I am a landline user of mtnl, my no. is 27871573 CA no. is [protected]. I have done double payment for my bill no. [protected] of Rs. 1107 of october month, 1st online payment and second in cash they accepte both amount in favour of the same bill. Please refund my amount of online transaction to my credit card . Payment done on 11th december 2008....

I have received bill of MTNL dolphin mobile No.[protected] for the month of Oct., 2008, which last date was 24th November, 2008 on 25/11/2008 and for the month of Nov 2008, which last date is 24th December, 2008 on 25/12/2008. Due to non payment in time late chagres Rs.20/- has charged. When I do not get the bill. How could I pay the payment in time. So late chages of Rs.20/- may be drop from my bill. My internet connection speed has become very slow form 1/december/2008.Earlier speed is 200kB/s, now it is only 20kB/s.I have talked to customer care, e-mail and register complaint on 1504.They call me and ask "What is the problem.".When i told them that speed is not coming.He said "Bas speed ki problem haina jee aur koi problem to nahi hai na.". India's Telecom space in Public Sector is handled by MTNL (Mumbai & Delhi) and BSNL(rest of the country)

I am amazed the pricing differentials between BSNL and MTNL - BSNL Broadband is far cheaper than MTNL Broadband

Secondly, another amazing part is MTNL Delhi Broadband is far cheaper than Mumbai Broadband.

Mumbai MTNL guys are paying atleast 50% higher than their counterparts

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH MTNLCE THE LAST ONE MONTH BUT THE SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY DEROGATORY. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT UPTO THE MARK AND NO COMPLAINTS ARE DEALT WITH IN STIPULATED TIME. THE INTERNET PLAN WHICH I HAVE TAKEN SAYS THAT THE SPEED AT WHICH IT SHOULD RUN IS 1 GBPS BUT IT DOES NOT CATCH MORE THAN 10 MBPS.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MAATER AT YOUR EARLIEST....

I had been complaining MTNL about the frequent disconnection of my internet connection from last 2 years. I am having a broadband and UT-300R2U ADSL Modem provided by MTNL with the connection. My MTNL Telephone no is 28950623..bill no is ; [protected]..TARIF PLAN is mtnl economy...my mtnl phone bill for the month of november 1/11/2008-30/11/2008 is been shown as 12, 990/-..Its complete ridiculous ...this plan is complete fake and my bill is very high..the broadband usage shows 11290.34 MB...How absurd..it seem they r charging per hour pls check my problem as soon as possible.. they r charging just too high..never hve v encountered...

I had discontinued my telephone[protected] on[protected] and my CMR NO. was 19751. And I had paid my last bill of rs. 556/- on[protected].
However I had received a refund of Rs. 2389/- out of Rs 3000/- after deducting my last bill (RS 556/-) I had submitted the xerox copy of the paid bill in Dec' 2005 at Versova exchange.
However I had not yet recd the balance refund.
