dear sir, this is your kind informention that i joined the samsung service behalf of telentpro HR pvt ltd.channi.on 26.05.2006 as a AV SERVICE INGINEER AT GURGOAN.my employee code is PSA/1703.after sometimeon 26th dec.2007 i left the job from samsung service.i submit my papper for pf payment on 2.03 2009 in your local office nehru place new delhihand over to MR.AMIT.that time he says to me"dontwory about pf payment rohit"payment will be transferd in your acoount withen 2 month.but payment will be not transferd in my account still date.so.i request to you pl, take the needfull action.i am very greatful to you.thanks, rohit gupta

    within one yr. of purchase this samsung machine is not working from last two months and company is not responding may be they have to think about stopping the sale of washing machines as they dont have capacity of giving service to customers

      Dear Sir,

      I own a Samsung refrigerator - the main reason for our purchase was the superior after-sales service promised by the Samsung distributor.

      When my refigerator stopped working in May, I called the Customer Service Number to lodge the complaint requesting for after-sales service ie to check the refrigerator & get the same repaired. The refrigerator was collected from me on 26-May-09 with confirmation that the same would be returned after one week. It is now more than 3 weeks & the Customer Service officors (Mr. Suresh & Mr. Selvam) are not responding to my calls. All my calls to the office are going unheeded. When I managed to get Mr. Suresh online, he promptly responded saying "I will call you back" but never did, never has & when I try calling him - he does not come one the line. Mr. Selvam who answers the line tells me that he would be sending the refrigerator back "today" - but I dont think he knows the meaning of "today" since it has been more than 14 "todays".

      My refrigerator was collected from me during peak summer - and am of the opinion that my refrigerator is being rented out to other clients for a rental. I have posted the complaint on the company's website as well but the same has gone unheeded.

      Samsung India (Chennai office) has taken my refrigerator & is making money by renting it out to other clients. I am truly appalled & their insolence & total "lack of service" with the intent to make money at their clients' expense.

      Would appreciate guidance on taking legal action against the company.

      i have requested for servicing of air conditioner thru samsumg india service centre
      but i was told that the compressor was not working and will rpelace but to my
      dismay, the compressor changed is not giving cooling effect, only fan is working
      and even though compressor is working, room is not cooled.

      i have contacted samsung india, but no reply from them

      I have similar problem. Samsung service is bad . Consumers please note that they are good at pushing products than servicing their poor quality goods.
      my 53 cm color tv is not working.i have complained of it 6 days back to your customer care .butnno action has been taken so far.my complaint no is [protected] . every time your customer care executive says service engineer says service engineer will come today, kindly take urgent action in this matter

        Till this date none of your person has contacted me saying when this is going to get replaced. The vendor from which I bought the ac said this will definitely get resolved on Tuesday i.e. today. When I enquired today again they are saying the part has not come and its going to be delayed not sure till when. This is a strange experience I ever had in life. Customer buys a product paying a full cash of 27500 Rs on June 4'th and you deliver the product the same day. Then your engineer takes 5 days to come to install the machine the luckily I got a damaged machine from a world famous vendor ( Vasanth & Co, Chennai, Velachery) who says there is warranty for the machine. Customer makes a complaint with you customer care and no one bothers to call back to customer with any update when this is going to get solved. Today it makes 13'th days from when I bought the ac and still I have not been able to use it for a single minute. Also not sure when you are going to get the problem resolved neither your customer care also doesn't knows about it. Also your installation agency which named some this like Alpha, I spoke with the concerned person he said there is no stock and if you need we will try to replace by Saturday if the part comes. Now iam in a big trap after buying your great product. and this is what you say customer satisfaction should be product now to be a Patron of your Samsung product as what you say. Now I am more concerned if this the service you give the very first day after buying a product then I wonder what will be the kind of service you going to deliver if its one month old.


        This will be last concern in my life with you product and I will definitely expose this experience to the corporate world so that tomorrow if some one cares they should get some satisfaction after buying any product this should be a learning lesson.

        I have purchased a Samsung AC from Vasanth, Velachery on June 4'th.Thinstallation person came for installing after 5 days and after installing the AC is found to have some fault. Same day I have logged a case with you case ID given in subject line. No one has bothered to turn around to call me back in this case.Now it is seven days I have purchased this AC and is of no use. Also I don't want to have damaged piece installed. So please make sure I should get the whole indoor unit to be replaced and not the part to be replaced. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life after purchasing a electronic good. Also let me know the Customer satisfatication contact person details mail id or contact number.

        I have purchase a AC of Samsung on August - 2008. I have found some problems in this AC in last months. So, I had make a complain regarding it. But No one take it seriously. I m continuous complaining from last 4 days. Now i can say that your Customer care servise is very poor.
        i purchased split a/c in 2007, model AS18NCA.on 2 feb2010.service people came andadviced to replace the aluminium spiral pipe with copper pipe as the former one was not successful.They charged Rs 1100. for labour, rs800 for replacing the pipe and rs300 for servicing.The workers was holding your icard.I may pl be clarified whether the pipe will cost(4ft) about rs 400/?.Next for servicing part they removed the outer plate washed, and simply brushed the ventilator without removing the parts.Is it correct method?pl clarify.The workers using your name and spoiling your reputation.Further when i contacted your no [protected], they gave local area no[protected] and reply was that they are not concerned and gave another no.Is it proper on your part make me call one after another?who is ultimate person concerned for service and other complaint in chennai?

          I have visited Samsung mobile office, Kalkaji, New Delhi to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hang while using video recording option. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
          On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 01.09.2006 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of Rs. 1000/-. When there was no response from the company side. I visited the company office to know about my mobile, this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of Rs. 6500/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile whereas there was only one problem of hanging while using video recording option. Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
          Now more than TWO YEAR have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
          I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 10000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

          SAMSUNG U 600 — Mobile no service

          Sir,

          This is to book my complaint for non-repair of my samsung mobile phone model SGH U600 SlNo R9UP605905R for the last 8 months. I had booked complaint with samsung service centre @ ASIA ELECTRONICS, 162 Thiruvenkatasamy Road(W).R.S.Puram, Coimbatore[protected]. Whenever we go they use to get the phone number and send us back that theey will call us once they receive the spares.But even a single time they havnt responded. By this we lost the warranty period and finally last month again they tried to convince us by the same answer. But we intentially given the phone to them and got a complaint receipt from them.Finally today while I followed up with them they ere telling that the Dispaly has to be replaced. (Earlier they informed Strip has to be replaced). THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THE SERVICE ENGINEER. I AM HIGHLY DIS-SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG AND MY FAITH IN THIS BRAND HAS BEEN SHATTERED. Please revert back.

          Samsung/ Mobile Phone SGH-F480 — Faulty Handset

          I brought samsung SGH-F480 cell phone from M/s HOTSHOT, Dwarka branch with bill and everything. After 01 month I started getting charging problems. I went to HOTSHOT but they directed me to go to Samsung authorised service station in District center. I went there and they kept the phone with them and told me to come after 10 days, I got a call after 8 days that my phone has come back from there main service center and has not been repaired. I was asked to pay Rs. 6300/-if I want to make it working. I mean how can they ask for this absurd amount of money, its been just 01 month and it is still in warranty. How can they blame me and put everything on my shoulders.
          I came back with the handset unrepaired. Ofcourse, I cant pay again and again for something which I have bought few days ago. I had saved my salary for 06 months to buy this phone but all went in vain.
          Now, I feel cheted and dejected.
          Kindly help me out.

          samaung mobile — reg. Estimate of repair

          Sir/Madam,
          I got message on my mobile to get IMEI no from your company. Then I reached service center at Nehru Enclave on 29th june 09 at New Delhi, there they collected my mobile model No.SGH-X480 & told me to come after 2-3 days then I visited service center on 6-july09 they told me to come after 3-4 days or they call me, when I didnt got any call then today on 10 july 09 I went there first one lady sitting on dilivery desk again told me to come after 3-4 days when I insist to tell the position of my mobile then they gave me estimate for repair of total amount of Rs.4359.00. & told me if I am aggree to give money then they are ready to repair & diliver me after 4-5days.
          My new mobile cost is approx. Rs.2000.00 how is it possibe to take Rs.4359.00 for repairing to give IMEI no. My mobile is working properly & I dont have any problem except IMEI No.

          I purchased a samsung B 519 mobile from city electronic, Raipur 4 months before dated 15.07.09.
          After using it for near about a month it started showing problems. I gave it for repairing in samsung service centre located in millenium plaza, Raipur and i got resolved my problems. But after a day i discovered that the problem of outgoing calls was persisting. The voice was not audible to the receipient of my calls. Then I gave it again to the service center and again they told the same thing that my problem is resolved. But the problem started showing its symptoms within 4 days of servicing. Once more I got it repaired from Samsung Service Centre today on 31.10.09 but still my problem is not resolved.
          I had heard about samsung that it is the world leading company in electronics and people recommended me to buy a mobile phone of yours company but I wasn't knowing that your service is so poor that it can not reapir a single problem even ater giving it to your service center thrice.It has caused me inconvenience and wastage of time.
          So i just want to say that either you get this repaired nicely or if you can't provide me with a new one or cashback because i don't have plenty of time to spare .
          I sent my F480 for repair the 4th time, still it couldn't be repaired. The worse thing is the same prblem still remain. What is the technician doing? This is real bad. I love this phone so that is why i keep going back to the service centre, but it really disappoint me. Evderything is so lousy in Samsung. The customer serice, especially in Tampines Century Square. This is real bad, despite countless warnings and feedbacks. Can you guys improve?

          I purchased Samsung Star 3G on 04-08-09 from kerala and iam getting3-4 hrs backup i thought this mobile has worst back up.when i reach pune and i could see the guys getting backup for more than a dayfor same series mobile.when i contact customer service they told the mother board has to be changed.

          i have original bill & mobile box....

          I am residing in Delhi.I bought a Samsung Mobile Model E1160. I encountered a problem with my phone which begin to restart during opening a SMS and submitted it to Samsung Service Center(Add- T & L Communication, B-5A, First Floor,Behind Bus Stop,Kanti Nagar Extn., Delhi 110052). dated on 04/08/2010.           I have bought Samsung Guru 559 handset on 10th Dec' 10. Within 6 days I faced a problem where my mobile is not getting charged. I have tried with other same samsung charger but it is not working at all. I went to Mobile Store at Koramangala, Bangalore from where I bought the mobile phone. They have told me to visit to Samsung service center. I feel it is very poor customer service; within 6 days if my mobile gives me a problem and they are diverting me to Service Center.           I have visited Samsung mobile office, Kalkaji, New Delhi to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hang while using video recording option. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
          On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 01.09.2006 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of Rs. 1000/-. When there was no response from the company side. I visited the company office to know about my mobile, this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of Rs. 6500/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile whereas there was only one problem of hanging while using video recording option. Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
          Now more than TWO YEARS have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
          I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 10000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

          I have a samsung mobile model no. GT-B5310 . The belt of this mobile was out of order and I submitted this mobile for repair at Samsung Authorized Service Centre Pacetel Communication Pvt. Ltd., C-59, Near Punjabi Zaika Restaurant, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi on[protected], and they deposited my mobile vide receipt No. [protected] through my colleague Kailash Chander and told me that we would call back to you within 7 days, however, they didn't call back me. About 15 days ago, they told me to take your mobile as the parts of mobile could not be imported and cannot be repaired.

          When I deposited my mobile, they told us that Rs. 1500/- will be charged and the belt of mobile is out of order.

          After a month, they told me that the LCD of my mobile is also out of order and additional cost of Rs. 1500/- will be required.

          I bought Samsung Galaxy Note Phone last December 16th, since then it is giving me frequent problems, like Phone get’s heated up very quickly; it gives very less battery backup and even sometimes does not get charged, it shut down unexpectedly, even sometimes get hanged. Samsung is not able to resolve the problem, every time they will change some other part of the Phone and still problem will never be resolved and will re-occur. If you ask for the replacement you are being told some or other stories.

          Also their customer Service is really very bad and they don’t even know how to talk to the Customer. They even say
          sometimes that there is no problem in the Phone, where as in reality it will keep on giving you problems. Please help me in
          getting the Replacement for the same.Every time I need to rush to service center and they will take my 30, 000 Rs worth smart phone and will give me a basic standby phone of 2000 Rs.

          In last 10 months I already been to Samsung service center for nearly 10 times and every time they will change some other
          part and format the phone.Till now they have changed mother board, battery, charging cable, pcb curcit .But some or other problem will re-occur every few month/weeks.Last month only I have given the phone to service center and same problem has re-occured now again.Every time they are asking me to take defective phone back.Currently also phone is in Kukatpally Service Center Hyderabad and Ref number of my complaint is [protected] and [protected].

          They asked me to submit the phone in Service Center for replacement which I did and after that they did something and they
          are now telling me that Phone is working fine now and problem will not re-occur, as usual.Which is happening since last 10

          I would like to draw your kind attention towards my XOLO Mobile Q 800 which is under warranty. I have purchased this mobile handset on 02.09.13 with invoice no. SF-2013/142579 Whose IMEI no is [protected] and [protected]. And the same phone had many problems.


          However, after 25 days o[censored]sing mobile having a hanging problem to overcome this problem I called to XOLO customer care and the person suggested me to reset the handset I did the same and I lost my all data and all applications but I have n’t noticed any improvement. Infact after some days it was functioning more badly and I found one new problem that phone goes dead automatically.


          To rectify this problem I visited XOLO service center on 17.10.13. The executive reassemble my phone and I found OK but after an hour the problem stasted agan. I went again to service center on 18.10.13 for resolve the problem but the person told me to submit the mobile and the same can be collected within 15 days ( work order no. is[protected] it was shocking that for a small problem such a big company taking 15 days . I requested them to give me an alternative mobile handset for the time being but they directly refused for the same.


          And as a stupid customer I was waiting for phone gettting repaired and getting any call from service center and I realized that it was wrong decision to purchase XOLO I should have gone for any good brand like Samsung because I m not happy with xolo customer services.

          After calling and visiting many a times to service center finally on 02.11.13 mobile got repaired but I lost my all the data but still it was a kind of Diwalli gift for me.

          But after a week, I downloaded all the applications and noticed that the same problem of AUTO SWITCH OFF was still there.

          I approached the service center again on 18.11.13 and they replaced my phone battery with new battery.

          But it was high time when the phone suddenly switched off and turned dead at the time o[censored]sing.

          ‘’’’’ Ohhhhh!!! I have purchased phone just 3 month back and mobile having lots of problems its mean I HAVE RECEIPT A FAULTY PIECE FROM COMPANY……

          Hi,

          I have been using Samsung Tab Model No. GT-P3100 (which is now Out-of-Warranty). For the last couple of days, I encountered a problem where this Tablet went Dead and was not Powering-On.
          I approached Samsung Service Centre – ASC Name : M/s Micro Solutions having their address at Shop no. 112 – 115, Ansal Sumedha Building, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh); on 04th or 05th of this month.

          The Engineer at Service Centre, Mr. Varun checked the Tab and confirmed that my Tab has a Battery Problem and that the Battery needs to be replaced. I was asked to purchase a New Battery; which I did and paid an advance of Rs. 1000/- on the same date (since the battery was not readily available at Service Centre at that time). I was called on, when the Battery came and then I purchased this New Battery via Invoice No. [protected] dated 08th Sep 2014 for a Total Amount of Rs. 2, 335.91/-.

          The Engineer Mr. Varun replaced the Old Battery with the New One and confirmed that the Tab is working fine now (Date 08th Sep 2014).

          To my surprise, when I started using the Tab and when I tried Charging the Tab, it showed an Error on the Battery charge Sign with ‘X’ Mark at the Top Right Corner of the Tab. Hence, Today (11th Sep 2014) again I had to take time out to reach the Service Centre and get the Issue checked. Now, another Issue which was told to me was that the Data Cable/Charging Cable is faulty, and hence it needs to be replaced.

          My point/grievance, is that :

          - Why was this problem not shared with me the same day on 04th or 05th Sep 2014 when I took the Tab for the Issue. Why are the problems being diagnosed in Bits-and –Pieces. It unnecessary wastes Customer’s time &amp; money; and Customers feel harassed.
          - Upon asking that how did they checked that my Data Cable/Charging Cable is faulty; I was told that they have checked it via their own Data Cable.
          - I apprehend that the Old Battery was not faulty and was unnecessary replaced (and the actual problem was with the Data Cable only, since beginning); and, which I had to purchase (the New Battery) at a hefty cost.
          - When I requested the Engineer Mr. Varun to Pls check the Old Battery (which I was carrying Today) with the help of a Gadget/Electronic Instrument; if in reality the Old Battery was Dead and could not have been repaired (leaving with No other Option, except to Purchase a New One); he said that there is no such mechanism to do so.
          - It was astonishing that such an Error (that Old Battery needs to be replaced as it has malfunctioned and become useless) is being shared with Customers and the Customers are being asked to Purchase just by sheer whims and fancies of the Engineer, without using any diagnostic tool/equipment. The New Battery after replacing will obviously work for some time, since it is already Charged 100% (till the time Charge diminishes down to ‘0’).
          - When I asked to make me meet the Centre Incharge, I was told that; there is no separate Centre Incharge and that there is Ms. Barkha only (amongst the Team of Technician sitting at the Front-Desk) who happens to be the Centre Incharge. She said that she will not be able to help me in this regard except that I will have to Purchase the Data Cable/Charging Cable this time at the Cost of Rs. 650/- (ironically such small part was also not even available at your Service Centre this time again).
          - Upon asking to give me a Complaint Booklet, Ms. Barkha said that there is No such complaint booklet at this Samsung’s Service Centre where Customer’s Complaint can be addressed; and that I can do so online via Internet.
          - Some other Issues which need attention is that the Customer’s Waiting Lounge at this Service Centre is in a very bad shape with AC not working and even the exhaust fan is not in operation; leaving the entire inside premises suffocating, with Customer’s sweating and in sheer exasperation standing outside the premises in the gallery of the building, waiting for their Token No. to be announced.

          hereby Vaseem Thakur, having office at 9B Indira House, 1st floor, , Topiwala Lane, Near Lamington Road Police Station, Mumbai-400 007, due to the change of Samsung Mobile Service Center from 1st floor to 2nd floor our office business is getting hampered. Every now and then Samsung customers just bang in to my office thinking Samsung service center, even they have broke my glass door twice.

          I had been to the Samsung service center thane, my cell phone was getting heated up and battery was getting drained.

          there was mother board issue and i was told that this was battery isssue and he can resolve only if i pay AMC for the next year as my warranty was getting over in an week's time.


          he misguided me saying mother issued IF GOT RESOLVED STILL I WILL FACE THE SAME PROBLEM if i will not change my battery and he said he will change my battery and do my AMC in 1400 WHERE IN BATTERY WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE.
          HE Just wanted me to pay AMC of 1400/-

          i have purchased samsung galaxy A5 on 28th january 2016.on the second day it had a scratch in its display and after a month its display became completely blank...service center is not responding..i have paid rs.18000 for this phone which is a huge amount and now company is asking for rs.6200 within 2 months of purchase..i have been using samsung mobiles for the last 7 years but this was the worst experience.take some action or i will have to make an appeal in consumer court

So many time I give a complaint / suggestion for a normal changes / facility in your camera software which is useful all of your customers all over the world that please via software updates give a facility of “STAMP FOR DATE AND TIME “ printing on photo we take from Samsung mobile camera. By showing these is very small facility but the facility very useful to all of customer on that time for memories and professional basis in past we use these facility in sony Ericson W580 mobile a non-androids phone.
          So, please insert the facility via software updates in your all mobiles. Hope you will grant our suggestion and take earlier action.

          Really faced lots of problem with customer care of samsung . Letter written to CEO and their team but not giving any proper reply till date. Their customer care department is useless

          I am one of your loyal customer of Samsung Mobile Phone and I am very much satisfied with its friendly use features and trouble free services .
          I regret to inform you that I felt very harassed and upset due to circumstances prevailing since past few days .
          I purchased one high end Samsung S-7 on 02.08.2016 from Ganpati Mobile, Lucknow, keeping in view my past experience and its asthetic look and feature. While operating I felt some problem with network fluctuation which I reported to your Hazratganj service Center Lucknow. After 3-4 days they replied there is no issue with phone but again problem pursisted and I showed them . On that basis they issued Doa and informed to get new set from Dealer.
          I replaced set on 14.08.16 with new S-7 from Ganpati Mobileand found same network problem in new set also. Your service center gave Toll Free no. and I contacted 3-4 times on 16 Aug and finally spoke to Mr Saurabh . Initially he said there is some issue with SIM card or Service provider but then he checked my phone on smart tutor and checked same SIM on another my phone on Samsung A-7 which I am using for last 15 months and found that there is no issue with SIM and service provider and agreed that there are some issue with S-7 only and promised to send engineer at my place at 12 Noon on 17 Aug 16 Vide ref No [protected]
          Nobody turned up on 17th, again I contacted Toll free no 4-5 times, they said engineer will visit on 18 Aug, again no one visited on 18th then again I contacted Toll free no they said I am sending your case thru mail to our higher management team but no one contacted me.
          On 19th again I contacted your person, he said there is no complaint lodged for site visit till date and lodged new complaint vide No [protected]
          For last more than 15 days I am chasing your team and lost lots of energy unnececerly but not getting any proper response from your end . I have changed my both SIM with new one and same SIM works perfectly with Samsung A-7 and hopefully there is some lot is faulty or this Model S-7 is not supporting network . Please advice me.

          i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 phone worth rupees 27500 and 1 year of complete warranty i have extended its warranty by giving 2100 rupees for this time period i have issue for charging problem and fastly battery os draining so i visited samsung service centre noida uttar pradesh for the same problem but instead of resolving the problem they told me about another problem in motherboard and camera in the phone and estimate of 12000 that problem i have never faced before and after i have received the phone from service centre my camera is also not working.

          My friend had buy Samsung j7 nxt which recently launched model on 5th Oct 2017 from siliguri reliance trends store. She start using her phone on 9th oct 2017.but when she was using her phone on 10th Oct 2017, its get hang and then phone is not working. Samsung service center at Garia, Kolkata told her that motherboard of her phone is destroyed, so she asked them to replace that phone then they told her that they can't replace her phone because replacement of phone is not done in service center. In that case, they will give her certificate for the replacement which she has to submit in reliance trends, Siliguri.But, she is now in kolkata as she is working in Kolkata.

          The main thing is that is this possible without using phone the motherboard will destroyed. My friend is very much fond of Samsung phone but due to this harassment by Samsung Service center and Samsung company she is very much disappointed. So please it's request to please either replace a phone or update the phone as soon as possible. The service center of Garia has already taken the phone from her.Since she is working in kotak mahinder bank of kolkata, so it is not possible for her go Siliguri and replace her phone.
          So please take action on it as soon as possible.
          Moreover, the person who are working in Samsung center are not doing there job in proper way, they usually harsh the people. If her problem is recovered soon, I will go to the consumer forom.

            my handset is sgh-b520 now i am facing problem with phone that it hangs on browser, some times voice not clear, and also if set is on

            after some time its off



            then i goto samsung service center in meerut ganga plaza

            then told me my handset is ok but i check its same problem and also i got a message that your problem is resolved



            i am facing too problem without my phone from 25 days

            after 25 days i got hand set at same condition

            Men i am having more problems than you.mx speakers not working.some times auto switch off.display problems
            I had this problem before while playing music files, the screen use to black out, I went to their service centre in thane (Mumbai) and they said the software needs to be updated ;though the number of occurance have gone down the problem still persists
            THIS IS THE "WORST" I HAVE EVER SEEN
            your problem seem like similiar with me, my handset event cannot browse at all

              I bought the AC 2yrs ago.Used it for one year as one year i was out of the country.This season from the month on April everymonth i am running after the service centre as the unit stops cooling .According to the service centre so called engineers there is gas leak.
              same problem every month still not rectified.Samsung is just not taking any care on the quality of goods they are selling to India.I would never ever buy a samsung product and also would recommend everybody not to go for!I have called engineers today and this is the last chance.After this I am going to the consumer court dfor justice.

                Sir,
                I have a samsung Split AC which wasbiught one year back. Now there is no cooling effect. I have lodged a complaint to the Cool Home Service centre, Jaferkhanpet, chennai. which was one of the authorised service centre for samsung in Chennai. They visited and tested the AC machine and said that it should be tested in our factory only. They dismandle AC units and kept it in my house for the past 3 days. they said that our vechile come and collect it. But 3 days last nobody come. I phoned more than 10 times but they not answared proberly. what can i do further?

                I have purchased one A/C SPLIT TYPE from BIG-BAGAR, DURGAPUR, WEST-BENGAL, on 05-10-09 of CAPACITY 1.5 Tons. They confirmed me that the Installation will be cost Rupees 1200/- but when the service person came was asking for more re than Two thousand. Which we feel that this is not geniune. Lastly the A/C we purchased is kept Idle and we want to replace the Brand because of Poor Service support. You are reqested to please check-up this matter urgently with service provider and advice what I have to with this bloody A.C.
                Hope you will realise my problem and advice in proper way.

                  1. I purchased the following mobile 6 months back
                  Model : SGH-C170
                  Sl No. RW1Q634696X
                  Date of Purchase 12/11/2008
                  The quality of this product is very very poor. No mobile I have used has annoyed me as this cheap piece had. It used to restart “n” number of times for anything that I do. I almost stopped using it because it keep on restarting till the whole battery drains.
                  2. Instead of throwing the mobile, I thought I will get this fixed since it was still in warranty. But that was the biggest mistake I did. It was heavily crowded, which itself gave me the idea on your product quality. The service center is Hi-Tech solutions, Annanagar East, Chennai.

                  The service centre people need some education in treating the CUSTOMERS with some respect. Particularly there was a fellow, who kept on shouting and giving sarcastic answers even to a senior citizen. He did not spare anyone regardless of their age or stature.
                  He got the phone, checked and (after 20 minutes) said that software needs to be installed and it will take 5 working days. Even though I know that the time he gave is not at all realistic, I came out without even telling a single word just to avoid me getting beaten by his mouth. Good tactics by him I think. You can give him a reward for handling the customers in the most efficient way.
                  Ok, keeping him aside, why the hell should a software installation take 5 days? Do you people write software each time?? It shouldn’t take more than an hour. If at all you are going to debug the phone software and find the problem and then fix, it should not take 5 days. I’m 100% sure that your so called service centre is not going to do that job which requires some brains.
                  I was to go for one expensive product of SAMSUNG which I have dropped. I’ll better find something else at least for the reason that I don’t want to come to your service centre. So, this phone is the first and last product of SAMSUNG that I’m going to use. Don’t think that I’m just one customer lost…I do share my experience to my colleagues, friends and blog it.
                  Just by spending Rs.2000 I’ve evaluated your multi million dollar company..worst product quality and pathetic customer care.
                  When I went to collect the mobile, after 5 days, it still had problem and the problem is never rectified at all. And the service center genius are saying that it will take another 25 days. Why the hell should I wait when the defect is with the product. This is the worst product and service I have ever seen. Why the hell you people are running a company if you are not able to get right a cheapest mobile. How can you handle the so called LED TVs are anything that you claim that you are the first.
                  I'm thinking of going to consumer court even if it cost me in lakhs. I've paid my hard earned money and I have all the rights to have a working product.

                            I have booked a complain of my samsung 15" TFT Monitor which is under 3 year warrenty vide complain no [protected] dated 24 Apr 09 . My complain is still pending with the vendor, he is telling that he has sent it for apporoval.

                            One more thingh he is telling that parts of my model is not availiable in the market, so he will replace the monitor with 19" TFT because 15" TFT is not availiabe in the market and he is asking to give Rs 2657/- as a difference of for replacement.

                            I am not settishfy with is reply.

                              We have bought your product mobile (SCH-W691) on 20th September, 2008 from Alka situated at Mumbai, Sion Circle, with a one year warranty under the Invoice/ Bill No.7265 dated 20th September, 2008. Within short time of the purchase the instrument started giving trouble. The mobile was not charging, the mobile would not charge nor was the signal displayed on the Mobile screen. As the mobile was not charging we went to the shop (from where we bought the mobile instrument) and requested them to replace the new piece because it is under warranty but he refused our request and suggested us to go to the service center for repairing or replacement of the instrument.

                              On the same day the mobile instrument was shown to your service engineer in the service centre, initially he informed us that the mobile’s charging connector was damaged and said that this connector can be replaced by paying nominal charge of approx Rs. 60/-, But after dabbling with instrument for some time he informed us it is not repairable and the instrument has to be charged from external source, they expressed their inability to do the needful and asked us to send it to the company for replacement. Copy of mobile service work order given by Master care services Shop No.6, Anandji Laddha Bldg., Lalbaug, (East), Mumbai – 400 012, is enclosed for your reference.

                              In fact all efforts to get it rectified/ replacing the instrument went in vain as your service center employees have misguided us and made us visit various service centers, even before they looked in to the problem and we have to undergo hardship to get the problem addressed. The attitude of your service center and lack of any service on the part of the company resulted in lot of physical and mental turmoil. I fail to understand the policy adopted by the company in troubling the customers by giving them false promises and warranty of the product and without an intention of honouring the same.

                              I am totally dissatisfied with the defective instrument and services and underwent lot of hardship for purchasing your mobile instrument.

                              There has been failure on the part of the company, for selling the defective instrument and not providing proper services, all this has caused us lot of physical, mental agony and financial loss. Therefore, if the instrument is not replaced or the price of the instrument together with interest and damages are not paid by the company, we will be constrained to proceed against you legally in appropriate forum.

                              Please take note that you are liable for all the cost and consequences in the matter.

                              The mobile is under warranty period I request you to replace the instrument immediately or refund and pay the price. I am enclosing the copy of invoice dated 20/9/2008, copy of warranty card and the copy of service work order is enclosed for your reference.

                              Look forward to receive your prompt response.

                                  but after one month i was facing so many problam like visualisation (screen blank), regarding this i called to bansal computer but he digress me, around one month later he told me that it is not his problam for this i should file a complain in samsung customer care.i have no any option so i filed a complain (no-[protected]).till than near about 4 engineer visit had done but my problam is same.i personally contact to Mr.santosh to solve my problam(manager in nirala nagar office)but sorry to say he didn't behave as a gentelman.when my mind was totally fed up than i told him to exchange my monitor.becoz sir m also a working person and this is not possible to prompt him each and every day.sir i have been paying my Internet bill without using it for 4 months.on my request he commit me to exchange my monitor but previous month he denied and said to talk his senior Mr.rajeev mittal but he is also not react like a ASM.sir this is my last option to send u email.pls go through the details and as soon as possible exchange my monitor .

                                  I hav a samsung 19" tft moniter.i like samsung products but now iam sick of with samsung custmercare ,samsung service center,samsung feedback,samsung concern department all are making me fool from around six months.when i complain about tft after some call a service engineer came and toldme he will comeback with in two days and change the part but he did not come after many call he came and change part andleaves another falt. I did another complaint he came after month he repaired it but leavs another falt. Idid comlaint again but they ignore me after many days and many calls service engineer toldme that tft panal is faulty and out of stock so samsung will refund or replace moniter.but no one doing nothing.samsung custmercare' supervisor mr. Sidharth promise they will forword my request to concern department but they are ignore me. These all are passing my warranty period.i am sick of these guys. So please help and guide me. B2 AND 83, DIVYA ENCLAVE, J, BESIDE HOTEL DEEPA COMFORT, MANGALORE ON 15 OCTOBER 09.DURING UPDATION THEY INFORMED ME THAT YOUR PHONE WAS LOCKED AND THERE IS HANGING PROBLEM, and they have made a work order no. 1419 and told me IT WILL TAKE ONE DAY.WHEN I VISITED THERE NEXT DAY THEY INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS NOT DONE AND WE HAVE TO SEND YOUR MOBILE TO BANGALORE, AND I WILL BE GETTING IT ON 20TH OCTOBER.ON 20TH OCTOBER WHEN I AGAIN VISITED A GUY INFORMED ME THAT THE SAT IS STILL HERE.WHEN I ASKED HIM IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SEENT TO BANGALORE FOR REPAIR, THEN HE CHANGED HIS WORDS AND TOLD ME THAT YES IT WAS SENT TO BANGALORE AND WAS RECEIVED TODAY ITSELF.BUT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOARD THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE.THEY HAVE GAVE ME ANOTHER DATE ON 22ND MORNING.ON 22ND EVENINGWHEN I WENT THERE THEY TOLD ME THAT SERVER IS DOWN NOW SO THEY ARE UNABLE TO INTALL THE SOFTWARE, AND I WILL BE GETTING THE MOBILE ON 23RD.BUT I AM QUITE SURE THAT TODAY WILL NOT BE THE LAST DAY OF HARRASHMENT.I THINK UPTO SELLING PRODUCTS ITS OKAY WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR SERVICING SAMSUNG PROVIDES WORST SERVICE.I PROMISE IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED IMIDIATELY I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO GO FOR SAMSUNG PRODUCTS.I HOPE SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO PROVIDE GOOG SERVICES TO THE EXISTING CUSTOMER THEN ONLY A COMPANY CAN GO UP.

                                      Suddenly my SANSUNG SHG/E-490mobile phone hanged when I swiched on .At the stage of welcome note it remain inactive/hanged .I have been to Your Service center at Bhubaneswar Bapuji Nagar.They kept it some days and returned back withth commet that I should purcage a new one. Although the Warantee has recently expiered I could nothing.
                                      SHOULD I GET MY MOBILE REPAIRED or not.Though I like it very much pl solve my problem.

                                        I have taken a brand new cell phone of Samsung guru 1310 costing Rs.2500/- cash, just after 20 days incoming as well as outgoing calls, when want to end or receive a call it is getting hanged. Sometimes it works fine but if it happens once it keeps on... Not a day i have used it without this problem...I m fed up with the cell... I thought samsung phone would be different so I went for it... but it is disgusting. A new cell getting hanged suddenly, what if there is an emergency? Samsung service centre in panjim says if any fault is detected cell can be changed in 7 days from the date of purchase and what if the fault is detected after 7 days... do we have to suffer after paying Rs.2500/- cash...Please help me
