I MAMTA YADAV, I Have a PAN CARD which no is ADQPY3271L
But in my PAN CARD my father's Name has print BIRJPAL SINGH, while my Father's right name is BRIJPAL SINGH YADAV,

I Want to tell you that i allready fill a form for correct this name,but today when i received my PAN CARD i saw that there was no correction in my father's name. still now in my PAN CARD my father's name is wrong even i allready fill a form for correction and also depoiste fee for coorection.

I request u please help me and issue me new PAN CARD with right name of my father.

my father's right name is BRIJPAL SINGH YADAV.

NSDL - National Securities Depository Limited — Issuance of PAN Card

I have applied for a PAN Card and payment was made for that on 23/04/08 through NSDL (Online). Unfortunately, till date I haven't received the PAN card. The reference number for the same is (Acknowledgment Number: [protected]). I have sent several e-mails to [protected]@nsdl.co.in to know the status, until now they haven't respond to my repeated e-mails.

I lost my pan card therefore I wanted a new one under my married name since the old one was under my maiden name. I sent all the requested documents on 28/6/2011 along with the cheque for RS 94/. They received the documents on July 5' 2011.On july 11 I contacted them to know when will I get my Pan card. Customer care agent says that have not sent the cheque for clearence yet.There was some error on their part they cheque is still with them I talked to supervisor and she said that she is sending the request and the fees will be collected in 2 days and I will get a new card soon. I waited for 2 days and I called and the cheque is still with them.The supervisor did not come on phone either.. I am really upset because I need pan card urgently...I have done everything on my part still there are no result. Their phone number is [protected]
