Broadband connection intermittent

I have been a loyal user of MTNL landline, broadband and now IP TV services, but i am saddened by the attention that my complaints are getting.

I need a VPN connection for doing some office work and since the connection is so bad and fails at regular intervals, this takes a heavy toll on my broadband and IP TV experience.

I earnestly request you to take an early action.

bad services from cdma mtnl

even though after same management for mtnl and mtnl garuda(cdma) there is a vast difference in services between the two. there is no one to attend garuda's complaint regarding internet service or billing services.
after several complaints in writting there neither any response nor any improvement from their side.

Plan change

I had changed my plan from the existing 256 kbps unlimited to the 512 kbps unlimited. However the change has still not taken effect while your customer care people say it has been done and they do not have any idea what to do about this. I would like to inform you in advance i will not be paying for something i dont recieve. And if still nothing happens within the next 24 hours i would get some other service provider for the phone and internet....

Internet not working...when needed the most

I live in west delhi rani bagh...about a year ago i subscribed for mtnl internet ...for 5 months it worked smoothely...bt then there started lots of problem in the conectivity...lots of times i complaint at customer center ...bt they just said that "its not our work to solve this problem...its up to the line-man"...then i called up the line-man and told him the problem...he said that the transmission wires resposible for the comminication...

disconnection of internet

Sir,

I took internet connection through my landline MTNL Phone No.25032320 last month. For the past 3-4 days when we open internet, it shows "cannot find server". Kindly look into into the matter at the earliest....

internet connection slow and keeps on disconnecting

I am using MTNL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TELEPHONE Number:[protected] with 256kbps unlimited plan and the speed for first 2 months was around 150kbps and now it doesnot cross more than 25 kbps and also the connection keeps on disconnecting and since last two days i am trying to download a 10 MB file and failed so many times.
The service is all time worse....

Customer Call Centers - Nobody picks up the Phone

Hi

I recently experienced a horrendous experience with MTNL toll-free numbers provided for Customer Care.

My Broadband plan was put undera wrong plan and so I decided to call their toll-free number 1504.

After I selected the 0 option to talk to customer care, automated response told me that the waiting time is 1.5 min. To my surprise I held the line for 17min and no body reponded. All I was told...

Land line

My land line is dead for last 7 days, and every time i make an internet complaint, i get a docket number and the complaint remians unsolved. When i track the compaint status as per the docket number, the docket number vanishes...It goes on for last 7 days. It is belapur MTNL branch. Every time when i call complaint registering telephone number it is always busy....

Wrong Billing

IPTV installed on my telephone[protected]nthough stopped functioning properly during very first month of its installation and despite number of complaints lodged in this connection remained unattended MTNL charged me for the services they never rendered satisfactorily.

Even the complaints made to them regarding unjust and unfair billings too have remained unattende.

Please, therefore help me resolve my grievance...
