Samsung Hard Disk 80gb — Warranty Replacement

On 21.05.09 i sent a defective hard disk to the company for replacement against the new one, the hard disk is in warranty period, after 1 month they send me a new hard disk but the new one was also defective and not working. Now, again the second time i send the new hard disk to the Samsung Service Centre - Jamnagar (Gujarat) but till date i have not yet received my product after so many harassments, now please suggest me what can i do. After 1.5 months they cannot provide me a new(good condition) hard disk even the said in warranty period.

Samsung Hard Disk 80GB — HARD DISK TAKEN FOR RETURN BUT NOT RETURNED AFTER 40 DAYS

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have send a hard disk for replacement before 40 days, Your representatives tell me that it will take aproximately 15 Days, But after 40 Days i call him They replied not available right now, Tell me That how much time I switch off my system or the I will go for a new hard disk, Whenever you want you will Return In 2- 100 Years.
