rs 1516.21. I've checked the bill and I've utilized exact number of free calls as it was granted. Also, internet data didn't exceed the limit. Till April, the bill was around Rs 700 but the bill for the month of May is more than double.

                May I know what is possible reason behind this irregularity in bill amount. I also need to know the details of internet uses

                  Dear Sir,

                  I'm very sorry to saying this that after sendig mail regarding false meter reading and unwanted bill for my tel. No. 25781867 no action was taken.
                  I wrote a written complaint on 25/10/2008 to Powai Telephone Exchange
                  but no action was taken till date and a new bill was generated of amount rs. 1223.00 for ten days for said tel. no.

                  I have two mobile phones ([protected] & [protected]). I take a mtnl landline phone only for emergency incoming calls. I have not use on this huge level. I also talk to Mrs. Nair in Powai Tel. Exchange and Submit a copy of written Complaint and Mrs. Tendulkar in Accounts Department in Surya Nagar ( Kailash Commercial Complex)on Tel. No. 25792343 but no satisfactory response given to me.

                  I agree with your problem but this may be due to somebody making calls with your line. If you are still using the MTNL Landline, I am suggesting you to use Dynamic Lock on your Telephone Line.

                    Internet is not working

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am using your MTNL Broadband ( TriB 250 Combo).
                    since installation, internet is not working properly. there is a lot of disconnection during surfing.speed is too bad. I am hardly able to open a website or to download a small file of 2-3 MB.

                    Kindly do the needful at earliest.

                      Disconnect of Telephone and Internet.

                      I am sharing this painful experience of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 5 months back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made several complaints to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. My telephone connection is 27581180 and I want to disconnect my telephone and internet connection from today if self.

                      MTNL — Disconnetion of Phone and Internet

                      Disconnect of Telephone and Internet.

                      I am sharing this painful experience of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 5 months back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made several complaints to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. My telephone connection is 27581180 and I want to disconnect my telephone and internet connection from today if self.

                        Sir,
                        I am highly perturbed by the RECURRING DEFECTS in the VOIP line at your Exchange.
                        In a month the phone is hardly in working condition for 10 days.
                        Complaints are attended to only after a few days, when we persist.

                        Your Engineer say that the DP goes dynamic [ I don't understand this].
                        I am with my wife and we both are senior citizens, who wish to talk
                        to our children in USA. But are always interrupted due to defect.

                        NOW THE PHONE was NOT WORKING AT DIWALI TIME.
                        THIS IS NON-SENSE.

                        When the VOIP Phone was advertised, it was clearly stated that
                        it will be on the Same Line, as the exhisting Land Phone [No.[protected]]
                        & NO computer is required.

                        The staff sent by you is neither properly trained nor equipped. If they need
                        a modern Lap Top for repair work then they should bring it with them.
                        I have an old DELL INSPIRON 7000 with one USB Port only.

                        When your Staff is un-successful in Repairs, they start blaming either the
                        Lap Top or the Tel. Line. But the fault is always at your Exchange/Server.

                        For example the Modem is logging on only at 192.168.1.2 and DYNAMIC ISP.
                        Any effort to fix it at ISP: PPPOE/OA is fruitless.

                        PLEASE SEND SOME ONE WELL TRAINED & WELL EQUIPPED TO FIX
                        MY INTERNET & VOIP lines expeditiously.

                        You must look into the matter. If the things can not be mended,
                        I will seek REFUND for Triband and VOIP modems [instead of two modems,
                        which I have paid for, only one is left by your personnel].
                        I think there shall be more service providers in India.

                        I shall be thankful if you can get my VOIP-Phone & INTERNET fixed up URGENTLY
                        latest by 16th Nov., 2008.

                          Harresment and miss behavior of Your Sub Divisional Engineer Mr. R.B.Mishra from Rajiv Complex Chembur Mumbai for reactivating my Garuda Mobile No. 20555330 from last 5 days and when today again I requested for activating my above said phone Mr. R. B. Mishra told me to throw my handset in dustbin and warned me not to come to him since he is not responsible nor he is working for us. Mr. R. B. Mishra also infromed that it will make no difference for him if I make any complaint against him to the higher authority which was realy surprising for me to hear this from such a responsible person of your department. Now it is upto your end to take appropriate action on the subject matter. I am also forwarding the complaint to ministry of telecomunication, chief secratary maharashtra state.

                            The dolphin mobile services in Delhi is completely disturbed since 17.5.2009. The service provider, MTNL Delhi has issued advertisement in the dailies explaining their position but never say even a word at what time the said services will be restored. Whether this is a fair on the part of service provider?

One technician deputed who restored the connection by joining the broken wire.

                            Since could not be able to use the services due to lapses by MTNL between[protected] to[protected], MTNL should not charge monthly rent for this period. What I need to do for this ?

                              Their combo plan means a combination of calls and broadband internet means no rental for telephone. I am a new subscriber of this combo plan I got my first bill according to their combo calculations (without telephone rental) but in next bill they charged Telephone Rental Rs. 233/-.
                              I rushed to Tis Hazari Telephone Exchange and asked them for the same error but the person in accounts was already entertaining another subscriber with the same rental problem in combo plan.
                              No solution I got and paid the bill. But if they repeat the mistake in my future billing then what will I have to do? Please guide me.

                                I have to lodge a serious complaint regarding the Broadband internet connection on my phone number 25949399 at Nangloi. This phone number is working properly but the internet connection has not been working and gets disconnected immediately even if it starts sometimes.

                                I have been facing this problem for past four months and I have complained at various numbers such as 1504 (MTNL) and we also contacted local authority several times and they all blame other department for such problems. We had also contacted local authority’s phone number 25944080 and from there we got the contact number of Mr. Khurana working in MTNL and whose phone number is [protected]. In spite of responding to my queries, he misbehaved and used foul language and said this kind of problem is not his responsibility.

                                The service of MTNL is very poor and they provided me Docket Number [protected]. And after 4 months of continual reminder, no action has been taken to repair the internet connection.

                                From my experience never depend on the Government agency.

                                  We got a new MTNL landline connection in Delhi in June-end. We went for a combo unlimited plan (Rs. 899) wherein unlimited internet was being offered for the month of July. On 29 July, we made a request for changing the plan to 250 combo on 1500(customer care number) where we were given a request no. and assure dthat the plan would change in the next billing cycle starting from August 1. However we were surprised to see the bill of August which was delivered on September 15 that the plan had not been changed and they had charged us according to previous plan. On complaint, they said they don't keep requests and complaint information for more than one month and they would change the plan in the next billing cycle.
                                  Thus, we were billed wrongly for the month of August and September. Despite several oral, online and written complaints, the matter has not been redressed till now.

                                  We have been harassed financially and psychologically for no fault of ours. Moreover, the MTNL people are bent on proving us wrong by saying they don't have any requests registered from our side.

                                  My land line number is 26863717 with MTNL Delhi.

                                  Every month, I am billed Rs.250/- on account of landline rental and Rs.300/- as other debits for using the broadband and another Rs.68/- as service tax on this amount of Rs.(250+300).

                                  I have never exceeded my free calls quota and the free download quota of 2500 MB.

                                  Despite the fact that Braodband usage during the month of January 2009 is only 1250MB, MTNL has billed me Rs.883/- as other debits for using the broadband plus service tax of Rs.136/- on this amount of Rs.(250+883).

                                  Can you help me in reversing the excess billing of Rs.583/- on account of other debits and another Rs.68/- on account of access service tax.

I received bill of month october 2008 is 835 rupees but in the details, the amount of outgoing charge is 729.15 rupees instead of 284.05 rupees . Kindly correct my bill . The problem of incorrect bill received 3-4 times in year 2008. lastly we never received bill in time.infact i think you peoples are compelling publc for non payment.

                                    Hence i requested to you kindly correct the bill send the revised bill of month oct.2008.

I received bill of month October 2008 is Rs184.00 but in details i have not used my Dolphin SIM Card for the month of October except 2-3 days. And on those 2-3 days i have not used my Mobile as such as Rs184. It seems that i am paying my dolphin bill in 'extras' for months and i have not noticed it before. This is not done.
                                    So please kindly correct my bill and send the latest bill as soon as possible.

When I did not get the bill how coucld I make pay for the same in time. So, why should I pay late charge. My suggestion is that timly despatch the bill and if I do not make payment then chage fine.                                     I am having two No. MTNL dolphin connections[protected] & [protected] and mostly pay the bill of both through one cheque. However during the month of January-09 I paid the bill of both the above conections vide cheque No.949204 and received a message on No. [protected] that the amount has been credited in my account on dated 22.01.2009 However the message on the other No. was received on 29.01.2009 and due to this Rs.10/- have been levied during the month of 2/2009 in the bill for no fault of mine How is it possible that only one cheque has been cleared in two different dates. Such an astonishing fact can only be seen in the MTNL for which i have to pay Rs.10/- extra which should be refunded immediately. Though I talked on the customer care No.1500 but without any result and this amount of Rs.10/- have not been refunded hoping that this message would be read and the sleeping persons at billing with open eyes refund my Rs.10/-

                                    I have Dolphin Mobile connection No. [protected]. I have got Bill for Rs. 706/- for the month of February'09. In this connection it is pointed out that Rs. 585/- has been shown against Short Message Usage and Rs. 43/- against Outgoing Airtime charges. The total amount of Rs. 628/- has been shown for SMS & sending pictures etc. In this connection, I have to inform you that nither I have done any SMS to anybody nor sent any picture to anybody. Infact, I have Nokia set 2600 in which there is no Camera, Bluttooth facilities etc.which is required to send picture from Mobile.

                                    It is therefore requested that bill should be rectified and a revised Bill may please be sent to me, so that I can make payment. Further my connection of Mobile may please be disconnected immediately. I am not satisfied with the services provided by Dolphin MTNL.

Earlier, I used to get message on mobile about the payment as reminder. Please send SMS on mobile about the payment for early payment without any late fee.

                                    MTNL — Excessive Bill Amount

                                    This is really disappointing that despite my continuous complain I haven’t heard back from MTNL.

                                    I have been continuously saying that I requested MTNL to change my plan to unlimited download in the month of May 2009 however the plan never changed and due to that I received bill amount for Rs. 4757 for the month of June 2009.

                                    The agent who picked up my phone never bothered to update database and hence didn’t gave me any request number but I believe being a telephone service provider company you can easily check the date and time when I called MTNL

                                    I am also worried that I will receive the same amount of bill in the month of July 2009 as I was not aware that my request for the plan change never happened

My complain is, I dont get network coverage. when I reach delhi I face little problem whereas after reaching gurgaon it always shows no sign of connectivity. It is escaleted just after the MTNL's strike.May be transmiting/receiving tower working in low power. It is deliberate action by some of the MTNL's staff to give due advantage to its compitators. DO you have any nodal agency to look into it and get it rectified at the earliest.

                                    DOLPHIN MOBILE POST PAID CARD — Excessive billing without using mobile

                                    My mobile no is [protected] . I rarely receive my mobile bill. I have no problem receiving my Land Line bill. Also my house is barely 500m from Sanchar hat in Dwarka Sector 6, New Delhi. Despite my regular complaint to your office the situation has not changed. Also your Billing View site does not have the data post Mar 09. I am fed up of the problem and want you to ensure that the bill is delivered to me. I need the bill to claim the reimbursement from my office. Please look into thew matter. Also I need the Bills of Sep 09 and Oct 09. In case it is not possoble to address my problem do let me know so that I can surrender mu connection. There are numerous service providers willing to provide me better service.

                                    Sir,

                                    My bill for the month of October, 2009 is Rs. 3, 833/-. This is far more than my usual bills and is not remotely near my usage. I called the Customer Care service to inquire about the same and I was informed that the excessive charges were for my GPRS usage. I have stopped using my GPRS service since March, 2008. I had lodged a complaint to this effect on 20.11.2008 (addressed to the Account Officer, MTNL Dolphin, New Delhi). I was given a complaint number: [protected] by the Customer care service. Henceforth, I was told that the complaint was in process. I also lodged a complaint through an email on 23.11.2009. On 24.11.2009, in response to my email, I was asked to fax the complaint to Billing Department of MTNL Dolphin on [protected]. Later I found that the fax number abovementioned had changed to [protected]. So I sent the fax to the Billing Department of MTNL Dolphin on 26.11.2009.

                                    On 25.11.2009, my telephone service has been disconnected. This is to bring to your notice that there has been a billing error. Kindly rectify the billing error and restore the telephone service at the earliest; failing which, I shall be forced to take legal action in this regard.

                                    On 01.12.2009 I sent a friend of mine to Idgah Telephone Exchange to enquire about the status of my complaint. He was informed that my bill for September, 2009 included charges for GPRS usage when as stated earlier I have deactivated GPRS usage since March, 2008. Further, it is requested that you may kindly verify and recheck my bills for the months of July, 2009, August, 2009, September, 2009 and October, 2009 as I find that the bill amounts in all the said months are sufficiently higher than my usual bills.

                                    Subsequently the bills for October and November 2009 were corrected and the bill amount for the said months came upto Rs.527/- in total. However I have received through SMS my bill for December 2009 of Rs.3211/-. This is again a very high billing amount, much more than my actual usage. I have already gone through a lot of mental harassment and trauma because of the previous inflated bills. Now this bill for December 2009 has further increased my mental trauma.

                                    [protected] for last 4 years.I received bill of month June is Rs 1150, with call charges of Rs 860. however, looking at the itemised bill, its only Rs 261. similar thing happened last month, when i had to shell more than Rs 900 with same billing issue.

                                    I have 3 Dolphin coinnections, mine being [protected]. It never has signal, call drop is frequent and one conversation needs to be completed in 5-7 calls. Even when I tried to call the customer care, the call dropped several times and I could not register myt complain! And all the while the person at the other end kept saying whast is ur complain?where do you face problem and I told him all Delhi!
                                    It is useless and hopeless service. I am waiting for number portabilty to move on as it a an old number.Since then I have taken one aitel and one vodasfone connection and have never faced problems! Is MTNL listening?

                                      I have applied to mtnl delhi sanchar hat for disconnection of icontrol T.V. connection at my telephone no.[protected] vide their O.B.no.2487/2488 on 11/9/08 but ispite of several reminders they are not refunding the s.d.amount of Rs.999/. As per terms s.d.amount is refundable within 15 days of disconnection.

                                      My C.A.No.[protected] i got the MTNL Connection in 24.12.1996 and deposited Rs.3000/- as security deposit, after the surendder the same no. on dtd.05.9.08 i got only Rs.1943/- and in statement you sawing Rs.2280/- deposit please check and replay me as soon as possible
