    I have purchased Samsung mobile model no: L700 from authorized dealer, on the 03-Mar-2009.

    The problem with the handset is that

    it get Multiple white lines on the screen display which turns the whole screen white and not viewable.

    Have got the similar problem twice and had got the display changed from Samsung authorised service center, but now again the display has gone for the 3rd time.

    It has hardly 4 months since the time I have taken this mobile. I want Samsung mobile to replace my handset, as it is in warranty period and there is a problem with my current handset because of which the display goes blank.
    I pursase sumsang mobile model no- M-3510 ON DATED 18-2-09 but my mobile outgoing sound problem after that I submited my mobile in service center on dated 27-7-09 work order no[protected] but still Today I have not recived my mobile .I am astonished what a poor service of sumsang mobile .so please immidetely hand over my hand set as early as possible

      i purchased samsung sgh l700 on 9/2/09 after some time my mobile display got a problem
      i have got warranty for tme mobile i gave the mobile to the samsung authoorised service
      center in rajahmundry(andhra pradesh) on 25/6/09 on 21/7/09 they told that the complaint
      was rectified and they gave to me on the next day on display of the mobile straight lines was disappearing
      on the display i was calling to the service center they were not responding properly so i request
      you to solve the problem immediately.

        Thinking Samsung products are of standard quality, I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 11-2-09 in Hyderabad (Model RA 20 WVSS -- Product Serial no. 040042A[protected]. Only me will use it and no one else would even touch it. Inspite of great care in its usage, it is dead within few months of purchase!
        Phoned up their number[protected] at 1.30 p.m. on 23-7-09 and the complaint was registered with their No. [protected]. One, Mr.Ramana from the company spoke to me to inform that some service man would visit my house before 8.00 p.m. None has come so far inspite of the time given was over. I have been waiting postponing other important things to me attended to.To get their response from the customer care person is too difficult - stock reply over the pre-recorded message is all lines are busy and to wait on some time on line.Time consuming and annoying.
        A satisfied customer will say a good word about the company's product(a). Within few months of its purchase when it went out of order, what should I think? Inferior quality, bad workmanship, unsatisified service (may be deficiency in service). How could I recommend to my circle of friends the Samsung Products?
        The concerned would better open their eyes, have this as feed back and take remedial measures to gain confidence of the Samsung product users.

        But in my case, ( I have samsung washing machine) when i called samsung care, they immediately took action & concerned person visited my home.
        So, just call them once more.. may be the person who attended ur call is useless.

          we had purchase a.c.samsung with one yr warranty and five yrs only compressor .warranty. after one yrs. no cooling they told gas leakage Rs.2300/- charge with 3 mnths warranty .but within 2 mnths again leakage they forcly repaired and charged Rs.300/- transport after 3 mnths again same problem they charge 2300/- this cycle is going on. after 2 yrs.same no cooling they dont have any words so new issue.compressor gone . they forcly to pay rs.5000.-w e told that we had biil and we going to consumer court. they got xerox from us and charge rs.2300/- for gas chargeing. after 2-3 mnths again same problem they dont have any word charge 90000/- for coil coil has multiple blockage. how they only know. we had spent 15000 more in two yrs. any body want this a c in scraps price please contact us.

            i had purchased my mobilesgh-j700 in august 2008. after that in june 2009 my mobile charging jack was not working properly.so i submitted my mobile to a samsung service center (rahul traders) fountain chowk rani bagh delhi. i had submitted mu mobile on 19 june 2009. but now more than one month has passed. they are not returning mobile.i have gone to the center various times but they just say that "after one week". i am fed up with samsung services.i had also asked them to give my mobile unrepaired, but they dont listen.

            if someone goes with his her mobile in the period after gaurntee then the just return mobile with in one day. it means they just need money for every task. they dont want to repair the mobile in guarntee period.

            please help me and tell what should i do.

              we have bought a printer "samsung scx 4200" on 07/06/2009 from world infosys, idar.we have applied for the service of that printer on 19/06/2009 at the customer care on the tollfree no.[protected].but the serviceman came very late on 02/07/2009.he has carried the printer with him on that day but still we have not got the printer back.so, kindly consider this mail do some needful with this matter.

                I have purchased Samsung mobile modle no. SCHB259 but within 2 days I found that battery get drain after 30 minutes. I showed it to Shop from where I purchased mobile, he told me to go to Samsung Service center,

                On 27th June 2009 at 1:50pm I gave the mobile for repairing to Service Centre at Micro Services, Shop No. 6. Dev-Prayag, Thane. They said that it will take 8 to 10 days because it has to be send to Bangalore for Repare.

                Every day form 7th July till 22nd July I give only one reply that the mobile is pending for PVA

                My work order number is WA[protected] Dt. 27-06-09 Modle Number SCH-B259 Sl. No. A00000142AD498 .

                Please let me know how can I get my moble back

                  I have purchased one washing machine on 30-05-07 having the model R1043EW/XTL..It got repair on 16th june 2009, was complained around 30 days back having the complaint no.JF1203 with ur customer care at Thiruvananthapuram.They have verified the machine and told me that its shaft had been damaged.. They are telling that the spare is not with them and that will take one week time to repair.but they are delaying till date.Make arrangements to repair the machine without further delay. more over machine got repair on 25th month, this may be due to manufacturing defect.Consider this in your mind and make arrangements to repair without further delay.Awaiting your reply.

                    I HAVE PURCHASE MY MOBILE GT 3310 BEFORE 15 DAYS, BUT COMPANY NOT PROVIDE PC STUDIO SOFTWARE FROM THE MOBILE HANDSET.

                        Sir,

                        I purchased a DVD player, Model samsung VP-DC163i/XTL from shah electronics and home appliances (P) Ltd on 07/01/07 for Rs.38058/- (Thirty Four Thousand Fifty Eight rupees only). Invoice number is RPHP-816. From the very beginning I am not satisfied with the product. I have following complaints with the product from the beginning.
                        1. Disc error, 2. LCD on/off, 3.No clarity of pictures or zoom N/C, 4. Disc tray some times do not open, 5. Power switch does not work at times. When I complained about these I was asked to take the piece to the service centre located at #6-3-865, My Home Jupally, Ground Floor, Ameerpet Road, Greenlads, Hyderabad-16. Phone:[protected] on 30/06/07. They serviced it and gave it back to me in the very same working condition. when I asked about it they told us that they serviced it and told stories. I signed the work order striking out the word "satisfactory" in the sentence "I have recieved the equipment in satisfactory working condition. I asked for the exchange since we had problem from the first day itself and also sent the above grievance through the samsung website.BUT ALL IN VEIN. I here with attach the invoice and the service word order for ur perusal. Please do the needful. My Contact number is (0) [protected], (0)[protected]. The address in the invoice has been changed.

                        Samsung — DVD player faulty

                        Hi,
                        I am Ashish Malhotra from Chandigarh.My DVD player suddenly started producing a sound. When the executive visited, he said that the belt that drives the CD tray has broken. He handed over the broken belt and told to visit the service center in Sector - 41, chandigarh.

                        After visiting the Service center:
                        1. They told they did not have a belt and i went, purchased the belt and gave to them.
                        2. After waiting for 3.5 hours, they told that they are not able to set the mechanism and will call me when the mechanism will be set.
                        3. After 5 days i received a call that they are not able to set the me3chanism and i will have to replace the complete mechanism or i can take back my DVD.

                        I went to Service Center because they have all the expertise required to perform a task. But if they were not able to then they should have said a NO in the beginning. Just because they were not able to set the mechanism, i have to pay 1800 bucks instead of 2/- for just belt.

                        this is a very irresponsible behaviour.

                          I am using a Samsung SGH-F270 for nearly last 5 months...I had some problem with the headset hense i went to the samsung service center in KOLKATA(Samsung service center in GARIAHAT...Kolkata)...they took the headset on 24/06/2009...as i was told by them that they would send it to the company for getting a new relacement...and speaking a truth had till date, i never opted for any other mobile company...other than NOKIA but as heard by one of my colligue who is working with me in WIPRO INDIA Pvt.LTD, KOLKATA...told that this Handset was reealy good ...hense i went ahead and bought it and indeed was impressed by handset...good sound quality...but expected the same with the service...but i was totally wrong...speaking the truth...i have almost in the service center for more than 12 times till now but they only tell me that the SPARE HEADSET has not come down yet...now its almost more than 25 days now.i have never gone through such hell sevice in my life, even i work in WIPRO and i need a headset most of the times because i go for handsfree option ...because that suits me.Now after waitng for more than 25 days.I had no option but to complain ...see speaking the truth i really dont know whos fault dis is weather its the wrong mobile brand name i opted for or...its the fault of the service center. AND I REALLY SEEK SOME HELP OUT HERE BECAUSE I AM REALLY FEDUP OF THIS KIND OF SERVICE.
                          Today in the morning i again phoned up the service center 21/07/2009 now they are telling me that the spare headset is not available with the company itself...CAN ANYBODY ACCEPT THIS CRAP."i having bought a handset that not even 6 months old and SAMSUNG INDIA does not have a spare headst to replace.I want someone to look up this case INSTANTLY PLEASE.because life for me is just like hell.I just dont know were to go...PLEASE REPLY

                            I bought two split ac .But now i found that i have committed a blunder by purching Samsung product
                            On 7/7/09 i made a call to your no[protected] and got my complaint no [protected] with assurance that my complaint will be resolved with in 24 hours.Next day i again made acll and inqure about my complaint and i was told that due to upcountry area it will take 7 days for your eng.to visit my place.
                            after repeated reminder iam sorry to state that nobody has visited my place.I bought samsung product
                            with an understanding that being a Multinational company thay treat their customer with utmost care but i was wrong.Now i am advising people not to buy samsung product at any cost.Again i am requesting company and their management to take care of customer. Selling the product is not everything.I am also requesting Mr Amir Khan not to endorce product of a company who do not take care of customer

                              I purchased a Samsung RT44 MAMS1 refrigerator at Delhi in 2004. The refrigerator doesnt cool properly in the refrigerator section since the first summers. Whenever we call the Samsung servicing guys, they ask us to keep the fridge powered OFF for a couple of days. It was soothing for the first time to know that the problem is NOT really with the machine, it was only a freezing ice problem in the freezer which could be easily resolved with a shutdown. However, when the problem started occuring every couple of months and now the situation is so bad that even after calling the Samsung servicing for more than thrice in the last one year, there is no resolution in sight.

                              It seems like a design flaw. The refrigerator is NOT designed for Indian conditions (specially Delhi) with outside temperatures of 44-45 degrees C and power situation implies 1-2 hours of forced shutdown and not so stable voltage input.

                              I am frustrated with this product and the company - It is lousy and hurts the pocket when you have spent so much and are unable to use this so called "consumer durable" for more than 4-5 years... !!!

                              I am not gonna purchase any more equipment from Samsung in my life..

                              A Refrigerator “Samsung make” was purchased in the year 2004. A lot of problems are being arised & routinely it was found breakdown since beginning. Presently it’s has no cooling effect since one year back. Many times complaint has been lodged at local service centre, Renukoot (UP) but no once attend the complaint.

                                mene ise 17 june ko purchase kiya tha or isme mobile net se koi file download nahi hoti or sms mai ringtone set nahi kar sakte jo default hai wo hi hai


                                or iss handset ko mene sirf 1 mahina use kiya or iska software chala gaya

                                or sath mai mother board mai bhi problem ho gayi


                                or service center walo ne use jaipur bhej diya...

                                i had purchased samsung cdma sch-m569 a few months back but its call gets disconnected very frequently, i thought may be because of network but when i changed set the problem did not existed .i had given 2 times to repair this set at their service centre but problem still continues, i feel harresed by them,
                                kindly do needful.

                                sahi hai samsung sch m 569 is very very very very bad bad very bad cell hai mai khud ye phone lekar pareshan hun. jindgi me kabhi bhi samsung ka koi bhi samaan nahi lunga or na hi kisi ko recomend karunga sabse ghatiya saman samsung compny ka hota hai, phone me call record ka option hai magar kaam nahi karta hai call lagne me bhaut time lagta hai kabhi bhi bandh hojata hai meri mano to koi bhi samsung ka saman lene se pahle 100 nahi 1000 nahi 1lac nahi 10lac nahi 1mln time sockar lena sabse bekar sabse ghtiya saman hai samsung ka...very bad very bad.
                                We have recently purchased four Samsung M569 for corporate usage and found the following draw backs as mentioned here: 1) Take more time/2-3 repeat dial for a particular call very oftenly. 2) Maximum our caller complains about "Not reacheble" our no. when they called us. 3) Operating software is not "user friendly" like other providers. 4) The hand set does not support "call recording" but customer care peoples are assures about the same.

                                Very mush unsatisfied with the handset, we will never buy samsung handset in future.

                                  i had purchased a mobile phone(model-pixon M8800) worth rupees 230000 from your company on 10th march 2009. within 2 months of its usage, the phone completely stopped working. The touch screen as well as a buttons and the battery became dead. i have already registered 4 complaints for the same.i also tried calling the manager of your delhi head office but my call was not received by him.i m really upset by your service.after buying something from a reputed company like samsung, i had never expected this kind of follow up. i request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action.

                                    I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 . I have Tata Indicom connection. My handset gets heated after 15 minutes talk. Also the display is flickering recently. I purchased this handset on 24th June 2009. Almost 1 month from purchase it is giving problem. It costed me Rs.1, 725/-.

                                    I purchased a Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 . I have Tata Indicom connection. My handset gets heated after 15 minutes talk. I purchased this handset on 23th jully 2009. Almost 4 days from purchase it is giving problem. It costed me Rs.1, 300/-

                                    dont buy super hero of samsung.poor quality and problems.raaga is better.
                                    Same problem happens too in my phone Samsung CDMA mobile phone whose model number is SCH-B259 postpaid one, Requires charger if one talks for 30 mins or so even if the battery is fully charged. The quality of the phone is very poor, as compared to the price. Nokia Phones are better than Samsung.
                                    I purchased samsung super hero sch-b259 in Nov 2009. But i can not connect with my pc, cause of driver issue. pls give me some link of driver.

                                      Samsung mobile centres in India have a very bad service. I live in Noida and give my E-840 mobile for servicing in GNH centre.
                                      But they dont pick up phone. If I go there, they tell me You can takr your mobile after 2 days.
                                      Please look into this matter in India and City Noida GNH Centre.
                                      I will definitely not suggest any of my friend to buy samsung mobile.
                                      You have very poor service.

I have given my mobile samsung J700 on10 Nov 2009.My token no.is 1100 after ten days I have gone to Spider solution of Agra samsung mobile reparing center.The branch had said to me that you come after 25 days.I have contacted to Mr.Dhania boss on mobile, he assure to send PBA assembly within four to five days.To day on 24 nov 2009 again I went to service center, the branch head said me that it has not come whenever it will come will replace and it will take another three days for replacing plus his behaviour towards the customer is burst.Then I desided not purchase even a sing product of samsung, also I will advise to freidens and relatives not to purchase samsung product.

                                      ek to samsung mobile lene se badi gadhe panti ki baat koi aur hogi nahi...
                                      n agar le b liya aur service center pe daal b diya to wapas tab tak milegi aapki cheez jab tak aapk mobile ki warranty khatam nahi nahi ho jati ya phir aapk sar k baal uud nahi jate...
                                      aur wo b sure nahi hai ki mil hi jayegi aapki cheez apko wapas...

                                      mere to khoon hi pi liya hai samsung ne...
