ORAMA — Account issue

I have been facing many issues with my account in Orama. I have been a member here from may 2009 onwards. The issues I am facing are:
Discounts are not given properly, We are overcharged on many occations
Tokens are not given for months together till we don't bring it to their notice
Now the management says that its their policy not to share account information with the end customer. They will not share my account details with me. Probably its a move to hide their mis management. My question was how do I know if my account is managed properly for which they say I should track my spendings on my own. This means there would be no proof for me in case of any issue.
When I try to track my account manually and find a discrepancy they tell me they cant give me details as the server is down. So now even though i highlight disrepencies I am left high and dry.
Since this is something to do with my hard earned money, shouldnt I be able to questing this? As a consumer, shouldn't I get something showing my spendings and Purchases?
I'm begining to doubt their intentions and I'm worried as I have more than Rs 24000 in cash discount and Rs 6000 in cash in my card.
Would want to alert my fellow consumers who use their services to just be careful about your account. Make sure you are getting the correct discounts and your tokens too are coming in your account.
I need help to sort this out
