Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD is pleased to offer you this Position upon the following terms and conditions:

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT:
Your employment will commence on 11th FEBRUARY 2010.

DESIGNATION: SNR ACCOUNTANT

SALARY:
Your starting basic monthly salary will be £8,900 /- per Month.

BENEFITS/ACCOMODATION:
Free transportation to the site of employment; and in the following cases, free return transportation to the place of origin. Free food or compensatory allowance , free suitable
housing.Free emergency medical and dental services and facilities including medicine.
Personal/Family life and accident insurance in accordance with host government and/or UK government laws without cost to the worker.
In the event of death of the Employee during the terms of this agreement, his remains and
personal belongings shall be repatriated to his country at the expense of the Employer.
Incase the repatriation of remains is not possible, the same may be disposed o[censored]pon prior approval of the Employee’s next of kin and or by the Embassy/Consulate nearest the jobsite.The Employer shall assist the Employee in remitting a percentage of his salary
through the proper banking channel or other means authorized by law. Any bonus or
declarations of bonus shall be made at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. In
determining the amount of bonus, the Company shall consider your work performance, amongst other factors.Your performance will be reviewed periodically and the Company shall make adjustments to your salary as it sees fit.
The Company shall deduct from your salary and bonus all such sums it is authorised to deduct under the laws of England, whether for your share of Central Provident Fund Contributions, withholding tax or otherwise.
You are entitled to transport allowance.

SAFETY/SECURITY:

90 percent of our projects complete each year without a lost-time accident. Our philosophy
is simple every accident, and therefore every injury, is preventable.
All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy as applicable in the Oil and gas Sector.
All expatriates are entitled to a free and mandatory safety courses on Job Locations to be delivered by qualified safety and environment experts.
All safety wears shall be provided by the Company at Job Locations as applicable in the Oil
and gas Sector.
TELECOMUNICATION/INERNET FACILITIES:
There are standard Telecommunication Facilities and Internet services at the disposal of all expatriates, and same shall be accessible to all Personnel (Local/Foreign) without any charge or expenses to be incurred.Cellular Phones can be obtained by expatriates from the Local dealers/Service Providers in Work Metropolis but must be used in accordance with
the safety regulations on Job Locations.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE:
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all expatriates
with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service
will also be made available to all Expatriates by the company's laundry and dry cleaning unit.

EXPIRATION OF CONTRACT:
Termination of the contract by the employer without just cause;
If the employee is unable to continue to work due to work connected or work aggravated
injury or illness;force majeure; and in such other cases when contract of employment is
terminated through no fault of the employee.

JOB LOCATION: UNITED KINGDOM

WORKING HOURS:
The Company's working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm . You are entitled
to one hour of lunch break every day.
You may be required to work beyond the normal working hours to discharge your duties at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.

ANNUAL LEAVE:
Besides the public holidays, you are entitled to Thirty (30) days paid annual leave upon the
completion of one year's service from the date of confirmation of your employment. Pro-rated annual leave before the completion of one year's service is at the sole discretion of the company.During the probation period, you are not entitled to any leave.
You can carry forward any unutilised annual leave to the next year. Unpaid leave shall be
granted at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment without notice if you are absent from work on unpaid leave without prior approval from the Company.
You are entitled to compassionate leave per calendar year upon the completion of the first year of service. Approval for compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of the
company.All leave applications must be made in writing and at least seven (7) days in
advance and shall be approved at the absolute discretion of the Company.You must notify the Company and/or your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to
work for medical reasons. Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the
working day.You are required to produce, without demand, a medical certificate in all cases where you are absent from work for medical reasons.You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave per calendar year, upon confirmation of your employment. If you are hospitalised on a doctor's written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.

MATERNITY/CHILD CARE LEAVE :
You will be entitled to the Maternity leave as per UK law. Such leave is to be taken on
doctor's written orders. The maternity leave will be on a fully paid basis as long as the
Employee has served for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date of first
confinement.A female Employee on leave because of a miscarriage or abortion shall be considered to be only on normal sick leave.You are entitled to two (2) days of employer-paid childcare leave per calendar year if you have any child below age seven (7) in that year.

DURATION OF CONTRACT :
2YRS CONTRACT – RENEWABLE.
Herein, you have been forwarded employers’ prototype of contract terms and conditions via
e-mail (Attached) for your perusal and digest; on your satisfaction and agreement with terms and response, you shall be expected to start your job processes and will be sent hard copy of contract document through the TNT/DHL courier services for endorsement via
your Local Representative. Agreements will also be signed during the job proces.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during your
course of employment unless expressly authorised by the Company.
Confidential information for the purposes of this contract includes and is not limited to
trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information
that will affect the Company's competitive position.Your obligations to maintain confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after your employment until such time that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the Company.You shall not without prior written consent of the Company destroy, make copies, duplicate or reproduce in any form the Company's confidential information.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Letter of Appointment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
o[censored]K.

TERMINATION/RESIGNATION:
Termination by Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract on the following just causes: serious misconduct, willful disobedience of Employer’s lawful orders, habitual
neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination, revealing secrets of establishment, engaging
in trade union activities, when Employee violates customs, traditions, and laws o[censored]K
and/or terms of this Agreement. The Employee shall shoulder his/her repatriation expenses.
Termination by the Employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract without serving
any notice to the employer for any of the following jus causes: serious insult by the
employer or his representative; inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee
by the employer or his representative; commission of a crime/offense by the employer or his representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the
employer or his representative. Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to UK.
The Employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the employer. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages. In any case, the employee shall shoulder
all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his point of origin.
Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of
illness, diseases or injury suffered by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of
repatriation.Settlement of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the employee shall be settled in accordance with Company policies, rules and regulations. In case the employee contests the decision of the Employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Labor Attache or any authorized representative of the Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment. In case the amicable settlement fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent or appropriate government body in the host country or in the Applicant if permissible by host country laws at the option of the complaining party.
Passport Custody: The Employee shall have custody over his/her passport during the entire duration of this contract.The Employee shall observe Employer’s company rules and abide
by the pertinent laws of the host country and respect its customs and traditions.
Applicable Law: Other terms and conditions of employment which are consistent with the
above provisions shall be governed by the pertinent laws of the host Country.
The appointee may terminate this appointment on not less than one month's notice in
writing.Notice will be granted by the Company in accordance with the terms of the
Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act 1973.

CONTINUITYOF EMPLOYMENT:
It is recognised that subject to such part-time teachers being accomodated within the
authorised staff allocation for the particular session they are in practice re-employed at the beginning of a new session in the Company where the same service is to be provided on a part-time basis and service has been satisfactory.
It is understood that the number of hours available may vary from year to year having
regard to the needs of the Institute. However every effort will be made by Company ,
subject to satisfactory service, to facilitate continuity of employment for the post holder by
the provision of appropriate working hours.

COMPANY EXPENSES:
Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD will shoulder Air Ticket Fee/Relocation expenses only. Employee/Expatriate shall be expected to personally incur only the Visa Residential/Work Permit requirements.Procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance papers with the British Boarder Home Office Agency.

JOB PROCEEDING/REQUIREMENT:
All employees successfully screened and recruited to Resume employment at this new Bis Petroleum Corporation PLC (And not presently possessing a valid UK Residence and Work
Permits Clearance Papers) Shall be expected to personally incur all expenses as shall be related to the processing, procurement and acquisition of their necessary permits clearance
papers with the UK Boarder Agency and shall be duly reimbursed and will be substantiated with receipts and the employer will reimburse the employee not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee’s expense report and receipts.
You shall be required to furnish us with your valid Uk residence and work permits papers
after 10 working days of appointment as a proof of readiness to join the Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD and also to enable you receive your first monthly salary
including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for services with the
Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD.
However, for expatriate services employees who do not presently posses their valid UK residence and Work Permits papers, they are to make contact with the address given below for directives and assistance on the acquisition and procurement of their valid residence and work permits papers with the UK Boarder Agency Attorney here in Uk.

TELECOMUNICATION/INERNET FACILITIES:

Termination of the contract by the employer without just cause;

JOB LOCATION: UNITED KINGDOM

WORKING HOURS:
The Company's working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm . You are entitled

to one hour of lunch break every day.
You may be required to work beyond the normal working hours to discharge your duties at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.

ANNUAL LEAVE:
Besides the public holidays, you are entitled to Thirty (30) days paid annual leave upon the
completion of one year's service from the date of confirmation of your employment. Pro-rated annual leave before the completion of one year's service is at the sole discretion of the company.During the probation period, you are not entitled to any leave.
You can carry forward any unutilised annual leave to the next year. Unpaid leave shall be

You are entitled to compassionate leave per calendar year upon the completion of the first year of service. Approval for compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of the
company.All leave applications must be made in writing and at least seven (7) days in
advance and shall be approved at the absolute discretion of the Company.You must notify the Company and/or your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to
work for medical reasons. Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the
working day.You are required to produce, without demand, a medical certificate in all cases where you are absent from work for medical reasons.You are entitled to fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave per calendar year, upon confirmation of your employment. If you are hospitalised on a doctor's written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.

MATERNITY/CHILD CARE LEAVE :
You will be entitled to the Maternity leave as per UK law. Such leave is to be taken on
doctor's written orders. The maternity leave will be on a fully paid basis as long as the
Employee has served for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date of first
confinement.A female Employee on leave because of a miscarriage or abortion shall be considered to be only on normal sick leave.You are entitled to two (2) days of employer-paid childcare leave per calendar year if you have any child below age seven (7) in that year.

DURATION OF CONTRACT :
2YRS CONTRACT – RENEWABLE.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during your
course of employment unless expressly authorised by the Company.
Confidential information for the purposes of this contract includes and is not limited to
trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information
that will affect the Company's competitive position.Your obligations to maintain confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after your employment until such time that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the Company.You shall not without prior written consent of the Company destroy, make copies, duplicate or reproduce in any form the Company's confidential information.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Letter of Appointment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

TERMINATION/RESIGNATION:
Termination by Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract on the following just causes: serious misconduct, willful disobedience of Employer’s lawful orders, habitual
neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination, revealing secrets of establishment, engaging
in trade union activities, when Employee violates customs, traditions, and laws o[censored]K
and/or terms of this Agreement. The Employee shall shoulder his/her repatriation expenses.
Termination by the Employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract without serving
any notice to the employer for any of the following jus causes: serious insult by the
employer or his representative; inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee
by the employer or his representative; commission of a crime/offense by the employer or his representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the
employer or his representative. Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to UK.
The Employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the employer. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages. In any case, the employee shall shoulder
all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his point of origin.
Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of
illness, diseases or injury suffered by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of
repatriation.Settlement of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the employee shall be settled in accordance with Company policies, rules and regulations. In case the employee contests the decision of the Employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Labor Attache or any authorized representative of the Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment. In case the amicable settlement fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent or appropriate government body in the host country or in the Applicant if permissible by host country laws at the option of the complaining party.
Passport Custody: The Employee shall have custody over his/her passport during the entire duration of this contract.The Employee shall observe Employer’s company rules and abide
by the pertinent laws of the host country and respect its customs and traditions.
Applicable Law: Other terms and conditions of employment which are consistent with the
above provisions shall be governed by the pertinent laws of the host Country.
The appointee may terminate this appointment on not less than one month's notice in
writing.Notice will be granted by the Company in accordance with the terms of the
Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act 1973.

CONTINUITYOF EMPLOYMENT:
It is recognised that subject to such part-time teachers being accomodated within the
authorised staff allocation for the particular session they are in practice re-employed at the beginning of a new session in the Company where the same service is to be provided on a part-time basis and service has been satisfactory.
It is understood that the number of hours available may vary from year to year having
regard to the needs of the Institute. However every effort will be made by Company ,

I am still confusing lot... because before that letter i got many offer letters like that from UK. but i at that time i cant get website name which they mentioned in that letters...but in this case they send offer letter with full address but how it is possible without an interview they sent that letters..?... please give some guidelines whether it is true or fake one...

determining the amount of bonus, the Company shall consider your work performance, amongst other factors.Your performance will be reviewed periodically and the Company shall make adjustments to your salary as it sees fit.
The Company shall deduct from your salary and bonus all such sums it is authorised to deduct under the laws of England, whether for your share of Central Provident Fund Contributions, withholding tax or otherwise.

SAFETY/SECURITY:

TELECOMUNICATION/INERNET FACILITIES:

WORKING HOURS:
The Company's working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm . You are entitled
to one hour of lunch break every day.
You may be required to work beyond the normal working hours to discharge your duties at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend or extend the working hours should the need arise.

ANNUAL LEAVE:
Besides the public holidays, you are entitled to Thirty (30) days paid annual leave upon the
completion of one year's service from the date of confirmation of your employment. Pro-rated annual leave before the completion of one year's service is at the sole discretion of the company.During the probation period, you are not entitled to any leave.
You can carry forward any unutilised annual leave to the next year. Unpaid leave shall be

You are entitled to compassionate leave per calendar year upon the completion of the first year of service. Approval for compassionate leave shall be at the sole discretion of the

advance and shall be approved at the absolute discretion of the Company.You must notify the Company and/or your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to
work for medical reasons. Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the

If you are hospitalised on a doctor's written order, you may get up to forty-six (46) additional days of paid sick leave per calendar year.

MATERNITY/CHILD CARE LEAVE :
You will be entitled to the Maternity leave as per UK law. Such leave is to be taken on
doctor's written orders. The maternity leave will be on a fully paid basis as long as the
Employee has served for at least one hundred and eighty (180) days before the date of first
confinement.A female Employee on leave because of a miscarriage or abortion shall be considered to be only on normal sick leave.You are entitled to two (2) days of employer-paid childcare leave per calendar year if you have any child below age seven (7) in that year.

DURATION OF CONTRACT :
2YRS CONTRACT – RENEWABLE.
Herein, you have been forwarded employers’ prototype of contract terms and conditions via
e-mail (Attached) for your perusal and digest; on your satisfaction and agreement with terms and response, you shall be expected to start your job processes and will be sent hard copy of contract document through the TNT/DHL courier services for endorsement via
your Local Representative. Agreements will also be signed during the job proces.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during your
course of employment unless expressly authorised by the Company.
Confidential information for the purposes of this contract includes and is not limited to
trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information
that will affect the Company's competitive position.Your obligations to maintain confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after your employment until such time that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the Company.You shall not without prior written consent of the Company destroy, make copies, duplicate or reproduce in any form the Company's confidential information.

GOVERNING LAW:
This Letter of Appointment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

TERMINATION/RESIGNATION:
Termination by Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract on the following just causes: serious misconduct, willful disobedience of Employer’s lawful orders, habitual
neglect of duties, absenteeism, insubordination, revealing secrets of establishment, engaging
in trade union activities, when Employee violates customs, traditions, and laws o[censored]K
and/or terms of this Agreement. The Employee shall shoulder his/her repatriation expenses.
Termination by the Employee: The Employee may terminate this Contract without serving
any notice to the employer for any of the following jus causes: serious insult by the
employer or his representative; inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee
by the employer or his representative; commission of a crime/offense by the employer or his representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the
employer or his representative. Employer shall pay the repatriation expenses back to UK.
The Employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the employer. The employer upon whom no such notice was served may hold the employee liable for damages. In any case, the employee shall shoulder
all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his point of origin.
Termination due to Illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of
illness, diseases or injury suffered by the employee. The employer shall shoulder the cost of
repatriation.Settlement of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to the employment contract of the employee shall be settled in accordance with Company policies, rules and regulations. In case the employee contests the decision of the Employer, the matter shall be settled amicably with the participation of the Labor Attache or any authorized representative of the Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment. In case the amicable settlement fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent or appropriate government body in the host country or in the Applicant if permissible by host country laws at the option of the complaining party.
Passport Custody: The Employee shall have custody over his/her passport during the entire duration of this contract.The Employee shall observe Employer’s company rules and abide
by the pertinent laws of the host country and respect its customs and traditions.
Applicable Law: Other terms and conditions of employment which are consistent with the
above provisions shall be governed by the pertinent laws of the host Country.
The appointee may terminate this appointment on not less than one month's notice in
writing.Notice will be granted by the Company in accordance with the terms of the
Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Act 1973.

CONTINUITYOF EMPLOYMENT:
It is recognised that subject to such part-time teachers being accomodated within the
authorised staff allocation for the particular session they are in practice re-employed at the beginning of a new session in the Company where the same service is to be provided on a part-time basis and service has been satisfactory.
It is understood that the number of hours available may vary from year to year having
regard to the needs of the Institute. However every effort will be made by Company,
subject to satisfactory service, to facilitate continuity of employment for the post holder by
the provision of appropriate working hours.

COMPANY EXPENSES:
Premier Petroleum Corporation LTD will shoulder Air Ticket Fee/Relocation expenses only.
