Myself Pranav Bhatt - And I own a Software Firm - Pinnacle Technosys. I work with Offfshore Consulting.. And I use internet 24*7 . I have 2 lines, one is reliance broadband which is for my personal cabin use and one is Tata VSNL for my staf[censored]se. I am using Reliance connection since last 10 months, And in past several time I had bad experiences with Reliance Customer Care but I ignored it , due to my busy schedule. But this time, Reliance staff has tried out my patience and they literally FRUSTRATE ME WITH THEIR LIES AND FALSE PROMISES AGAINST MY COMPLAIN OF INTERNET DISCONNECTION.

MY ACCOUNT NO :[protected] , you can track my complain details thro this no. I LAUNCH MY COMPLAIN ON 6TH OF JULY FOR DISCONNECTION OF MY INTERNET. AS ACTUALLY INTERNET WAS COMPLETELY DOWN FROM 4TH OF JULY .. BUT I THOUGHT, AS WAN LIGHT WAS NOT ATALL WITH INDICATION , IT COULD BE A MAJOR FAULT AND RELIANCE TEAM MUST BE KNOWING THIS AND THEY WILL RESOLVE IT ASAP. HARDIK - TEAM LEADER GAVE ME TIME LINE OF 3 DAYS ON LAST THURSDAY AND ASSURED ME THAT IN 3 DAYS SOMEONE WILL BE CALLING YOU AND LETTING YOU KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED.. BUT IT HAD NEVER HAPPENED SAME AS BEFORE. AND ON SUNDAY - 12TH JULY I CALLED UP AGAIN AND TALKED TO ONE OF YOUR SUPERWISER AGAIN WHOM I NAMED ABOVE AND THEY ASKED ME THAT ONE OF OUR TEAM LEADER WILL CALL ME IN 1 HOUR AND THIS TIME TEAM LEADER CYRUS CALLED BUT IT TOOK 1.40 HOURS .. AND NOT IN STATED TIME LINE OF 1 HOUR.. AND HE HAS SAID RIGHT CAUSE OF WHY MY INTERNET IS DOWN.

So, entire 1 week , all the Reliance staff was fooling around with me by stating that my connection will be up in next 24 hours. and they were not revealing actual fact ever why my connection was down as i was asking it many time. On sunday, when cyrus said that there's a permission issue and now we can not say any timeline when this connection will be starting up ... then I said, why then Hardik given me false promise of 3 days earlier ??? Being a team leader he should not fooled me .. as all other supervisers and executives of reliance were doing with me since 1 week.

Then cyrus said that, he will ask hardik to give me call on monday in evening and he will ask for clarification. But monday evening gone and no one contacted me. then, I contacted again and talked to one of your team leader again named Harshida and i asked her that, i want to talk to Manager. And she said, managers are busy with meetings and Rajeswari - A manager will call me around 8.00 pm in evening. that was talk on tuesday. But no one called me in evening atall. And I kept waited.

So, Finally on next day, I could able to call one of your Manager - Jasmin..An another hopeless guy. And he listened my problem and he was explaining Reliance internal problem to me on tuesday. ARE THE CUSTOMERS THERE TO UNDERSTAND RELIANCE PROBLEM OR CUSTOMER CARE IS THERE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM ????? PLS MAKE HIM UNDERSTAND THIS..
And HE asked me that, he'll be reverting me back by wednesday evening between 4..30 to 5.00 pm .. but his call was not there untill 7.30 pm in evening on 14th july.. After a long day waiting, he said me that, he is still investigating and he'll be telling me right time frame by tomorrow.
Next day again he called up same time at the end of my day .. and was explaining me problem again, and I asked him that, you putting me in waiting for entire day and at the end of day you calling me and explaining me problem of reliance , I am not there atall to understand reliance problem .. ... As reliance is not there atall to understand my problem , though I am paying all the bills Reliance is not providing me any serivces and it's just fooling around with me more then a week...

I could never expect a managerial level such frustrative talks with company like Reliance.

At the end, Jasmin was explaining me, that he is all day busy for his other work and when he gets time, he can call me.. :) Such a nice customer care answer from a manager.. could you believe ?
But still i offered him that, you include me , because it's my society permission issue and i can explain someone better in my society then you guys... And still he was just arguing with me and spoke to me very rudely that day..

Finally, on wednesday nite, local Baroda field manager called me Nayan - his mobile no : [protected] .. Now, you can call this no and ask Nayan, that how I helped in solving this problem on 16th morning.

And problem got resolved..I HAD TO PUT ALL MY WORK ASIDE AND HAD HELPED RELIANCE FIELD STAFF IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.

BUT NOW, I WANT ALL 14 DAYS OF COMPENSATION FROM RELIANCE, AS NET WAS DOWN AND I LOST 30,000$ BUSINESS IN THOSE DAYS .. IF RELIANCE WANT I CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF LOOSING THE BUSINESS..I WOULD NOT PAY ANY BILLS FOR NEXT 6 MONTHS..

I ALSO WANT ACTIONS AGAINST RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF WHO IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO AND FALSE COMMITMENTS, YOU CAN LISTEN OUR ALL RECORDED TALKS AND SEE HOW YOUR MANAGER - JASMIN HAS TALKED TO ME AT THE END.

ALSO, RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE HAS GIVEN ME LOT OF FRUSTRATION AND MENTAL STRESS ALL THESE DAYS AND I NEED COMPENSATION OF IT.

IF I WOULD NOT GET ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER FROM RELIANCE THEN, I WOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND ALL MEDIA CHANNELS AND I WILL PUBLISH MY THIS EXPERIENCE OF FRUSTRATING ME MORE AND MORE..

At this moment, I would say, that, NO ONE SHOULD USE RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAIN REQUEST. ENTIRE TEAM INCLUDING MANAGER WAS SO FOOLING AROUND WITH ME ALMOST 12 DAYS.

And if I dont get a proper compensation and satisfactory answers from your side within 48 hours , then , As an end customer , I will take up further actions .

Sir/mam, I am a vodafone customer in punjab. sir/mam i want to tell you about your custmor care service. Sir today in morning at 7:19am i call your CCE vodafone. then a person named "Parshotam" do arude behaviour with me. His behaviour is very rude when communicate. He dissconnect my call without my permission.CCE holds the line. A sevice is activate on my no. without my permisson. when i tell him this problem he said i cant do anything else for this(very rude). when i told him kindly transfer my call to senior, he disconnect my call. Reliance Communication — New connection applied rejected by reliance later on with long time of fake commitments

I am shyam kukadia applied for Reliance Combo plan on 29/7/2011 with cheque No: 932839 but unfortunately Makarpura Reliace comm. returned my form and cheque next day as they don't find connectivity at my address 359/B/FF/F-1 Makarpura GIDC.

Later on Miss Megha Soni from Reliance Makarpura GIDC contacted me for the same plan and she told me that sh has taken an approval from Mr. Sachin S. Vasdev for conection at my addres mentioned above. she make me assure that 100% connection will be installed in next 7 days.
She collected form, documents and cheque(same cheque which was given earlier: cheque No:932839) on 5/8/2011.

After 7 days i did follow up for the connection she told me that in 2-3 days it will be done. i asked her please confirm me will it be done or not but she said 100 % it will be done. so i waited more 2-3 days but no installation done.

i visited makarpura reliance office later met with Mr. Ajay Rai he given me commitment that connection will be installed by 22/8/2011, again i said ok but nothing done.


Reliance employees make me feel like they are giving me connection in free and making some favour... always give fake commitments...

why do they acepted my form when they knew connection at my address was not possible? why do they logged in my form and deposited my cheque?
wht about inconvenience caused to me due to wrong commitments by reliance employees Miss Megha Soni, Mr. Ajay Rai and Mr. Sachin S. Vasdev?

I am attaching copy of connection receipt given by Miss megha soni and earlier one.

Pathetic response.

Reliance Telecom — false billing & Poor customer service

using Reliance GSM and just subscribed for 3G & Mobile TV service. as per the advice of the customer care personnel restarted my mobile and the i am not able to use the normal GPRS service which i am already using and not even the 3G speed the reliance mobile promised. then the actual trouble started when calling the reliance customer care they put me on hold for hours with out any solution and not even accepting to launch a complaint by simply saying there is network problem and they rejected to launch a complaint as that is a network issue. i don't now what to do with this when they rejected to launch a complaint and give the complaint number. i got pissed of with the customer team and the reliance mobile service charging with out giving the service. and they didn't intimate the mobile users that there is a network problem and hold the new subscriptions.

Reliance Communications — every time complaints are ignored by reliance

i have launched complaint on 1st Nov'11 regarding my telephone number[protected] is dead.Complaint No.[protected]. today 17 Nov'11 but no body turned to us from Reliance Communications to close it even though lot of follow has done from my side there was only on answer that, " concern team is working on it and complaint will be close within 24 hrs. I don't understand how they work and how many days for them is 24 hrs. I have also sent mail regarding same to their nodal office but still no response.
Pl go threw the trailing mail to under stand my problem.

Reliance — No service & no proper reply

Dear concern,

I have registered a complaint with reference to complaint number.[protected]

Regarding network & voice related issue....for mob no: [protected] on dated 3 mar 12...
But still my problem is not resolved...as per the last resolution from your call centre 198.. I came to know that this problem can not be resolved as my network area tower is overloaded...they also confirmed from their technical network team o[censored]ttrakhand...now I am fed up with this answers from your side...I really want to know the final resolution....should I carry on with this connection.. Or should I quit..as its now become a very big headache for me for every month I have to log 2 or 3 complaint for the same reason again & again...

Request to pls do the needful on urgent basis & revert me as soon as possible..

Many time I send the SMS (PORT [protected]) to 1900 but I have not got any response from your side in this regard and every time I got a message from 1901, "Dear Reliance Customer, Your request could not be processed. Please try after sometime.Thankyou".
I have sending these SMSs since 11 Dec, 2011, but I got same revert even today. As I have done many complaints against this problem, so some corresponding complaint numbers are[protected],[protected]
So just tell me what should I do to resolve this problem or I have to suffer from this ever. Just reply asap.

This is with reference to your mail reminder for reliance broadband monthly charges. I wish to bring your notice regarding my broadband plan which is not updated as per my discussion with your Executive Mr, Raziuddin. please find below the detailed progress from the day one to till date with my reliance connection.

Your Executive Mr. Raziddin, contact num : [protected] visited my residence with broadband plans on 05/05/2011 and collected Rs 500/- to install the same with semi annual plan with 300kbps speed @ Rs 2000/- + Taxes (10.3%)

Mr.Raziuddin didn't turned up after many followup calls and on 14/05/2011 said he left reliance and he is with MTS and proposed MTS Broadband connection. As i was interested in semi annual plan of reliance contacted Mr.Srinivas contact. num : [protected] and informed all requirements and plan details and Mr.Srinivas agreed for all and after frequent follow up established the connection on 26/05/2011 with monthly plan and informed the semi annual plan will be updated after 48hrs.

I informed Mr.Srinivas to collect the remaining payment of Rs 1500/- either by cash or cheque after plan is updated. I was not informed by Mr.Srinivas before or after the connection is established at my residence that the plan im asking for is no longer exists and every-time use to make excuses on contacting Srinivas on phone regarding the same.

As i lost the trust on Mr.Srinivas Spoke to helpline regarding the same and i was informed the plan im asking for is expired and no longer exists and offered with 500kbps semi annual plan @ 2500+taxes for which im not interested in, hence i happened to speak with Supervisor Mr. Manoj, after understanding the complete query and after checking with Mr. Srinivas he said nothing can be done to get the semi annual plan im interested in and was been rude on call also refused to escalate the call to Team leader or Team manager after making request also.

As the experience with reliance from day one was pathetic and injustice to customer, I insist to give the plan for which i have opted the connection and demand a detailed explanation for all irresponsible attitude of the executives and call center Supervisor Mr.Manoj. I will not pay any charges until my plan is changed as per the discussion made and i need one responsible individual to interact with me in 48hrs regarding the same.If failing for the same or if internet connection is disconnected the complaint can be escalated to Nodal office and further until proper justification is done.

Hi Supriya,

This is with reference to payment remainder mail. For your information the reliance connection is disconnected at my place since 12th July 2011 and Im using Hathway connection at my place and the bill generated for the latest period is invalid. By the time the reliance is disconnected the outstanding was Rs 497/-. I placed a complaint at reliance nodal office ref to complaint num :[protected] almost a month ago. The TAT informed was 3 working days by Ms.Bhavani at the time of complaint registration and yet there is no response. I also sent couple of mails to nodal office informing the outstanding amount will not be paid as there is no service or response given for the complaints registered. Consider this as a final reminder to reliance from me not to disturb any more with reminders. I will be forced to approach consumer forum for any further reminders from reliance.


Till now the issue remains Un-addressed and no solution provided yet, Today morning received a call from Mr.Vikas jain saying layer delhi - court asking to clear the dues immediately. Kindly check with the details and justify the concern.

Again after few days i got call from Mr S.K.Rana for settlement at Rs.3000, i asked a mail from him for settlement then he told that after submission of settlement amount Rs.3000 then i will receive noc from reliance, I did the same, i have deposited Rs 3000 at reliance Mithanpura they gave me online receipt no. IB[protected] OTC-32020 for the no of [protected] but actually it not happened.

Now today again got a call from Mss.Vaishali from Delhi by this no [protected], she is again telling me for submission of Rs.6295 urgently otherwise u have to come Tishazari court on 16th Dec on Sunday for case hearing.

I m being mentally tortured by these calls from Reliance communication.

I am leo from Trichy, As i had been lost my sim on 09.11.12. The problem is i had changed my network from uninor to reliance, and I have been used for past 3 months(sep'12 onwards) and i had lost it. SO that i complained Reliance web World at Trichy.
They said that my profile had not been updated on I CARE. Hence, i submitted all the required proof then and there. (CAF no[protected]..
After that also no response from them.So that i mailed to customer care immediately.
But they asked some of the details regarding that. CAF no, Place of submission etc., And also i had been filled all the details, i sent.
on Dec 2nd i received reply from them. they gave me a Request ID:[protected] and they have told the same will be resolved within 4 days from the date of registration.
After that they are not response at all. On 8th dec'12 Again i sent a mail. On 10 th itself, they sent the same mail which they already sent before .
On 13th i spoke to the customer care over phone (the no is [protected]). They said about, " go to the nearest Reliance Web world, the executive who is there,
he would resolve with in 10 mins. But they said about still my details haven't been updated on I Care.
Because of that i suffered a lot by mentally.I sent so many mail so many people's no proper replay.

I am writing this mail to bring into notice how pathetic is the service provided by Reliance. Though the name of the communication suggests to rely on it, but truly speaking I really cannot rely on it. Now let me tell in detail. I have a CDMA reliance mobile number- [protected]. I wish to port out this number to other service as there is no network coverage area in Tata Hospital, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. So to change portability I had to send message PORT [protected] to 1900. In turn I got reply from 1901- Dear Reliance customer, Your request could not be processed. Please try after some time. Thank you. Ok, I thought might be some problem would have occurred, and I repeatedly sent the same message 3-5 times but the same reply. I then tried to contact customer service in 198, he lodged a request complain for UPC code generation. The request no. is[protected]. It was registered on January 5, 2013. He said me that the UPC code would be messaged after 20 days. So accordingly I should have obtained it by 25 or 26th Jan 2013. But then, when I call back to customer care he said, my complain is blocked. What the hell is this kind of service? I am waiting here that I would receive SMS o[censored]PC code and then suddenly I am said your complain is blocked. I again called 198 and recited all the thing happened. This time I was said to repeat the message to 1900 and you would get details in 24hr. I followed as they said but what, the history repeats with the same reply from 1901. I again called 198 and the person-in- charge over phone tells me, " Mam might be you have done some spelling mistake or case mistake while typing." That made my temper rise. I went to reliance web world in Hiranandani area, Kharghar on 1 February, 2013. As usual the same procedure of messaging was said to follow and wait for 24 hr. But not this time, I told the customer care people to message the details as they know better than me right? But the same reply from 1901. I showed them the reply I got. In turn they replaced my sim card to their handset and repeated messaging. Reason I was told, " there might be handset problem" but the same reply from 1901. Then called 198 and had a talk in Customer service centre in Kharghar, Hiranandani. The person over phone in 198 told " Mam you dont repeatedly send the same message again and again at a time. Just send the message tomorrow morning (2 February, 2013) once and within half an hour you will get UPC code messaged in your phone." As usual I did followed what was said and nothing happened in turn but again the same reply from 1901. I could not stop myself, went back to reliance customer care Hiranandani, Kharghar on 2 february 2013, 12:50pm and asked to help me out. The reply I got is " Mam there is some serious problem, You might please contact Reliance Web world in Panvel." I took the address and went to hunt the office in Panvel. When I went there again same thing done and was asked to wait till evening. But this time I am not going to wait, I have all the way come from Tata Hospital Kharghar to Panvel for this. I showed them the message obtained from 1901. She then mailed a complain to Reliance Back Office and told me to come on Monday( 4 February, 2013) evening to check out the revert reply. I requested her to give the contact number of this Office so that I can call and ask rather then come from Kharghar. But I was surprised to hear that there is no Phone number to contact the reliance web world in Panvel, located in Sector 19, Opp. MTNL office. Wow! one of the famous communication provider Reliances' Web world is not having a phone available in their office. What kind of service is gona be provided to its customer? I am telling her repeatedly to give me the details in my E- mail Id. But I got a straight answer- No it could not be done. Thats great! It really provoked my temper and I had to bring in notice these things to you.

Let me enlist the flaws:
1) Reliance Web world is not having a Phone in their office.
2) Customer care of Reliance is trained to harass the customer very nicely.
3) The Customer care Executive over 198 number is good for nothing. I would suggest people not at all dare to call 198.
4) Though the service is not provided the charges for the SMS has to be procurred from customer.
5) Reliance Network in Tata Hospital, Kharghar is pathetic and worst.

I just wonder what about the other people including age old people like my parents, if they would have to face all these things. May I ask you a question. Will this be repeated? I think, you can better answer me now. I expect the history of SMS reply from 1901 will not repeat. I claim for refund of money being spent over this.

Moral of the story: Never rely on Reliance as they are to harass the customers. They are here to waste customers Time, Energy and Money.They are expert in nettling customers.
