Dear Sir,
I Vijay Kumar Asst. Prof in NIT Allahabad, U.P., India, bought a Split AC in Allahabd U.P. whose details are attached.
Vexed from the repeated incomplete commitments from SAMSUNG AC (1.5 ton, Split) personnel. I am forced to bring this matter under your discretion after making so many calls (the details of these mobile numbers are Toll Free No.: [protected]; Service Center: [protected]; Javed: [protected](Given by Service Center); Store Allahabad: [protected]) for the complaint no. [protected] lodged on 18.07.2013 to different different staff, it was found that not at all any firm action taken against this complaint number and From last 15days they are telling me that you will get replacement in next day but i don't know how much this two days are long. I reside on the top floor of MNNIT building that gets too hot and it is very difficult to manage in that flat. Kindly take necessary administrative action since more than 15 days have been passed from the date of complaint.
Irritated from the extreme negligence I will finally be compelled to search for faster necessary action.

    Hello All, I need help with my situation with Samsung Mobiles India. My name is Rahul from Noida City, I would like to share my Worst Experience with SAMSUNG MOBILES, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S- DUOS 7562, Serial/IMEI No. [protected] on 24th April 2013, first of all i was unable to charge that device than i went to Samsung Authorized Care Centre for replacement of that product, 1st time they told me that was just a minor Charging Connector Problem and kept my phone for almost ONE Week for that, and gave me the reason that they are running out of accessories ( I Went to the Main Service Centre Of SAMSUNG MOBILES located @ Sector-18 in the City & they were running out of Minor Accessories also the Samsung Factory is located in the same nearby area ). After a week when i received my Phone back, it started showing the same problem of charging, in addition to that i was unable to connect internet, was unable to receive incoming calls, and was completely unable to listen Music, then i went to Same Samsung Care Centre for the above mentioned problems that i was facing with that Defective Device, 2nd time also they kept my phone for again ONE WEEK, by telling me that there is a problem with Charging Connector, Headset jack, and some software updation and on top of that they told me that they are still running out of Accessories and i have to wait again One Week for that Phone, Then after a Week when i received that phone, NONE of the above mentioned problem got resolved but in addition to that there was a new Problem with Motherboard of that device. Again after launching a consumer complaint they Promised me that after the replacement of Motherboard the problem wont come back and if the problem repeats one more time they will going to replace that device, Now again after 15 days i was unable to charge that defective device so i went to the same service centre to sole my problem there i found out that THEY NEVER REPLACED THE MOTHERBOARD OF THAT DEVICE THATS WHY I HAVE TO FACE Problems with that deviceNow again that Defective Device is at the Same Samsung Care Centre for ONE WEEK as they always running out of Accessories. Instead of taking back that DEFECTIVE DEVICE they wasted almost my Month and still Wasting my time, money & energy. As the Product is under warranty and i want Samsung to take Responsibility of that DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and Replace that Defective Product or either Refund my Money Back, I tried everything in my hand but No Support From Samsung Customer Care team. Please take action against Samsung Mobiles for Selling Defective Products in the Market and Samsung Customer Care for totally Unacceptable, Unethical & illiterate behavior towards customers. Every time they keeps my phone without solving my problem and the only solution is the replacement as that Defective Device caused me already lots of trouble, Every now and then they keep my phone and erase my important data. I Simply Don't Understand What Kind of Company Samsung is ? Its been 3 Months i purchased that Phone and out of 3 months Samsung Authorized Service Center Kept That Phone For Almost 2 Months And Still That Defective Device is giving Trouble to me. I also have Nokia Phone and that Phone is working perfectly as smart phones are suppose to work BUT Samsang First distributes DEFECTIVE DEVICE In the Market and AFTER that They Give TERRIBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.     Hello Team, I want to Thank You & Inform you that my complaints got resolved and I am Completely Satisfied with the resolution of my complaints.

    Samsung — DEFECTIVE HANDSET AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have puchased a SAMSUNG GT-B5722 handset worth Rs.8695/- on 01/07/2010. Atfer one month it has become out of order. I gone to care centre but they were very rude and irresposible persons , they kept my cell for more than one months and after threaten to them that I will go to consumer forum they returned it as it was, without resolve the problem.

    I would like to inform you that kindly take a suitable action in this regard.

Its been told that by 25th July my credit card account will get 15 % cash back. I have not yet received 15% cash back.         I had purchased Samsung galaxy duos smartphone GT-S7562 in 9 November 2012 and from the day one the handset is hanging too much
        while using contact app, sms app,playing games ... so i go for a samsung care support at my city and
        They had to flash my phone and install latest improvement updates also ...
        but it's still laggin while using app. and hanging to much ...
        i take out the bettery to restart my phone when Hanging ... giving below problems.

        1) Operation is extremely slow
        2) Phone hangs repeatedly
        3) Sometimes the phone does not display the caller name when the phone rings
        4) Data upload and transfer is very slow.
        5) Touch screen operation is not effective
        6) While exiting any application the operation is very slow
        7) Sometimes when i go to message box, i can see the contact no.s only. After few seconds the names of contacts start popping up
        8) Facebook application also operates very slow on the mobile. It keeps showing loading before displaying details on the screen
        9) After taking a photo or video when i want to review it, it takes longer time to load.
        10) I have deleted lot of applications from my cellphone due slow operation as well as transferred all the photos, videos to external sd card but there seems to be no improvement
        11) while viewing a photo or video there are lot of instances when i tilt the camera by 90 degree, the video or photo does not timely rotate on the screen
        12) while using fb application when the details are displayed and i want to scroll the screen, the response is lethargic.


        i cant understand that, why samsung brand is not able to solve this problem and why launched a unsuccessful device for people ...
        i pay 15800 for this Smart phone but then why samsung Qualities phor mobile is too poor ...?

        Samsung — phone hang problem

        i purchased a samsung set on 06/03/2010 after purchasing the set after 3 days phne started a problem my phne bateery get replaced from company as battery backup was too poor and after few days set get hanged and software was upgraded but set doesnt get open and company is sying board has to be changd it will take 15 days plz change myphne on urgent basis kndly do the needful thanks,[protected] my contact no is mentioned for ur reference.

        the service is very poor..in spite of repeated complaints there is no improvement seen in the handset..the handset is under the warranty period still some or the other problems always takes place.even after the service there are continuous hangs..please tell whwt is the solution to it?

        Samsung Star 3 Duos — Phone gets hanged very often

        I had bought a Samsung Star 3 Duos phone in the month of August 2012. After a month the left side touch screen stopped working and even the disconnect button stopped working. Sometimes the SIM is also not detected and the phone gets hanged very often.

          I had register a complaint about my freeze on 07/07/2013 for not working. Then a service engineer visited for it from Begusarai Service Center &
          told me that he visited again with in 4 days with required product to repair ur freeze, but till now on 31/07/2013 has been passed away but there
          is no any response from company's service,service center or from engineer's end. I have been many times called on company's care number but
          all time they said just wait ...So what's this how much time/days company taken for service no one can satisfied me...that in warranty company
          neither responsible nor provide better service to their consumers.... This is SAMSUNG company's mazic.

          I have samsung corby S-3653 , firstly it accessories is too worst, The hands free Ear phone connector had broken in last couple of month, I visited to Samsung service center in noida sec-27, Sharma market and hukum singh market , they refused to give service and asked to purchase the product , that but that Time the parts are not available, and cost was that time 150/- + service tax, till now they are unable to make available of that parts, and now they told me that single parts are not for sale , you have to purchase whole part.Mr. himansh Nainwal the technical executive for mobile told me very rude and suggest me to go to consumer forum,

          I had purchased samsung galaxy s3 mobile in june 2013 which costs 30, 000 rupees. The day one onwards I noticed that phone is not getting charged normally. It was taking entire night to charge 80 percent battery. And strucking in the middle of applications. I had given it in samsung service center at aundh in pune on 21st sep 2013.withihn one day they called to collect phone.They did nothing except installed os again. Because of their mistake EMEI number was diappeared and phone is not able to register on the mobile network. next day I returned in service center. Since 7 days they are not at all giving any responce except that it will take time. I have visited service center 4 time and still they did nothing. Guys samsung service center is very bad they don't know how to repair the phone except os installation, that too they perfectly don't know. My case is live example for that. By installing OS themselves created new problem for my phone. Dont purcahse samsung products.

            This mail is to share my horrible experience that I have after buying Samsung S4 phone from one of the Samsung outlets in Delhi.

            I bought the phone on 13th July from a Samsung dealer in Raujori Garden.

            After buying the phone when I reached home I found that that its home key was not working. I called the dealer and made him aware about the issue with the phone. He adviced me to take the phone to the nearby Service center and ensured that they will replace it with new one.

            I went to the service center on 19 th July as I was out of city due to official work. Meantime I also realized that the phone has battery backup issue. Its battery was lasting for 4-5 hrs only.

            Service Center agreed to replace the phone and the Samsung representative told me that they will first inspect the phone to confirm whether this is a genuine problem.

            I waited for around 3 hrs and finally they agreed to replace the phone. But after sometime out of no where they told me that they cannot replace the phone as this phone has been activated on 6th of June as per there record. I was shocked and tried to make them understand my point that the Samsung dealers/outlets are the face of company and people generally buy phone from the outlets rather then directly going to company.

            This kind of treatment is not expected from the company of repute like Samsung. I wouldnt have bothered you if it is a few thousands rupee phone. But as it is the flagship model of Samsung and the most expensive one, I need your intervention to help me out in phone replacement.

              I have received a call from your Service Center - Bhubaneswar that they informed me on dt. 30.05.2013 to take a new Handset or the Total cost of the mobile which has deposited in ur service center till today .

              When I requested him to replace my Handset but at that time they denied to replace . Now I am unable to agree with their proposal because I have already paid Rs. 4000.00 to my advocate for his case conducting fee .Till I have lost my valuable time as well as received mental torture, pain & agony to prepare my case . In this stage if you will give me only the cost of my mobile then who will pay my advocate expenditure & court expenditure .

Yesterday I told him to keep my phone for repair & give me a stand by Phone and he agreed to give . But today Mr. Rakesh & his Service Manager refused not to give me a stand by phone . He told me that they have only ten mobile phones, so they did not supply me any hand set for my personal use . I will not take the phone after repair. Though my mobile is new one and is under warranty period so I don’t want to receive the above repaired hand set service person has miss utilized my set. If you will not supply me a new one hand set within a stipulated period then I will take legal action against your Company in the Court of law.

                I went to buy a mobile phone Samsung model Handset in the range of Rs 5000 they said no phone available in touch screen and said starting price is 6500 for single sim and above that for double sim and as i went through the models i decided to go for Samsung young duos which is released in 2013 Samsung S 6312 on the stand and asked the sales man for that model mean while as we wanted to exchange the old mobile we were concentrating on that too my wife wanted a white color that was an another contravercy that only one piece was available that too it was an seal broken piece in this confusion the sales man after my repeated asking is it Samsung Young duos he told yes it is Young Duos but i forgot to check the model No I purchased by paying Rs 7800 and bought the phone. I live at Kalpakkam Department Of Atomic Energy Qtrs it is 75 kms from chennai we reached late night the next day morning i checked the model it was Samsung S 6102 the discontinued model released in 2012 i even did not check the bill in the shop to check the model No because i trusted the sales man but next day morning i came to know that i was cheated by the salesman.I contacted the salesperson by phone is is denying that he has cheated thats natural human tendency now i want the full refund or a replacement of the Samsung S 6312 suggest me what i can do with these type of cheaters to get a replacement Note Samsung S 6312 and Samsung S 6102 handsets look alike that is how they cheated me I Suggest buyers please be aware about Kodambakkam branch as i went through the review some people have commented about fraud in this same branch please don't buy

                I bought samsung X650 on 16th jan 2007...within one year i gave it for servicing for 6 times as the cell gets hang, battery heated up no sound could be heard.Everytime they assured its done & the problem wouldnot re-occur, but it happens after every 2 months.Last time the customer service center of esplanade told directly that they neither can chnge the set nor can do anything & asked me to do whatever i could.
                In my Samsung Mobile (E250) display is coming white. I need to switch off my Mobile everytime. Please reply me ASAP.
                I purchased a samsung 1410 a month ago and there is no battery back up. Gave it to Samsung Service Center in Nehru Place got it back a few days later and the problem still persists. Tried calling the center but no one seems to be bothered in picking up the phone, they want you to miss your work and be there. They need to get their act together.
                I have bought Samsung Pixon mobile 2 months ago. I cannot synchronize it with PC. There is some problem. I have made several calls to their Customer Care and have also written emails but no action taken. Now a days they have stopped even acknowledging receipt of my mails. Is there a way for me to get my complaint redressed or am I supposed to suffer in silence? I want to know whom I should contact when their Customer Care is not caring!

Few months back on April (09/04/2010) i purchased a Touchscreen mobile handset Samsung {Superb S 5560}. It was working perfectly fine till last month i faced some problem in it on[protected] straight away i went to your service centre in sec - 22 B - Chandigarh. I told them i am facing some problem in it and it is not working properly,they taken the handset and said they will call me back in the evening . In the evening i received a call from them they told me we are unable to repair your mobile it will take atleast 5 days to repair it ,i had to say Ok because i don't had any other choice. After 5 days i went to the service centre again in a hope that i will get my mobile today,but those said sir we dont have the parts of your mobile we are unable to repair it but we had sent your mobile to another service centre it will take 5 more days to repair it again i said Ok. Again after 5 more days means Yesterday i went there then they said sir still we are unable to repair your handset because we dont have the parts so we sent your mobile to another service centre now even they dont have the parts to repair your handset ,there is another service centre in chandigarh in sec 44 you can give your mobile to them . I got so frustrated finally i said please give me mobile back then they said we dont have your handset at the moment u can come on (17/08/2010) and take it back and it will be unrepaired or otherwise you can talk to our senior {Mr. AMARJIT SINGH - [protected]}.

                Now, i am 110% sure your service centre people had taken out some of key parts out of my mobile thats why they are not repaing it .I just need my handset repaired or otherwise i need a new handset ..
                And to make you Aware that i am not lying to you i have attached the copy of the slip which your service centre people provided me & the copy of the bill from where i had purchased the mobile.

                Hi,
                I have given my Samsung mobile for small repairing at samsung showroom pune initially they said repair cost would be 500/- also they have been charged immediately,
                its working fine again i found there is a new problem infront of them same time after they repaird.
                They agreed to solve that problem within 2days without charges. I also agreed their commitment.
                After 2days they told me mobile COMPLETELY NOT WORKING even there is no display nothing is there.
                I SHOCKED and argue with them this is the problem with samsung,you have to solve my problem without charges.

                Now we want to inform you that as the above said dealer had brought the above said same hand sets from company which were outdated version software’s mobile phones and as when we are using this handset were facing lot of problems like when we are sending sms mobile getting hang and getting switch off. Please note a reputed branded company is doing cheap activities, as when we send the same hand sets to the company service center M/s. As the company authorized center agreeing the Mobile phone software is old version one but refusing to refund money or replacing it by new one’s.
                As we object that as we were got cheated by world branded company Samsung by giving us old version phones as we had purchase new seal pack branded phones and with in one week only it has given us lot of problems, Therefore we request for strict action on above said companies and please provide us replacement or our money back immediately as we facing lot of problems with out phone handsets.

                Mobile just 8 months ago and my mobile had 1 year of warranty. when I go to the Samsung care they told me that they did not provide me a free service in fact they are taking money to repair my samsung mobile.

                Samsung — samsung mobile phone

                there was some minor problem in my samsung s 3310 handset, so i went to samsung service centre. Executive at service center told me that they need to upgrade the software of my handset. so i placed my handset there to get it repaired. On the other day they put my dead phone in front of me telling that the phone couldn't get repaired it mother board got destroyed. Initially the phone was working before admitting it to the service center. they people dint replied me why this had happend. they are saying the the customer is responsible for any damage at the service centre.
                Sales man are fraud, Guys myself and my friend both went to buy Samsung Galaxy Y, i saw in the paper, if you buy 1 samsung Galaxy Y you will get a reebok watch, myself and my friend each bought Samsung Galaxy mobile, but the sales man gave us only 1 reebok watch, we asked the sales person, he said the offer is for 2 mobiles 1 reebok watch, after again we checked the paper and went to the show room with the paper and then they gave us the 2 watches, the sales person always try to cheat us be aware of it. but mobile phone is fine. poor customer Service

                    I purchase Samsung galaxy grand Model No :- GT-I9082 , Purchase Date :-22/02/2013 , Purchasing Amount Rs 22000/-

                    This is worst phone I have ever used in my life. After 2 days of purchase started facing problem, hanging and restarting.
                    When I visit you nearest service center , it shows a long Que and very bad management after wattling two hour's still i am in que .
                    Then i left from there and decide i will never purchase any Samsung product and same i will suggest to my near dear's ....
                    the same i post on my Facebook account as well on your Facebook page too . The service & mobile both are worst.Total unhappy experience....
                    Kindly suggest me what should i do ... every month you are launching product's like any thing with lots of lucrative function's and features and
                    the same attract customer's also but without any proper feedback you give bad product to the peoples ...
                    1000's of complaint register regarding this product but still its available in market .

                    I am using Sony Mobile phones since last six years, never faced any silly issues like this....

                    Kindly look in to this and suggest me what should i do in this condition....

                      the offer should be to first bought customers.... why the hell your company offers for late buyers that too for the low cost than old price....

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased Samsung Galaxy 3 (Mobile Phone - GT - 15801DKAINU ) on 17th January 2011at RS 11700.But the processor is so slow that it took 2secs to open the call log , contracts & messages. In case of other applications it is very slow. I am brand loyal customers of Samsung . This is fourth mobile I purchased of Samsung . Other than these all of my home appliances are from your company. I donot have any grievances against your brand, but this is the first time I have to complain against your product. My basic purpose (i.e. calling) is not solved. I talk to your sales guy , he told it is made like this. Previously I have used Samsung mobile, all of these mobiles are very fast . This set compels me to complain against your product.

                        Subject: Forgery is done to us by Sai Traders (53/18,Shop No-2, Ramjas Rd,New Desh Bandhu Gupta Rd, Karol Bagh, Delhi, - 110005) in the purchasing of Samsung Split A.C.


                        This is to inform you that we purchased a 1.5 ton split A.C model - AS184BBJNSTL , serial no. SW 15TPPJC200074P .on 23/01/2013 from SAI TRADERS (53/18 shop no.2 ramjas road karol bagh New Delhi con no. [protected]) , to be installed in our under construction house in Faridabad Haryana .

                        When the Split A.C. was opened to be installed by a Samsung service technician we were told that the A.C is second hand instead of Seconds product and that it does not have its complete fitting more over it is scratched and cracked. Technician of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.had denied to be installed that Split A.C. because of disfigured (cracked ) of Split A.C & its does have its complete fittings.

                        On contacting the dealer he completely denied to take it change it or refund our money back .On contacting customer care we were told to contact sai traders again for twice and in case of a negative response, to forward this dispute with PHOTOGRAPH AND BILL COPY to Samsung "" CEO’s Office Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. "" but till now we have not received any response from them.

                        THIS IS A KIND OF ILLEGAL, IRRESPONSIBLE AND INTOLERABLE BEHAVIOR BY SAI TRADERS as well as Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

                          I bought Samsung S3 about one and half month ago. I noticed that the mobile is getting excessively overheated after only 15 min o[censored]sage. I understand that some heating is normal among smartphones, i have used 3 smartphones before. My last smartphone was Sony Xperia Play. BUT this overheating is abnormal. it heats up so much that it is very hard to hold. My friends have S3 but their phone doesn't heat up like mine. I used an expensive rubber cover for my S3, which got loosed due to the heating of S3. There i realized that i have to go to service center because the problem has accelerated and it might explode if i continue to use it like this. The service center guys kept my phone for 2 days, however they provided me stand by phone on request. After the service i noticed that the heating problem is marginally lowered but the trick the service guys used to achieve this was unethical. they limited my battery full charge to only 63% and the also increased the charging time by 3x. Now when i charge my phone whole night it shows 63% battery life in the morning and within 4 hours it discharges. It takes several hours to charge up again. On top of it heating problem still persist. it might not explode now but still it is overheating unusually. only with the help of cover you can use it for more than 15 min continuously. Please help!!
                          I don't play games on my phone i just use it for calling, taking pictures and for social networking like Facebook and linked in.
                          Please help it is a new phone and i don't have money to buy another new phone now.
                          Why nobody is listening???

                            I bought a Samsung S DUOS S7562 in month of march. Suddenly on 20th july, there was a problem in handset that it was not getting switched on & charger was also not working ! I gave it to Samsung Service Center, Kalkaji on 22nd July around 11 AM. They told me to check at 2 PM. When I went there they told me it has motherboard problem but not telling me when can it be repaired. moreover, a customer service executive female misbehaved with me. When, I escalated the matter to Branch Manager Mr. Atul Gupta he also shouted upon me & told not to service the handset. This is his behavior with each & every customer out there. When, I told him that I am also from Software service industry and we never behave like this with our customer he said I can get you on job under me, I have 12 branches under me. Is this a way to treat a customer. anyhow, I took patience and give the handset for repair & he told me that we will call you up in a couple of days as motherboards are out of stock & they also refused to replace my charger. They told that it is procedure that first we repair handset then we replace charger, I agreed on that. Since than I have not received any call from them. I keep on going almost daily & checking about the status. But, no satisfactory answer given by them. Yesterday, they told me to pick up the set in the morning. Today morning I got the set but they said charger is not available & come on Tuesday for the same.

                            I requested them to please give me in writing so that I should not stand in queue as I have already wasted my so much time in waiting for my turn & standing in queue. They refused and shouted upon me. The whole staff misbehaved like anything & when I picked my job sheet for mobile & charger they snatch my shirt & almost fought with me. when I told them that I will lodge a complaint in Consumer forum he said we don't have any problem. I will personally file an FIR against them but requesting consumer forum also to take some action. Have we done some mistake in buying Samsung product ?

                            I am using blackberry mobile it hardly get problem, so less need of service & nokia service is far better than samsung.

                            Samsung Mobiles — very poor services

                            i have given my samsung e 840 for repair in panipat customer care on 1st october.they asked me that it has to be sent to delhi so i will get my mobile after 15 days..but still i havent received my mobile back.i call to delhi customer care they said it has been despatched and delivered to panipat customer care.when i call panipat customer care they dnt give me any satisfactory answer.perhaps they have misplace the mobile.i want my mobile back

                            Samsung — rude behavior of customer care staff

                            respected sir, i have purchsed samsungmoble form Pramukh Dial Point, Umbergaon. Dist- Valsad gujarat 396165. My bill Number is 07/105 dated 29/07/2009.
                            after only one moths it was working with some trouble. i contacted my nearest service center whose address is below.
                            sky electronics, shop No. 7 koparli Road vapi. and request him to do the need ful.
                            my work oder no. 8129 dated 06/10/07.I was promised to get it repaired within a week as it was under warrany period but I was frustrated. Then I contact Mr. Sandeep. The Executive on Telephone No. [protected] and request him to get my phone repaied but instead of co -operating me he started to quarrel with me and told me that samsumg company is not resposible to repaire any mobile in warrnty period.
                            i shocked to heard this. and i contacted to custone care toll free No. [protected] Mr. Ankurbhai was there , I convey him my problem but he also told me that he cant do anything in this matter.
                            Sir, I can not understand that one of the giant cee phone company like Samsung has such Non technical and nonsence staff.
                            Ithen i contact verious authorised cutomer casre staff in my area like Jigar Desai etc but instead of co operate me they tried to harress me and they done nothing to get my phone repaied.
                            SIR, i request to take disciplinery action towards nigligency of duty becasue it creats bad effects on the consumer.

                            therefore you are request to take action against this stupid staff to avoid such complications with other comsumers.

                            Samsung Mobiles — very poor service and rude staff

                            I have given my mobile (SAMSUNG D880) for repairing to Digital Waves chennai on 2 nd Aug 2010. while taking cell for repairing the problem was blank display. they told me to call after four days. after four days they told that part not avaliable call in next week. the same answer they repeated too many times. mean time I register complaint to samsung cust. care. on 28 Sep (apprx 2 months) while they told to come on 4 th oct. i surprised. I made a call to cust care they talk with them and after 2 hrs they told that u r cell is ready,
                            next day i go for collection. i saw that my cells IMEI no changes. body is totally loose. they told me that they will write new IMEI no. they took 3 hrs. after that they they told system is slow so they cant write. i was so tired . i collect the cell and come to home. after that i saw that mobile is not charging, and keypad lights not working.

                            Samsung — PATHETIC SERVICE and rude behaviour

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            I bought a Samsung split ac last year in July. but within few days cooling stopped. when the guys came for repairing they told me that because of gas leakage they have to re fill the gas. all went fine after the repair.. in march 2011 i restarted my ac, i noticed that water is coming out of the unit inside and cooling is very low. from that day till date Samsung has repaired my AC 6 time. replaced compressor once and took inner unit to there service center once.. but still water is coming out from inner fan and cooling is low.
                            Head of Jammu Samsung (Rahul Verma) promised me during last visit that they will replace the AC if it is not fixed but when i called him this time, he talked in a very rude manner and told me that they have to take my ac to there service center for observation and it will take 10 to 15 days. MY warranty will expire on[protected] what should i do to avoid any future problem

                              Actually sir there was a bond period of 3 months for that some of my oriented document were submitted so that i can fulfill my bond period.

                              I was successfully doing my training, But today on 26 july 2013. I was suddenly terminated from the organization without any previous notice and warning letter due to which I was completely shocked because i was not informed previously about the incident that happened today.

                              Also i was forced to sign a resign letter on which i was forced to while that completed . I am leaving this organization due to my own will personal problem. But actual scene in not so actually sir i was terminated suddenly without any previous information to me.

                                its been 2 months that i have brought the phone and for 3 time it has gone to service centre for the same complaint and 3rd time they said to give the replacement letter on the spot if the problem persist..... i was a week time i brought it back and phone got finally dead and nw they submitted the phone
                                and denying from there promise of giving the letter..... more than me the cell is used by service centre only and they dont even talk properly and customer care doesnt rply well....

                                I was purchase a samsung refridgerator before 2 1/2 months. i had complained to company 5 times for the damage now company take the refridgerator for repairing since last 10 days. company officer who coms our home to take the item for repairing he was said that the it is damage pice. so now we called copany 3-4 times everyday but they are responce us. Today i talk with Mr. Ketan Patel, I said to him with request that plz. change our pice because of first thing it's damage pice and second thing i had complained company 6 times in Two and half month. He told me company not replace the piece so What can i do for my problem. company said take this old pice if any problem you found in one month they ware replace pice, they are not confident about their product that it's work regurarly.                                 Hi actually I am also facing similar problem. My dad gifted me Samsung fridge two years before. It was fine for the first year, then started problems. Now this is my 4or 5th complaint. First was regarding the freezer and they replaced it which costed nearly 4000Rs. Then 3 or 4 complaints regarding gas leaks..which is still not detected. My fridge is still in their store. It nearly costed 1500Rs. Fridge was bought for 10000Rs and now we have to pay 5500Rs?..It like buying a biting dog with cash!..Will there be any action taken against them?..Can I get a solution for my problem?

                                I buy SAMSUNG Comby Pack , One LCD 32 Inch and Home Theater, Model No. HT - TZ 225 From Next Retail Shop, Jayanti Bazzar, Jaipur on 22-09.2009. After Requesting So Many Times The Demo of Home Theater Was Done 16.11.2009. On Demo The home Theater was not accepting the CD/DVD. the Next otulet told me to get repair from ALwar Service Center. But it is a Pack Peice so I don't want to repair it I want Repalce It

                                  I had bought a new Samsung Led TV from Doha,Qatar LULU HYPERMARKET but, after just one years finished it's power section is working and I complained to the Samsung and they arrived at home and asked me to submit the purchasing details but LULU HYPERMARKET did not give me any details of that LED TV. So When Samsung people arrived at my home and said that I need to pay like 7 thousands Indian rupees for the repair because I bought the Led Tv from outside! But, with that much money I can buy a new television here. So make sure next time don't buy any samsung home prodects ever and I have decided that already because when you buy their product they will give you more important but if something happen to their product they will kind of cheat you saying different reasons

                                  Samsung LED 26" — Not Working

                                  Dear Sir

                                  I have Purchase a Samsung LED 26 " on dated 10.01.11 Amount Rs. 26000/- Approx and Demo on that product on 21.01.11 , but this product not working from 26.02.11 and i have complaint about that on 28.02.11 , Service Engginer visit and say that Power product damag. but after that no body can change that part up to till day 04.03.11 , and now i want to replace that product bcz i have use this product only one month. i have call Company service Center Employee (Raman ) says "do any thing we are unable to replace the LED and replace the damage part in this and dont know how many time they take.

                                  Now i request to company kindly replace the LED in this time because i purchase a new product and its part damage with in 1 and half month. but there is no positive responce on that side.

                                  You are request to kindly provide the legal decision.

                                  I have registed compliant against my tv ,one techian came to home and took the board yet it has not been replaced.pls act fast and resolve immtly.

                                  Now, I don't have any problem with Samsung because they solved my LED TV issue with a free amount of money. They only needed my purchasing copy of the bill which I did not have when my Led tv stopped working.

                                    I am writing this mail after so much of pain given by Samsung. I have complained about the cooling problem of my 1.5 ton split a/c but have not got a solution yet, rather had to go through the misbehavior of Samsung agents. Following are the main concern:



                                    I had got gas refilled in my split A/C on 22nd April 2013 and was told by Samsung agent who visited that within 6 months of gas refilling if required again (though it will not be required) we do not have to pay.
                                    I had complained on 24th July 2013 and now the Samsung people are saying that the validity is up to 3 months and not 6 months.
                                    My point is we are facing the cooling problem since 8 – 10 days; if we would have been informed in April that the validity is 3 mnths and not 6 months why would we wait for 3 months and 2 days to get over and complaint about cooling on 24th July.
                                    No where in the invoice given on 22nd April 2013 it is mentioned about the validity; which is pathetic.
                                    We believed in the Brand SAMSUNG and did not get it in writing as we did not ever dream that we would face such a harassing scenario with SAMSUNG
                                    Your Mr. Sanatan of Raj Agency is a highly unprofessional person
                                    The call centre agent says that for such a small amount Samsung would not do a false promise…. By saying this the agent is humiliating a customer…If Rs.2000 is a small amount let him pay for me. Moreover it is about wrong commitment.


                                    Why do Samsung staff makes false promise. It is called as fooling the customers. At payment time the agent says the validity is 6 mnths and now when we actually need it … the validity suddenly changes to 3 mnths.

                                    On whose request does any complain gets closed if customer didn’t ask for it?

                                    Who is responsible for wasting my time?And finally, will any thing happen by writing this mail.

                                    I hope this time some action would be taken other than making false promises.

                                    Sumsang A/C — Stopped cooling in 3 months

                                    I had purchased a new samsung air conditioner on 18/4/2009 from NEXT Retail shop located in sector 31, gurgaon.The product code is:[protected].
                                    It was working properly in the beginning but since 15 days the cooling of the AC is not effective.I had called the customer service centre to complian about the malfunctioning of the AC.They said that i will recieve a service man next day to look after the fault and rectify it but nobody came and i waited the whole day.I again called up to ask when can i expect someone to come and look after the problem.They again said that you will get the concerned person today by 6pm.I had to wait again and then i was highly dissapointed.It continued the same for four days but nobody came to see the problem.The day before yesterday i told them that i can not wait any more and you have to give me the phone number of the higher authority so that i can complain.They gave me the number of the service person that i can talk to him and ask him when he will come.I called him and he put my on hold for ten minutes and then he disconnected my call.I again called back and he took me very casually.He called up some other service man and asked him to repair me AC.He was constantly giggling while talking to that person on the other phone as i could hear what he was saying.He then hung up without answering and when i constantly called for the next one hour, he didnt recieve any of my calls.The name of that person is DEEPAK and his number is [protected].Is this the way the biggest electronics selling company treat their customers?I feel very disappointed of buying an AC from your company and i could never expect such a casual attitude towards customer requirements.Your services and the quality has immensely dissatisfied me and i will think twice before buying any of your products.I hope that in future you will look into the matter and try to improve your services.

                                      I purchased a Refrigerator model no RT39FDAGASL ,Samsung brand from SANJAY ELECTRONIKS, Shop no 25, New Tikona Park Markeet,NIT,Faridabad vide cash memo no 9251 dated 07/07/2013.It was delivered by the dealer at my house.when I unpacked the same ,internal tray for storing fruit &vegetable was found broken.I immediately reported to the dealer ,but he is giving no response inspite of repeated requests.Rather an executive from the samsung sercvice centre came and he demanded cost of the broken tray .I refused to pay as it is the responsibility of the dealer to replace the same.
                                      No action has still been taken either by the company or by the dealer.
                                      Plz help me.
