nonreceipt of deposit tele no 27530766

I had surrendered my tele no 27530766 along with broadband modem installed at A/3/9/5, Millenium tower, sect 9, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai and requested you to send deposit cheque to my Pune address.Unfortunately your office sent wrong cheque (payble to jhansi exports) to me, which was returned to you by post about a month back, Till date i have not recd my refund, May i request you to look into the matter and dispatch crrect cheque...

Misuse of my telephone

Dear Sir,

We are residing at Mumbai in Andheri Lokhanwala Complex and have a MTNL landline connection, telephone number[protected].

Over the last couple of months we have distinctly observed that between 10 am -6pm.our telephone number when called from outside just keeps ringing to caller, but the telephone becomes dead at home(cannot receive and dial calls). The telephone ring is back to normal in the evening...

Non Working of Interent Services

I have MTNL Broadband Services & IPTV Cable Services which are not working from 5th Feb, 2009. We have Lodged serveral compliants on the customer care numbers of both MTNL & IPTV but are not getting any response. Finally we discontinued with IPTV services but have not yet recieved the refund & for broadband servires the engineer once came to check the connection & went back assuring to return with solution but never came back.br...

My internet has not working for the past 3 weeks.Despite numerous calls and desperate complaints to various departments and officials of mtnl delhi i have got no response from them.I am very sorry to say but their service has been disappointing to say the least.My address is 1944 Laxmi Bai Nagar and phone no 24104781....

I own a Garuda FW Landline phone number[protected]. I have been using the Garuda internet services under the plan 299 unlimited since more than 6 months now.

Failure of broadband connection

Discontinuation of mtnl broadband connection wef: 10-9-09 due to various reasons.
1) Mtnl has failed to provide services to the customers in time.
2) There is a constant server and connectivity problems.
3) Mtnl have no competent technical staff to solve the problem of the customers. Mtnl is sending lineman one who does not know the abcd of broadband connection and dial up connection.

Very Slow Triband Connectionn

disconnects after 4 minutes

My name is Bhushan Kataria. mtnl phone number 26303727, V A NO [protected]. Isubmitted my application for new connection on 24/01/2009. Got my installation bill even before connection . Since the day line man finished the installation that too in installation. He did such an installatin that from that day the internet has not worked properly ie connectivity is lost every 5 to 7 minutes. I am frustrated and looking for disconnection. help me...

Excess Billing

My land line number is 26863717 with MTNL Delhi.

Every month, I am billed Rs.250/- on account of landline rental and Rs.300/- as other debits for using the broadband and another Rs.68/- as service tax on this amount of Rs.(250+300).

I have never exceeded my free calls quota and the free download quota of 2500 MB.

Despite the fact that Braodband usage during the month of January 2009 is only 1250MB,...

Non receipt of Bill no 910109510005242076

My mobile no. is [protected]. I did not receive ny bill for the month of November 2008 (due for payment in December 2008). However, I was able to make the online payment of Rs 808 on 24 Dec 2008 though the bill itself was not retreivable online.

But I require the bill please. Several telephone calls to the Customer care have not yielded any results.

Cancellation of IPTV

I control (IPTV) has been installed at my place on 04/10/08 and the receipt number is:10254. It is not working properly since it installed and i make complaint on the customer care almost everyday and everyday i have been told that someone going to visit my home within 24 hours but nobody has come yet. I am not at all satisfied with the services. You can check at the customer care about my complaints. I am really upset with the services....

Account problem

I had just installed MTNL Triband on 25 December 2008 and since then i am facing a whole lot of troubles. Initially, they booked the connection but did not provide the service. Bad network

I am using my cell since more then 4 year's. Since then I have been calling dolphin and saying that please improve my coverage but till now no one has responded to it. Bad customer service....

Connection not given

This is regarding a new connection of MTNL-COMBO Broadband Connection.
I applied for this connection on December 27, 2008 as per the application form below for the same connection and also paid Rs.1000/- for the same.
I did not receive the connection till date. I visited Mira Road MTNL office Multiple Time and called them also, but no Result.
