I have purchased Fully automatic washing machine 2 years before,now it has got repaired,i searched for samsung authorised service centre from website ,i found ITEL Services,Banashankari-2nd stage,i contacted them and took the machine for the repair and they told within one week it will be repaired.we contacted them after one week,they told drum has defective it has to be be replaced,we agreed to replace it.after that they kept the washing machine for one month withour repairing it and gave answer drum is not available etc.,.i brought back the machine from that ITEL Services centre and given for repair for other repair center,There I Very much shocked that some parts are removed and theft by ITEL Services, Parts like presurre sensor switch,Aluminium Belt for drum,under panel and lot more.we asked regarding this immediately with ITEL Services but they are not responding properly. i dont where is problem whether with ITEL Service or SAMSUNG Company giving authorisation for this kind of people

Samsung — dryer leaking
now more than 45 days i complaint about my washing machine..many time some body call from the office and take the details. but no body does not come and check until today......what kind of service and care is this???????????please consider seriously this matter ....
