Pathetic Customer Care and After Sales Service of Samsung Refrigerator

Samsung Refrigerator, SR-29 EMB was purchased on 02.06.2003.

On 15.07.2006 Defroster Timer and BI MRTal were replaced and was charged Rs.1023/- by Samsung.
Again the Frig became dysfunctional. The Motor unit was replaced on 05.05.2009 and was Charged Rs.680/-
Within a couple of days the Frig became dysfunctional. After several calls the Service Engineer of Samsung said that the Compressor is out of order and is to be replaced. This was done on 15.05.2009. I had to cough up Rs.4374/-
Hardly a month elapsed and again the cooling system failed. After a scores of Calls to the Customer Care the Service Engineer came on 03.07.2009 and found that the gas is leaking, due to improper welding by the previous Service Engineer who repalced the Compressor. He promised that he will come on 05.05.2009, Monday, positively and repair the Frig.
So far no one has come.
My repeated Calls to the Customer Care viz., S/Shri Arun, Vinod, Johnson and Jaffer from 05.05.2009 did not have any response nor any tangible action was taken.
Over the phone, to the Customer Care, one can hear repetitions like a parrot "Your call is very important, it is monitored for quality purpose" !!!
It is a strange coincidence that the Motor and the Compressor became dysfunctional after just five years and odd months, immediately after the Warranty period !! Even the replacement of the Compressor was not done properly and the Frig became dysfunctional.
It boils down to the fact that the manufacture and qualityof the Frig is so calibrated that it becomes dysfunctional immediately after the Warranty Period!!!.
Hats off to such amazing precision and quality !!!

Experience and the facts prove beyond any shadow of doubt, that there is neither Quality in the manufacture of the Frig nor After Sales Service.

The gullible and hapless Customer has to bear the brunt of indifference and passive attitude of the Customar Care and also financial loss and suffer mental agony.
GOD SAVE THE CUSTOMERS FROM SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.

well said rasiklal dave.we own a godrej fridge twenty five years old. the local fridge repair guy says that it has worked more than we have paid for it. we have serviced it only once.though the freezer door is broken it is still functioning so well. but the samsung fridge which is just six years old has been repaired atleast six times in the past two years. be indian buy indian.hope the company executives pay attention to this.their product purchase is criminal waste of money
Samsung refrigerator -after sale service horrible & pathetic.

We bought Samsung Fridge two years before based on brand name and company's reliability. I was not told there would not be any free/paid service after sale. Two years, the working condition was good except the light inside the door which was not working. But 4 days before on[protected], fridge was not working. I called the customer care and explained them the issue and told them specifically to make arrangement to do general service like cleaning along with repair work. They said service person will come and attend the issue with 24 hrs and do the service. After that, I got a call from service centre and they told me to change plug point. I also changed and tried to put in 3 to 4 plug point still faced the issue. However other electronic items were working. I informed the same to service centre person, he said he will send technician on thursday morning[protected]. But no body came for service. I once again called customer service and they said will escalate to next level and treat as high priority. After that on friday evng I received a call from a lady in service centre and once again i told the same issue and asked her how many times do I need to explain to every person. Why not they arrange a service person. For that the lady was not in a position to give proper response she simply said service person will come & abruptly cut the call which was annoying me.
Today after noon I received a call from service person, he also asked what is the issue which was really frustrating. Since I was out of from my home I told him to come home to check the issue. When I reached home I found some person from electricity board working on main pole and transformer. Refrigerator started working again but no light. So I waited for service person, he came from ekaduthakal centre. I told him the issue and asked him to check lighting and do general service like cleaning. He said for lighting change he had no stock and to do general service he will be taking fridge to his godown/factory and will not do at home. He also said the lighting can be replaced by ourselves by buying in local shop and if they replace they would charge extra Rs. 350 as labour charge. I was really shocked since I already used Godrej fridge and they provide service at home itself and they keep up the time and till date I receive call at least 3 months once and ask about fridge working condition, any Service needed etc. But Samsung is really opposite.. Once their product sold, they will not call customer, get feedback etc which is wondering. In this 2 years I didn't get even a single call from samsung asking about product performance. More over the service person himself said more calls are coming to them but have only limited centres that too only in city side.

I really pity myself for not reading your reviews and choosing a wrong company product.

My question here is-
If they have very limited service centre why they are selling the product?
Is it really true for doing general service like cleaning wastage at the backside of fridge will take a week time since he is taking to his godown..?

Tried booking demonstration appointment for saturday morning between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon slot. Service centre from Koparkhairne clearly denied that they cannot send people so early for demonstration. They said they would call on the given day before coming and expect us to be at home for the entire day waiting for them.

Pathetic service. Doesnot expect such services from brand like SAMSUNG. Will definitely not recommend anyone for this brand.

We have problems with a Refrigerator. Insufficient cooling in the freezer section has almost spoiled the non-vegetarian food. I called them by telephone. The receiving officer on telephone, who took the call on 16 May 2016, telephone was prompt and courteous. She gave me a docket number and reassured me of service by 2000 hour. I called again and again. The same professional telephone answering service, but None came on 17th, or even on 18th. I live in South Kolkata. My apartment is very much accessible by a wheeled motorized vehicle.

    the worst phone i ve ever used. Lots of problems. It restarts every now and then. I was never able to connect to PC studio. and the most irritating part is while i make a call, keypad automatically gets locked after every 2 seconds, it takes 5 seconds to put the call on mute or on loud speaker. Every time i turn on the bluetooth the phone restarts.

    Samsung sucks big time in its applications and ringtones. I lost my cool the very first day i bought this phone and the showroom was not ready to give money back. I dad was using an other samsung phone that got screwed up within a year. I am gonna stay away from Samsung going forth

      I HAVE SAMSUNG SGH-F480 PHONE. I HAD CHANGED THE SCREEN OF THIS PHONE IN LAST MONTH & I M AGAIN FACING THE SAME PROBLEM IN THE SCREEN. I HAD SEEN SOME WHITE SPOT IN MY TOUCH SCREEN PHONE. NOW AFTER CHANGING THE SCREEN AGAIN I SAW SOME WHITE SPOT IN THIS SCREEN. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM WITH THE SCREEN OF THIS PHONE.         we purchased one samsung lcd 40" from chorma from last 15 days we are calling customer care no but no proper responce from them they said they will replace the same but till date nothing is happening neigher they replace nor repir the remote its was shockong as such big co not having proper service center this is total poor show from Samsung Dr Rasmi singh D33 sec 36 noida UP [protected]

          I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG SGH -I450 ON 03/10/2008 FROM AURANGABAD [M.S.]. BUT AFTER 1 WEEK IT GOT HANG AND A MESSAGE WAS BEING DISPLAYED THAT "MEMORY FULL CLOSE SOME APPLICATIONS AND TRY AGAIN". THE CELL GETS NORMAL AFTER IT IS RESTARTED. THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. IT GOT HANG EVERY SECOND DAY. I SHOWED TO SERVICE CENTER. THEY FORMATTED MY MEMORY CARD BUT THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. AFTER SOME DAYS THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT WAS OF NO USE. ON 24/06/2009 THEY SWAPPED THE MOTHERBOARD BUT THE PROBLEM DINT GET SOLVED. AFTER FEW DAYS THEY AGAIN UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT STILL MY CELL GOT HANG EVERYDAY. I HAVE VISITED SERVICE CENTER ATLEAST 10 TIMES.
          NOW I WANT MY CELL TO BE REPLACED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

              Dear Sir/Madam,



              This is regarding the problem of my Samsung Phone Model SGH D780. I had got it purchased in the month of January 2009 from Mobile Planet, janakpuri. It had started giving me the problem in the month of April 09. I had visited to their Wazirpur Service centre and they asked me to leave my phone for at least 20 days without giving ant standby Cell. They also informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in the charging circuit of my cell. They asked me to visit to their Nehru place service centre if want to get it repair on early basis. I had visited to their Nehru Place service centre in the month of May 09 but to my surprise they blamed me that I had tempered my cell & given me an estimate of Rs. 6528.00 ( Six Thousand five hundred and twenty eight only). I was shocked by their comments that during warranty period why a person can temper his phone.



              I am attaching herewith the scanned copies of Purchase Invoice and their estimate given to me. Kindly guide me what to do next to get my phone repair.

                Its a worst mobile i ever seen...while i use gprs its automatically restarting again and again..its never connecting with pc studio...can anyone solve this problem..

                thats true dude, , , the worst phone i ve ever seen too. Lots of problems. It restarts every now and then.                 Ya.. Thatz correct.. My phone will also restarts when i open certain photo cotnents and moreover to load Images in my mobile it will take around 10 mins. I am unable to connect to PC studio till now.And I agree that on every call the Keypad will lock after every 2 seconds and to unlock it, it will take more than 5 sec. Am still unable to load any additional softwares. Getting only the error msg 'File Format Not supported'. Any suggestion to retify these issues.

                I too faced lot of problems with this mobile. Just purchased on 25th july 09. At the showroom only i was unable to call or recieve calls thoug there was full signal. I got another piece of mobile and found same issue. They asked me to contact airtel for this issue thinking its network problem but i dont think so. sim card which worked for other mobiles is not working for this handset?????????

                Plz provide a solution to this asap
                its not true may these persons may have overloaded their mobile with unecessary datas. I am using this mobile for last two months with 4gb Memory card and gprs but never it got restarted never hanged up. my dear first learn how to use computer then try to synchronize with PC Studio. I am working fine with PC Studio. and dude the keypad does not gets locked it just shows to press the hold key so that the features get activated. it does not means key pad is locked. if keypad gets locked then how the call end button works for disconnecting the call. moreever it does not take 5 secs only 2 secs.

                samsung s5233a — No response from Samsung Customer care

                I have purchased a samsung star mobile phone on 27th Aug 2009. The set stopped working with in 1 week of purchase. I have submitted the set in samsung service centre on 7th of Sep 2009 with the work order number [protected] and serial number RWNS789662L. Now it’s been 2 months and whenever I ask for a update.. they never provide me any.

                The last update I got was about 3 weeks ago from the Girish (manager .. I guess) saying my mobile will be replaced and yet there is no response. Whenever I call them they ask me to come back after 1 week. They never respond to my calls properly.

                Can I know the next escalation contact. ?

                I have also contacted customer care with the reference number

                Does soon means one more year or years??

                i think you may have version 1.1.2.ICE of pc studio,
                please download version 1.1.2.ID3 and make a fresh install,
                BUT please do not install usb modem drivers,
                then connect the mobile and have fun !!!

                its totally true dat it's a worst phone . as i talk to customer care (samsung) they told dat this fon can't support third party software

                  I HAVE PURCHASED ONE 310 DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR FROM M/S WORLD WISON, REWARI (HARYANA) AND FROM BEGINING THE BASE TRAY IN SMALL FREEZER WAS DECETIVE AND ITS FALL DOWN, I HAVE MAKE COMPLAINT IN THIS REGARD SO MANY TIME AT THE SERVICE CENTER REGARDING THIS, BUT NO SATISFACTORY ACTION TAKEN BY THEM.                     I received a text message saying i'd won £250, 000 and to claim my prize on this certain email adress or to call a uk number to claim the money from this individual at first i had doubts but immediately new this was a scam. Please do something about this texting scams and false emails because not everyone will ignore them and it's giving people false hopes. NOBODY GIVES YOU THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR FREE and especially not if you haven't entered any competitions so please please put a stop to these NOW.

                    Fraud even through our personal phones is possible i too recieved a text promising me millions in order to claim "my prize" in the Samsung 71st birthday promotion. Its unfortunate that there is no one to give an answer to such fraudulant acts..i even spoke to a man on a UK number +[protected]..but am only playing along to see were it goes and for the kick of it...it is all false..working on your dreams to be wealthy. I only wish a samsung corperation representative could give comment. Thank you.

                    Advice to my fellow victims. Please do not send any such information as credit card number, any bank info or cash through any courier service because no one can trace were it has gone.

                        Dear sir,
                        I bought a Samsung mobile bearing No.SGH-M200 mobile from M/S, Saravana Stores, T.Nagar, Chennai on 14.6.2009. The mobile became blank within a weeks time. M/S.Saravana Stores asked me to approach the authorised service centre, M/s.Techno Care and they have told that software of the mobile is to be updated and within hours returned the same having updated the same. But it is unfortunate that the mobile went out of order immediately, the very next day. Once again, I approached the care centre, where they have prepared the Work order Bearing No.9404-217 dated 6.7.09 and informed me that the same have to be sent to Bangalore for replacement. As I was out of station, I have send my cousin to get the replacement mobile. But to my surprise, they have prepared the workorder and asked me to wait for 25 days for feedback. I do not understand, when the mobile was out of order within a month and warranty also available for atleast for 6 months, why the mobile could not be replaced? There should be a manufacturing defect which was overlooked in the quality assurance cell of your esteem organisation, which has caused the defect in the mobile purchased by me. It is my earnest request that immediate action may kindly be looked into and make necessary arrangements and instructions to your nearest authorised samsung mobile dealer to replace with new mobile. I am a Govt.officer, and the mobile is atmost requirement for my day to day working. Hope there will be a positive response from you.

                          An Allegiance of a nice person whom I met some days ago.

                          This is to inform you all who see this web site that very recently i had purchased one samsung Air Conditioner (1 ton split) from a local shop. I have other 3 A.C.s belong to Electrolux, Voltus, and L.G. Company. It is my habit to go to a shop directly to purchase things whom I believe most ( like the shop i went last time) in spite of going around here and there. They recommended me to buy Samsung A.C. this time. And Without any second question I did purchase that.
                          But with my great astonishment, Just half an hour of installation of this machine it went out of order due to its circuit problem. The reason as i purchased this A.C. was to give a serious patient a bit comfort out of the extreme heat. I informed the shop at once from where i did purchase that, but they actually did not help me what i expected from them.
                          Then i opened up 'SAMSUNG WEB SITE' to lodge a complaint. But I was literally shocked to see the people's view regarding the worst ‘sales and service’ of this company. I was really very upset.
                          Then suddenly I met a person ( MR. AJIT SINGH of " PROMPT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE of Kalna Road, Badamtala, Burdwan, W.B. ) who is really very gentle, kind- hearted, and helpful. As soon as he became aware of my problem, he took no time to send his technicians to my home to solve my problem. The service, movement, or help what I expected from the shop, from where I purchased the A.C. (as the owner of that shop is very much known to me), Mr. Ajit Singh gave me within a second. I Pray to God for his good health and prosperity... May God give him all happiness in life.
                          And I think it is the good luck of the Company like Samsung that they have got a very nice person like him..
                          For having such type of person SAMSUNG say loudly, (so far the service is concern) that "WE ARE THE BEST"

                            I bought a Tata indicom mobile (SCH-B259) on 1st Jun 09, and it was activated after 4 days from the date of purchase. On 10th Jun 09 I faced the first technical issue - (No incoming & no outgoing calls). Approached the customer care, and suggested by them to reload the SIM, but it doesn’t work. Once again called them and instructed by them to reach Cell Solutions, who are the Agents to look into the Handset problems for Tata Indicom Samsung Models. Don’t know, what they identified the issue from the handset! but they reloaded the Mobile software. After reloading the same by them, current issue doesn’t resolved, but additional problems (Poor Display Contrast - no adjustments option, and Keypad no response). Immediately questioned them, why and what is the reason of the problems. They said, we don’t know, and we need to send the Piece to SAMSUNG head office. Given the mobile along with the SIM card to them. It has taken 17 days to get the response and in the mean while I approached the Tata Indicom customer care and argued with them(Ticket #[protected], since I bought it from the same Tata shop and TATA is printed on the Mobile handset. Finally they agreed to deduct the 250/- max from the bill payment, and did not promised to replace the handset, even the problem created by them (Cell Solutions - Agent for SAMSUNG of Tata Indicom). Finally they called me on 26th Jun 09 to collect my mobile phone and said it is ready(Closed the ticket#[protected] with out my confirmation on the work status) . While checking the mobile again observed the Keypad no response in front of them. But the Display problem is resolved. When I argued with them to clear the problem or replace the handset, they said don’t know any thing, and they need to send it back to SAMSUNG again. I don’t know why cant they replace the Handset, since they created problem ! I haven’t take it back, since still the problem persists on the mobile handset. Once again called the Tata Indicom customer care (created another ticket#[protected], and questioned about the situation. By the time they closed the ticket[protected], which was raised for this issue. Since already closed, they have to open another ticket[protected] and need to wait for the response. Why should they close the ticket and why it need to open another one. Who asked them to close it? With out my confirmation they closed the ticket. And on 30th Jun 09, got the call from customer care of Tata Indicom and questioned what the issue? Discussed the same, what exactly the problem once again. and still they are not agreeing to replace the handset. Asking me to wait for the resolution, and will not be charged for the period during the handset not with me! Who will be responsible for the future problem because of this S/W reload.

                            And about the agency Cell Solutions, they are very intelligent. They speak to the customer jumping with multiple languages. Will test the customer, how many languages they know. When I speak to them in English they also started in the same language. When I questioned them why the problem occured after S/W reload, they jump to Hindi, and then Kannad later. Good service to the Customer. Keep it up. This is how your agencies working.
                            I was discussing about the issue with one of the customer care executing from SAMSUNG catched up from the Number 30308282, and asked them to speak to the Cell Solutions person about the issue what happened from their end. They discussed in privately in a room and disconnected without consulting me.

                            On 02nd Jun 09, when I questioned the tata indicom customer care to get the status on the ticket #[protected], they said the ticket is closed and the status of both the tickets[protected], and[protected] are same and closed by saying mobile is ready and waiting for the customer to collect it. When I raised the issue to the Supervisor, he requested me to reach the Agent Cell Solutions and give him the phone to task to the agent. After reaching the agent and asked the status agent said it is not with me and the mobile is still with the SAMSUNG head office and it will be coming on 03rd Jun 09. I have connected the agent to the Supervisor from the Tata Indicom customer care, and then after talking to the agent, supervisor changed his words by saying, ticket is still in the open status, and the mobile will be ready by 03rd Jun 09.

                            This is the entire history of my problem after purchasing the Handset and Postpost Mobile connection from Tata Indiacom CDMA.

                              IMEI number was wrong on my mobile phone so I gave my mobile phone to Samsung service center on 2nd week of June to repair. They have told me that they will give me with in 3 days. it is already three weeks are over and whenever I go to service center they tell your mother board of your phone got corrupted, however they are not working on my phone even their working culture is very Bad. They do not want to entertain any customer complaint.
                              I am very much disappointed with their service and still struggling to get my mobile phone. Please help me out from this situation.

                              i purchase a mobile of samsung j 700 from d.j. enterprises ,chouk varanasi in year 2008.after 2 months some problem occured in sound (spekar).then i complaint to service center near teliyabaugh. they repair and give me after 2 days but problem again start after 1 day.again i gave mobile set for repaire.they repair again but problem not solve.i give 6 time my set within one months for repaire but they not solve problem.last february 2009 i give again set for repair for sound problem.they keep my mobile set and they did not return my mobile set now 18 .11 .2009,some day ago they demanding 3000 rupees .i m very disappointed from samsung compny.i have many goods from samsung .i lost my trust on samsung.i promise i never purchase any samsung product again.and i give suggestion to my reletive or friends never purches any samsung product ,

                              samsung mobile j700 — Bad Product

                              I bought my mobile on 13 Nov 2008 and in the Month of May 2009 faced issue like whenever I slide up my set the keypad does not function. The issue was resolved on Jun 2009. Again from the Month of December 2009 I am facing the same issue and went to the Service Centre and fixed it but it was charged Rs. 800 and also it was told to me that the same problem will occur in every 6-7 months and if I want to fix it I need to pay again. So to keep my mobile working I need to pay Samsung Rs. 800 every month. I beleive this had described the quality of the product.

                              samsung mobile ( j-700) — repairing of mobile

                              I have bought the J-700 (samsung )mobile set near 11 months ago from Hotspot centre, delhi....i bought with " HOT SPOT CARE PACK"....but it creates a lot of problem while using. On the 7th month it had a prolem with upper keys......after repairing on the 9th month it had a problem with sliding........again after repairing....again it has a problem of screen.and this time it is on the 5th day of repairing.
                              I dont know what to do with this mobile as it got repaired 3 times under warranty.
                              please help.. as it create a lot of problem . I spent Rs.6600/- on this mobile while purchasing.

                              Now it is cleared that it will remain defective even after the repairing.

                                I have purchased Samsung C170 in September 2008 and within four months; its charger socket was damaged. The Samsung People gave me bad run around before repairing my mobile under warranty. I got it repaired in January. To my surprise, the phone's charger socket got damaged again in March, within two months of the repair work done on the phone. I gave it to repairing through Planet M as I have purchased the phone from there. For, first three weeks, Samsung people told that the charger socket is not available with them so they will repair it once they receive the socket. Now, the worst part comes here that after keeping my mobile for more than a month, they denied performing warranty repair saying that the mobile has the physical damage. The thing here I don't understand is that if there was a physical damage done to phone, does it take month's time to identify it or it was simply a excuse given to cover up their faulty product as they don't want to take a blame of producing defective product. I can say that Samsung C170 is the product with the slight defect because I have this information from an Insider who works for the company’s product. The person I am talking about is works for a very reputed company and I was informed that Samsung C170 has a very delicate Charger Socket and its socket got damaged very soon. The sales persons did not inform about it to customer as if they inform it then the product will not be sold. That is very wrong approach. Consumers are cheated because they are not informed about all the features and problems with the product. In addition, company is denying warranty repair to hide their manufacturing defect. I do not know whether there will be any action taken on this or not, but through this media I want to warn people that please do not buy Samsung C170 as its charger socket is very delicate and if its gets damaged company will not repair it even if it is under warranty. My phone had been useless in not more than 6months. I would suggest instead go for Nokia or any other crap phone but not this one.

                                  I made a complain the same moment when I came to know about it. My BP # is [protected].

                                  After many days a service engineer came and inispected the things and said that the TV will be replaced in three days. They also said that the meanwhile standby will also be provided. I had put a request for change of the model itself as I am fed up with it and it is having repeated problems.

                                  Its more than 30 days and still nothing is done. I have to call each day to remind them regarding the problem. Each call i have to waste more than 10 - 15 mins in each call.

                                  On thursday (2nd July 2009) they promised me that both the thing will be done on monday (6th July 2009). Nothing was done.

                                  What should I do? Its really fustrating to buy things from such manufacturer who doesnt provide good service.

                                  I went for this product because of the brand. But I can definitely say that the company should provide better service of their products and timely resolution of customer complaint.

                                  Please help me out in this regard.

                                      I purchased a Samsung 1.5 TR split AC model AS18nbXTL on 17.5.08 from M/s Umang, Dibrugarh, Assam. At the time of purchase, they assured that after 6 months Samsung customer care will provide free servicing of the AC . But till date i.e. 13.7.09 nobody has turned up for servicing.

                                      I have purhased a samsung 4 star split a/c on May 15th. The unit was installed on 17th and from that day till today the unit keeps troubling like very noisy, water leakage from the internal unit. On top of all, the unit has so many scratches and the word system in cooling system missing.

                                      It is very pathetic to note that customer is not cared. I hope after reading this mail somebody from samsung will respond to. I reside in chennai.

                                        Hi,

                                        Currently I am planning to file a case against samsung with consumer forum if my problem is not resolved ASAP based on the following details.

                                        I have purchased a Samsung i710 mobile (IMEI no. [protected], Sl.No: R3TP53404X, and Charger No. 950FS) from Big C, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 08-Sep-2008, Bill no. is SI/KPT/12804.

                                        After purchase the mobile phone I haven't used this mobile properly even single day and till now I have given this mobile 7 times to service center for simple problem. Whenver I gave my mobile for a service, it is always lying with service or Big C for a minimum of 30 days without solving my problem.

                                        After given 5 times for service, I have raised a complaint (Complaint No: [protected]) on 23-Apr-2009 with customer care. Even though nothing has happend and not resolved my problem. By seeing the in-appropiate response of customer care I have sent an email to support.[protected]@samsung.com on 28-April-2009 with the following details:

                                        After getting lot of trouble and frustration I am sending this email to you for the required help.

                                        A) Please find the below details for giving my mobile for service/repair

                                        1) Before 09-Oct-2008:
                                        - I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: Battery charge is vanishing within less than 30 minutes of talk time, signal catching is very poor, and calls are automatically disconnecting during the call)
                                        - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

                                        2) During November 2008:
                                        - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above)
                                        - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

                                        3) During December 2008 end or January 2009:
                                        - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above)
                                        - I got my mobile back after 4 weeks and resolution for my problem as told by Big C is 're-installation of software'

                                        4) On 05-Feb-2009:
                                        - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: is same as above). This time samsung service person has taken my mobile (The person name is Rohit and contact number is [protected])
                                        - I got my mobile back after 9 weeks (i.e. on 13-Apr-2009) and resolution for my problem as told by Rohit (Samsung service representative) is 'mother board replacement'

                                        5) On 14-Apr-2009:
                                        - Again I gave my mobile at Big C, Kukatpally for the service (Problem: Touch screen is not working, signal catching is very poor, and calls are automatically disconnecting during the call). This time Samsung service person has taken my mobile (The person name is Rohit and contact number is [protected])
                                        - As on today (28-Apr-2009) my mobile is with Samsung service only.

                                        B) Please find the below details for the conversation between myself and Samsung

                                        1) Registered a complaint with 'Samsung Customer care' on 23-Apr-2009 at around 4:15 PM (Complaint Number is [protected])
                                        Note: No Samsung website is providing customer care service contact numbers
                                        2) Based on the discussion with customer care, I have contacted Raghu (Samsung Andhra Pradesh service ASM, His contact number is [protected]) for the same after the above discussion with customer care. But not got expected output from him.
                                        3) Again spoke to Customer care on 24-Apr-2009, but my problem is not resolved.
                                        4) Again spoke with Customer care and Raghu on today (28-Apr-2009), still my problem is not resolved. Today I got the reply from Raghu that I will get my mobile on tomorrow (29-Apr-2009) from Big C, kukatpally. For this I will get a call from Raghu (till now I have never got a call from Big C or Samsung to collect my mobile after the service is completed). Here I have asked Raghu for extension of warranty of my mobile because of all these reasons. But he refused for that and has not given any guarantee for not getting the trouble in future.

                                        C) Why I got frustration with Samsung mobiles and service

                                        1) I am Samsung customer since 2004 and not faced any problem with Samsung at all
                                        2) As mentioned above, I haven't used this mobile for atleast 3 weeks of time (actually I haven't used for a minimum of one week, but due to my time availability it took around 3 weeks of time to give for service)
                                        3) Not getting proper solution for my problem from Big C or Customer care or Raghu (Andhra Pradesh ASM).
                                        4) Finally my problem is not resolved

                                        D) What I am Expecting

                                        1) Actually after getting all these problems I have expected that, will get the new mobile from Samsung. But it does not happened
                                        2) Expected some warrantee extension as almost my mobile is with Big C or Sumsung service center after I purchased the mobile from Big C.

                                        Please do the needful and solve my problem ASAP as my problem is not resolved since Oct 2008 (purchased mobile on Sep 2008).

                                        But nothing has done and even nobody is caring for customers.

                                        Now my currently my mobile is with Samsung service center only and my recent last 2 work order numbers are EO05/300E09/01 on 30-May-09, WA[protected] on 27-Jun-09.
