Dear Sir,

I had purchased a samsung refrigerator RA19WBLB, vide invoice No. 195 on 09/06/09 from M/S Mugesh home appliances, Chennai. The very next day morning It has been noticed that, the refrigerator is working non stop without cut-off even after reaching the cooling level fixed and water swetting also found in side the fridge. Accordingly, I made a compliant vide No.[protected] and service engineer visited and checked. He told me that the thermostat is not working and required replacement. But he cannot rectify the reason of water swetting found inside. Accodingly, the In-charge service Mr.Manivannan( [protected]) contacted me and said that thermostat will be replaced. But I ask him to replace the fridge, because a New fridge with complaint I dont want to use at any cost He told me He will contact the dealer on monday and ask them to replace.

I dont know how the service engineer suggesting me for a repair of a new fridge with complaint of thermostat and water swetting. I want to replace the same with another fridge. Otherwise, service engineer should give me the complaint rectified by him and also he should mention the reason of non replacing the fridge in writing.

I will wait upto monday evening the fridge should be replaced on monday itself otherwise I Induce to approach consumer court for justice and also I will publish the matter in all the leading news papers in chennai because another customer should not suffer like me.

Your responsible person can contact me in my office on monday because I dont want to argue the matter over phone. my office address is also mentioned below: solution of my problem is only replace no repair. service centre can repair so many old fridges supplied to chennai not in my new fridge.

NEW FRIDGE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Dear Sirs,

I had purchased a samsung refrigerator, from their Adyar, Chennai dealer, in the month of May 2009. Eversince they have installed the refrigerator, it is no working non stop without cut-off even after reaching the cooling level fixed and water swetting also found in side the fridge. Accordingly, I made a compliant by phone to their different office. No one is turning up.

Your responsible person can contact me over phone and do the needful.

    I had buyed a Samsung refrigerator in Hyderabad from Digital Shoppy in

    Samsung — NON REPLACEMENT OF COMPRESSOR

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I am totally dissatisfied with the sort of service provided to me by SAMSUNG COMPANY, I am having an SAMSUNG REFRIGATOR 360 ltrs double door. The compressor of the fridge is faulty / not working from past 15 days. The local service center guys after week prompted me to do complaint to Samsung as they have certain issues with company. Then have complaint to Samsung service center the request no is:- [protected] on Wednesday 23rd 18:24:00 hrs.
    They promised it would be done next day.

    Yet not done again contacted Samsung company service center on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday. Can see the record with the company. Have contacted the local company representatives approx more than 30 times, but sometimes say:-
    Fridge is not avail, compressor lot is faulty, will take 2 days, will take 7 days. Company not ready to cooperate.

    Have called on 30308282; Local no’s :- Afsar ali:[protected]; Naveen:[protected]; Rahul Pandey:[protected]; [protected]; [protected].

    How can I solve my problem.

      I bought SCH-W619 Dual SIM CMDA/GSM mobile phone on 24/06/2008 from Sangeetha mobiles, C M H Road, Bangalore.Recently phone got display problem[White Screen] when the slide is moved very fastly.As soon as any key is pressed after the backlight going off, the phone comes back to normal working state.Being a technical person working on mobile industy, thought o[censored]pgrading the software, so that the problem will be solved, gave mobile to Samsung service center located at Domlur[Name:SAMSUNG cell solution]. After all explanation about the problem, they were not sure about the cause of problem, so they told, they will send the handset to head office and get it fixed.And in the work order sheet, it is clearly mentioned that "sometimes" the display is having problem.

      When i went on the delivery date, i was surpraised to see the phone with only white screen after boot up[Now, nothing can be done with the handset]. Now the service center is giving a new reason that water is logged in the mobile and the only way to solve the problem is to change the mother board for which they will charge[actually mobile is in warranty period].

      I tried calling service center, Manager of the center, but, nobody is taking the responsibility and just trying to push the handset to me.

      I doubt the service center, to make money, has done some malfunction on my phone and trying to cheat.

      I have reported the problem and the happenings thereon with the following persons

      I Dr Sushil Ahire have two simcards, one GSM n CDMA, so bought dual sim mobile of SAMSUNG SCH-W619, but this phone hangs frequently, doesnt work in roaming, always reboots.
      Service people also didnt satisfy me.
      I am afraid due to problems with this phone its discontinued by the company.
      So i request that my money should be returned back or handset to be replaced by another new one.

      No i m not agree with ur point, may be they right . water logged in ur cell phone. i also had same problem in my E250 Mr.Vinay only suggest me change the mother board and given discount also .

      2 years back i got powdered sugar I my mobile ( D840 slider ) and the speaker were not working
      Mr Vinay advice a Rs 5K mother board...however the phone got fixed on it own after few days

      I advice people to not to buy SAMSUNG mobile. Buy some good mobile.

      Samsung SCH W619 Dual Handset — handset gets hang

      the handset gets hang over a while i could not receive or get or make a call. Visited for the same problem thrice but in vain, now my warranty is also getting over, so please help me out of this.

      Samsung people are only interested in sales...not at all interested in service...i also own a SCH W619 mobile. I had problem with the charger ...i went to all the service centres of Samsung in Trivandrum, Kerala...but the response was very bad...they are neither interested in servicing nor in replacement...horrible experience...charge is no where available in Trivandrum...one biggest disadvantage with samsung mobile is that all sets are having their own charger which is unique and can not be used for other samsung mobiles...is u happen to face any problem with charger...nothing is possible...u r forced to buy a new cell as service center is a hell...and they will not help...they have thousand excuse for not helping you...so one sincere advice...dont go for samsung mobiles...
      i also repaired my SCH-W619, FCC ID;ASLSCHW619 at sector 22 chandigarh center.it was said to be reaired for LCD&ribbin and charged rs2300.the was under warrenty period.After two months the repair was done because its functioning was not good.then again itwas again repaired for the same.The dealing of local staff Mr.Sarbjit&Mr.Saini was not good.Even anw charger supplied by them got deffects within aweek and they refused to cosider the case.when asked for the, it was out of stalk and the mobile is lying switched off since two weeks.I have been adviced to approach the c.court.since iam suffering a lot due to the that ihave been rendered disconnected .

      SAMSUNG Mobile SCH-W619 is a hell phone. Its GSM service is not working. I found no suitable person, who can solve this problem. I ran from pillar to post, but of no use. And the most hell part is that its charger is not available in whole of New Delhi or NCR. I try n number of big shops and samsung authorized showrooms. No one had charger to this phone. Even the charger is not available in Gaffar Market ( tried every shop ). I suggest everyone not to buy this phone
      The service centre in trivandrum for samsung mobile is too bad.they wont took phone while we call through out the whole day.

      I, s.harikrishnan, recently i bought one samsung mobile model no.3310s on 16/7/2010, due to some technical problem from 30th of august its not working properly, i walk in to nearby samsung authorized service center Sri Raja Rajeswari Communications, No118, I floor moore street, parrys on 31/8/2010 till now i am not getting any proper response /reply, , its coming under warranty period also. kindly take necessary action as soon as.
      ..i gave my galxy s advance gti9070 for servicing in domlur samsung service centre, warranty is there, already now 2 weeks are over, they r not doing anything at all, if i call thy dont pick the phone, too bad servicing.i went there many times then thy would tell will give u after 2 days ..they dont have any shame to change their words every day where i can give complaint about this service centre?please let me know.thy r not experienced people, dont know anything at all..why thy employ lik this people for servicing...horrible...thy will distroy ur rnire mobile i[censored] giv their for servicng

        SAMSUNG CELL PHONE E1117 — POOR SERVICE BY SERVICE CENTER

        I bought this model called SAMSUNG E1117 cell phone some 9 months back. After a few months, the cell phone's key pad stopped working properly. As it was within the warranty period, I took this to the service center. Its been more then 1 month has done they don't returned it back to me. meanwhile they gave the 12 days time period to returned it back but after that whenever i ask them for mobile they starts giving me excuses more then 3 times i tried by complaint in Samsung help center even asked to service center's manager but still my problem is not resolved.

        Dear Sir

        I purchased my Samsung SGH 5230 2 years back from kerala- india and immediately i activated the mobile tracker by providing 2 mobile numbers. Recently I moved to Muscat, Oman and took a new number and changed the sim. Now DAILY minimum 4 times international SMS being sent to these 2 numbers from my phone. I tried to disable mobile tracker option but not success. I gave to samsung dealer which they say to reload the software which is impossible at this time as my so many details in each contacts is in the phone memory. I tried to pass the information to my laptop by installing the suite but not success as the platformi am using is Windows 7 and the disc i have is for windows 98. Please help to deactivate the same.

            when i coneect to internet through your mobile it starting refreshing sim after each 15-25 minutes and i get disconnected to then internet.
            i also talk to costumer care of sim service provider but i recieve suggestion about to checking of your mobile.

            Dear you have not specificed the problem, however if I pressume your problem; which is common too, so your problem must be related to mobile keep hanging.
            If this is the problem that you are having, you don't have to worry much, instead get the latest operating software updated in your mobile and your problem will be solved.

            I am having an unque problem with my samsung mobile.(model#X210).
            I am using a vodafone postpaid sim which is perfectly working in any other set and
            also other sims are going fine in my mobile also.
            But combination of both is not working.

                I, Manohar Mulchandani, resident o[censored]lhasnagar, had bought a samsung laptop with Model code NP300E5Z-AONIN, Serial No. HSFJ91QC300544W in the month of June 2012.

                My laptop stopped working within one week. When I contacted Samsung Executive Mr. Franklyn, he said me it is adaptor problem and took my laptopl for one month and then brought it back...then again in April 2012, my laptop stopped working...Mr. Franklyn said Its battery problem but did not do anything...Then again in the month of August 2012, my screen started flickering... On 13th August, 2012, my laptop was taken back by Mr. FRanklyn, the samsung executive but so far my laptop has not been sent to me back...Its october 2012 now...But still I am suffering with no fault of mine.

                When I called, Mr. Franklyn says that in Samsung company, my laptop got damaged due to thunder lightning. But he never spoke about my laptop replacement as its under warranty period...First it was adaptor, then battery, then screen and now mother board...Nothing has been replaced.

                It is therefore sincerely requested, sir, to kindly sort out my issue as I am fed up Samsung executive...

                Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook - NP530U4C-S01IN

                Despite being an HP employee, and lot of options available for the Ultrabook (plus the discount for HP Employee), I still went ahead buying Samsung Series 5 Ultra Book for my wife, daughter and myself…. I must emphasize, it wasn’t a right decision at all.

                NP530U4C-S01IN is the Model number of the Notebook I purchased a month back…. Based on the technical listing in the Samsung’s Gallery for this model, I find more flaws than not:

                - Fast Boot, within 15 seconds: It only holds good for few days and it takes more than a minute to boot up. It is very irritating and frustrating.
                - Battery Backup of 7 hours: It hasn’t produced more than 4 hours, despite the wireless adapter being turned off.
                - Wireless Adapter issues: When turned ON from the OFF state, it doesn’t Connect at all…. We only have to restart the system.
                - Laptop stopps charging after it reaches 77%.

                For the Fast Boot problem, I had registered an complaint earlier with Samsung technical staff. I was suggested to restore the System from Scratch…. That isn’t an option I am going to abide by anymore.

                Those listed reasons are good enough for me to discard this machine right away and I demand my money back.

                On dated 15.2.14 service center revert my laptop but when I operated
                the system I found that without my permission my my system was formatted and windows
                pirated version installed by service engineer Mr Rohan was concern person for

                On dated 16.2.14 I call costumer care & tell problems
                they promises provide recovery within three days but since 16.2.14 more than 20 time I have been called to costumer care regarding
                this problem but they are unable to resolve the issue & misguiding me.The complaint

                Now my concern is why pirated version install & laptop
                in warranty period & why you are not provide me genuine widows.If you are
                unable to solve the issue or provide service then no need to baseless promise
                with costumer.

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  This has reference to my complaint no [protected] lodged at your call
                  center on 29th May by the name of Pooja Srivastava. This complaint was
                  in continuation to my earlier complaint (call no:[protected]) which was attended on 20th May and after doing necessary work Rs450/- was charged. Again the same problem was persisting and again a complaint was lodged on 29thMay. Your service engineer visited the site and told that the compressor of the AC needs to be replaced and he will send a van to pickup the AC. After 8 days were received a call from your service center apologizing for the delay and told that we want to pick up your AC.

                  The AC was picked on 6th June and was sent back to my residence on 11th June after repairing. The delivery man straightaway reached my residence without informing and gave me abill of Rs1700/ against the repairing done. I was shocked to receive the bill as I was told by the engineer that the compressor needs to be changed which is under warranty. I was not appraised about any estimate by the service center before doing the Job work.

                  The loader said that being just and delivery man he is not aware of the
                  facts, so I asked him to take the AC back and ask some one to speak to me.

                  Then I again called up at your call center Delhi number, where I
                  appraised the executive about the issue. He assured me that someone from Samsung would call me by evening. I didn't received any call, again i called up the call center on 12th June morning where I was assured that my issue has been forwarded and someone from Samsung would visit my place today. Again I waited the whole day and called up the call center to tell them that no body has turned up, now the call center executive suggested me to call up the local service center and discuss the issue with them.

                  I had no choice but to call up the no where I interacted with Mr
                  P.Sharma. I discussed my issue with him but instead of accepting the
                  fault & negligence on there part he was defending and was asking me to pay the money. I asked him why no estimate was provided to me prior to repairing, for which he had all the reasons under the Sun. I once again gave my contact nos to your service center so that Mr Sharma can call me for further discussion, but till yet I have not received any call from the gentleman.

                  My problems are:-

                  1. I spent similar amount last year for the same problem of coil choke,
                  now again in the this season same problem has occurred. What is the
                  guarantee that this problem would not occur again in next season? Root
                  cause needs to be diagnosed.

                  2. The technician from Samsung visited twice and could not diagnose the
                  problem. Instead he told me that the compressor needs to be changed. I
                  was under the perception that the compressor would be changed free of cost.

                  3. No estimate was provided prior to repairing work and no
                  communication happened from your service center.
                  4. In spite of calling for n no of times to your call center and service center i am not getting any resolution/explanation, this reflects poorly towards the insensitive behavior on Samsungs part.

                  I am an old Samsung customer using several products but this service response has really disappointed me from such an Esteemed organization.

                  Expecting a positive revert from your end at the earliest. Currently my
                  AC is lying at your service center (Cooling Point).

                    Naba Jyoti Pathak, Senior Staff Reporter of a Daily Assamese Newspaper 'Dainik Batori' purchased a Samsung Mobile Set from M/S Maa Electronics, Noonmati, Guwahati on 28.08.2008. Samsung Mobile Set was furnished with a warranty for 1 year which included 10 nos. of terms and conditions. Few days after, the purchase it was noticed that the Mobile Set was not working properly and showed erroneous performances. The matter was brought to the notice of the M/S Maa Electronics but with no results. On 10.05.2009 the Mobileset was not working at all and the Set was handed over to M/S Maa Electronics for clear up. After checking up the Samsung Servicing Centre gave Mr. Pathak an estimate of Rs.2787.2/- for repair of the Mobile Set. The Mobile Set is in very much within the warranty period. According to the Clause of Warranty Card, Samsung Servicing Centre is to repair/replace the Mobile Set free of cost. The fact was narrated to the Servicing Centre but they failed to do anything for redressal of grievances.It is permitted to mention here that the cost of the Mobile Set was Rs. 5200/- nad claiming Rs. 2787.2/- as cost of repair which is above 50% of the cost price and that too during the warranty period is very much unreasonable, excessive, unfair, unjust and cotrary to the provisions of laws, natural justice and equity. It is also strongly affirmed that there was no misuse or illegal operation in respect of the Mobile Set. On behalf of Mr. Pathak, CONSUMERS' LEGAL PROTECTION FORUM's Co-Ordinator Advocate Ajay Hazarika and Forum's member Advocate S.M.Sarma filed a case in DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTE REDRESSAL FORUM, KAMRUP, ASSAM and claimed Rs. 16087.2/- as compensation on the date of 26/05/2009.

                    I also have the similar experience for the hand sent of Nokia bought from Tarang, Paltan Bazar, Guwhati. In this case the hand set was showing the msg to contact service centre. M/s. Bharali Service Centre took the hand set on check and trial basis, but could not repair or return the set on the same condition of the set. They alleged the set got water damage and dead, but on delivery it's screen was functioning. I lodged a complaint before the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Kamrup, Guwahati on 05.01.2009 and the delivery of judgement is under process.

                        I purchased Samsung L700 approx 3 mths back, the downloading from PC speed is very poor also my Keypad arrow keys has already faded.
                        I'm very very disappointed with the performance of my Samsung phone. I bought it in May 2008. After just 1.5 years o[censored]sage, and just after the warranty expired... it broke down beyond repair. In an instance (without any untoward incident happening on the phone), the phone heated up. And it continued to heat up whenever the battery is connected. The phone is grounded, and I was advised by Samsung's service center to just replace it, as repairing it would cost me 13, 000 pesos. This is the first time my mobile phone broke down in such a short span of time. I am especially disappointed with Samsung's quality. My phone never fell. It has never been soaked under water. Under normal condition and use, it broke down beyond repair in a record 1.5 years!!! And the service center (1) refused to consider it under warranty, (2) would only repair it at more than half the price of a new phone with the same model. If it were not a product defect, I am now seriously concered with Samsung 's quality, and would never buy another Samsung product again. I couldn't not believe that my 2, 100-peso basic Nokia phone is even more durable and reliable than my 21, 000-peso Samsung i780 phone!

                          Freezer door is not functioning

                          I purchased a Samsung refrigerator in year 2008 in Chennai. As the freezer door is not functioning from past ten days, I dialed to Samsung India Service Center almost daily. But I regret to inform you that instead of repeated reminders nobody has bothered to listen to our complaint, and had given us false assurances of coming tomorrow but that tomorrow never came till now. I feel there is no Samsung Service Center except the telephone numbers....

                          Hi

                          I had bought Samsung 1 Ton split AC 18UA on 04-Jun-2009 from SHAH velachery. The Smasung technician came on Friday ( I took a leave to complete the installation) for installation. I am staying in 3rd floor. As so called samsung techniican he supposed to be identify the right place to fix the outdoor unit. after the installation over he checked the voltage it shows 200 to 210 V ( I am using 3 phase). He has told that you have voltage issue so you buy th double booster stablizer. he went off. I called him after I bought the double booster at the price Rs. 4000. My electrician is laughing for asking him to provide the double booster stablizer. He came on Monday and checked the A/c it is not working he immedately told that I am only installation person somother technician from Alfa will come to identify the what is the problem. Alfa came & told that there could be a proble of GAS leak and they can not check the outdoor unit because it kept it in the 3rd floor slab. they called someone to remove the outdoor unit. theyu came on next day remove both unit kept in my place. still today nobody has come and collect the unit to service.

                          I was fed up of calling Samsung service person so many times & samsung customer care so many time and SHAH velachery. I had fight with SHAH velachery for provide the defecting piece at the cost of 25000/-

                          I haven't use the A/C single minute from the day of purchase and it is almost one week.

                          I have been asking all of them to give me the replacement but it takes 1 month till such time I have to use the defective one.

                          After sees Mr. ip Raj | Manager – Operations WIPRO BPO SOLUTIONS Phone :+ 91.[protected](M) issue with samsung I feel worst ever service is proving by SAMSUNG.

                          Mr. Hari ( [protected]) - He is problem creater & came my house for installation
                          Mr. Chellpandian ( [protected] Care World) - He has pass the responisible to Alfa
                          Mr. Shivakumar ([protected] Alfa )will always say next day your proble msolved but never ever it will solve
                          Mr. Mani / Mr. Antony - ( SHAH) - Happily left me to hang around with Careworl / Alfa

                          I understand one thing from that I will not step in SAMSUNG & SHAH in future.

                          I beg you to resolve my AC problem immediately and get the replacement done at the earliest.

                          I would like to escalate this issue at utmost high priority level & I want to give good lesson to Careworld, Alfa & SHAH. Resolution is expected immediately.

                          SAMSUNG India has to step in and solve the unprofessional handling the custoemr care. None of the looser ( Alfa, Careworld, Shah) from custoemr loser is SAMSUNG. If this type opf service is provided by SAMSUNG, Custoerm like me not ev n think of buying ANY OF THE PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG & I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY NETWORK TO YOU PRODUCT.

                          SAMSUNG YOU ARE THE LOSER SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AT NOW ONWARDS.

My Samsung 1.5 Split AC met problem hence 3 weeks.I informed to the customer care.The customer care executive told that our service person will call u.One sevice executive called and came before 2 & 1/2 weeks.he told there is a problem in indoor unit so please take a service.he informed to the service person and told me that the service person will call u tomorrow.but that person called me on 30 th april.At that time I was out of station i told him to come on 2nd may.Afterthat there is no responce from that person.I am calling customer care every two days once but that executive telling our service person will call u.But nobody called at present.Just now i called to them same answer.What is the solution..I am the samsung Customer from 1995.That People think that the Valid customer as a fool?My complaint No:[protected]..

                          I also had bad experience from shah, I had purchased Onida AC from SHAH, velachery. It is delivered and got the installation by next day. But the Service person came from ONIDA said, he never saw similar kind of stablizer and that is very small in size. I called up SHAH, the response was very poor, they are saying, they are charging Rs 1 for the stablizer. I got frustrated and shut the call, further purchased the different brand stabliser and using that. I am informing my friends to not to buy anyting from SHAH.

                            I have purchased a Samsung Double door refrigerator in 2003 model no. SR-34EMB. Now it is not perfectly cooling. with regard to my problem, I contact the samsung customer care executive (Complain No.: [protected] dtd: 10/06/2009) and subsequently communicated to manager, they all assured me that within one or two days your refrigerator part no.DA59-00006L will be available . But I am ashamed to say that no any person from Samsung came to my address and rectify the proble. May I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and get the problem rectified failing which I will have to go with no option with me but to consumer court only.

                              Samsung SGH E-250 — MOBILE PHONE HAS KEYS AND SLIDER IN NON-WORKING CONDITIONS.

                              I bought a samsung E-250, on 27th Apr. 2007, it started giving problems withn 10-15 days of purchase, then the camera of mobile went down, then i got the camera replaced at the service centre, which had a spot after being replaced, then in a few days i got the slider jammed, when i asked the service centre executives they told me it is out of stock, and i wanted them to replace the camera and i am having problems with the keys and the software to be upgraded, they told me that the camera needs servicing and they dont have any newer software version also the keys can be taken care of as when i come for getting the slider replaced. Since then about one moth has passed away but slider is out of stock and my keypad has stopped working, they just keep on saying that the stocks will come in another 5-7 days but all invain. I am clueless what to do. Can you please help me out????

From day one of the purchase I had to do the trouble-shooting for this problem, before Wave-tel finally accepted that the instrument was at fault. Samsung reportedly have changed the software loaded when it was sent to them then. The same problem from last week. Wave-tel staff here again most un-cooperative in addressing complaints.
                              Samsung should be more selective in choosing their retail outlets.
                              Prospective customers, please avoid this vendor.

                              I advise none to buy from Wavetel Chennai. They are a bunch of cheats. I insisted on a new mobile from an unopened box, they indeed opened the box seals in front of me (shows they tamper with seals) and sold a phone which was used many times for sending SMS's. Best way to deal with them don't ever buy from such cheats.

                              Whenever i transfer 3gpp, mp4 format file or a winamp media file to my samsung star, the pc suite first converts it and then always it shows CME ERROR:261 & then UNSUPPORTED COMMAND and the videos are not copied.The videos are important and they need to be present in the mobile.Please help me get out of this situation

                              Sub: - In regard of fraud selling of old & defected phone by presenting it as a new one.

                              I have purchased a new Samsung Phone SGH-I 450 from M/S Pahuja Mobiles Shop No. 32, Nehru Market, Maharaja Agarsain Chowk Gurgaon Haryana on dated 09/05/2009 vide Bill No. 1440 dated 09/05/2009.

                              After using it for two days, phone was not charging properly, I have complained for the same to the shop owner, who told me to go to the service centre. I went to service centre situated at Sectoer 14 Gurgaon on dated 16/06/2009 At the service centre I was told that the mother board of the phone is faulty & almost Rs. 7000/- is required to correct the fault, which is a manufacturing fault. I once again went to Bharat Communication a another service centre which is situated at BG-20, GROUND FLOOR, RG Call Center:30308282 in Pahar Ganj Behind Pahar Ganj Police station Delhi. He also told me that PBA Problem is created and he makes an estimate of Rs 9448 vide estimate No. work order no. WA5535.911195 dated 17/07/2009. (The Photocopy of estimate is attached)

                              I have bought my phone from a renowned co. Samsung for best service. The shopkeeper owner has sold me the old and defected phone with a new body & charged me for the new phone.

                              When I told service center’s people that, it is a new phone and it is in guarantee period. I was told to contact the shop owner.

                              However, I had made the payment for the renowned Samsung Co. Mobile Phone and not for the damaged/replaced parts Phone (reassembled by M/s Pahuja Mobiles Shop).
                              In view of genuine and bonafide facts as stated above, I humbly request Samsung Co. to please look into this case in depth as it is a case of forgery and do the needful for replacing my Mobile Phone by new one as no fault of mine. I had also went to kalkaji samsung mobile shop they also forbade to repair it. I am very disappointment for the behavior of samsung mobiles centre kindly look into the matter personally and get try to remove my problem.

                                The mobile is hanging if SMS comes or missed call comes,
                                Earlier I was using airtel postpaid now I changed to prepaid with same number.after changing in to prepaid, The problem is happening with perticular mobile number SIM (99xxxxxxxx) in perticular mobile(samsung J-700 handset).after changing to prepaid also I changed the SIM one more time.

                                The SIM changed and checked (in other SAMSUNG mobiles) no problem with SIM working in other handsets of samsung.

                                Please solve this problem If I goto AIRTEL they are telling problem with handset If I go to Samsung service provider they are telling problem with SIM. Since I have the same number from past five years i am not interested in changing the mobile number.

                                  We purchased a Samsung 440 ltrs refrigerator 4 years back for Rs.29000. It has never worked proeprly since the very first day and we have made complained 1000 times regarding this but company people are not taking this seriously.
                                  Firstly, they come after calling them n number of times. Secondly even if they come they are unable to repair it properly and we have to call them again and beg for service.Everytime they make us pay for there waste service.
                                  We are sick and tired of calling them for the whole day and hearing evrytime the answer.
                                  Now its the high time for us since it has stopped working completely.

                                  Please help us solving this issue.

                                  I got registered a complaint with the customer care on Tel. No.[protected], on 14/08/2013. My complaint No. is [protected], dated 14/08/2013 and I was assured by the customer care adviser that I would get a call from the nearest service center of the SAMSUNG on that day(14/08/2013) before 8 pm. But till 9.45am today i.e.[protected] none has called me up and gave me the status of my complaint. Today I called up your customer care center and the Adviser on the call could only confirm the complaint without status and feedback from the service center. Rather he questioned me “Have you not received any call from the service center?" When I questioned as to why the complaint is not resolved during 4 clear working days, he requested to give him two hours. I went on waiting till 3pm. When I was out of home, there was a call from customer care of SAMSUNG which was attended by my wife. She was told that a person would visit within an hour to attend the complaint. Today i.e.[protected], neither till 7pm again any person from service centre has come nor from the customer care called back to confirm the status. Obviously there is none to monitor the complaint and get the feedback from the service center about the status in question or confirm from the customer about resolving of complaint. It is very ridiculous and is under stood that the Company and the customers are being be- fooled by staff posted blow the line and the Service Centers which are out sourced by the Company having no responsibility and credibility, since Service engineers/ Manager responsible to provide timely service don’t have capability and authority to make answerable the Service Centers. This is my second experience from the Samsung Service. Earlier it was for the Regulator of the Samsung TFT. Monitor. There is no use of such Customer care center which only record the complaint and forward to the Service Center without getting end result of resolving it until and unless it is pursued by the customer. All the CTC on employees cost and infrastructure in evolving the system is loaded on the product, as such, the customer is sufferer on both the sides i.e. one side paying more cost on purchase of product and the other side not getting the service after sale and simultaneously the Company(SAMSUNG) is getting bad name because of inefficient service net work . If the Service Net work of all products is not rejuvenated and the Country Head with the managers and service centers below the line are not made answerable, the SAMSUNG ship will shink.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am very sorry to point that that Customer Care Centre at Dharamsala is not giving satisfactory service. I am holding a double door frez vide its Sr No. 0879 Model No 25SBPS.

                                  It is painful story within eight months Samsung Service Centres, Dharamsala charges more than Rs 7000/- from me but the Refrigerator yet to function properly.

                                  Samsung Engineer replaced compressor on January 26, 2013 and charges Rs 4000/- under their receipt No 1067 and gave one year warranty of compressor. After that Refrigerator not worked properly and again approach the Engineer to check the Refrigerator (Mobile No[protected] but the person never come back to see Refrigerator.

                                  I have contacted Mr Sanjeev Sr Engineer on mobile No[protected] regarding this. Mr Sanjeev visited my residence and find out that high voltage compressor was installed in the Refrigerator. At this time he assured that your problem was solved within a week. But Mr Sanjeev never called back or not attended the complaint.

                                  On June 23, 2013 I again registered a complaint vide complaint No [protected]. Engineer who replaced the compressor came and asked its timer is not working properly (during this period Engineer replaced three time its timer and charged its charges) and he replaced the timer and charged Rs 1000/- he did not give any receipt.

                                  While collecting the charges he said that he would provide the receipt on next day, but he never come to give receipt.

                                  On September 26, 2013 I also registered a complaint regarding the Refrigerator. Engineer who earlier came to repair the Refrigerator told my wife its compressor burnt and you have to pay around Rs 5000/-. Today I have called Service Centre Dharamsala and want to talk Sr Engineer Mr Sanjeev but the Receptionist did not allow me to talk with Mr Sanjeev.

                                  As per Engineer gave one year warranty of the compressor so you are requested to instruct the concerned branch to replace the compressor immediately, because the service centre persons harassed me for the last one year.


                                  I again request in your goodself that my problem should be solved immediately other wise I have to go consumer court. Hoping an early reply.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    1. I am trying to draw your attention that Iam an owner of SAMSUNG Plasma TV bearing set serial No 036532C X1000077 and Model No SP43T8HEK/XTL.

                                    2. Since the time TV was purchased, there was some display problem which went off frequently making TV to be kept in unused condition. The TV was sent for repairing to the service centre thrice. I feel very sad regarding the mediocre standard of service being provided by the servicing centre.

                                    3. Above all, I face inconviences each time I go for repairing. I am residing in a remote place, the authorized repairing centre nearby has not been able to identify the faults, which make me to take the TV for longer distance every time causing much inconvenience as it involves manpower and transportation.

                                    4. Moreover, the expenditure incurred on each repair tantamount to a huge amount.

                                    5. I will highly appreciate if my prolonged problem is looked after and expect some help being provided by the firm/agency as this type of service may tarnish the image of such a global player in the internation market.

                                      currently i am facing display problem it is showing white i can't see any thing, but still i can receive call and talk. when i went to service station they told me that need to keep phone for two days to check and may be need to change display which is not there with us in the stock you need to wait for week if needs to change display, how can a authorized service make a customer to wait for couple of weeks together like this without response.
                                      I dont know what to do with the mobile know.
