I had purchased a mobile phone of Samsung (Model # SCH-F339, FCC ID # A3LSCHF339) from Hot Spot (District center branch, Janakpuri at a price of Rs. 8500/- on 10th May’10.
I am facing lots of issues since day one I have bought this phone, I have started facing an issue that music player takes a lot of time to open and load, I went to your service center in District Center, Janakpuri but never found it open on time which is 10AM IST, at last after four times I found your service center opened and when reported that issue they said that it’s a known issue in Samsung Corby, hence I should take it in a way that you are providing a faulty product to your customers(Which is really shocking), I also reported four other faults with this that the ear phones not working, battery is not giving proper back up, touch function of the phone is not working and speakers making crackling sound intermittently, for other issues after a long discussion your service center agreed to fix the fault but asked to deposit my phone for 15 working days and to give me a new ear phones at the same time as ears phones were not available in stock, but while I was discussing my issues to them I saw many people coming and asking for their phones which were deposited more than 2 months back, and that’s why I didn’t had courage of giving permission to deposit my phone, later they promised to give a phone call when they will have a spare phone but no one called for almost one and a half month, I went there again and after a long discussion again they replaced the screen and battery of my phone and gave it back to me in six hours without fixing the speakers issue as speakers were not available in stock as well as the new ear phone set(Receipt of said service is attached), but still the issue was not fixed and I went back after taking third leave from my work especially for this phone (which I think was one of the most ridiculous thing I have purchased in my whole life), they then said that they have to upgrade the software and need to replace the motherboard which they cannot do again in few hours and need the phone to deposited for 15days but they do not any spare phones available to provide and will call me back once they will have it, it was hard to believe that someone will call me from Samsung but still I believed and guess what, I am still waiting for the call and no one called, now when I went there again the service center was closed, I went to hot spot and they asked to go Moti Nagar service center where the owner said that they have nothing to do with this and asked to contact Mr. Ansari on his mobile # given by the owner of Moti Nagar’s service center as they cannot either provide me a new headsets nor they can fulfill the commitments given by the owner of another service center, I then called Mr. Ansari who was the regional head of Samsung mobile as per Moti Nagar service center’s owner but the way he talked and answered my question it was completely disgusting, refused for any help and asked to write an email to your support email address on website and hung up the phone, I later received a caIl from one of the Samsung executive who asked me to take the phone to their newly opened service center in Janakpuri , I went there and the was promised a call back today on Wednesday(20th July’11) to confirm if they have the parts from Samsung or not which can be replaced but as expected no call came, now I am now completely disgusted with the services and support I have received from Samsung. Now my phone has stopped working completely as battery doesn’t work for more than 1 hour, touch function is not functioning properly, new ear phones still not provided and music player still takes time to load. I am aghast by the conduct and behavior of Samsung, claiming to believe in ethics and customer friendly behavior Instead of admitting the defect and deficiency in service, and ensuring that no such calamity occurs in future, the response of Samsung has been most pathetic and condemnable. I have a part time business as well to take care hence I have now purchased a new blackberry just because I cannot afford to use this faulty phone any more as its not only giving me mental stress but also affecting my business as well. I want to register a legal complaint against Samsung for providing these kind of services and wrong commitments made by their service centers owners.

I had same problem. I switched to tata indicom, but had a message " check network settings "
So I went to tata indicom office in pimpri. They has wrongly supplied me OMH card costing 100 rs which is meant for new connection.
The fellow called Dinesh helped me a lot at Tata Indicom office.
They replaced it with rs49 hand set change card . "PRECHANGE pin number" smsed to the number mentions on the instruction set. you get sms in return and need to call *228 and do the procedure as prompted on phone. You get hand set programmed and activated message .pl note the OMH gets activated only by call to *228 . But again the internet did not work .The tata indicom guys took my complaint and sent me sms with complaint number . Then with in 24 hrs the internet started and EVDO channel came on.Now I enjoy internet with Rs94 plan with Tata Indicom
