Reliance CDMA — reliance india card not working properly

Dear sir,

My mobile number is [protected] in karnataka range i have got my number migrated from postpaid to prepaid number.

In this plan there was advance rental deposit of ammount of Rs 349. While closing the postpaid account you have not adjusted that ammount in my bill. I request you to adjust the ammount and entimate me on the same.

I have called the customer care for 2-4 times but the system is down always.

Complain

Please dont make customer to run arround for this small issues as i have already entimated in jaynagar bangalore branch regarding closing the account and to adjust the balance in my advance rental depopsit. I have also entimated to customer care on the same after few minutes.


Please provide me details of my balance ammount in my mail and i have got transfered of my address so please send any corresponding to my new address

Reliance CDMA — not working properly

i am a reliance user in 2 years after. my place is rajnagar colliery, distt-Anuppur (M.P.). i sey to that there reliance tower is not working properly. so i miss the very impotent call and i loss the 100000/- (one lake RS.). who is responsible in my loss money.

my phone no [protected] ...my phone is not working properly...every day incoming & outgoing call block for 3 to 4 hours...also not sending messages...say the answer, , , , , , , , , FAILED TO CALL
