To The Consumer Forum India Sub.: Complain against Rediff Shopping (Rediffcom) Sir / Madam, I had ordered the below mentioned items at Rediff Shopping (Rediffcom) through website and payments for the same had been also made through net banking. Payments also been cleared to Rediffcom. But the same yet not delivered at the address, mentioned at the time of placing of the orders. Lead-time (mentioned at product page) has been over for all of the below mentioned items, ordered by me on 12th & 13Th of april’11. But yet the same has not been delivered. Please find the attached conversation mails and the current status for the same mentioning below. Sir,
I had previously informed you regarding non delivering of Rediff Shopping Order No: 6403153 (Consignment Number [protected]).
I had placed the order on 13-APR-2011, payment also made for the same item on on 13-APR-2011. But the item yet not received.
I had spoken with Ojjas Enterprises @[protected] regarding Order No: 6403153 (Consignment Number [protected]). As per Ojjas Enterprises, the same had been handed over to representative of Aramex Courier on 15-APR-2011. Ojjas Enterprises is having the documents for the same.
I had also enquired with Rediff Shopping @[protected] regarding the same and as Rediff Shopping, the same had been handed over Aramex Courier on 15-APR-2011.
I had also enquired with Aramex Courier @[protected] /[protected] regarding the same. As per Aramex Courier, the same yet had not been received at Aramex Courier. I already had received a mail (attached below) from Aramex Courier regarding same.
I cannot understand, who is/are informing correct or lie.
Now I am requesting you to please take nessesary accection against the issue.

Hi,
I had ordered for dual time digital sports watch with good features on rediff shopping on 13th April 2011 and the order number was 6399990 . However, i can't get my product yet, I was shocked to see that niether I get product nor I get my cheque and harashed me many times.
I raised a complaint with customer care. However, I didnt receive any response from them for a month. Also, they do not publish their contact numbers. The only mode of reaching them is through mail.After a lot of struggle, i found out their mumbai nos and contacted them about my order . They promised to send a response by email, but, i didnt receive any. After repeated emails, they replied me to send back my invalid cheque but I enquired already it credited rediff account.
After N Numbers of emails, No response form them My sugessing is please dont take or order any product in rediffshopping because they are fake was a real harrassment that i underwent for having ordered a product from rediff. There have been plenty of complaints against rediff in various forums and they are known for cheating customers by their irresponsible behaviour.
I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against them and ensure that the rights of customers are taken care of.
