I am a employee of Alaska exports in kasna g.noida, company purchased a samsung air conditioner model bio sleeplus on 13.05.09 against bill no.[protected], befor one month this Air conditioner is not working in garranty period. then i wrote a complaint to croma center on this number[protected]. but till date not repair my air conditioner so i am still suffering from this problem. no any response from croma center,

I think croma in not completly awair what is a customer service.

SAMSUNG BIOSLEEPLUS AC — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello,


This is to bring to the notice that I had recently, about 2 weeks ago, purchased a Samsung AC, from Reliance Digital in the Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. The product was delivered on the same day and the installation man came on the next day to fix it.

However, it was not a Samsung technician but a Reliance technician who did not install one of the part from which the water drains out, also called the AC tray. This was noticed after the installation was complete and after a few days, when the water was accumulating inside the AC. This was not good and hence I raised a complaint immediately with the Reliance Helpline and I was given a compaint number, 371202. However, I did mention that I needed the technician to attend to it ASAP as I have my deadlines etc. work schedule and so on but the lady in the helpline mentioned that she was not responsible for it which was absurd. This means there is no coordination at all. Anyways, the technician did manage to come the next day and fixed the AC tray after which it was working fine. However, he fixed the front cover of the AC in a way such that it is completely broken and is hanging loose. When asked, he mentioned that it must be in that way only for cleaning the front filter which was absurd.

I raised another complaint, 373853 as by now I was pretty much frustrated with the customer service and the incompetant technicians, who were not able to fix it in the first go as the delight of owning a good branded AC just shattered. I have an AC from LG as well but it has performed well and no issues until date. This complaint is yet to attended and I have not yet heard back anything for this which means there will be a delay.

I am really surprised that the Reliance Digital customer care is not at all upto the mark and I should have actually purchased the AC from the real Samsung showroom which would have saved me so much frustration and trouble. Also, they are not very helpful as well.

I would already announce in my workplace and inform all my friends anc colleagues, never to buy any electronics product from Reliance Digital showroom as it is not worth it at all. If you are going to pay the money, always a good deal to go directly the specific brand showroom and purchase it from there and save onself from so much hassle, trouble and frustration.

    I have purchased Samsung GT B 7320 Windows 6.1 mobile. My complaint is that any windows application or software is not installing on my device. I would like to know reason for this and the way with which I can install windows applications on my mobile

    1. The phone doesn’t have call reject facility.
    2. The 3.2Mp Camera is useless in image quality and color reproduction.
    3. The Audio Quality is inferior than the cheaper phone models of Samsung. No equalizer or adjustments is available in the Media Player version provided with the phone.
    4. Most of the available Application (made Windows mobile 6) is showing “Unexpected Error” message. Some application is not being installed due to “insufficient security permission”.
    5. The phone is not being provided with .Net Compact Framework 3.5 when it is the latest available. Even you are providing it in Support Software download section of the phone.
    6. In your website there is a free downloadable “Samsung New PC Studio” available to use with this particular model, but the application is returning an error message “An unregistered model has been connected. Communication cannot proceed.” every time the application is trying to connect with the phone.
    7. I am not being able to connect to the internet from my phone through my Wi-Fi enabled router connected with my desktop. If there is any possibility please let me know.
    8. There is no detailed documentation or manual of the phone.
    9. The CD provided with the phone is useless as you have only provided an old version of Microsoft Active Sync and nothing else. The higher version is available on the net.
    I bought a GT-B7320 phone use can not be three days on the web wi_fi. or machine failure. I regret that you buy it

    I purchased b7320 one week ago. I'm disappointed with the contacts and profiles tools.
    Contacts only show the names, does not allow me to change it to any other setting such as ( name and telephones ). The profiles are so limited, there is not much to
    customize like the nokia mobiles. It does not allow to assign a different ring tone to a specific number, does not have name grouping facililty.
    You need to download programs, but I agree fully with the unexpected error happened

    I am quite happy with my Samsung GT-B7320 but there are some vast improvements which need to be made for the phone to compete with the mainstream smart phone mobiles.

    I could not get it to connect with my home's WiFi connection. Despite giving it whatever it asked for (certificates et all).

    I wanted to upgade my Windows 6.1 to Windows Mobile 6.5 but everytime I connect the phone to the application. It would return a message saying that the "battery is too low to perform this operation", despite my phone being completely charged.

    As mentioned by most of the users in this board, the applications more or less are likely not to work with the phone. I tried one myself... It did install but returns server errors everytime I want to use it (the same configurations work with all the other brand of mobiles.

    I can run my application in Samsumg 7320.you need to select 'SmartPhone' emulator not 'pocket Pc' emulator.
    Note:You cannot add Button control in your SmartPhone application.if you add and run it give Exception

    VList of observed drawbacks in SAMSUNG B7320 OmniaPro
    1)It having internet explorer containing mouse cursor, due to very slow moment of this mouse, Internet browsing is very irritating.
    2)We cant edit dial number.
    3)if any contact having two mobile number, in that case we cant assign extra mobile contact as a mobile number.
    4)we cant assign memory card storage to Bluetooth receiving data.
    5)no equilizer provided with media player
    6)if we download something from Internet, it by default stored in Phone memory,
    7)no proper exit provided for tasks
    8)we cant use front camera to take picture
    9) its business class phone, then why recorder is not available
    10) Marketplace and Windows Myphone is not working
    11)Keypad is very hard to use
    12)No software update option provided in phone
    13)we cant see the Incomming SMS times after some days

    All these drawbacks were never we found in the phones which having Price less than 6 thousand . Also this phone having Windows OS. IS windows useless. I think Windows want to lose there reputation in market. How this phone is Approved by International Standards.

    Got damaged product

      I,Shashikant verma(mobile nos [protected]),have submitted my mobile phone at AAYUSHI ELECTRONICS at Indore(phone no[protected],on 17th july 2009,as its joystick was broken.My cell phone was in warranty period.After one month that service centre was closed.They told me to collect my cellphone from their new servive centre,named as "STAR MOBILE SERVICES,YASHWANT PLAZA ,INDORE"(Phone nos[protected] , email id: [protected]@gmail.com).I went there for more than 20 times go get my cellphone,but everytime they made execuses.I am helpless.it is nearly two and half months.
      Sir i request you to please help me out and suggest what i should do?

        I have purchase a samsung I450 on 22/10/2008 from Aligarh (U.P).
        i am facing a problem for my slide. it is not working from about 6 months iwent to my nearest service centre they said to me that "we will order it you can take it after 1 weekon the same day".
        then i went after 1 weak then they says the same. then i went again and again and got the same answer.
        Now i am exauhsted to go to the service centre.

        Hope that u will give good response. if don't then i will not purchase any product of samsung in future.

          i am using samsung star phone but there is one complain that there is only 500 messages can be saved in mobile which is very very short memory and message memory can not be shared with memory card so i think please make some software or something for that to enahance the message memory ....it is really very much nedded ,,,my many firnds are thinking to buy samsung star but they r not buying because of messeage memory problem ....

          Samsung Star — false information

          HI,
          I bought a cell phone at basanvangudi in bangalore (samsung star) which had to be collected at the chennai outlet in Anna nagar. The sales executive asked me to make the payment which i did and asked me to produe a photocopy of my driving license. The person who had to collect the phone had to produce a photocopy of the bill and a proof f his address.

          The requested details were provided in Chennai and they asked for a RV number. I contacted the Bangalore office, sopke to Mr. Lingraj and got the RV number and gave it to the chennai Office. They later came up with a new formaily saying they needed the Order NUmber. Back to square one call up Mr.Lingraj Listen to some nonsense and deliver the same to Chennai office in Anna Nagar. Ive made 10 phone calls to give the information between the offices and the person who had to collect the phone went to UNivercell Anna Nagar 4 times and finally after all the formalities they asked for the original bill. I came down to Chennai produced the bill and collected the phone.

          This whole process has wasted my time and ive been doing the job o[censored]nivercell employees for free for having bought a phone from their outlet.

          The phone was collected 10 days after the payment was made. I demand an explanation for this low level service. Univercell mobiles has not benefited me in anyway. The sale should have not been accepted in the first place in Bangalore if the Store cannot provide the service and if the sale has been accepted then stand up to what you speak. This is the worst experience i have ever had for a product that i have purchased and i expect the store to give me a reason and show customer satisfaction rather than sending automated mails of apologies.
          good but message memory is very less
          Samsung needs to give some option to save msgs as 500 for such a good phone is very less...
          All other functions r very nice
          all functions are very good but i find a ploblem with the msg memory its toooooo less for me

                I would like to bring the following facts in your knowledge which are highly unacceptable for the so called big and reputed Electronics Consumer products company.
                This is not only my experience what I observed during the span of this period from the other affected customer of sumsung products.
                No company run the business for long run on the advertisement basis and throwing the product in the marked without any back up and support services, being electronics engineer and knowledge of this field I am dead sure you will definitely suffer for these lapses.

                Series of sequences of suffering.
                1.Mentioned Mobile set SGH J 210 was purchased one year back from now
                2.After two month set developed problem , but service not rendered by your service centre Dwarka for which complaints was lodged to you and your customer care.
                3.After six month set again developed problem of joystic malfunctioning, and with the suggestion of your customer care , set was given for repair at District Centre Janak Puri New Delhi on 2nd Aug 2009.
                4.Last 68 days I had been lodging many complaints with your customer service centre ,customer care and other relating departments.
                5. Yesterday, when I en-quired about the status of set, service centre Mr Neeraj ([protected]) told set has been repaired , I went for the collection of set but shape and condition of set was worsened and as if set was mishandled and not repaired set was without joystick knob secondly camera not working where as this problem was not there at all.
                set still lying with you i don't know when it will be repair in perfect condition.
                set was full of scratches and not assembled properly even from one side set was not closing.
                It clearly shows that there is no service back up without any quality control checks (means without ISO certified service).
                I will not accept the the set in such a condition.
                I am govt official and do not compel me to use my designation to open up your Pandora, hence this is my sincere advise to get your system in line and get my set in perfect working condition or else replace the set ( but not in BAD SHAPE)

                DENIAL OF SERVICE ( UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD ) SAMSUNG MOBILE SGH-J 210
                I would like to divert your attention towards service, either not rendered or denied by your service centre at Dwarka Mahavir Enclave ( near sector 1 )
                I had purchased the Mobile Set Make Samsung model no SGH J 210 On 24.08.2009 through Hot spot shop in Dwarka. As per the bill and told by the shopkeer that warranty cover for one year .
                On 22 Mar 09, my set was gone fault ( set key function was malfuctioning). i approached to your service centre after a long waiting my set was opened and i was told that moisture has gone in it and it does not cover the warranty I need to pay for the repair the set where as i didnot notice any moisture on the PCB only some dust like accumulation spot was there. They asked heavy amount to replace the Board approx Rs 1000/-.
                I am dead sure my set was not ingressed with moisture and I tried to contact your costumer care but i did not get the positive response from his end, but i do not want to blame the customer becouse he is at distant end and not aware of the things.
                But your service centre is definitely playing with the customer and try to grab the money from customer by illegal method.This is as good as denial of service under warranty.
                i asked him to close the set and give to me, after closing the set , mobile was not getting switched on.This fault was created by your service centre.
                Secondly , same story he was conveyed to one more customer and dozzing like any thing, this i had noticed.
                Lator on for confirmation i went to local repairing shop ,he opened up the set and noticed only dust accumulation was there on the PCB track by the side of roller switch, he just cleaned and took only Rs 40/- and my set was functional totally within 5 minutes.
                Now you can judge yourself how customer being deceived by your service centre.
                I would expect a stern action from your end otherwise i would mail to Hidustan times and other media and even may project to consumer Redressel forum.
                May I expect a quick response as I could not project this matter to you timely as i was out of station.

                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I feel very bad and disgusted when the mobile set which i bought from The Great SAMSUNG Model J 150 developed prob when it was within the warranty period.ie after 8 months it showed the face and the quality of the company...

                When the service centre NEHRU PLACE was contacted i got a shocking reply that i had to pay Rs.3000 as service charge(i was still in warranty period).The cost of purchase itself is Rs.4500.See the service charge.

                Heated argument went on with a Senior Engineer who told that the set might be mishandled by me which could have led to the prob. Then I put down the following questions for which he could give any satisfactory answers :

                1. When I was very sure of the proper handling, how the set can be damaged without my knowledge?
                2. What is the guaranty of the inner parts ? Why cant I say that is the defect due to the production itself?
                3. The problem is the charging connector is broken with the track. Suppose if it falls accidentally can it lead to such a damage? Is it not having mild shock proof atleast ?

                By best suggestion is never buy a product just by seeing the brand. SAMSUNG is literally cheating and wasting the customer's money by selling cheap items in the name of good product.

                Samsung Mobile — Poor and delayed service

                I gave my Samsung Mobile GT-S8500 to the authorized samsung service center - CEE EMM Serives - on 19th Feb 2011 because of software problem. 6 days already and they have no solution for my problem. Above that, they are still not sure whether the mother-board will be changed or not.

                Samsung — Poor service / unreliable service

                I am one of end customer for Samsung products. I have about 3 samsung products namely Air Conditioner (1.5 ton), 40 Inch LCD TV (K40D550) and French door refrigerator (RF67DEPN).

                Issue #1 - Air conditioner - reinstallation

                I relocated my house from one multi-storey apartment complex (L&T serene county residential township, Gachibowli, Hyderabad) to another multi-storey apartment complex (Aparna Sarovar, nallagandla, Hyderabad).
                Uninstallation of AC was successfully done by one of your service provider. At the time o[censored]ninstallation, the technician along with me, had checked that the Air Conditioner is in good working condition.
                But during reinstallation in the new premise, the service provider's technician messed up with the AC copper piping in the bid to charge me for extra copper fixing. He also made attempts to travel the copper piping unnecessarily extra so that he can charge me for it.
                The technician fiddled with the AC installation for 8 hours yet he was incompetent to successfully complete the work by 7PM. Another set of technicians arrived few days later, fixed up the copper wiring leakage and confirmed that there was no need to travel the copper wiring so far unnecesarily. But now the AC is not working effectively even at 16 degree Celsius with the fan blower on high.
                At the end of day, my AC is not working effectively with a traumatic journey for 3 weeks. Prior to this, this same AC was used on 24 degree clecius in a smaller room with much better cooling.

                Issue # 2 - French door refrigerator - RF67DEPN - purchased from Reliance digital, banjara hills, Hyderabad.

                This is a French door fridge with water dispenser. It requires water connection to be done for making ice. Before purchasing this fridge, we had several discussions with Samsung technician from Reliance digitals showroom, about the feasibility of water connection in our apartment.
                This included paper sketches of the kitchen explaining the way false ceiling has been done and the location of fridge to be installed. I was assured that such similar installations have been done successfully in the past with longer distances. Based on these assurances, I purchased the refrigerator on 22nd April 2011.
                Till date (28 May 2011), the installation of water connection is not done. I have raised several service requests with Samsung Customer care, but none have been addressed and able to complete the work.
                This is another traumatic journey of 3 weeks with a dissatisfied experience.

                  i have bought a 250gb hard disk of this company (model no. ST3250318AS, part no. 9SL131-301, and def-serial no. 6VM4D3ZL) from Kolkata( name of the shop is Shaboo Computer Pvt. Ltd.) in 10th September’2009 and they told me that it has a warranty period of 5 years, but after 7days it stop working properly and i contacted at the service centre of seagate ( which is in 12,lower Rowdon Street, Kolkata-16, Excell Front Line) and they told me that it will take around 7 days roughly. Along with it they gave me an acknowledgment of receiving the hard disc from me and i also get a sms about the same which has a call id. But till date they do not replace my hard disc. They told that recent the stock not available.
                  I have been facing lots of trouble due to their indiffrent and rude attitude and deeply hurted by the kind of pranks they are playing on me.

                  Seagate Sata customer services is very poor.
                  i am using samsung corby colors.. whenever i try to change the sim in mobile .. it start registaringing the sim information and balance of sim start deducting 1.50/- Rs per sms .. it continues till i am not switch off the mobile and change my sim with previous one.. i am totally fed up from this situation.. please provide any convinient solution to resolve my problem as soon as possible...

                    My Samsung CDMA handset SCH-S259 had a blank white display problem.
                    I took it to the Samsung Mobile Service Centre in Mumbai at Lalbaug area at following address
                    (Master Care Services,Shop no.6,Anandji Laddha bldg,lalbaug,Mumbai-400012).
                    The technician opened the handset in front of me and check it and told me that it had display problem and needs to be kept at the service centre for 15 days.Later after 10 days I got a call from the service centre that there is a board problem and it cannot be replaced as there is a water logging problem.But I know that there is no such problem because the handset was kept in box for last 4 months when it was in a working condition.Also the handset battery sticker also doesnt indicate any water logging problem.
                    When I called Samsung Mobile Customer care they told me visit some other samsung service centre(Does that mean that they themselves don't trust their own service centre? ).

                    My phone's warranty is going to expire on November 3rd 2009.Please help me in this case.

                      i had applied for loan and was approved vide agreement no:[protected],all the installment was paid on regular basic,except the last one for which had requested executive to kindly arrange to get the same collected and hand over all the post dated cheques given till date for all the earlier purchases made so far,inspite of many reminders exclusively to the branch head mr.,naresh rathod haven't received any communications so far,and the manager isn't concerned to reply via mail to any of the mails sent so far,whenever so requested they are skipping from replying via mail.

                      we are unable to understand why the customers are been harressed like anything when they are paying regulary,request to kindly do the needful.

                        I have a not-inexpensive french door Samsung fridge that started showing rust after 2 years- (door at base of water/ice dispenser) I tried to hide it with white fridge paint- but this has only gotten worse, & when contacting Samsung by email with pictures- (no response) & by phone- I was told this was a "cosmetic problem" & not covered by them- I would have to arrange my own repair.
                        This I did ($99 Samsung service call), & was told the door had to be replaced.
                        The service man then said these doors are no longer available, from Samsung.
                        He could find only 2 available from dealers- so ordered 1.
                        What chance do I have that this door will not suffer the same fate?
                        Obviously rust was a result of poor engineering &/or shoddy construction- this should not happen to any fridge & be considered "normal" or "cosmetic".
                        Had prior problem with ice-maker- which they did replace under warranty.
                        Poor reliability & poor customer care- would not advise anyone to buy Samsung & I will never buy another Samsung product, made by a company that does not stand behind their products & problems.

                          R/Sir,
                          with reference to the subject, I purchased Mobile Samsung E 1410 on 03/08/09 from ONE MOBILE at Airoli. On 18.09.09 became dead in the morning. On 19.9.09 I handed to the SAMSUNG service centre at VASHI SERVICES vide work order no. 4062 dt. 19.09.09 . But till today the staff is telling that parts are not available. I can't understand it is a very big organisation how can they tell that the parts are not available and in the span of only 50 days the Mobile phone become dead, what quality / material they are using .
                          Please pursue the matter with the SAMSUNG .

                            Samsung have announced a special diwali offer. I bought a 26 inches LCD from their dealer. Samsung ads states that A 50 movies DVD pack is free with the LCD. The Dealer says the free gift is not in stock.

                            on the 26th April, 08 i bought an automatic Samsung washing Machine from Bhajanlal & Co, Shillong which is a very reputed Electronic dealer(one of the biggest in Shillong). during that period there was a bihu offer prevalent all over north east under which on purchase of a samsung product you get a scratch card .on checking mine i won a Samsung C 140 mobile phone. after the formalities of filling up the form etc was completed i was given a customer counterfoil copy to keep with me and an assurance that i would be getting the Mobile phone in a few weeks time.the headquarters of Samsung North East is in Gauhati and shillong is 3 hours drive from Gauhati. but till today i am yet to get the phone despite my repeated visits to the shop from where i bought the washing machine.i have been told almost everytime that i go that it will take a day or two and this has been going on for nearly 20 days.i am pissed at the negligence of the dealer and the company too for harrasing me un-necessarily. i am contemplating going to court if i do not get it by saturday.
                            please help

                                  I am a 14 year old customer of Samsung since it started in India . I well as our family have complete range of Samasung products ranging from IT peripherals , Mobile Phones, Colour TV , A/c . Fridge & microwaves .
                                  It is because of my continued satisfaction and patronage to Samsung . But my trust shattered when the below mention incident has occured .

                                  I have logged a complaint # WA[protected] on 29th April 2009 for faulty-gear assembly for my machine which then taken to M/s Durga Electronics Services , Gurgaon, after being given repeated assurances from Mr. Sushil Sharma ( Franschise Service Manager - Gurgaon) to me that it canot be done on-site & it (machine) has to to sent to Service Center for repairs. At first, I was not very comforatble in sending the washing machine to the Service station , however I got convinced somehow by Sushil that it will be transported to & fro with utmost care. Before sending washing machine for repairs I have taken snaps of it for its current condition and got the same thoroughly inspected by Service engineer- Ashwani Sharma for any internal or external visual damage .
                                  Remarks were exclusively made in the Service Report for the condition by stating that there is no damage/scratches on any side of the machine.,while it was being taken to Service Center .

                                  But when I got washing machine back after repairs . I got shocked to see that plastic which covers the PCB on the rear-side ,latches found broken and scratches on the front-side There are also numerous absrasion marks on the sides of inner plastic ring attached to steel drum. I have showed this to Mr. Yogesh Bindalesh and consequentally brought this to the knowledge of Mr. Sushil Sharma.
                                  I was given assurance that all the needful will be done to restore / replace the damage part(s) which has not been done so far.
                                  I personally went to Yogesh and spoken to Sushil Sharma on this but till date no action has been taken.
                                  I would like you to intervene and restore the trust i have lost in the after -sales Service of the Samasung in India.
                                  I can recollect similar kind of incidences which have happened earlier while doing servicing of gadgets by Samasung Service engineers .
                                  This is more attributed to casual appraoch and unprofessionalism in service & support being provided by Samsung India to its customers in India .

                                  Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action to resolve it ASAP.

                                    The transaction for Rs 6498/- was done over phone on my credit card.A person named Mr Mohit did all the transactions from your side.It was done on telephone No[protected].

                                    I was told that a confirmation over email would be sent to me , which has not happenned till today.

                                    My problem is that i have somehow misplaced the transaction order No.

                                      I recently purchased a new SAMSUNG B-519 CDMA phone on 17th July 2009 from Kamadgiri mobile shop -Satna M.P.,but just after 2 day of puchasung it start problem while i use confrence calling i am unable to here the voice of both i called after few second of starting confrencing.I visited the nearest service centre of company in Satna i.e. Chacha Mobile Shop but they told me that they not have the software ofthis handset.After 15 days my handsfree i got with this handset got faulty and i noticed a big problem with this phone that when i call any person without using hands free he was unable to listen clearly me as a lot of voice cracking occurs & a very slow voice came .I got this problem late as i usually use handsfree before it got faulty.I also spoken to the Customer Support many times & they provide me the contact no of Mr. Nitin looking for customer services for MP &CG
                                      .He told me that they will provide software to service centre ,but still no action taken.As i am a corporate customer working with Reliance Communication Ltd.hence it is very difficult for me to work with this handset.Please do the needful ASAP.

                                        I bought a Samsung mobile Model S 3310, IMEI no - [protected], yesterday 06/10/2009, from The Mobile Store, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai - 400089.

                                        I work as an executive with Essar at their Kurla Office. Though the mobile was OK yesterday, today it is having a problem of network connectivity, in the Office. It always displays serching. every time I have to switch off and on, to catch with the network, but that too is temporay. I am not able to make or receive calls. This was not the case with the Sony Erricson model I han earlier.

                                        Though I shall be complaining this problem with the Store, seller. But it still persists I would ask for a replacement to some other model. From the various other compliants and their response services seen on this page of Samsung products, I feel I have made a mistake purchasing this Handset.

                                        Surely I did not expect this sort from a renowned company SAMSUNG on products - Mobiles which are based on network connectivity. However I shall give it a try.
