[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Samsung — Complaint Unheard

Dear Concerned Authority

I am an unofortunate consumer as I use a Samsung product.
My Samsung refrigerator Model No. RT44MAMS1/xTL is not working for the last 4 days.
I registered a complaint ( Complaint No. [protected]) in the Samsung Service Call centre on the 26th May 2010, when I was told they would try to repair it the very same day. Today it is 28th May and the fridge lies in the same non-functional condition as there has been no response from the company regarding the repair, nor has there been any engineer sent for the same, despite calling up them at least 10 times and being assured every time that an engineer would be ther shortly.
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung and feel cursed to have bought a samsung product, as they promise excellent after sale service but I just think, it is a mere fake promise. This is the third time my fridge is malfunctioning in the last six months. the last time there occured a proble, we took a maintenence contract with the Samsung company according to which in case of any problem, they are supposed to attend our complaint immediately and repair the fridge at no cost. Forget the cost, they are not coming only.
We have incurred losses to the tune of Rs. 3000/- on account of the items which were stored in the fridge and besides that, we are living without cold water and vegetables for the last three days, in the peak summer.

I feel as a cheated consumer at the moment and I urge the Consumer Forum to take strict action against the company for fooling customers while boasting to be a great company.

I anticipate a response to my compaint.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice the standard of services 'Samsung' is providing to it's existing clients . I have bought one double door refrigerator from Samsung, almost two years ago. Somehow its main door got loosened due to which the cooling part also got adversely affected.

I have launched one complaint regarding the same, a month back but unfortunately no concrete step has been taken at your end. Only once an engineer visited my place and told me that the door has to be replaced and at that moment itself he took out the main door. Since that day the main door is lying apart as no one has bothered to replace the door. I was also told that door replacement would cost me Rs3000 .

Now the best part is that it is me who has been following up with your workshop people deployed at Ghaziabad. Thrice I have also spoken to the workshop head, Mr. Mukesh Sharma, but again its of no use. Several times the same problem is discussed with customer care people also but again of no use. The service executives can only give me assurances but no solutions are provided.

Now I have only one question to you, Is your company only good at providing 'assurances' or 'solutions' are also there in your kitty? The complaint no. is [protected].

I look forward to your earliest possible revert which I definitely know will not come.

I had purchased a new samsung split ac on 02.06.2010. Till today samsung is not sending any service engineer for installation. They are saying that very soon we will send .

why this kind of stupidity is there from samsung side ? dont they understand how much the customers are important .

If they will not satify us why they are making fake commitment ?

Its my request to everyone to take proper steps against them .

Samsung — PATHETIC RESPONSE

Dear Readers,

Pls consider twice or thrice before any samsung brand refrigerators , bcos they do have a beautiful lip service, but when it comes execution ,government office do a better job better jobs than these korean company. i was made to wait by the service franchise yugesh engineering, dindigul (Mr.Nagarajan -[protected]) for 25 days by saying 2 days ,3 days and they have a standard response 2-3 days.

There is no control over their franchise service network, the company doesn't bother to look why such compliants are pending ??? , customers are being left to suffer Dear Director -service , Regional Manager,Area Managers pls justify the your job and resolve the the customer pending compliants .

Samsung Washing Machine — Breakage for body

Dear sir,
Please refer to my complaint no [protected] Dated 17/05/10 for the washing machine ( Semi Auto washing machine Model : WT - 1007A4. of 8 Kg. ) After the visit of your service engineer who told us that the part required was not avilable at that time. Now the reply we get now is that this part is still not avilable and perhaps may not be avilable at all. Is this the reply to be given by your Company. Do you mean the machine must be scraped for the lack of this part ?.

Good Morning. I own a Samsung TV, that was purchased on 8th June 2010.

I called Samsung Helpline on 13 June and asked to resolve the problem occurring with the TV set. The engineer came on 15th and informed me that there is some serious problem with its CRT tube and other parts.

I am a journalist and I was on trip to Mumbai for 20 days. Due to that I could not get in touch with Samsung. On 13th June when I came back from Mumbai I asked for help.

Engineer informed me that the TV is out of warranty. I agree. But this problem is more than 3 weeks old, Samsung Engineer also agreed with me on this point. That this is not an immediate problem; it was there since a longer time.

My parents are retired and they have no idea that to whom they need to inform about the problem with TV. I came and then called Samsung helpline.

I want the parts to be changed under warranty, because the problem occured in warranty period only..Just because i informed after 4 days, such a big problemcan not be ruled out this way.

And the worst part is this, when i visited local service station, prople behaved very negatively, as if i am begging in front of them.

I weant Samsung to take the action on this. Otherwise the TV will be a scrap for me just after 11 months of buying and that of course doesn’t gel with Samsung image of quality products.

And even if The Samsung is not ready totake care of their own product. I would love to ask media to visit the Trenching Ground along with me, I would like to let them know where should be such products be.

I have purchased a samsung phone model no. { SCH - B 519 } last year july 31, 2009. After purchasing of cell I am facing problem in my cell. Yet I have visited many times to customer care regarding problems in cell phone ; every time I visited to customer care they said the problem has been finished permanently but I am still facing the problem. 1. i bought a samsung 46'' LCD TV in 14 Jun 09 and it worked fine for exactly 11 months after that the TV image started flickering on switching on for about 10 minutes and then stabilises. i registered a complaint and the technician who came could not open the TV due to some screw got stuck and this guy was found to be totally incompetant. the samsung people made arrangements to shift the tv to their service centre on 12 Jun 10 and brought the tv after 04 days telling that there was no problem observed and the TV is fine. the TV again started flickering from the very 3rd day and on 20 Jun 10 totally went blank. iam planning to contact them again. the lack of reliability of samsung items and their service give you such a lot of headache and frustration that you repent your decision for choosing these products. model No LA46B530 and sl no 12323pcs300008.dealer Sri Sai Sravani Enterprises, Visakhapatnam.

I have purchased the refrigerator in Apr 2004.after initial installation it becomes problem for me. the compressor get unserviceable four times. every time the repair was under taken by authorised samsung engineer only.the enviromental condition is idle as per service engineer.on 16 Jun 2010 the compressor again becomes unserviceable. the repairing cost is beyond economical repair. now we are loosing our confidence in samsung product.because the repairing cost is going more than a new refrigerator.

kindly look in to the matter and send your representative to analyse and take corrective action.i wish you will show interest and expedite the action.

My PC monitor - Sync Master 740 NW developed extremely delayed display problem with in warranty period. I logged in complaint at the Samsung Customer Care for service on 28.6.2010 vide BP NO : [protected]. The service engineer visited me for the complaint and suggested that part in the monitor needs replacement and will be replaced ASAP. Repeated calls landed me no where. Then i was told that the turnaround time for the replacement is 15 days . Till 17th day the complaint remained resolved. Then on further call to the service center, I was told the part needed for the replacement is not available anywhere in India. I am still groping in dark as to what is the justified turnaround time for my complaint resolution?

Can anybody in SAMSUNG TEAM help me in getting complaint resolved?

Life without working PC is next to impossible, can someone help me ?

I recommend do not buy Samsung products as their after sales service is very very poor.. there is not proper response from their authorised service centre.

Samsung — T V Repairs

I am Sudhakar Patil, Virar. Complaint No. [protected] dt. 07.07.10.
After the complaint the technician came to my home on 9/7 and took an internal part of TV as it require repairs at service center and return back with in 2 days. I asked on phone every alternate day and got the common answer that you will get with in 2 days. On 19th I talk to Mr. Panchal he assure to get me on 21. After calling on 21 he told you will get on 23. Today I phone[protected] the lady from your service center told that you will get on 26.07.10.
Is it a customer service? How many months you will take to repair a small part of TV ?
