I purchsed one Toner Cartridge for SCX-4100 laser printer of Samsung make. This was purchased from M/S Sai IT Hub, 225 (GF) Sant Nagar, East of kailash, New Delhi-110065. The printer was also purchesed from same vendor. Amount paid was Rupees Four Thousand only and amount was paid by cheque number 569886 dated 08/12/2009 drawn at Syndicate bank, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi .
When the new cartridge was in mid July 2010, it did not work. We called the service engineer of SAI IT Hub, who declared that the New Cartridge was defective. He advised that we should approch the Samsung company for changing the defective cartridge. In fact the Service Enagineer himself (Shri Ram Udgar Yadav) volunteered to carry the defective cartidge for exchanging from the original manufacturer. Howerver, after repeated complaints and three physical visits to Samsung Service Centre at Okhla, they just refuded to entertain the complanit on the plea that the cartridge was lying with us for about six months before it was installed.
In this regard, my argument is that the box containing cardtridge is showing the date of manufacture as September 2008. I purchased it in third week of December 2009. How the company had sold the Cartridge after one year and four months after the printed date of manufacture?. If there was any expiry date it should have been printed on the packaging.
We now approach the Consumer Forum to take serious action against M/S Sai IT Hub as well as Sansung India for having cheated us by supplying a defective cartridge.
Our work suffered and we were subjected to a lot of strees and waste of time and effort in taking up the matter we were subjected to harrassment by both - SAI IT HUb and Samsung India.
They have refused to replace the defective cartridge. ..
We pray for strong action against both these companies.

Samsung split A.C — Very very poor service
Dear readers,I have purchased a Split A.C last year now i am facing some problem in that product.I longed a complaint to customer care last week they promised to rectify the next day.
I used to receive daily one call from local service center that some person is coming to attend the service but till now that day has been come yet.
from last 5 days i have made lot of std and local to contact samsung service dept. After a consistent follow-up, local service center of Samsung and main branch but its all waste..
I got highly irritated with this kind of behavior from the service people of Samsung. I wasted a lot of money on telephone, mobile and fuel. And I don’t want to waste any of my money.
LAST BUT NOT THE LIST I ADVICE ALL PEOPLE GO FOR THAT PRODUCT WHO CAN GIVE U GOOD SERVICE AND I DONOT ADVICE TO GO FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
