    I have purchased a samsung Galaxy5 (GT/i5503) from pantaloons retail showroom at kankurgachi (KOLKATA) vide cashmemo no,[protected] on12th of february 2011 in the name of my daughter brij kirti bansal .i am very sorry to write this after very next day it starts creating multiple problems,My daughter started visiting to the samsung service centre to solve out the problem, after at least 10 visit to the service centre the problem is still their.Now it is beyond my control to visit again and again for d same to d service centre,So I request you to please look into the matter and replace the hands with a new one as i am reluctant to retain that handset with multiple problem..............

    samsung india electronics private limited — Fake Specifications

    Issued In Public Interest

    Samsung India Electronics Private Limited is Showing Wrong/ Fake Specifications as Company Engineers Confirm Samsung India is not having even a Single Handset which could provide 14 Hours of Back Up Talk Time, Even Company is claiming 860 Minutes 14.33 Hours Talk Time for Model GT-E2652 Champ Duos, But Genuinely Product is giving 1/4th Back Up of Shown.

    And if any complaints shall lodged against the same than Company Officials Misbehave with consumer & make them harass by asking to visit service centre for repairing of the same.

    Means if we are spending Rs.5000.00INR than it is for a defecated Handset which must needs to get repaired while we should purchase the same not for a New Handset And this is our experience with more than four or five models of Samsung India.

    So anyone who is planning to purchase a New Product beware about company policies & surely should check all the specification first & should keep confirmations to get it replaced if found defected than only feel to do so otherwise anyone could be harass as company officials are having controversy in their own managements & technical departments.

      Hi,
      I would like to lodge a complaint against the Samsung Service Center “Srivaru Solutions” in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. Last week I gave my Samsung Start S5233S phone as the touch screen was not working however I was able to receive calls using the manual button. I approached this service center and they informed that touch screen needs to be replaced. I also informed that the battery gets drained out pretty fast and Bluetooth has not been working. They quoted around 2.5K for the overall work and I agreed to that; however the lady who prepared the quotation didn’t mention the last 2 problems in that job sheet.
      After 3 days when they repaired the phone they told that they have only replaced touch screen and its working fine. By that time the battery had drained out and I requested them to recharge it for 10 minutes so that I can check. After 10 minutes I switched on the phone and checked it was working fine however informed them that Bluetooth was still not working. The person responsible took the phone and gave it to the service engineer and he opened the phone again and told that mother board needs to be replaced. I told them not to go ahead as the quotation was much higher this time and took the phone along with me. By this time the battery had drained out and could not check if it was working however I thought that I just checked 20 minutes back and supposedly shouldn’t have any issues.
      After reaching home I recharged the phone and to my surprise found that the phone’s LCD was not working. I got the phone back in the service center and they informed that PBA needs to be replaced and that was the time I got really annoyed. The manager Manjesh however did check the phone and replaced a small part (not sure what the part was) which got the phone’s LCD back however then I noticed that phone is not picking up any network. This was the point that I lost my cool because without me doing anything on the phone, it’s parts were getting defective.
      Today when I called up again they told me that they will replace PBA and quoted 2.5 K more apart from 1.1K which they have already charged me against the touch screen.
      I would like to speak to higher authorities regarding this so that this can be escalated and also would formally like to approach the consumer court. Can someone please escalate it and revert back to me at the earliest?

      Yes your right they are very poor in servicing & there customer service is ridicules. I feel the spare parts they put is used or from china market. because within 2 months time this spares will get damaged. I had faced twice the same problem with “Srivaru Solutions". My suggestion is that Samsung has to take back this service center from there authorized service center.

        FOR THE LAST ONE MONTHS WE ARE REPEATEDLY COMPLAINING ON PHONE FOR NON WORKING OF THE AC . THE DEALER IS NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY. WE PURCHASED 3 SPLIT AC OF SAMSUNG DEPIENDING ON THE REPUTATIONOF THE COMPANY. WE WERE NOT KNOWING ABOUT SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR REGARDING RENDERING SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER.OUR UNIVERSITY DELIGATION,S VISIT IS DUE. PLEASE DO NEEDFULL OTHERWISE WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE SHELTER OF THE LAW OF COURT FOR REMIDEAL ACTION.

        SAMSUNG SPLIT AC — Not providing cooling

        We bought a Samusung AC on apr 3rd 2010.Just before 1 Year warranty it stopped working and service man came on 5th and says it is gas leak problem and they cannot replace as it is out of warranty.Pls help.It has been providing problem throughout.

        SAMSUNG SPLIT — NO COOLING

        SIR I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT FOR GENERAL SERVICING OF MY A/C SPLIT 1 TON PURCHASED IN 2008 . VIDE MY COMPLAINT NO.[protected].

        NEARLY 15 DAYS PASSED NO BODY HAVE GIVEN THE STATUS AND NOT EVEN A TECHNICIAN HAVE ATTENDED THE FAULT. THE CUSTOMER CARE HAVE NOT MADE FOLLOW UP AND THE SAMSUNG IS DOING WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND MAKING THE CUSTOMERS RUNNING FROM PILLAR TO POST.

        HENCE, WHY SHOULD NOT PUT A CASE AGAINST THEM FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE FOR MAINTAINING POOR AND WORST SERVICE.

            I bought a samsung galaxy tab p1000 on december 2010.
            They Claimed it had an unbreakable screen.
            The screen of my mobile phone has cracked down when it fell down from a distance of not more than half a feet.the phone was within its protective cover..the cover did nothing to protect the phone.
            Now that its screen has cracked I am facing terrible unconviniences due to it.
            When I called the customer care and asked for possible repair solutions, and the answer I get.is that there is no guarantee for such damages, and I have to pay for it, the some being the total of 10000 rupees.
            And on top of it samsungs says that its unbreakable. Now what to do.
            I need a full recovery of my phone, the customer satisfaction is not present.
            A phone worth 35000 has a screen of 10000 rs? Is this a joke?
            I need full repair of my phone and I am complaining against there claim for UNBREAKABLE SCREEN.
            The amount of inconvinience I suffered is undescribable, either repair the screen or replace the handset, else I am going to sue samsung for fraud.

              I have got a samsung TV, suddenly one day the screen went blank, we called a local technician who said the YOKE needs to be changed and said duplicate is the only option as original was not available with the company , we wanted to have original Samsung spare part so we called up the customer care to check the availability of YOKE, at [protected], the exec on phone was not co operative at all, finally after a few calls and heated exchanges he let us speak to a technician, MEHUL MORE came to my place to check the TV he told us that original YOKE might not be available with Samsung and company would insist on changing the picture tube and that would cost around rs.7000, when we insisted on checking with the company he said we will have to take the TV to the service station as the company would not arrange for pick up even at cost, he insisted we get the duplicate YOKE from the technician who had come earlier.
              with great difficulty even in the customer care we could get the original YOKE and company arranged to pick up and drop the TV.
              It is clear that the local service team is hand in glove with some technicians who sell duplicate parts to customers even though we insist on original parts.

                i have brought a Samsung corby mobile from nikshan electronics kannur on Feb 2011. after one month o[censored]se mobile started showing .. no sim mode. it was taken back to nikshan electronics and they directed me to the samsung service centre. from there they corrected it and given back. again after 10 days same problem arose. this time they kept it in the service centre and told the board has to be changed .. and it took about 2 weeks to get repaired . aftr tht i used for 2 week. again the same problem . it was brought back to Samsung service centre kannur and they given slip on may 14th. i called many time at the service centre number and reply was that the mobile is not ready. On Thursday June 9th I called again and made some shouting. next day they called me and told the mobile is ready. and i got the mobile on 11th june. but on reaching home i found the service was not proper. whenever any call comes it couldn't be attended. also complete mute from otherside if we make a call... this is really embarrassing situation. i dont know what to do next

                I have been facing the problem since i have buyed the mobile phone Samsung Corby from date March 2010. Right from the third day the mobile was having touch screen and keypad issues. The shop owner told that there is nothing in his hands now and i have to go the customer service. Once i have submitted this to the one of the consumer service they say this is because of the sweat that might have entered through you or may be because of the moisture. which i was not convienced and they asked me for replacement charges right after the few days of buying ignoring that till it stopped working on Jan 2011.

                I have done the diagonsis from chembur branch of Samsung were they have agreed because of the moisture and it is not comming under the warranty period and they charged me for rs 1000/- . as i have no other option then to repair they have kept it for 22 days and they didn't check up later when they returned the mobile still have problems when later followed up the team manager Rushab.shah was not talking well and later submitted the bill with no details.

                When asked they said that is none of my business and i have to mind on my own way.

                I have now go the mobile but i have to spend 1000rs and to deal with not so well behaved Customer service.

                Can you please help me with this.

                  I bought a Samsung Television Set of of model no- CS21S8ME8X/ XTL, Serial n0- 14503ZQZ200567W on 15/06/2010 from S.J. Electronics, Abhayapuri, Dist – Bongaigaon,( Assam) pin-783384. But the TV was not working properly after 6 month when complain about the matter was given to the dealer and services Engineer was sent to my home to check the TV, and the services engineer can not correct the defects of the TV .Complain was given to the dealer again about this above matter. One to two month has gone but no responses was made then I complained to Samsung toll free no-[protected], Then on 07/06/2011 the picture tube was changed but TV remain in same defective conditions Observing all these things mentioned above and no other methods left in hand, the tv was returned to the service center ,
                  Parents Refrigeration center, Maa kali Complex G.T. Road, Paglastan, Bongaigaon, pin-783380.Hence, I Request you to kindly replace my TV with a new one help me. Here to be mentioned that a telephonic complain was lodged to you on 19/05/2011. Complain No-[protected].

                  samsungctv — crt problem

                  last year december i buyed samsung ctv model no; 29z40. this year sepetember my television got problem and i gave complaint to customer care, and also technician came and saw my problem then next day took my tv to service center and within two days give back.after ten days again same problem came and also technician came and took tv to servicecentre.now more than two weeks over but till now i didnt get tv.

                    I am aqeel ahmed, a customer of samsung LED TV. I have problem since last november. so many company executives visited the customer place, he is a techinical head of samsung in andra pradesh. But the problem did not been solved till now. The local service center people have also visited and did not solve the problem. i have called talked to company people so many times. i have got a call from company people so many times, but the problem, did not solved. till now 12 times they visited my home. but problem is not saolved.

                    such an high end product model; ua46c7000wr costing 1,96,000rs . brought from hyderabad dealer. on 01/07/2010

                    i did not get atleast the value for the amount which i have spent.it. i have a lcd of 22inches of samsung. the service given to it is very good. but the service which i got for such an highend product is very bad.

                    i told company people not to come to my home, till you give my amount back which i spent.

                    i am not satisfied by the people of samsung. they even not bothering as local service center people bother.

                    I need the solution as soon as possible, before my warranty expires on 01/07/2011.

                    I need my amount full back, beacuse i did not enjoy the set from the time i brought with full features.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had purchased a Samsung 315L refrigerator from New Berco Electronic Uttam nagar on 27th jan 2009,
                          After two year, I am facing a cooling problem and at the same time log a complaint in samsung India vide tkt no [protected] for non cooling of refrigerator on 11th may.
                          One of their representative from Global service is visited and confirm that, the gas is leaked and needs to be refill again.They had sent their another person Mr Ajay on 17th may they had filled the gas and take the charges of rs 1400 for the same.But my problem is persist,

                          After complaining again, they had send Mr sunil on 24th may and they had again fill the gas as confirmed that Mr Ajay has filled the less quantity of gas.

                          After that the problem is still same(non cooling). Even they had not picking the phone insipte of repeated calling on this no#[protected] and [protected].
                          On 27th may, Myself personally visited their office for complaining. Their manager Mr Suresh Yadav had promised me that engineer will visit by today itself but nobody has turned up.

                          one day they had picked up the phone and when i asked for the engineer and bad services of Samsung India. They said you have done a big mistake by purchasing of Samsung product.
                          After all my brother visited their office on 4th June they had confirmed that engineer will visit today before 17:00 hrs but a follow up with their engineer they had visited at 19:30 hrs,

                          during his job of rectify the problem, they had short the PCB and disconnect/cut the compressor pipe. he said that he is not able to rectify the problem. he will send somesenior engineer on Monday i.e. 6th June,
                          But till date nobody has turned up , I am again complaining for the attitude of their representative and service engineer to Samsung India on their customer care no, they had arrange a confrence-call with the Global service person and committed that the engineer will visit by today itself,
                          Now its 11th June one month crossed from my complaint date.its really a pathetic service by Sam sung India , yesterday i had called up Samsung India for the same they representative had note all the problem and confirm engineer will visit today and also a they are arranging a call back from Samsung but no reply from their side.

                          Now I wants my refrigerator needs to be replaced with new one and rs 15000 for the harassment,

                          Would request you to please look into this matter and help.

                          i am a victim of similar nature.
                          Samsung is unable to repair my refrigerator RT40 because they do not have spare parts. The compressor is still under warranty.

                          They have offered commercial solution - refund of 30% of purchase price.
                          Which effectively means I have to spend Rs 20, 000 from my pocket to buy a refrigerator of equivalent model.

                            Problem :
                            Cooling is not happening from this summer ( May 2011 ) so given compliant @ Samsung Customer care and compliant # [protected], they took two days to come, technician informed that glass heater part has to be replaced and updated that he will come back, but no one has turned-up upto 15 days, again when I called cust care, they informed that samsung has stopped manufacturing glass heater equipment, and reply from stores manager ( manager name will be disclosed upon request) " nothing can be done please thorw the fridge in dustbin, samsung fridge life is only 5 years" this is answer I got from the stores.

                            Samsung spares are not available for older models?
                            Is samsung communicating to the customer that while purchasing the
                            product?
                            What is the solution for my fridge??

                            Some one from stores advised me to get the part from outside and give a
                            try, Samsung will not repair my fridge as part is not available. He also
                            said that samsung is manufacturing its spares only for models less than
                            3 years from date manufacturing the model.

                            I want samsung to look into this asap.

                              hi, i have buyed samsung hard disk 500gb, it was not working properly,
                              so i called costmer care center([protected]) and i regestered complaim on[protected] com no.104729), there was door to door service,they took my hard disk and assured they will return in 20 working days.they do it. But after reparing it get currepted in a week, then i agian regestered a complain agantist it (com no[protected]
                              They agian give tat of 20 working days,
                              but till now I have not recived my hard disk,

                              Samsung Hard Disk — No proper after sales service

                              I procured a new Hard disk of Samsung with 5 years warranty for my Personal computer but it was defective. Now it is about 20 days that the hard disk was given for replacement to Samsung dealer but company has not changed it till date.

                              What is the use of warranty if the company like Samsung is taking one month time to replace the defective hard disk? The Samsung Company should give in writing to its customer that they would change the defective hard disks in one month time. Does the company consider that one person should close his working for one month? Is it not illegal trade practices? Kindly do reply.

                              The particulars of my case are as follows:

                              The hard disk model no. SP 0842 N having serial no. 353411 DP was deposited on 11/12/2008 with the dealer of M/s Samsung namely M/s Astute InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. at C-18/19, I P Tower, Wazirpur Commercial complex, Delhi, India. having Telephone no. 47095428 vide work order no. 1216.

                              Please do the needful at the earliest without taking any more time.

                              I had purchased a Zenith Computer with a Samsung 40 GB Hard Drive.The same started giving trouble after two years o[censored]se.And thereafter neither I got any service from the dealer or elsewhere in Orissa.Finally I had no other option but to procure a new Sea gate HDD against my wishes since we have strong faith in all the Samsung Products.The service offerred by Samsung is very very poor.If not looked into immediately samsung products stand to gain a bad reputation.At least now I never recommend anyone to go for Samsung products.
                              Rightly said.Samsung have a poor after sale service record.
                              By far...samsung provides worst customer satisfaction...as off my own personal experience...so, 316 to samsung...

                                My mobile's Camera's Flash Light is automatically turn on & Turn off (Blinking). So i go to Samsung Mobile Service Center for 5 times. Every time their executive told me to left my mobile handset for some days for solve problem. But every time my mobile's problem is not solved. I am service man so i have no time to go service station every day. & Service Station's Executive every time told me that your problem is solved. But after mobile use I realize that my problem in not solved. So i feel Cheated from them.

                                I also have same compliant. If you find any solution please let me know. Also whenever I try to upgrade my mobile through Kia, it always show, no response from server. and I dont get any setting throuh which I can check if its searching thorough right way...
                                I fully agree in this Point. Fortunetly or unfortunetly I'm having three set of same model B7722, in my close circle. The same problem occured in each and every set.. It means its manufacturing/ functional defects of company. I'm in a remote place even I cant able to go to Samsung Service station in any working days. My bad luck with Samsung.                                   We have purchased samsung top loading washing machine in January-2011 from Star Trake at Nehrunagar, AHmedabd. For ionstallation, we needed to contact Star trake so many times. Even they did not inform for required tap arrangement. Finally after so many difficultied, we have started using from 10th January-2011. We are using recommended detergent powder for cleaning of cloths. Even cloths are kept mixed with water and detergent for whole night or whole day, result of washed cloths even in super clean mode is poorer. Handkerchiefs are even remains dirty. Coler of shirt, curtains and bed sheets seems even dirty after 1 hour of washing.

                                  I feel someone will hear this. I repent on my decision to buy samsung washing machine. I feel that it would be btter if had chosen whirlpool or LG product.

                                  I would not recommend any samsung product in future.

                                  Hope someone will listen my complaint and I will be happy if my problem will be resolved soon.

                                  Samsung Washing Machine — Poor product quality

                                  In our extended family we have purchased 3 fully Automatic Samsung Washing machines during 2008 with 2 years warrenty. To our surprise in all the machines digital circuit konked off immediately after completeing 2 years of warrnety. Further surprise is that samsung does not provide any AMC for washing machine and parts cost exhorbitant.

                                  It seems Samsung himself has strong doubts about the its product quality, hence not willing to provide any AMC and want to make good money due to such defects in its products. This is a clear cheating to costomers who buys product looking for durability and maufacturer commitment to its product quality.

                                  Hope somebody in SAMSUNG will take long term view of its brand and respond.

                                  We have received phone call from your side and asked us to lodge complaint in toll free number of samsung. Why it is required?

                                  We have done the same. On same day means Mondya, person came from samsung at 9-45 PM in night. Is the right time to viit premises? he suggest to soak for 10-20 minutes in machine. After around soaking externally in water for more than 6 to 8 hours, is it required?

                                  What your person is going to check in night? He should call first and confirm timings to visit? We have washed cloths yeaterday. I have soak cloths in water with detergent powder around 6-7 hours and after washing, chutney's dagg was same as it was earlier on one of t-shirt and rest cloths are even lookd as nust soak in water. No cleanliness.

                                    I purchased B7722(IMEI No.[protected]/4 ) in AGRA on 23-Jan-2011. and from the date of purchasing, i am facing more problem...(Listed below).
                                    1* hanging problem.
                                    2* "webpage is too large" msg displayed when u open a webpage in mobile browser.
                                    3* "Not enough space close some application" msg appeared when u read a PDF file/JPEG file after downloading from mobile browser.
                                    4* Mobile is automatically switch OFF/ON within continuous 1 hour. while using internet in mobile browser.
                                    5* Mobile is over heated while using internet in mobile browser or in laptop via dial up connection.
                                    6* Mobile is quickly and 100% switch OFF/ON, when your dial up connection speed goes to above 1 Mbps. and dial up connection is disconnected.
                                    7 *Your Kies Software is not supported/ connected to this mobile via Bluetooth.

                                    NOW WHAT DID I FROM MY SIDE TO SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS::
                                    1* Contacted to sale promoter, he said "i will tell u after confirm these problems from Team leader". After three days, i called him and asked then he said " mobile software upgrade is required to solve these problems. Give me mobile. it will be done within 3 days". after 3 days i received my mobile and checked BUT ALL PROBLEMS ARE SAME
                                    2* contacted in customer care no.[protected]. he said " u have to go Samsung service center to reload software. So i deposited my mobile in Motinagar- new delhi and Job sheet no. is B0512 dated 5-feb-11. Received my mobile after 2 days and checked BUT ALL PROBLEMS ARE SAME.
                                    3* Again contacted in customer care no.[protected]. he said " sir we can't do any thing, we provide only support and service center address/phone. For the problems u have to go service center and tell him all problems" So i again reached in Motinagar service center. but service center said" sir now we will change the motherboard. and u have to leave this mobile up to 15 days because of, board is not available". So i was not submitted my mobile in service center.
                                    4* i confirmed motherboard availability in sanjay palace-AGRA service center (spider solutions) and the board is available so i submitted my mobile(job no 9251). and i got my mobile with replaced motherboard after 5 days. and i checked all the problems. BUT PROBLEMS ARE SAME.
                                    5* i contacted to service center in next working day. he said "sir these problems are occurred due to network problem. change the SIM and check".
                                    6* I switched SIM from BSNL 3G to RELIANCE 3G. and checked but ALL PROBLEMS ARE SAME. again contacted to service center AGRA. he said "sir, 3G network have some problem. so i can't do any thing. mobile is ok..3G network have problem".
                                    7* Then I checked both SIM (BSNL & Reliance) in another Samsung (Model- GT-S5603). And checked every thing with full load up to 7 days. But found no any problem except some little bit heating. Then I told in service center about GT-S5603. then he said “ sir, both mobile have different OS and GT-S5603 have very strong OS.
                                    8* then again contacted to customer care no[protected] and told him every thing about mobile/service center and service center opinion about network/ phone. Then he said “ sir, i[censored] have some issue, send an email to Supoort.[protected]@samsung.com”. So I sent a mail and reply was….. “We are sorry for the inconvenience happened to you. We request you to visit the nearest Authorized Service Center of Samsung for the mentioned problem of the handset. Here is the address of one of the ASC :
                                    SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER ( SRS TELECOM SERVICES )
                                    ADDRESS- E-3,LOWER GROUND FLOOR (BASEMENT), KalkaJi
                                    CONTACT NO.[protected]”……… I GOT AGAIN SERVICE CENETR ADDRESS.
                                    9* DEAR SIR, I WANT TO ASK ONLY 1 THING…..WHO IS FREE TO GO AGAIN & AGAIN TO SERVICE CENTER in between office timing.

                                    CONCLUSION (from my side):
                                    1* I am facing these problems from date of purchasing. This is mentally harassment. Samsung is not able to solve these problems.
                                    2* this mobile was come without any testing by technical/ R&D department of
                                    Samsung. Up to now, Samsung can’t find any solution of these problems.
                                    3* Samsung technical team should checked these problems in another B7722. if problems are not found. Then my handset should be REPLACED…….and if problems found….then Samsung team should find some solutions.

                                    I have purchase susung mobile hand set on date 24/10/2010 from zee corner
                                    nirala bazar aurangabad but it is 3g vedeo not properly working service centre
                                    say me software update i ready to updating but yet not correct soft ware

                                    All the above problems are with my Samsung B7722.
                                    At the time of purchase I was told its a very good phone from Samsung with all the features.
                                    But the experience with this phone is really pathetic.
                                    After investing a good amount of money behind this phone, I really feel cheated by the Samsung Co.
                                    While I have tried everything with other models of Samsung.
                                    But found the operating system of the phone have not been tested before release.
                                    Really can't expect such fault from Samsung, its the most favorite brand in terms of features and price.

                                      I had purchased mobile samsung 335 from isani enterprises local dealer from vasco Goa on 2nd march 2011.Within two months the scroller stoped working.i contacted the local dealer and he sent me to the Samsung service centre [protected] in margao.i went there on 30th may 2011 .the concerened person there asked me to keep the mobile there and contact them after three days. i contacted them on their number after three days and til date i have been doing so but they are not receving the cal and i had given them my contact number but so far no news from them.so please look into this matter and make necessary arrangment to give my handset at the ernest.
                                      i will be really greatfull to you if you could replace my handset for a new one.

                                        I bought 1 ton Samsung AC on 30-May-2010, The AC is not working now. I raised complaint regarding this to Samsung Customer care[protected] on 24-May-2011. Today is 10-Jun-2011. Still now the problem is not rectified. I called to Customer care so many times. I didn't get any response.
