Defective AC unit
Hi

I am Varun Sethi and an aggreived buyer of the SAMSUNG window AC model- AW12ZKA, from Sargam Electronics, 155 Kapil Vihar, Near Pitam Pura, Delhi, India.

Purchase invoice number reference is 2939 from Sargam Electronics. Serial number of the AC unit sold to us is A312PZAS205732L.

From day 1, my AC is producing irritating noise and this has been registered as complaint...

Hello,

I bought this phone from E-ZONE Bangalore, around 3 weeks back. It worked fine for first 10 days. After that I am having a problem with the phone.

One hour after switching on the phone, the phone will go out of network coverage. The signal strength indicator on my phone shows FULL strength though. However if somebody calls my number, they gave a response saying my phone is switched off or out of network....

I purchases a Samsung washing machine(wa85vanec/xtl, fully automatic washing machine 6.5 kg) from Noida, Sec-18 blow one and half month, but your demo engineer is not contract to me I call also your customer care 3-4 days but they told me contract to demo department they gave me engineers number but those number are not Wright they are wrong[protected]. i have purchased samsung star mobile from andheri in may 2009 now some days before suddenly its touch screen function got stuck and not working.i produce the piece to service centre located at dombivali west .its pass 2 days and no reply from service centre what is the currect status of the mobile.Just want to know in only 1 month of time how such costly mobile got faulty.can i get replacement of the same.????...

I purchased a Samsung DUOS C5212 model set on 13.06.2009 at The mobile store limited, 7/I P.R Complex, Bharathi Road, Cuddalore. But from the day of purchase, the SIM which I had already (postpaid Airtel), if inserted could see the contacts. when we contacting at toll free no, of companines very bad experience with those who are speaking in hindi. care peoples are very uncomfort with our national langauage and telling if you complaint in hindi phoned at new delhi on chargeble phone. toll free number is only for english speaking person. it means income from india and insultin national langauage.

within one yr. of purchase this samsung machine is not working from last two months and company is not responding may be they have to think about stopping the sale of washing machines as they dont have capacity of giving service to customers...

I own a Samsung refrigerator - the main reason for our purchase was the superior after-sales service promised by the Samsung distributor.

When my refigerator stopped working in May, I called the Customer Service Number to lodge the complaint requesting for after-sales service ie to check the refrigerator & get the same repaired. The refrigerator was collected from me on 26-May-09 with confirmation...

I have visited Samsung mobile office, Kalkaji, New Delhi to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hang while using video recording option. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 01.09.2006 to handover...

my handset is sgh-b520 now i am facing problem with phone that it hangs on browser, some times voice not clear, and also if set is on

after some time its off



then i goto samsung service center in meerut ganga plaza

then told me my handset is ok but i check its same problem and also i got a message that your problem is resolved



i am facing too...
