[Resolved]  Samsung Dvd - P475 — To unlock regional code

we had purchased samsung dvd P475, one year back now if we insert disk in to the dvd NO DISK message is been featured, and if we use fast forward option sound is not heared. kindly rectify the problem and mail back.

We have a samsung DVD player (P475).
When we played a dvd, it says that you can't play it.
I would like to unlock the code, we have tried everything.but nothing worked.please some one tell us what exactly to do?
