I have lost my Mobile handset today afternoon at 12pm near my residence. After calling the phone It rang first & then somebody was disconnecting then it went switched off. kindly help me out to trace the handset ASAP. Tried Samsung website but it is filled with complaints & no solutions are given. Kindly help me out.

    Samsung mobile x700 — Battery not available

    I purchased the Samsung X 700 hand set last year from Bhopal, Now I required the battary for the same, I had tried at many places in Bhopal including their service centre.
    Everybody told me clearly that now this model is discontinued by company, so forgot about the availability of battary.
    I think I have to take support of Consumer protection act, because they are clearly ruled out the possibility of getting battary for the same, Today I had checked entire electronoc market of Banglore but its also same reply.

    Samsung — not availability of battery

    There is no space where i can purchase the original battery of my original phone samsungE730.
    All the sgh service centre as well as sgh care r reject my purchase order.there r no stock in anywhere still 3 months.

      I have Samsung Mobile Handset Model Galaxy SII i9100 Android Base, I have tried several time to upgrade handset due to the following software problem:-

      * To add hindi language
      * Battery backup Problem
      * internet sharing problem
      * camera problem
      etc,etc

      I came to knew that in the new update software will solved all the problems, and i tried several to upgrade but unable to complete, during upgrade process by samsung kies software, after 85% process err comes failed to convert to upgrade mode please try later.

      Samsung Mobile — Battery problem in new mobile

      I am from Bhopal. I have purchased a samsung mobile C5212 from Mobile strore at New market on 25-Sep-2009 for Rs. 7000+. After 7-8 months of purchasing & using the mobile, i am facing problem with the battary as it get discharged very quickly, it hardly remain charged for 20min or so. This Samsung mobile company not at all provideing the quality to there costumers & i will suggest all the other mobile users, please dont buy any Samsung mobile from any where, as its cheating its users. This is clearly seen in my case i have purchased the mobile, used it for 7-8 months & now there is a big problem with its battary. I have submitted complaint on the Samsung website & called several time to the call center toll free number [protected] but it shows busy all the time & there is no reply in the mail too nor they have reached my on my given number. This is not at all expected for one of the top most mobile phone provide company.

This Samsung mobile company not at all provideing the quality to there costumers & i will suggest all the other mobile users, please dont buy any Samsung mobile from any where, as its cheating its users.       What do you mean by battery backup problem, internet sharing problem etc??
      Please elaborate.

      And the software update part is kind of a problem as i[censored] google around you will find a lot of people have tried and failed to update, so i suggest you wait and see what happens.

      Hindi language may or may not be included in ANY future update as samsung never promised inclusion of any Indian language with the phone, so I'm afraid you have got to stick with English if you want to continue using this phone.

      Samsung Mobile — NETWORK ,BATTERY BACKUP PROBLEM ETC

      This is to inform you that I had purchased a new mobile hand set from M/s Gulson Electronics ,Hamid Gate, Rampur vide their bill no. 2814 dt- 18.06.2011 after few days hand set got some problems in it mainly network problem. I had also contacted to your service centre but the problem is not solved yet. My handset is with your service centre M/s ZARA TELEVENTURES , Shah Market, Opp. Super Market, Shauqat Ali Road, Rampur U.P. Vide complaint Dt- 13.09.11 and I want my set to be replaced by you organisation Samsung with a new mobile phone . It is highly obliged .

        from the day i bought the mobile ,after a month my handsfree got replaced and my whole software was updated n reinstalled because der was a problem, at d time attendng a call it autmoatically call backs dat person while on call....n after sum period of time switchng the set into normal mode from silent the speakers does not work hanset needs to switch of....den aftr a month again the same problem occur...d samsung representati took the whole month for changing the motherboard of my cell...n said me dat the set will b replaced if the same problem occur again nw aftr a month d same problm happens...wen i went der dey said nothng can b done ur set software will b reinstalled....even my charger hav also been replaced once...on the website of samsung wave the same problem is mentioned by many users of dis set...
        Samsung is a very quality consious and customer friendly company.I feel the problem will be defietly resolved by company.

        I PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE 5333IN MAY BUT FROM DAY ONE IT STARTED GIVING PROBLEM.FINALLY ON 26 JULY THERE CAME A MAJOR FAULT IN THAT.THERE WAS SOUND PROBLEM IN THAT.             Hello,

            It has been over a month when I purcahsed 2 GT-I9003 phones. Since the beginning the GPS is not working (not locking to the satellite) and I have already sent complaints more than 4 times. Each time I get a call from Samsung with a different answer each time.

            In the first response the engineer told me to download Route66 for Android from www.66.com which will help GPS to lock on to the satellite. I found out that Route66 has not even launched an application for Android in India. The second time another engineer called me and tried to help but finally told that he was unable to help and hence would ask someone else to call me. No response came after that.

            On my third complaint, I got a call from another engineer after a few days who told me that this model has AGPS and not GPS and hence the phone will only show the location using the tower and NOT using the satellites. He mentioned that if you want correct location then you have to buy some navigation software from the Android market or buy from MapMyIndia.com. This is an illogical remark since AGPS is rather more advanced and faster than GPS.

            Yesterday I searched on the internet and found LbsTestMode on the mobile where I changed certain settings and then the phone was able to find 5-6 sattellites in the LbsTestMode. When I then started MAPS, it locked to the satellite only 2 times and gave me the correct pinpoint location. But that was only twice. Now it is again not working. So this at least proves that the unit SHOULD be able to show the correct position with the AGPS. So can somebody help me in correcting this problem? The problem remains the same in both the units.

            I hope I can get a correct resolution from Samsung!

              Why I can't Read or Write Hindi language on the top end Samsung mobile, the S2..? Details of my handset is as understand:

              It's extremely unfortunate and disgusting that Android has ignored Hindi compatibility for Gingerbread 2.3.3 .... how can they be ignorant about the fact that every Sixth person in the world is an Indian and directly being affected by the Indic languages portability in the modern mobiles or electronic gadgets!

              After long wait of at least seven months, I purchaged a Samsung Galaxy S2 on 5th June 2011. Its a Gingerbread OS 2.3.3 phone. But I got shocked to know that it doesn't have Devnagri compatibility. I tag it a slap on the face of Indians specially those Hindustanies who are working with Google or Android or even Samsung! Shame-Shame!
              Indian languages are not in the list but there are many others are there which is hardly a language of few million people! Clearly a pathetic approach has been adopted against 121 billion people!
              Only remady to this issue would be the IMMEDIATE upgradation of the OS 2.3.3...!
              MAY THE GOOD SENSE PREVAIL..!

              Incapability of Galasy S2


              After using the iPhone for four years, now I'm using the S2 since last 48 days. I’m of the view that majority of web reviews are stage managed and mainly focusing on the hardware side of the device. So, here is my review as a normal user, who mainly appreciates the functioning side of the device. I’ve compared the S2 with the iPhone mainly on angle o[censored]ser Friendliness. Off course, S2 has many better features but iPhone is better to use on the day to day basis. Hopefully my feedback will help Samsung to improve this much hyped product. Till now, I have experienced the following short comings or the incompetency in S2:

              A USER’S REVIEW OF GALAXY S2

              1. Start from the shop… Samsung is unable to provide you a Screen Protector in the box of S2! It’s a must accessory and would cost them a very meager amount. Protector is NOT or easily available in the market even if you are ready to pay for it additionally. Samsung should make it mandatory for it self to provide a Protector for all type of its mobiles. 2. The S2’s mobile case is the next bad thing a buyer is noticing at the time of purchase! It has a great designing bug! Samsung has absolutely ignored its user friendly quotient! I failed to use it even for a minute and rejected it at the first stance! Not because of its material but the reason is its design. What a poor lady hand purse type of shape, inconvenient to keep it in pocket and keep out from the case to use every now and then!

              3. Now, the operational part of S2…

              Samsung is not providing the Hindi Compatibility. Why? Android 2.3.3 is very much supportive of Hindi, which is the national language of 1.21 billion Indians! But Samsung ignored Hindi in its Indian market version also. You may recall that while Froyo (2.2) only had support for 26 languages, Gingerbread is empowered with a whopping 57 languages. Hindi, India (hi_IN) is very much there in this extended list of supported languages of 2.3.3! Then why Samsung's S2 is deliberately NOT having Hindi Support? Its note worthy that the Samsung is enjoying a large foot print in the Indian market. Yet, they ignored Hindi. Only God knows why! At least professionals at Samsung Support India don't have any guess about this apathy! HINDI COMPATIBILITY SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE PROVIDED BY SAMSUNG IN S2!

              4. I’ve found that there few more bugs with the S2! First is with the built in GMAIL App. You can NOT copy anything from the attachments of your Gmail account using this App, be it of any type of file! You will witness similar COPY/PASTE failure with majority of materials while moving through the built in Google browser. Google's Transliteration (not the translation) Tool is also not working in its own browser! Samsung needs to find out a remedy of it. It requires immediate resolution from Samsung or Google or both.

              5. With S2, you will confront with similar COPY/PASTE problem elsewhere also. For example: suppose you want to send two or more contact numbers of one person from your address book which are stored under one contact to some body else through SMS. Then you can’t do this without copying each contact number independently to the note pad and then to clipboard of your SMS protocol, that too, only after going in EDIT mode of the contact. This is quite tedious route for such top end smart phone from Samsung and needs betterment!

              6. In the SMS protocol of S2, there are few bugs also! Suppose you receive a long SMS from someone. S2 will show the full text in your mobile. But if you want to forward this lengthy SMS to someone else, then the whole text of SMS will first convert into a Multi Media Massage (MMS) and then it (the SMS) will be sent to the recipient as an MMS. Now, your SMS thread will show it as SENT and but the receiver will NOT get this SMS (Converted into MMS) in their ‘In-box’. This bug also needs to be solved on priority by Samsung!

              7. Its note worthy that the iPhone can send a SMS o[censored]nlimited characters. And when the limit of an SMS exceeds, the remaining text moves to the second or third or fourth or fifth packets, but never hesitate from sending the long SMS. The Charges for long SMS will be decided on the basis of these packets by the service provider. This is desired in the S2 also. Long SMS converted into MMS may save the cost for the sender by that is waste as the recipient is not getting the MMS in all type of mobile handset. If you want, you may develop an option for MMS or SMS before sending but please empower the S2 for sending the long SMS.

              8. There is one more issue with regard to forwarding of the SMSs. Suppose you have five SMSs in one Thread of your S2, and you quickly wanted to forward Two or Three of them to some body else. Then you can not select these Two/Three SMSs to be copied to your Clip board in one stroke and then send it as a combined one! This feature is available in the iPhone but not in Samsung’s top end mobile S2. In S2, one has to Copy/Paste these selected SMSs one by one. Samsung/Android should try to develop these user friendly features and update the phone as soon as possible.

              9. In your built in Weather update feature, one can just get the updates of 10 cities. I believe, iPhone is not having any such limit! Also, in this nice App, there shall be feature of auto update at the defined intervals.

              10. S2 is having a NICE feature of Black Listed numbers for calls and SMS. But its capacity is quite small. It was made large if not unlimited. 11. Now, the design part of S2… Location o[censored]SB port for charging the S2 is also not designed at the user friendly place. Its top location like of the Galaxy S is perfect. That gives us perfect grip to carry on the use of device while keeping it in hand and also charging.

              12. FM Radio is a good feature of S2. But it has a handicap with it too. It’s unable to work without the headphones attached to it. I can understand that the headphones are working as an antenna for the device. But it means that one should always carry the headphone in pocket! Suppose, you missed it at your home or in office or in your car and after a while you want to listen the Radio then you can’t do it. In technical term this may not an issue but from user’s point of view it’s a lacuna. This could have been avoided at the design stage by compromising a little more weight and slimness of the device. Probably, this might have led to some antenna radiation issue also and then a better hardware solution would have been developed by the R&D experts!

              In conclusion, may I submit that in spite of having several new features, S2 is not better then an iPhone especially in term o[censored]ser friendliness! Samsung is supposed to come out of these challenges! Will the Samsung care?

              Lastly, I feel sorry for those professionals who are working in Samsung India (Support) that they are very severely handicap to serve the patrons better..! I extend my sincere sympathies with such people who bear the pain of being so much dependent on their Korean masters..! All of them had told me that my concerns are genuine but can only be rectified by the Koreans and hopefully by the time next update will be released. But most unfortunately they have NO idea that how much this may take!

              Firstly i fail to understand how can the browser you use be google.com. Anyway since the S2 is a phone i.e a piece of hardware reviews will tend to be focused on the hardware side. If you wanted to check the software side...you would have to check the Android vs iOS battle. A person using a Samsung Galaxy SII cannot be termed a "normal user" as he/she is expected to have some knowledge of phones or technology in general. A "normal user" is expected to look at either BlackBerry or iPhone in this case as they are "incompetent" at using slightly complex phones.

              1)The screen protector is not usually bundled with any device as it is not essential and might be subjected to wrong installation by most users. It is easily available in any decent mobile showroom if required.
              2)In other countries there is no case bundled. Want a functional case? Then have a look at cases from casemate etc. The stock case it designed to protect screen and camera lens from being scratched and some mild protection and for that, it's more than enough. Competitors don't even provide a case so kudos Samsung!
              3)Hindi compatibility is not required in this kind of a phone as less than 1% of India is the targeted audience only 40% of the country understands Hindi (which means 1% of 40% which is a meager 0.4% and not all of them will buy an android!) and Hindi is NOT the national language, it's just one of the official languages. (check the Constitution please!)
              4-10) Agreed.
              11) I don't see a problem with the multi-function port being located below. Even if it was located on top it'll have it's share of problems. So the position is insignificant.
              12) I doubt if ANY phone in the market has a radio that works without plugging in the ear-plugs. If they do, then either they are pretty low-end or made by some Chinese manufacturer.

              In conclusion, may I please submit that the iPhone is indeed better in terms o[censored]ser friendliness and it didn't even have copy paste till the the 2nd installment of the iPhone was launched and it's not even half as powerful or feature rich as the S2. So Samsung wont care!

              Lastly i feel sorry for people like you who continuously nit-pick about these phenomenal phones while being incapable of enjoying the good stuff the phone has to offer. Every phone will have glitches at the beginning and will eventually be ironed out. The Koreans have done a fantastic job at making a smartphone this good, so good in fact that some PEOPLE find it bad!

              So Samsung just get some of the above mentioned bugs out and you will have one of the best phones to sell on the market. Not surprisingly you have already sold more than 3 million of 'em while PEOPLE who find android un-user friendly can go back to the old NOKIA 3310/1108 days when phones were more user friendly.

              It’s quite pleasant that you are fully satisfied with your S2. But does that mean that others should not have their opinion about the device? You have every right to disagree with my observations. Propagate as much as you can about the magical phone you managed to have and also enjoying. But keep in mind that you also agreed to point 4 to 10 of my review!
              Why are you so annoyed with me by suggesting me to go for NOKIA 3310/1108! What empowers you to suggest in such a manner? Am I supposed to take your permission and guidance before going to have a mobile! I never sought for your advice either. Gentlemen are known to respect others be it even the opponent. And by the way, how can I compel you to accept that, "In conclusion, may I please submit that the iPhone is indeed better in terms o[censored]ser friendliness..."
              You and Samsung must be extraordinary and genius, as both are, some how, against the taking into account of the Hindi compatibility for their top end and much hyped mobile, the S2! For me, Samsung is having a large foot print in the Indian market. They’ve officially launched S2 in Indian market. Therefore, they are supposed to come up to the expectations of each customer. I tag it as a perverted argument that the size of Indian market and Hindi demanding user is so tiny that hardly need to care about. Can we say that a state of the art type hospital should NOT care about the simple fever and flu of some of their patients!
              I believe, in the S2 type of phones, one can expect everything! That’s what the manufactures are also, some how, projecting!
              Lastly, I’m sorry for a typing error about the numbers of Indian (1.21 Billion) but this was clearly understood in the next line that every sixth person in the world is an Indian. And please go through the Constituent Assembly debates on the adoption of National/Official language of India, as Hindi. Understand the subject deeply and then comment as you wish fit. I’m totally against of imposing any language on any body. But (1) please try to know why our forefathers have chosen the word Official instead of National and (2) in my opinion, that article 343 of our Constitution has done immense harm to Hindi speaking states then to benefit them. See the poverty, unemployment and all the human indexes of these states. Unfortunately, very small population is really Hindi speaking in the vast Hindi heartland. There are hundreds of dialects prevailing here from generations for communicating among the local population. But then again, this Hindi (Hindustani, the language of our Hindi film and Hindi media) is India’s prime language of the country. You’ve every right to dislike it as much as you want! But why would you not like to see all Indian languages if you can have an option in your hand held device of more than 32k! You may ask for this, instead of going for those arguments of business sense, number of prospective buyers etc. We the customers are not suppose to worry about the turn over and market potential of these MNCs.

              I am totally convinced with your opinion.

              I wanted to use Hindi for a sms as u have your own slangs and feel like writing in your Official/national language. Anyhow, you actually pointed out the relevant problems and samsung should be really happy to have virtual testing people for them. I had been facing almost all the above issues besides the heating problem of the phone. It gets heated like an iron and gets S.Of[censored]ltimately. I am feeling so bad, why I did a mistake by buying this only because of certain frills.My husband has been using iphone for long and totally contented with it. Samsung Galaxy S2's keyboard is also very messy, its not very easy to use if you compare with an iphone, though I had been thinking that its the new device so probably I will take time to adjust with it.
              Its very good to look at but for me, I believe its lil broad and you get tired holding it for long without headphones.Samsung service center is so crowded and full of complaints. I had gone there twice but could not stand in the hospital like queue for more than 1.5 hours. I know, you are not from Samsung and can barely help me, but seeing the similar plight, thought of discussing with you. Another problem, sending contact in vcf format, don't know if only samsung ppl can receive it. No attachments can be copied either. Multi-function port seems to be a major problem if you use it while driving, you keep on rotating the phone as its very confusing to see which side is the front. I am also pissed off, just feel like having my money back and buying a second iphone in the home. My mistake bought a samsung product just on the face of it.

              फोन के गरम हो जाने के संदर्भ में ज़रा एक और कोशिश करके देंखे। उन Apps को बन्द करते चलिए, जिनका काम हो चुका है। एक वक्त में ज़्यादा Apps के सक्रिय रहने से भी फोन के गर्म होने और बैटरी की खपत के बढ़ने की समस्या सामने आती है। कोशिश करें कि हरेक एक-दो दिन पर फोन की Swich Offf भी ज़रूर कर लिया जाए। इससे भी performance में सुधार होने की गुंजाइश रहती है।

                    I bought 2 Samsung Window Air Conditioners (1 Ton each, Model No: AWT12ZK) on 1st May, 2008 (Invoice No: GR/03589)
                    I am extremely dissatisfied with the performance of one of my window air conditioner as suddenly cooling went for a toss in the month of May, 2011.
                    When I registered complaint at Samsung Helpdesk (Call Center), one of the engineers visited & gave me an estimate of around Rs 2800=00 for replacement of gas in AC.
                    I fail to understand how come within 3 years of buying this branded product, there could be an expense of around Rs 2800=00 which I need to take care of & that too when I have used this AC at optimum usage (1 hr daily only during summers).
                    When I called Samsung Helpdesk to make them aware that they should get my AC repaired free of cost as I am not going to foot the bill of Rs 2800=00, the supervisor informed me that it is in hands of local service center located in Kalyan.
                    Helpdesk Supervisor transferred my call to Samsung service center located in Kalyan but they flatly refused to repair my AC free of cost & they told it is in the hands of Company to do so.
                    No one is ready to take the responsibility & I am extremely disappointed the way a branded product like Samsung has performed.
                    I request you to please look into this matter & get my AC repaired at the earliest possible which will keep my loyalty with the company.

                    I have received a Voucher of Rs.10000/-of Samsung India Electronics Ltd.from my company.
                    On 26.05.08 the Voucher was submitted at Vile parle Office for the item code no.CE1031L/28L(Microwave Oven)MRP Rs 11990/- along with the Voucher a Cheque of Rs.1990/- was also submitted with an assurance of getting delivery within 4 days.
                    Complete delivery address was also given.Bearing Recepit No.2865 dtd 28.05.08.
                    Inspite of contacting the office there was no response infact one person name Mr.Dinesh cell no [protected] was giving false assurance.

But while I went to collect my mobile they said that someone had already taken your handset and they had showed me a duplicate signature of mine into their register and I have still having my mobile bill and Jobcard of the said Service provider.                             so finally how many times i have to go the service centre in hardly a couple of weeks...and how you people are going to rectify my problem.if not just give me the handset i will try with that....

                            but as i went to them they said actually we will verify the details and then we will intimate you soon till then please wait.after some time the person namely Naresh belongs to ameerpet service center said that sir it's the problem with the memory card sir but what actually the problem is not correct after some time i given some clearances to him.he also agreed with me that 'it's not the problem with card'.then i asked him what i have to do.after some time he formatted the card and entered the data it's working...
                            but now i am trying to add some other media the mobile is hanging.
                            --"see the main thing is today only i went to the service center and in the evening only it's not working and from this the people can understood how efficient people are working in Samsung service centers" ...
                            even the sales manager also not responded to my call today

                                I purchased a samsung mobile phone (model-s5263)(bill date-22/4/2011). It having one year warranty.The problem is no battery backup.I went to samsung service centre.First time they change the software,second time changed the battery, third time the receive the handset to change the board.After that within 2 weeks I went there 3 times.The third time the replied me that, they used the mobile hand set and argued that it has no problem.They put there sim and use the set 4 more than three days without any information to me. Still now the set has no battery backup.It has only battery backup of onlt 13 to 14 hours.The staff on service centre misbehave on me and they are not ready to solve the complaint.

But since last two months it does not work properly then I complaint with the help of local dealer to service centre and they came and advised me to be replaced a parts. After one month no one has come to service the machine by replacing the said parts. I daily trying to make the complaint with dealer serivce centre[protected] but there is no response from the service centre. I request you to help me in getting this machine OK.

                                      We purchased a Samsung LCD TV dated 1/06/2009 from KIRAN TRADING CORPORATION , WZ-505, Old Mehrauli Road, Raj Nagar -1, Palam Coloney, N.D-45 (Near Nirankari Bhavan) email : [protected]@yahoo.com . But the delivered piece was faulty and it did not just after a few months. We contacted the Kiran Trading Company, they did not take any action . Our original bill is lost but we have the transaction to the Kiran Trading Company in our passbook which we have attached stated and Kiran Trading Company is not providing us with the duplicate copy of the bill. Then we lodged a complaint at Authorised Service Centre, Ashu Electroics , Exclusive Samsung Service Centre 489/9/3 Mangal Pandey Nagar, Meerut Ph No:[protected] Cr No: 322 Book No: 07 Dated 30/10/2010 and paid Rs 826.00 only as Service Charge but still no action was further taken. Then accordingly we contacted Customer Care Centre complaint no: [protected] dated 27/01/2011 but still we did not get any response and still the piece is in non working condition.                                         Hi All,

                                        I am Rakesh CK. I purchased Samsung Wave 2, a month back. Couple of weeks back, the cell phone stopped responding to touch intermittendly. Soon I could notice that the Keys are also non functional. I consulted the Customer service center near Vytilla and was first informed that it was an issue with the software downloads from samsung apps and they would need to re-install the OS. I was asked to come by evening. When I reach there, I was informed that its a problem with the "board" and would be ready by Friday. I reached there by friday evening, just to know that there would be further delay. They gave a new delivery date as Monday (today). Still I don't have any updates regarding the same. It is frustrating, to say the least. I guess there should be some way that the faulty equipment be replaced. This response from Samsung Customer service make me regret the fact that I have bought few other samsung devices, including Laptop, television etc.

                                        Hi,

                                        Thanks for the response. Today, I went to the Samsung service center, just to find that nothing has changed. I had to wait for couple of hours for them to get me my cell, with a new "board". In a minute, i could find that the issue isn't fixed. Now, I am being told that its an issue with the display. I am not a satisfied customer anymore. I regret choosing Samsung.

                                        Eg - sir your card need to be changed , the part will come from the company after 5 days .... after one week they will return the handset by implementing new operating system , makes the customer stupid that the part is changed ,,,

                                        first excuse -- Sir aap ka memory card kharab hai , i took it off same problem arise
                                        second excuse --- sir your firmware is corrupted . Changed the OS same problem arise ,
                                        third excuse --- Sir aap ka touch change kar to diya tha ....... lakin kya company itni ache hai ki naya touch k saath mera purana safe guard laga kar diya
                                        fourth excuse ---- sir aap ka set ander service rha hai ...... touch ki problem may OS change ho rha tha ....
                                        Are we stupid .................................. shame on samsung service centre ....................

                                        i am not satisfied with samsung wave 2, i`m facing touch problem, right half of my touch screen is not working, its just 1yr 1 month phone . out of warranty and they r asking me to pay 6000, there is no warranty extension even though i want to pay .. iam really not satisfied with samsung smart phones
