I want to state that while booking tickets online for tees maar khan PVR on 24 th by using internet banking of state bank of India in chennai , tamilnadu , unfortunately there was an error in the transaction all the procedures were successful but i haven't received any confirmation mail , then i checked my account i found that rs 300 was deducted from my account . i knew that any failed transaction will be credited to the debited account 2-3 days , this is according to the rule .
so , i waited for few days , i have sent email to PVR , but they are not replying and they dont have any contact no. as well as customer support .
so i am very much confused how to get my money back .
i have never experienced such a situation .

PVR Cinemas — unsuccessful translation
dear sir/madam,i had booked tickets through online on 05/05/11 for the movie "ko" 3.35pm show in pvr chennai.
i booked two times the tickets(ref no.1.CCA11EBPO897,2.CCA11EBPP214,)but the tickets was not confirmed both the times & the amount was debited twice for the said reason.later one of the ticket's amount was refunded(ref no.1.CCA11EBPO897) but the amount for ticket with the ref no..CCA11EBPP214 is not yet refunded .kindly take the necessary actions for the refund of my money.
