I had complained for discontinuation of my policy for non payment of the instalment I paid my instalment to the agent well in advance however he made ythe mistake while submitting the same I refered this matter to IRDA and requested for the justice but in vain I received a typical reply in typical format that the policy was discontinued for non payment. But the entire episode revolves around who has defaulted in payment me or my agent. If the agent makes a mistake by negligence why should I suffer for his mistake. Now what option I have in this matter ?
