[Resolved]  RCOM — Copy of my Bill is not Received yet

As I have been the customer of Reliance Communication since last one and half month and I have already cleared my bill payment before I received my copy of bill.

Earlier back there was a call from customer care for address varification and all such query related this connection.Even they have given the commitment also tht Reliance will provide the Copy of Bill at home for 2 months with complete calls detail also send the bill by email as on given email id bt yet i have not received any one frm this both commitment.

I have talked to customer care for the same bt no result has come out.so Kindly stay with ur commitment and try to do customer satisfaction.

hi,

for past 1.5 years my number [protected] is on roaming, i juat wanna show my dis-satisfaction regarding the bills. I dont have incoming or outgoing usage.Than toi i recieve extraordinary bills each months.Kindly go through it.

It is intimated that my sim was activated in the month of sep 09, from sep onwards I had not recd my bills yet. However, I paid my bill in due time. It is requested to please fwd my bills at the earliest for my record please.
