MTNL Broadband Internet Connection — faulty service of mtnl internet connection

Dear sir,
my name is michael and my number is o[protected] i am having this number for almost 2yrs now i got my subscription for internet connection dome on the 12th of jan 09 i was given the order number as 920 from last 2 weeks i have been calling the department and they say ur order is processed pls call the other department i have been calling so many numbers started with mrs nikam [protected] she said its done pls speak to jadhav his number is [protected] spoke to him he said it will be connected on monday no call from his side called another alternate number [protected] he caid already sent from here gave me a another person mr pandey [protected]/[protected] spoke to him he says he has not recieved the order pls call mrs nikam [protected] called her she said already sent to pandey .so i called pandey he now says the server is down my connection will happen from 4 days to 15 days for which i told him to get an internet connection does it take 45 days .alll i am doing is calling different departments moving in circles your staff is making a fool of me i have bpl vodafone tata and airtel i have never faced a problem as such i have a wireless tata connection they took just 2 days why does MTNL take 30 days.
pls look into this matter at your earliest hope not my complaint just sits on ur computer and no action taken.i am sad and disgusted with the service i have been provided pls do revert

i am not satisfied with the internet connection. It works very slowly.The yahoo browser is not working.

I am feeling no glad to tell you that the service of MTNL broadband is so poor that when i got this wireless connection only i could use it one month after that it got disconnected then i complained on 1504 nothing happend. many of the times I tried then one day they sent line manager instead of sendi ng an engineer so again i got dissapointment. so now after that day I agm still trying to 1504 till date but i am not getting any response.sir I only bought this MTNL connection (having so many option in the market)coz i used to believe in MTNL. now i am bugged up of calling on 1504 because nothing happens there.
so sir kindly do something in this regard for the retention of your customer.waiting for your positive response.
