We are residing at Mumbai in Andheri Lokhanwala Complex and have a MTNL landline connection, telephone number[protected].

Over the last couple of months we have distinctly observed that between 10 am -6pm.our telephone number when called from outside just keeps ringing to caller, but the telephone becomes dead at home(cannot receive and dial calls). The telephone ring is back to normal in the evening...

from Rs 199 to Rs 299 and my docket no is F5021808 when i inquired that plan is not changed (on 1504 Helpline)they gave me tel no 28690111which is out of services, The customer service is poor kindly guide me and do the needful...

I have MTNL Broadband Services & IPTV Cable Services which are not working from 5th Feb, 2009. We have Lodged serveral compliants on the customer care numbers of both MTNL & IPTV but are not getting any response. Finally we discontinued with IPTV services but have not yet recieved the refund & for broadband servires the engineer once came to check the connection & went back assuring to return with solution but never came back.br...

I own a Garuda FW Landline phone number[protected]. I have been using the Garuda internet services under the plan 299 unlimited since more than 6 months now.

I have several areas to complain and want to know information as below.

From the beginning of the service till date, the internet service has remained unreliable and has never given proper speeds of even a dialup connection...

our money has been reducted but the caller tune has not been setted i am getting only a faulty tune inspite of repeated complain to costomer care nothing has been done since 15 days my caller tune request is kehne ko jashn bahara hai(film jodha akbar)

Discontinuation of mtnl broadband connection wef: 10-9-09 due to various reasons.
1) Mtnl has failed to provide services to the customers in time.
2) There is a constant server and connectivity problems.
3) Mtnl have no competent technical staff to solve the problem of the customers. Mtnl is sending lineman one who does not know the abcd of broadband connection and dial up connection.

My land line number is 26863717 with MTNL Delhi.

Every month, I am billed Rs.250/- on account of landline rental and Rs.300/- as other debits for using the broadband and another Rs.68/- as service tax on this amount of Rs.(250+300).

I have never exceeded my free calls quota and the free download quota of 2500 MB.

Despite the fact that Braodband usage during the month of January 2009 is only 1250MB,...

I holding two dophine mobile no, i.e. [protected] and [protected], on 10.2.2009 I registered myself through internet for caller tune and accordingly I send my caller tune rbt no and song name by sms to 56262. After waiting 24 hours by paying registration charge and call tune charge what a customer...

My mobile no. is [protected]. I did not receive ny bill for the month of November 2008 (due for payment in December 2008). However, I was able to make the online payment of Rs 808 on 24 Dec 2008 though the bill itself was not retreivable online.

But I require the bill please. Several telephone calls to the Customer care have not yielded any results.

Could anybody help.

Four Days story:-

Day 1(from night 1:20AM): my internet is totally down; then it working on 2:00PM but only for 45min.-1hour.
I called care center(1504) about i can't access internet from night they write the complaint and gave me docket no. until night i can't access internet.

I control (IPTV) has been installed at my place on 04/10/08 and the receipt number is:10254. It is not working properly since it installed and i make complaint on the customer care almost everyday and everyday i have been told that someone going to visit my home within 24 hours but nobody has come yet. I am not at all satisfied with the services. You can check at the customer care about my complaints. I am really upset with the services....

I had just installed MTNL Triband on 25 December 2008 and since then i am facing a whole lot of troubles. Initially, they booked the connection but did not provide the service.
