Online booking failed; money not refunded

I had tried booking three tickets of Prime Normal type at PVR Phoenix for the Dec 27th 9 AM show for the movie "Vettaikaran". The transactions failed twice but the amount has been debited twice (Rs 460+ Rs. 460). The transaction IDs are

Failed Online ticket booking money not refunded

On the 24-Dec-09, I tried booking 4 tickets for Avatar movie throught he website www.pvrcinemas.com. Due to some glitch in the site, the transaction wasnt successful. A messagebox showed up everytime saying something like, "Your tickets cannot be booked, If money has been debited from your account it will be refunded".

I tried 6 times, 2 times with Debit Card and 4 times with Credit Card. Ther transaction was successful...

Credit card debited for unsuccessful transaction, no response from PVR!!!

PVR is earning through fraud transactions!!
I booked 2 tickets on 31st dec using PVR online booking site. After giving the credit card details, it took me directly to the home page; I did not receive the tickets, but my credit card has been debited for Rs. 390. Moreover, they haven't responded to 5 of my mails and there is no customer care number on their site.
Similar was the case with my friend. He went to see the manager...

Refund of Ticket not booked but Charged

I had booked tickets from PVR website on 24th Dec for the movie 3 for PVR Mulund. But due to some glitch Rs 720 was debited from my HDFC bank vide transaction number CCA[protected]Avenues (India) Ltd but I did not receive any confirmation. Instead a message was displayed " Transaction not Successfull. You amount will be credited back".

It has not happened till date

Its been more than 7 days till now...

Refund not Recieived

Hi,

I had booked tickets from PVR website on 24th Dec. But due to some glitch amount was debited from my ICICI bank account but I did not receive any confirmation. Instead a message was displayed " Transaction not Successfull. You amount will be credited back".

Its been more than 6 days till now I have not received my refund. Niether any person from PVR has contacted me. I have given them three reminders...

rude shocking behavior denial of tickets

Thisis about jatin chaddha and Pooja Verma , working for pvr cannought place .

Online booking transaction error - No Support

I made an online booking on pvrcinemas.com and the payment was deducted from my credit card for Rs. 1060/- but the pvr web site did not complete the transaction - it straight away took me to the home page after accepting the payment. The booking does not show in my account on their site either.

They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon...

INCORRECT TICKET DELIVERY

Sir I am Amit S. Tiwari. Today we went to PVR JUHU to watch a Movie DONOT DISTURB and asked there at the counter for the two tickets for 1:30pm show and we paid for the two tickets rupees 500 through our ICICI Debit Card at 12:46pm. Movie Poster vs. Real

I happened to take my kids to PVR (FORUM MAll Bangalore) for a 3D screening of the newly released animation movie 'UP'. As such we watch it regularly at home but wanted them to experience the 3D version.

Paid 1800 rupees for their GOLD class experience. Unfortunately I forgot to read the small print on the huge 3D poster about ('3D in select Theaters').

In my opinion they should not be putting...

Ticket booking failure

PVR has charged me for tickets that have failed during booking...
I had done everything from their website and the transaction failed.
But I had already given my credit card info for booking...

Show timings wrongly printed in the newpaper

Advertisement of the timings of show of the film 99 in PVR Cinemas, juhu have been wrongly printed in the Mumbai Mirror.In the newspaper they have mentioned a 8.30 show of 99 but there isnt any show of that movie at that time.On sunday(21/6/2009) seeing the show timing in the newspaper, I went all the way from mulund to juhu with my family to see the 8.30 show of 99 but on reaching there I was told there is no 8.30 show.On asking the manager...

i am partosh chaudhary i used to work in pvr cinemas at naraina, i have joined the company in 2005 and left in mid of 2006. I have filled my clearance form at pvr naraina however i didnt get my clerance in six month and when i asked for this at administration to mr. subhankar he said to fill the form again and i did the same again and he commited that i will get my clearance within 3-4 months. i waited for another 6 month...

My wife’s credit card which is linked to our common standard chartered card account went missing from Nirmal Lifestyles, Mulund, Mumbai where she was shopping for groceries at shoprite hyper supermarket. This card which was used by her at Shoprite, went missing, & was misused immediately by someone for purchases at PVR theatre which is also in Nirmal Lifestyles, on the date[protected]. Have not yet received the refund amount

I tried to book online 2 tickets for PVR Cinemas from my ICICI BANK debit card, but the sytem showed error and the ticket booking status was unsuccessful and when i checked my statement the amount was paid in favour of PVR Cinema. Failure to provide tickets or refund

I booked online 4 tickets for PVR Cinemas from my credit card, but I did not get any confirmation SMS or e-mail, But when I checked my credit card statement it said the transaction was successful. The charge was made in favour of PVR Cinema. When contacted PVR, they ensured that they will refund the money within a week but nothing happened and then they started giving me run around.
