Ever since I switched to RELIANCE Prepaid GSM No. [protected] in Delhi around 3 months back I have not been able to pass a day without facing the pathetic and careless service provided by this much hyped Fraud Company. Every now and then they would deduct balance from my account without my knowledge and consent and when asked falsely say that this or that service has been activated on your no. And when I would complain then they would return the amount instantly or sometimes within 2 days. But this time they have crossed the limit.
I had recharged with RC 35 ON 8th April 2012 at 5:45 PM and got the sms that my recharge was successful and now I can enjoy all STD calls @40p/min with validity for 30 days but my STD calls are still being charged at old rate. I reported the matter with customer care and he said that my problem has been solved. But it wasn't and I called them again and again but they just kept making lame excuses. Moreover the customer care even disabled my calls to them as a result I am not able to even contact them for my complaints on both toll free as well as paid numbers. Request you to take care of my grievances at the earliest. Also make sure that the incidents of balance deductions from my account on false ground of service activation is not done in future as I am not going to tolerate this any more.

The kind of Service that they give is disgusting.... All the employees working for FC Road branch should be terminated from there job, They are not fit for it.
My Problem: The issue was just to update my correct email address. Since the email ID was wrong I did get the bills for even a sinle month. Then these bloddy reliance people call me and say Sir "you didn't pay the Bill" ..... What the Hell do they think... Where should I get the bill from.... My email id is wrong... That is not my mistake... They updated it wrongly.... and I am suffering for it... and its been now 6 months that they are not able to update my email ID.... Shame on relaince CEO and his employee who cannot update an email address. If they can't even do this... They should sit at home or jump into a well... Beggers are much more litterate than these people.... Patthetic experience... When I call them and ask them to send me the bills ... they send it to the wrong email ID again.....
These people should be taught a lesson....
Please sit at home if you can't resolve my simple issue.

People are loosing faith in Relaince and the service that they provide....
Is there a single person is whole Reliance who can update my email ID... I would be grateful to that person....
Others should wear bangles and sit and home.....
