Subject: fraud billing
Dear Sir,
With regards, I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased a honda activa from GRACE AUTOMOBILES, VELLAVOOR Jn, CHENGANNUR[protected] in Year 2004.

Last month (May) there was some problem and it break down in between place. Then i went to the showroom and told that my activa had stop in between so please go and see wahat is the problem .But they told no we can't come because there isa lot of work here we can't sent anybody .you beter check at garage, they will check and make it start after that u bring here.I told ok and went and brought the activa in three wheeler and gave to service station(grace automobiles)They told that it will take 2 to 4 days to repair.I told ok.Then after one week they phoned and told it is repaired and bill is 2900/- when i ask them they told that its actual chares of spares and all. And they bill eas like this

HEAD COMP CYLINDER 1NO 1670.00
GASKET HEAS COVER 1NO 50.00
16201 GASKET CARB 1NO 15.00
TOTAL[protected][protected]
On back of the bill they wrote this way
SPARES-2103.00
W/SHOP CHARGES:600 (FOR THIS SEPARTE BILL WAS THER(SERVICE BILL)
VALVETING (OUTSIDE):200.00
All around total amount is 2903.00
When i enquiry about this in various showroom they had cheat you .They had charged high labour charge

On 13th September.2012 Pan was despatched by nsdl through expressit courier bill no.[protected], but it was not delivered till date.I had discussion with expressit courier on[protected]. They told reason of non delivery being wrong address. but reason is behind that they are not try to deliver and misguide me and not responding in proper manner. for that who is responsible

Pan Card from NSDL — nondelivery of pan card by courier
As per NSDL website, my pan card no.AISPV9252D was despatched on[protected].Till now the courier has not delivered the card and his web site is not updated for delivery status of the AWB no.mentioned in NSDL site.When I tried calling their Chennai regional office, no body lifts the phone.Expressit couriers are the worst in business and it is frustrating to deal with a company who claim ISO 9000 status.Please ensure that the pan card is delivered to me if you manage to retrieve it from expressit or send me a new card.
