sir, i have given my samsung star for just for scan the virus and it just 3 months old pice
and in service centre people said that there is some problem in ur mother board and u have to
leave it for 10 days and after 10 days they are saying that it will take one or two days more..
and i feel they are bhaving like unprfesnal and im un satified i wan my product normal condition...
so please do some thing................

    I have got samsung Omnia (I 900) smart phone.

    This phone is not usable at all without its stylus(Stick), and samsung is giving only one stylus with each other(other companies like HTC are giving 2 with phone).

    I have lost the stylus and I wanted to buy a new stylus for this mobile. I have gone to almost every samsung customer care in ahmedabad but no result. They told you call us and when it will be avaible we will inform you.

    I am calling them since 2 months and not result!!!

    I have also logged a complain against customer care in the samsung, and they are telling each time that I will get any response for complain in 24 hours but its almost one month and they are not giving any satisfactory answer.

    They gave me number of Area manager of samsung(MR Sandip Patil), but that man is not picking up his calls at us...

    Please do the needful.

      respected sir ,

      i purchase samsung s3500 past 3.5 months its battery complaint battery back up 5 hrs only , so i went to tecno care in t neger , he take down my mobile for testing after two days he says battery complaint then he says no stock . i went to service lot of times no respons , i make a call to manager Mr venketsh he also no response . then i make a call to gopi krishnanhe cant attn the call, iam having company so i facing lot so problems due cant attn costumer calls , plz make me as so soon as possible.

      Every one problem is same, , , i do have a problem.battery back up is very worst...i keep on trying the dealer ship, but they are not responding..its irritating us, , , please do anything for that...otherwise samsung company will be face lot of problems...so kindly change the battery or give solutions for us...

        we bought an split ac in month of april 2009. on 19th september the ac stooped cooling so we made a complain on toll free BP NO-[protected] on 20th sept. they took the ac to service centre and returned after 10 days. the indoor plastic body was returned in scratchy conditon so we again contacted to toll free and complained regarding that . then i received a call from patna service centre and a person MR. SHEKHAR MB NO-[protected] assured me that the outer body will be changed but till now it has not been done we are repeatedly calling to toll free as well as MR SHEKHAR AND PATNA office but they are not responding. today also we called up to service centre in patna to talk manager but they are making excuses that manager is not in town and MR SHEKHAR is not coming on phone. so now we have no choice so we want consumer forum to justify with us.

          This is to inform you that my fridge(modle # SRL 629EV, bottom freezer) which is purachsed on[protected] is not working from ,9th october2009, and I informed the service center in kochi, kerala. They send the people and took the fridge to the service centre and replaced few componentslike(DA 41-00099C, DA32_ 1010ST,DA32-10109R) and brought it back on on 5th novermbers.And I got the bill of Rs 2280.But same problem is still there.ie when the temperature is set and the compressor will get cut off but it won't restartand the temperature goes down.My fridge was in the service center for almost a month.please do the needful thanking you,

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to bring to your notice that the poor state of after sales service of your dealer network extend to the customers. I purchased one Samsung Mobile & with in the warranty period it started giving trouble.

            I have given my mobile two time for repairing at Vaishnavi Service Station ,Mayur Vihar-Phase-1,New Delhi (Job Card No-182-Date[protected] but they have not able to identify the problem . I have already pass 25 days but same problem not been solved.

            I have done two time complaint in Samsung customer service (Ref No-[protected][protected] second time) but nobody solve the problem.

            Tomorrow I am going again above service station for same problem. Kindly help

            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Even I am having the problem...Samsung has diluted its brand by releasing these faulty mobiles..
            I also have same problem.

              I wanted to confirm whether this is fake or not? I have searched for ny contest of this kind but havn't got ny satisfactory results.
              Help me understanding this.

                i bought a samsung s8003 (JET) on 19th of august 2009 with a care pack worth Rs. 1500 for future mishap . unfortunately i had a problem in the handset , so i gave it for repair , but nobody is paying attention towards it . it has now been a month without a response from them . i gave it for repair on the 5th of october 2009 and haven`t recieved it till now . whenever i call up to enquire about the handset they just postpone the delivery to some other day . i`m facing a lot of problem due to that and i please request you to take a quick action against the HOTSPOT MOBILE STORE located in the SOM DUTT PLAZA , NAVEEN MARKET , KANPUR . i`ll be eagerly waiting for your response . my contact number is [protected] .

                  1. I had purchased a Samsung SGHM-200 mobile from The Mobile Store, Chanchal Chouraha, Bairagarh Bhopal on 14 jul 2009. I had won Rs 250/- cash back through sratch card offer. I had forwarded gift claim form no 266478 duly filled in all respect to The Spectra Mind Mktg Pvt Ltd. D-160 LGF, Sector -26, Noida 201301. on 16 Jul 09 vide our letter no VRD/01/09 dated 16 Jul 09 through registered post. A reminder was issued to them vide our letter no VRD/01/09 dated 04 Sep 09.

                  2. Recently I had received a SMS from SMPL on 29 Oct 09 that free gift has been dispatched through TIRUPATI COURIAR, the docket no is 25230. But the same has not been received so far.

                    I had ealier reported complaint about bad service by Samsung Service centre at Lalbaug (Mumbai) for my Samsung SCH-S259 handset as written below.Later I got a call for Samsung Service Manager for Mumbai Region Mr.Shoaib Shaikh. He took all details from me and later promised that he will get back to me in 2 days or and he requested to me that incase he forgot he will get back to me.As expected after 2 days I had to call him for the status, but he replied that he has escalated the case to his seniors and will get back to me as he gets a revert from them.But as usual he didnt reverted , and I called him again.The same continued for around 15-20 days that he always said that he will call back, but apart from the first call he never called me back.
                    The last call was around 10 days back and he said that as a customer I have to bare half cost for main board replacement, but I refused as the handset was in warranty .Later he again said that he will call back,but till date he hasn't and I can bet that he must have forgotten about he.Such is the service by Samsung Mobile.

                    Samsung Service Centre Bad Service:-
                    My Samsung CDMA handset SCH-S259 had a blank white display problem.
                    I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Mumbai at Lalbaug area at following address
                    (Master Care Services,Shop no.6,Anandji Laddha bldg,lalbaug,Mumbai-400012).
                    The technician opened the handset in front of me and check it and told me that it had display problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 15 days.Later after 10 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a board problem and it cannot be replaced as there is a water logging problem.But I know that there is no such problem because the handset was kept in box for last 4 months when it was in a working condition.Also the handset battery sticker also doesnt indicate any water logging problem.
                    When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me visit some other samsung service centre(Does that mean that they themselves don't trust their own service centre? ).

                    i will purchase a new samsung corby pro, after 5 days tere was a certain problem of speaker . i willl submit my cellphone 2 service center but they cant handel it and he says to me that ur cellphone motherboard is having an fault but it is out of stock we will give you te phone after 15 days.
                    at that point i will disagree with the service of samsung service centres.

                      sir, I purchased a mobile (samsung mobile 1100 T) from mobile store, sion (mumbai) in the month of july 2009 and on its purchsing i got a scratch card with the mobile .when i scratched the card, Reebok T-shirt was printed on it..then on 18 jul 09, i posted the scratch card along with the zerox of original bill of the mobile..my form number is 254541.approx 10 days back i recieved your message that i will get the gift within 4 working days but till date i have not recieved it..my dockete no. is 26036..please do the needfull.

                        I purchased a 32" LCD TV from Samsung Plaza (Electro Mart Stores Pvt Ltd) at Noida sector-18 market on 24th October. They had offered a free DVD player along with the TV. However, they have not provided the DVD player till now stating that stocks are not available. Each time i call them up, they give the same excuse. I called up Samsung customer care as well, but they had the same answers. It seems that Samsung has found an ingenious way to sell their products by duping customers. Now I feel sad as to why i bought this product.
                        looks like i am not the only one who was duped. it has been over a month, i purchased samsung LCD. but i am yet to receive the player. this is not the right strategy. this way, samsung is only damaging its reputation. either samsung should stick to its words and deliver the goods, or it shouldn't comeup with such fake offers. well, i have learnt my lesson. i was a loyal customer, cause, most of the my home appliances is samsung. now on, i am not a samsung customer.

                        "Stock not available", shows how prepared Samsung team was for the festive season.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I had purchased a new Samsung Monitor in July 2008 and have been having problems with lines on screen and constant flickering which is hurtful to my eyes. I registered a complaint with Samsung Customer care, Bangalore in June 2009 when the warranty was still valid. Samsung sent their technician who came & checked the same and said that there was nothing wrong while his assistant admitted there was a flicker on the screen. In pursuing the matter with Mr; Ramkumar, (Mobile [protected])Branch Manager, Samsung Monitor division, Bangalore he asked that the monitor be taken to his Service Centre. the same was handed over and returned after 4 days in the same condition,again insisting that there was nothing wrong. Remarks that I was not satisfied and the monitor was returned in the same condition were made on Samsung Customer Job sheet. I see now they just stalled for time till the warranty expired in July 2009. Now the condition of the monitor screen has deteriorated so much that it is damaging to my eyesight and I am a Senior Citizen, 70 years old.The whole monitor screen flickers constantly with lines on both sides of the screen

                            Repeated calls to Mr. Ramkumar and Team Leader Naveen Kumar Mobile [protected] proved to no avail.The technician sent is Mr. Viswaradhya Mobille [protected]. I am asked to re-register my complaint. I now wish to proceed legally thro the Consumer Forum, and claim damages to my eyesight and hours and days wasted in getting Samsung to redress my complaint.

                              Hi,

                              I am Ravi Kant Sharma from Delhi, current pulling my hair because of this useless so-called electronics company SAMSUNG.

                              I have problem with my Samsung LCD Monitor (Model 943NWX). Its showing everything Reddish-Pink colored. I logged a complaint and the monitor was checked by the technician after 10 days. He said there is some problem in graphic card of the monitor (?!?!) and it needs to be replaced. He gave me 4 days of time for the spare part to be replaced. But now it has been more than 45 days and there is no revert from customer care/technician despite of multiple calls and emails to customer care.

                              On calling customer care, I was told every time that a call back has been arranged, but nobody contacted me yet. I tried tracking the issue through customer care portal as well, but there was and still a problem: after logging-in nothing is displayed, at the left bottom I see javascript error which I reported it in the same email. Not action has been taken on it yet. The customer care replied me with:
                              "Thank you for becoming a patron of Samsung product.

                              We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded your query to our department concerned. The relevant person will get in touch with you shortly.

                              We appreciate your patience and request you to bear with us till then.

                              For further assistance you may contact SAMSUNG Customer Contact Center at 3030 8282 or [protected]toll free)." THAT'S IT. They have done nothing but forward me this auto generated sympathetic email every time. No grievances department contact details are available on SAMSUNG website, and I think it will never be because of their unfair policies.

                                I had purchased the following mobile from the Planet M shop at Muvattupuzha (Ernakulam District Kerala) Name of the mobile: Samsung SGH_J150HSBINS code no:354283/02/104521/8 on 26/12/2008 receipt no: 2057 of Plannet M at Muvattupuzha.The warranty period is one year and it is extended to 2 years more .On 02/11/2009 my mobile is no having no sound hence I approached to the staff at Muvattupuzha Planet M shop (one Mr Ratheesh Krishnan )refused blindly the mobile and he even refused to give me the address of the mobile service centre too. after heated arguements he accepted it for repairs and he even refused to give me the receipt for the accep[tance of the mobile. This is not fare on the part of such a big Planet M retail shop to the custemers. So I humbly request you to kindly arramge to repair or repalce the set at the earlest.

                                I had purchased Samsung-Virgin V Style handset from Planet M, 31-B, Ground Floor, Pragati Kendra, Aliganj Kapoorthala, Lucknow-226024 vide Invoice No.334 dtd.14-Oct-09. At the time of purchase of above handset, I was told that one bag will be given as free gift against this purchase.While bag was not available at the time of purchase, accordingly, I was assured in writing that it will be delivered after 3 - 4 days, since then, despite my numerous follow-up and personal visits till date. They have not honoured their commitment by delivering the bag as free gift.
                                This is surprising the reputed stores like yours and the people working in your set-up are not even couteseous to talk nicely in their approach, while communicating with customers. In stead of commiting a firm date for delivering the free gift they are behaving non-responsive and now they have lowered their standard in their normal communication also.I'm afraid they have cheated me in process and have pinched the bag (free gift) of their own. May be because of this they are avoiding to deliver the assured free gift.
                                By writing this to you I look forward your personal involvement / investigation in the matter to ensure, to deliver my gift and action to be taken against the people those who are spoiling your reputation in the mind of customers like us.

                                  I feel very sorry to lodge a complaint like this for a very popular brand like " samsung ".
                                  i purchased a refrigerator from M/s Girias coimbatore before one year , now i begun begging them for service daily , nobody is serious about this after sales service complaint. i feel very bad and and facing mental agony and tension . kindly do the necessary action for saving this poor customer in india

                                    Bought a 37” Samsung 5 series LCD TV on 23 Oct night with a HDMI DVD player for a total outlay of about Rs 50,000. Called up the Samsung call centre at [protected] on Oct 24, saturday morning to get them to send an engineer for installation (wall mounting). Service docket no. [protected]. Was promised a service engineer would call and come down. Well a service engineer call on Oct 27. My wife works second half of the day and wanted service before 2 pm. The service engineer rudely said they could not give a time and he could land up at anytime! We only wanted the engineer to visit before 2 pm. Is that asking for too much? On Oct 29 another engineer called up. He was more civil. Again when my wife asked him to visit before 2 pm he said they could not accede to that since they left their offices after 12 noon everyday for customer visits! No contact after that –for a Rs 50,000 product!

                                    I was travelling at the time. I was ruing deciding Samsung over LG and Sony. On my return, I called the customer toll free number again on Nov 1, Sunday around 4 pm. I explained the situation and asked to speak to the manager to escalate. No escalation provided, but at least had the consolation of being told sorry and that the engineer should have visited at our convenience. Was promised service the same day or worst case by noon the next. But it turned out to be just a hollow promise.

                                    There was no contact from the Samsung or service engineer side after that. I called up the toll free no. again (know it well by now) on Nov 2, Monday around 5.15 pm. I was fed up I asked for escalation to the manager or take the TV back. Again promised a callback in 30 mins from a superior to resolve the issue. No phone call. I called back at 6.00 pm and was flatly told by this customer associate that can’t have been promised a 30 min call back as their rule is two hours. The earlier person was new and promised me something he could not! Incredible! I got mad at him. Again I told him I just did not want the TV and could he either put me on to the manager to take the TV back. He then said the manager is not around, but he’ll put me onto the technical team who would sort this out. In any case he could not raise the tech team, so it was his turn to promise me a callback in 30 mins. I could not believe it. This person had told me another one could not give me a 30 min call back assurance and he himself was giving one to me. What should I believe? I could see that I could not get anything more.

                                    30 mins later no call. Not surprising. After 45 mins I gave a call back around 6.30 pm. They again tried to raise the technical team, could not and said they are busy with another customer and would call me back in 90 mins. I gave up. Needless to day there was no call back.

                                    So this is my story. Samsung LCD TV bought for 50K and despite numerous promises it is not installed for 10 days and counting. Call centre is pathetic as are the service engineers who called up. Reminder me of the bad old MTNL days 15 years ago when you had to stay at home for the engineer if the phone was dead. MTNL is far better now. Service within 24 hours many times. Not Samsung. The call centre staff really take the cake. One person contradicts the other. I’ve had 4 promises from them and every one of them broken. No escalation and hence no way for a more sensitive superior or a Samsung person to defuse the situation.


                                    Four promises made by the Samsung service team, and all four broken. Moral of the story: Do not buy Samsung unless you don’t care about customer service. And if you do, do not go by any promise the Samsung call centre makes.

                                    No wonder Samsung trails behind LG. Samsung products may be technically better, but LG’s products are cheaper and I’ve had fantastic customer service from them. My current 29” slim is an LG and I also have an LG DVD recorder. Once I just wrote a mail on Friday late night on their website and an engineer called and came at our convenience the next day and set it right.

                                    I guess this is a choice Samsung has consciously made. I have been browsing the net and come across lots of customer service complaints on Samsung. An IT website had an article about Zutshi’s elevation to DMD and the first 4 e-mail responses on the site were complaints. Amazing given that the forum was not for consumers.

                                    Caveat Emptor if it is Samsung. Never again buy one and try and wean everyone from doing so too. My last act being considered is taking the TV to Samsung HQ, inviting the press, and smashing it with a hammer. I can bear the loss and may even invest the time to do so.

                                    I now ask only for Samsung to take back the TV and reimburse me my original cost. If pushed I will even take a discount and assume the balance was donated to Samsung with a hope they would invest it in customer service.

                                    By the way, Samsung has a service centre in the next building to my residence.

                                    SamSung LCD 40 " — Service is not well in time

                                    I have purchased 40 inches SAMSUNG LCD from Dawar open world, showroom near MG road metro station (Arcade), Gurgaon with a scheme of Airtel. For activation of Airtel cable, OPen world have taken Rs.750/- the day on which I purchased LCD i.e., on 02.11.2010. However, I found that there is no co-ordination between Dawar's Open world and Airtel. Dealer do say I have recharged with Rs.750/- and Airtel tells that its not got recharged. So i deprived the service though I paid whole amount well in time and with major mental herrassment. I may definitely contact with Managing Director of Dawars in this regard if the problem does not get solved in a day or two.

                                      I had purchased a Convection Microwave oven (Model No. CE 103 VD/ XTL) from M/s. Royal Electronics, Sion Trombay Road, Chembur, Mumbai on 11-Oct-2009. I recd a receipe book and a seven piece vessel set with it free. Two days later I saw an ad in the Mumbai Mirror, which mentioned a free 21 pieces vessel set with all convection models worth Rs.2,000/-. When I called up the Samsung toll free number, I was told that I was also eligble for getting it. I again called up the dealer who said that he would get back to me after seeing the ad. Again I talked to the Samsung people who informed that though the ad has come the free stuff is still not available with the Mumbai dealers. Meanwhile my dealer promised me that as soon as he gets the free stuff, he would get it delivered. I still don't understand why I was not informed about the free gift when I bought the product, secondly why do you put such ads if you cannot supply the dealers with the same. This is a simple example of how consumers are taken for a ride.

                                      I've bought a microwave oven CE103VD. What are the free gifts I'm entitled to.
                                      i bought a samsung convection microwawe from croma (C.B.D. Belapur). till now no peson has come for the demo of the machine.
                                      I purchased CE103VD Microwave oven on 9th sep 2010 from Ashish Electronics, Chhindwara (MP). I have been given any free stuff. Is there any free scheme available on that date. My cell no is [protected]

                                        hello, i am shravan from Bangalore. recently this year i purchased sgh-j700 handset but now i found that there is a problem in main board and it has to be replaced. so i went to nearby samsung service center in rajajinagar in bangalore and got checked my phone and also they said there is no stock of main board so they ordered for main board.but many days have passed but still i havent recieved any call from service center and i am struglling to get repaired that handset. please atleast can you exchange that handset as i have guarentee still..please help me..
