Broadband down from the last 4 days

Sir,
The broadband at Delhi MTNL Phone No.[protected] in the name of Ratnesh Kumar Mishra R/o- C-15/16-2, Hastal vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 is disturbed due to vMac problem since[protected]. I have called the customer care for at least 50 times.But no solution has been provided. I am unable to do my online works. I get several types of reply like...

Disconnection of all phone Lines

Always we receive the bills after due date, thus we have to collect the duplicate bills from MTNL local office prior to due date and we always pay our bill via CITIBANK online payment system before due date.

Network quality

Hi,
i am a delhi mtnl prepaid subscriber.for the apst 3 months, the network quality of MTNL has been worse.even today subscribers r facing frequent call drops, cross connection, voice break etc etc.the list is so long......

free MBbs allotted are less den the plan's limit

Dear sir/madam,

As applicable from the 1st of September MTNL BROADBAND announced an increased 200 MBs for the "DSL_199_256kbps" PLAN, i.e. before that there used to be an allowed 400 MBs for the Rs 199 plan but from 1st September they increased this limit to 600 MBs.
But when i checked my account for the left MBs of the month, around 118th of this month, i got to know that i have been allotted the same 400...

very poor service and speed

Hey guys, even i am facing the same issue. At first it worked well. The down. speed was good and DTR was decent to 200kbps but now its drastically reduced to snail speed. And making lots of complaints, there is no solution. These illeterate fools and don't even know what's broadband and why people require speed. All these bloody govt. officials they never work and they don't want to take any action at all. You guys have any...

I am using MTNL Broadband connection.From last 5-6 Months I am facing problem in Internet connection, some times It gets Connected or some times not .Most of the time its ADSL link continously blinking due to which I am unabel to browse any site. non installation of broadband

Sir,

I applied for 250 COMBO Plan in the month of July and the phone was installed on 31st July 2008 (phone no.[protected] and the lineman once gave a call from the pole to ensure that the same is working or not. Immediately after his call on that very day it was DEAD, which I informed to the lineman and he promissed to start again but till date my phone is DEAD. Suspension of outgoing calls without information

I applied for transfer of my ph (no.[protected] from Kulupwadi to Vasant Marvel, both place is at Borivli (E), on 18.6.08. The ph was finally transferred after numerous follow up (with new no.[protected] on 19.7.08. I have applied for broadband connection 2 months back. I am trying to call them just to find the status. Whichever number I call, they ask me to call the other number. After dialling 5/6 different numbers, I reach a number where they don't pick up the phone. So basically I end up in deadlock. Service get interupted after every 2 or 3 days from past 6 months

In past 6 months, I have registerd compaliant's number of time, things get sorted out but after some days it get occur again.
I am not getting for which i am paying for.
I am really fed up with this SARKARI structure. This forum is last option for me, If still things wont get sorted out than I like to discontinue it....

phone is dead

My phone is dead from 8/09/08.I booked the complaint on 9/09/08 & today is 12/09/08 nothing is done uptill now.The service provided is very poor.Previous month also it was dead for more than 5 days.Atleast we should know up to which date it wil be solved.

internet not working since 1 month

My name is Pawan Bhatt (Phone No.[protected] and I am a resident of L - 1/10, Budh Vihar, Phase I, Delhi – 110086.

I installed a MTNL broadband connection on 15th July, 2008. However since 6th August, 2008 the same is not working. I registered a complaint about the same on 7th August on 1504 (broadband comp. no.) My complaint number is 4836. I was informed that the problem would be rectified at the earliest.

poor broadband

I have a BB connection on the tele no 25687491 and 25699471. The broadband is regularly getting disturbed since 05 aug 08. bb on 25687491 is almost nonfunctional. Complaints to the sdo Mr saini[protected] and on 1504 have borne no results.He refuses to meet in person and does not attend his telephone..i am surprised that can it go on like this endlessly and still they can get away with it...

May i request you to kindly look...

No action for disconnect internet

Hi,

Currently I am using MTNL's trib 590 Nu plan but from last month i am not getting any net connection. I have logged a complaint but there was a no response from the service center even after calling them regularly.

From this experience i got to know difference between a Private company and a government service provider.

Thank god i am not employed in government sevices....

TOO SLOW SPEED

recently on 14th August 2008, I saw an advertisement, that MTNL has slashed Triband registeration and installation charges. So I called them up on 15th August and applied for new connection and they gave me booking id as 48000043. I asked for their Triband Combo 512 KBPS plan for which they charge Rs 1299. I finnaly got the connection on 24th August 2008. To my utter shock the speed I have been getting since then is just 256 KBPS for which...
