मेने कस्टमर सुप्पोर्ट नंबर ९२२३५१६१४८ पर भी कॉल किया था लेकिन कोई बहेतर जवाब नहीं मिल पाया हे,

I have purchased sleek 33 from naaptol but after 2 days o[censored]se i found certail applications are not working properly ... and customer support personnals are also not answering properly what to do ? so better one should not buy from such a faulty company...

NAAPTOL — No refund of money

I placed an order for purchase of a mobile handset and was given order no.870414 by making payment of Rs. 2199.00 full in advance through credit card.The delivery was made of a useless moblie handset which was not able to transmit voice on the other side.I had to send is back and I sought refund but instead of refund they send me the mobile again which I refused to accept from the courier.After lapse of over three months I have not been able to get refund.

I odered for a tv mobile (Odered No: 1120519) but the as the phone was not working i send the product back to the company on 24/12/2010 and air way bill no is [protected] they told me that they would refund the money till now i did not recevie refund. When I called cust care they were saying to wait for few days every time when i called. Request to please consider and do the needful.

It seems that one should not trust this company at all...while the pricing is attractive, worthless and non-working products are sent to unsuspecting customers...

I bought this mobile from Naaptol as per the details exhibited on their website (http://www.naaptol.com/price/20002-BlackBerry-8830-Mobile-with-GPS.html). It was supposed to be a brand new Blackberry device which could be used on any network. There was clearly no mention that the device may be locked, refurbished or not usable on any network. I was unable to use the Blackberry services on the shipped piece on Vodafone GSM network. My company’s technical team and Vodafone executive confirmed that the Blackberry 8830 handset purchased by me from Naaptol was locked for use with a foreign service provider and could not be used on their network. I was now stuck with a useless device. Naaptol Team had not helped me at all when I requested them to organize a reverse pickup and either refund my money or deliver a new, unlocked Blackberry deice in lieu of this one. Instead, I was asked to approach their supplier, who was not the original party I dealt with, or paid to. Later, I was asked to send back the phone to the supplier on 12th April, and I did so at my own cost. The product was received on 13th April by the supplier but till date I have not heard from the supplier or Naaptol. I have written numerous mails to Naaptol's team including the CEO. Naaptol is basically not acting in an ethical, consumer friendly or responsible manner.

mein n naptol se wespro mini laptop khari da tha post office ka log ghar pe le aaya to use kholke dekha ki usme kuchbi nahi tha. consumer call kiya to mujhe mail karne bola bar bar bola nmail kero mein kiyea uske bad call kiya to batiaa 40 din lagega 2 mahena ho gaya lekin paysa avi tak nahi aaya. order no 2917620. 62298 rupiya pani mein chale giya naptol na kare sasta dekh ke bar bad ho jaoge. abhay prasad singha...

My Order No is : 18470913, i have ordered car Jack combo and i have received on 5th December 2015 at 4 .00pm, since i started using 4 : 15pm the product worked for only 2 minutes . the product is not functioning at all( Vacum cleaner ), since i am started using another product at 4.25pm air compression to fill air in my car tier . its taking more than 45 minutes refill the air in one tire, due to poor quality of product, subsequently i called the customer care these are the problem i am facing . i want to go for refund they told, they will connect to technical team, i have waited more than 10 minutes they kept and they haven't replied, again i tried second time they have told, they registered complaint (Complaint No :[protected] to the technical team and they assured the will give call within 24 hours, since today also i am expecting their call (07th December 2015, time 3.00pm).

I have ordered a product of 5 T-shirts combo but the quality was very poor and the size was different has to delivered. I returned back to naaptol. I request to returned my money back but they are denying to returned money and told to me you can order another product and charge of dispatch amount 399. Now a days all online store are delivering the product of free shipping but naaptop looting the people.

I need my money back and I will never try to buy any product from naaptol because product quality is very poor.
