False meter Reading & false bills

Dear Sir,

I'm very sorry to saying this that after sendig mail regarding false meter reading and unwanted bill for my tel. No. 25781867 no action was taken.
I wrote a written complaint on 25/10/2008 to Powai Telephone Exchange
but no action was taken till date and a new bill was generated of amount rs. 1223.00 for ten days for said tel. no.

Internet is not working

Dear Sir,

I am using your MTNL Broadband ( TriB 250 Combo).
since installation, internet is not working properly. there is a lot of disconnection during surfing.speed is too bad. I am hardly able to open a website or to download a small file of 2-3 MB.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.

Or Plz disconnect your services without any further delay, if you cant provide me a good services.br...

Disconnect of Telephone and Internet.

I am sharing this painful experience of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 5 months back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made several complaints to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. My telephone connection is 27581180 and I want to disconnect my telephone and internet connection...

Why do they charge rental in combo plan

Their combo plan means a combination of calls and broadband internet means no rental for telephone. I am a new subscriber of this combo plan I got my first bill according to their combo calculations (without telephone rental) but in next bill they charged Telephone Rental Rs. 233/-.

We got a new MTNL landline connection in Delhi in June-end. We went for a combo unlimited plan (Rs. 899) wherein unlimited internet was being offered for the month of July. NON REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

I have applied to mtnl delhi sanchar hat for disconnection of icontrol T.V. connection at my telephone no.[protected] vide their O.B.no.2487/2488 on 11/9/08 but ispite of several reminders they are not refunding the s.d.amount of Rs.999/. excess billing

I always receive two bills in a month. So far I have paid them all but I wonder how? 5-6 days after paying the first bill another bill comes in the same month.
I asked for itemised bill but they dont oblige me.
Authority may look into this and stop profiteering by fooling the user....

cheating consumers

sir this complaint is regarding all the users of mtnl having a night unlimited plan.
sir we are asked to switch off and on our modem at 12:00 midnight and before 8:00 am so that we are not charged for the usage. although i am unable to understand when the technology is available then why dont mtnl does it in the billing automatically.why should we always keep it switching on and off if technology is concerned then why dont my usage...

2996485, IMPROPER CONNECTION OF INTERNET AND THEIR BILL CHARGES

I AM SUFFERING FROM INTERNET SERVICE OF MTNL. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER SERVICE OF INTERNET, BUT THEY PROVIDED THE FULL BILL OF IT. I AM DOING REGULARLY COMPLAINT OF IT ( 25TH SEPT 2008, NO. IS 867) PHONE NO. IS 29964851 NAME OF INDERJEET.
THEY ALWAYS SAID YOUR CABLE WILL BE STOLEN AND WE CANT PROVIDE INTERNET TO YOU.
CAN I SAY THAY, THEY CAN ONLY GENERATING THE BILL REGULARLY.
PLEASE SIR LOOK THIS MATTER PROPERLY...
