I purchased a Samsung Corby mobile from Dombvili on 11th April, 2010. When I call comeone I can hear my voice repeatedly. I complained to their service centre and they take two weeks after servicing also the problem is not solved. Now guarantee period is over they are telling that the body of the mobile should be replced and the cost is Rs.1500. I fed-up with the mobile and want to dispose the same.

    Reference Complaint no. [protected] dated 11/7/2011 & 15/7/2011 we complaint the problem with one double door Refrigerator located at Rel Infra Guesthouse at Raghunthpur Municipal Community Hall, Dist - Purulia and requested to attend. Till day nobody attended the problem.

    We condemn such poor customer service of SAMSUNG company being a renowned organisation.

        I’m using Samsung S8300 since last 1.5 years but now I start facing camera problem in my handset and for which I went to Samsung service centre on 28th December 2010 in Kalkaji New Delhi 110019. There they took my mobile and committed me that they will get repaired it within 15 days. And in between I had not received any confirmation call from your service centre, when I went to your service centre on dated 18 January 2011, I was shocked that my handset was in same condition as it was before. They had returned my handset by saying that they don’t have desired parts to repair my handset. I took my handset and came back to home and when I switched on it. I found that Samsung service centre engineers even not affixed my handset panel properly due to which my camera button is also stopped working. Even after all that I had again given my handset to Samsung service centre in June and they had returned it to me on 2nd July with my LCD replaced but gifted me with one new problem that whenever I press my lock key my handset awake by own as it is not properly functioning. On next day on 3rd july I told Samsung service centre manager about same but he is not ready to agree with me and said that my handset already had this problem. I agree if I had this problem in my handset why it would be not told to me. Even at the time of submission of my handset they had given me estimate of approx Rs.[protected] for replacing LCD even after that they had replaced one more part in my handset without my concern. When I told them to repair it then they told me that for this problem they need to replace my handset mother board and for which cost half of the mobile handset cost. If my handset had such a critical problem than why would they let my waste money on lcd replacement and all. I had very bad experience with Samsung even after purchasing such a costly handset. I don’t know how they people will treat with the customer who used to buy their economical handsets. Samsung service centre executives don’t have manners of how to talk to the customers even they are ready to fight. Its not all, I had done mail to customer care of sumsung on 7th July and in reply they told me that they had forwarded my issue to their department but yet on 18 th july I didn’t get any mail or call from them. What I can I say to their employees, service centre, if their customer support are all time sleeping. I suggest please do not buy Samsung handset they are providing very poor service. They used to replace the part with which problem exists rather than taking any solution to repair it. I had attached their mail & payment slip.

        I bought a J 600 series mobile phone from E-Zone Bangalore. Within the warranty period (within 5 months) one day it suddenly got switched off and never came back up. I went to the Samsung authorised service station named CELL SOLUTIONS in Domlur, Bangalore. They said the repair will take 1 week time. Though it was a very long time, I agreed. But its been 1 month now I did not get my moboile back. 5 times I went to the shop to collect the mobile. Moreover they dont have any update, they are saying its still under process. I just can say that this is a pathetic customer service. They dont even have courtsey to call up and inform. Everytime they asks us to call up and get the update. Whenever I called, they didnt pick up.

        I request SAMSUNG to seize such service station if they want to keep their reputation good. I, personally along with my family and friends, will never buy another SAMSUNG product.

        I have bought B520 model on december 2009 from a authorised dealer in Pondicherry after one month of purchase suddenly its gettin automatically switch off and switch on...when i asked wit d dealer they showed a service centre and now there is no news of my mobile and its almost a month in d centre...its very pity for such a reputed company to let such customer dissatisfaction...if my mobile not back m even ready to file a case in consumer court for their irresponsibility...
        I had given my mobile(Samsung Star GT-S5233) for service on[protected] at TechnoCare, Habibulla Road, Chennai, they said that motherboard problem, & 10 days needs to replace motherboard, but they didn't call me regarding mobile status, if i call them they are not pick the call, finally i got mobile on[protected]After 31 days), now the mobile frequently restarting.

        i hate ur service centers... in chennai i gave my samsung mobile star3g in one f..king service center before a month still they saying come aftr a week... i gave for simple complaint to change my touch pannel... i do no wat hell u doing still now... pls shut urs service centers and get lost... tis is my last samsung mobile in my life... if any one ask also i tell them to wont buy samsung products... i[censored] do no how to service plz dont launch any mobile... i plan to wait till monday then i plan to give police complaint...
        and tell the service centers teach how to responce the customers...

          I buy the SAMSUNG GALAXY POP GT S5570 phone from Pune ( Aundh) since 15 days.
          But from first day I am facing the problem with battery Life.
          It got drain with in 3-4 hours and takes 4 hours for charging. I tried all option, by switch off Wi-fi, GPS, 3G and bluetooth as Brtghtness also then also I am getting only 4-5 hrs. of bcakup, after that it is fully drain.

          Finally I come to conclusion that I would like to change the Phone with repalcement.
          Please, provide the help and do the needful.

            Hi..,

            Few months back I have purchased a new Samsung SCH-F219 handset and is using R-CDMA connection in it. Within a few days of the purchase, I observed tha my system is getting automatically restarted whenever I am trying to start FM Radio in it. The same problem persists when I am using the Media Player.

            I have already used the Master Reset command but alas,it prooved to be of no use.

            Not only this, whenever I am using the Media Player or any other apps that has been given, the menus of the apps stops responding until and unless I restart my system. When the system is restarted I find even the wallpaper of my system gets changed to the dafault one.

            Kindly, sort out the problem ASAP.

              I would like to lodge a complaint against VISHAL ELECTRONICS operating in KOLKATA(WestBengal). They are a registered dealer of Samaung Mobile Phones. On 16/07/2011 I bought a Samsung GALAXY POP GT-S5570, product code: [protected]. After purchasing when I tried to operate it, I found that it had already been used, because I found some videos and pictures of someone's house in the phone's memory card(Free with the handset). moreover the box was not properly sealed. So I have been sold a second hand product at the price of a new one.

              I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps against the dealers, who exploits customer and harms the goodwill of the company. If possible, I would request you to cancel the dealership of the above mentioned store. Please ensure that I an duely compensated.

              Hoping that some promt actions will be taken.

                Dear sir/Madam,

                I have purchased samsung wave 533 (gt-s5333cwainu) rsn:[protected] bobile phome from mobile store sector-18, noida, up on 16/03/2011.
                After around 3 months from 1 july 2011 it was having charging problem and it was not getting charged.
                Then we approched to service center technocare,sector-27, atta market, noida, up for its repair on 02/07/2011 and they have asked us to collect the repaired mobile after 5 days. When I contacted them after 5 days they said to collect by next one day but now it has been 16 days and still mobile is not even repaired.When ever I contact them they say to collect it next day and promise to call back but till now no callback and not getting mobile repaired.
                This is highly disappointing that first samsung is having defect in mobile and its service is so unaccountable.
                Now I want either my money back or my mobile to be replaced with the loss I have faced in these days due to above.
                Kindly take some action and let me know how to get the money back and my problem resolved.

                  on dated 9/07/11 at 9:30 p m, i bought a mobile phone from store 'spice hot spot' vikash marg, laxmi naga,r delhi & on dated 14/07/11 at 8:00 pm, i notice my mobile phone is not switch on then i went to mobile store for remedies of my problem at there sales man recommended me that i should go to service center for the remedies then i went service center for the same but they refuse to take my concern because of time (8:30) but they told me sir come in at 10 o clock next day we will sort out your problem hand to hand. as per their recommendation i came back to service center next day (15/07/2011), till date 17/07/2011 at 4: 30 pm my phone is not o k , during whole process i went there (service center) at least 7-8 time. now i am very confused what should i do for the above mentioned problem. now i am thinking people buy phone for their convenience or such type of stupid problem.

                  therefore please suggest me how can i replaced my mob phone

                    i have problem with samsung washing machine since last 4-5 months,with a damage of a part of washing machine.i complained via telephone to service centre and the dealer,but there was no response.
                    after that i made a complaint to customer care of samsung at 5/6/11 with no [protected].
                    now more than one month time has spent, nobody came from samsung.they just called only twice during this period and gave promises that engineer will come.
                    but at the end of this day today,nobody came.
                    now i just want this machine resell after reparing.
                    the worst class of after sell service of the samsung.

                      I am Parth from sonepat(haryana), i bought a samsung gtc-5010 in october2010 its been 9 months now,but m continuously having problems in the handset ,as its motherboard has been changed thrice,its display once and its charger and handsfree is also changed thrice,but charger and handsfree is not in the warranty now,but the handset is, Even after changing the motherboard thrice, its troubling me a lot coz its always having problem of booting during application running and automatically turn off of applications and handset even, and when i go to service center they just format the handset again and again from next day same problem arises and now its having a keypad problem.
                      please help me ,i just want a solution, i prefer,it may be a cell except then this and of the same amount i bought this ,coz this handset is having lot of problems and even create lot of problems even in future after warranty, or any satisfactory solution from your side.

                      i just went to service centre, they said me leave your mobile on centre for about 4-5 days and they will again repair the handset just like they repaired earlier and it will again create problems within some days and am favpour of dis and want a handset against my gtc-5010 and of same cost.
                      please help me getting my problem solved, i will be thankful to you.

                      samsung gtc 5010 is not a gud handet..its too hving problemssbuddy..better u shud change it...u shuld ask for a handset against it.. ihv used it n performance is poor not a good functioning and booting problems arise and application installation problems also

                        Hi,

                        This is to bring to your notice about the bad customer service and communication by your service centre Moti Nagar, New Delhi and Spice Hotspot, Rajouri Garden Centre.

                        I purchased Samsung Corby on 24th July 2010 from Spice Hotspot Centre, Rajouri Garden. By mid of Feb this year some problems started and on 28th June I went to Spice Hotspot centre, Rajouri Garden as there was problem in touch and it stopped working. People at Spice Hotspot told me they have to send it to Samsung service centre and it would take 10-15 days. I asked hem can I get it earlier as I am working and its really difficult to be without cell phone. But they said they will call and let me know. Its been 17 days no communication from their side moreover when I call they just deny to help.

                        In absence of any communication from Spice Hotspot centre, I called them after 2-3 days at provided number [protected]. After calling several times there was an answer but the person on other side said that " 10 baje koi nahi aata, 11:30am ke baad call karo" nobody comes at 10am, call after 11:30am. I called up again after 11:30am same day, they person said "phone to humare paas nahi hai hum kuch nahi bata sakte kab ayga aap samsung customer care call karo khud" I cannot give any information as handset is no with us help yourself by calling Samsung customer service numbers.

                        I called up Samsung customer service [protected]@30308282 several number of times. Finally got an answer, the executive on call out right denied to help me as I did not submit the phone directly a service centre. I requested him that I am not getting any help from Spice Hotspot centre and business is suffering as I do not find sense in purchasing a new handset and spending thousand of rupees again when I choose a brand. Then he agreed to take same initiative. I told him about nearer areas to Rajouri Garden so that he can check nearest Samsung service centre. Finally he said Moti Nagar. He took all the details and said I will receive a call from Moti Nagar service centre same day itself and they will let me know when will I get my handset as he cannot give any details.Now its been around a week there is no single call though I gave four contact numbers and all are working fine.

                        Moreover the handset is on company warranty and I think it should have been replaced very same day instead of keeping the handset for around a month. Additional to co. warranty I took additional warranty from Spice Hotspot by paying Rupees 800/-

                        In absence of any communication from both the companies I have to knock this door. As its been a huge loss to my business because of a laid back attitude from these companies. As in absence of my phone my due payments were not received and I missed out on new orders also.

                        I want my money back which I had spend on purchasing Samsung mobile , compensation for my financial loss and all other expenses I had o incur due to inconvenience caused to me.

                        To SpiceHospot / Samsung,

                        Its now more disappointing to hear from Samsung that they have not received my handset at any of their Delhi service centers from SpiceHotspot. And on the other hand when I called up Spice Hotspot today they said that my handset has been received from Samsung service center after due updates and repair. When I asked which service center he said I do no know, its sent to our head office and from their to any of he Samsung service center.

                        I seriously do not know which one to believe. Either SpiceHotspot has kept and used my mobile for a month and kept me in dark by saying that my handset is with Samsung service center. As on the other hand Samsung people are sure that they have not received my handset. But Samsung executive told me on call that my handset is with Moti Nagar service center.

                        Moreover the head of SpiceHospot, Rajouri Garden Mr. Hemant has taken it way to casually to even inform or manage his team that way that the customer should be informed where his handset is going for repair or when received. This shows his behavior is way to casual to head any store. As his team members are telling me from day one that the handset will be and is sent to Samsung service center.

                        And above all SpiceHotspot tells me "ab to handset aa gaya, aap le jao." I do not want the handset now after almost a month, I want the my money back what I have spent on purchasing product and services from Samsung and SpiceHotspot.

                        And yes my experience has been a disaster with SpiceHotspot and Samsung(Mobile). I have suffered financial and personal loss due to lack of coordination between both the companies would never suggest to buy any product from these companies.

                          maine Shop kipar se requst ki ki ve chahe to aur paisa le le par mujhe koi dusra SET de de jisme is tarah ka MANUFACTURING DEFECT na ho, par usne meri ek na suni aur kuchh dino bad compani se set badalkar vapas aane par vahi model ka set dene ko kaha.
                          lagbhag 40 din bad 7/07/2011 ko mujhe usi model ka Samsung Galaxy 551 diya gaya jisme pahle ki tarah hi SIGNAL ki samasya Thi.
                          Sir 10200 rupaye kharch karne ke bad mujhe ek MANUFACTURING DEFECT wala mobile Samsung walo dwara pakda diya Gaya Hai jisse main kaphi hatash hun

                            This is with reference to the above sited matter that, we had bought a mobile model as mentioned above through your dealer, full address and invoice no. mentioned above. Last week the instrument all of a sudden started getting switched off while dialing or receiving the calls. We contacted your dealer M/s JTK Tunes and tones Mobile stores, upon mentioning the trouble they guided us to the company’s service center situated at Ramanuj Centre, Plot CTS,No. 612/A Station Road,Hubli-580020, accordingly we approached the service center with the Invoice zerox and the instrument, the instrument was taken for the repair and they assured us that they will call us after it is ready, accordingly they called us after two days and gave the instrument saying now it is ok and that it is functions are normal. But to our dismay from the very next day the instrument started troubling with the same problem of getting switched off while being kept in a place, actually they have not repaired anything and that they had kept the instrument as it is for two day and returned. We again contacted your dealer on Monday 11.07.2011 this time the dealer accepted the instrument and assured us that he will take personal care and get it repaired, but he too has forwarded the instrument to the same service center. On 14.07.2011 we received a phone call from the service center saying that the instrument is ready and that we can take it back. When I reminded the service engineer about the instrument last time given and nothing being done about it, then he says we will keep the instruments for another two days for testing purpose. It is very doubtful of the functioning of this service center, they are least bothered about the sufferings of the customer. The service center instead are blaming us that we might have downloaded songs or pictures from a computer or an another instrument.(blue tooth) and that the virus might have crept in to the instrument. And that the company is not responsible for that. I here by want to clarify that we have not done any of that sort we are just using it for simple communication only to receive calls and make calls. That was the purpose we had gone for a basic model. And if our purpose was to do all that we would have gone for a higher end instrument, not have gone for a basic model.



                            First of all the instrument is not serving us our purpose of buying it as it is troubling us more than serving us. Second thing is we are residing on the outskirts of the hubli city which is around 15 Kms from the dealers shop and 20kms from the service center, every time we need to keep all our important works a side, we need to spend on the petrol which is the most costliest fuel and approach the service center and the dealers shop. After all this we are not getting proper response from either the service center or the dealer.



                            Now that, I kindly request you to look in to the matter and come to our rescue. No response from the company may force me to take legal action.

                            i am really shame to say about service center of SMART ELECTRONICS, TRIVANDRUM 695004.I give a mobile on 4/07/2011, after 13 days they connot say what happened to the phone, in case when it get. major problem is to get connection to the service center, there is only one land number there, it is always engaged, after trying hours-- when we get connection, people there doesnot respond, they says call tomorrow, the manager never come to line, It is very clear that there is no response for any body to the customers. please give advice to the persons on the center how to manage the office.I think i will get my mobile get repair from that service center soon.my token no: 1094.4/07/2011. k.venugopal.

                              Samsung is an multinational co & well known in worldwide for its products & service.

                              I am also an (brand loyal) customer of Samsung. We have L C D, MOB,T.V &washing machine.

                              1) 9th June 2011 I purchased Samsung refrigerator from moremega store (Mumbai).At the time of delivery I received damage refrigerator (FRONT DOOR ) badly damaged. I immediately inform moremega store (Mumbai) which the store said company will replace it.

                              (2)10th June technician came, But did nothing about the complaint. At our request 2nd technician came on 13th June and

                              (3) After which a separate complaint to samsung customer care was made, the complaint no-8

                              [protected]. They told replacement will take with in 01 week to10 days.

                              (4)After 10 days (22 June) called up samsung customer care -no proper reply 'wait for some more time. Repeated calls made after every second day, but there’s no response.

                              We got Ushas no(senior customer care employee) .She gave us no of Mr.Vinay (ASM) airoli.

                              (5) Mr. vinay (ASM)told us our complaint came on 16th June & it will take time. In between we got a call from logistic dep that the model is not available in company’s god own look for another option .within two days we said yes for other model. The next day we got a replay, that this is also not available .Look for the 3rd option,which after seeing we refused.

                              (6)1st July we informed customer care for refunding of the money.So many reminders were send . We don't no now how many days this process will take place. We request you to refund our money as soon as possible..

                              We had already submitted the required documents.

                              The incident (1-full month )has caused immense mental pain, anguish and humiliation to the under signed for none of my fault.

                                I purchased a Samsung GT-S3353 MOBILE on 22.03.2011.

                                The optical Track Pad stopped working last month. Took it to the authorised service centre. They reset the handset and it started working. It again stopped. Again took it to the service centre. Received it back 'REPAIRED' on 09.07.2011. Again stopped working today.

                                Don't know what to do or how to claim replacement from the company.

                                Please help.

                                  WE FOUND THAT SAMSUNG C3303 INSTRUMENT WAS GET OVERHEAT WHILE IN USE , THEN WE HAVE GIVEN FOR SERVICE IN SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AT PURASAIWAKKAM,
                                  1st they said(Mr Varun- Manager +91 [protected]) instrument problem they said rectified the problem and instrument was handover and said to charge it.
                                  It does charge so we again consulted they said It is not Instrument Problem it will be Battery Problem HOW THEY CONFIRM THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH INSTRUMENT OR BATTERY WITHOUT CHECKING, now they have given some duplicate battery and received Original for replacement and instructed 15 days for new one. The battery given as standby is also not working

                                    I had taken the mobile SAMSUNG MODLE NO.- CHAT322 to authorised service centre, Agartala, Tripura and they have changed the PCB as their opinion. But the condition was deteriorated, and the phone belongs to me is nothing but a showpiece. I am using the phone after servicing since last 15 days but trobles remains the same. So i am in doubt whether they have changed the PCB or not. Please take the matter seriously, being a customer I'm facing the trouble.

                                    I have purchased Samsung GT-C3222 ([protected]@t 322) from M/s. New Nandan, Melarmath, H.G.B Road, Agartala, West Tripura on dt.10.01.2011, vide IMEI No.:354268/04/28175/0. But after three and half months I noticed that the handset has following problems:

                                    Automatically restarts after every 2 to 3 hours.
                                    Network problem
                                    Slow operation and so on…

                                      Hi,

                                      My sister bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830) on 26th June,2011 from Samsung Authorized Sale center(Electro Mart Stores Pvt. Ltd.) and gifted it to me on 29th June. I identified two issues with the device :

                                      1. There are grid lines showing up on the display
                                      2. It get switched off intermittently when idle.

                                      Hence I visited your authorized service center on 2nd July(Please note within 1 week of purchase) and the executive there told me that there is some issue with the display and they'll replace it. However since it's been just 1 week, I did not want its hardware to be opened up. Hence I requested them to replace the handset. I even talked to the Area service manager(Gurgaon) Mr. Sandeep Kumar and Area Service manager(Haryana) Mr. Gaurav Kapoor. But I got the response mentioning that "We can replace the handset within 4 days of purchase". Now firstly, I would not buy a device with a mindset that it is faulty and I'm not an expert to identify all the issues within 4 days time. Moreover, there was a printed scratchguard(comes with the new handset) on the display due to which one can not figure out the thin gridlines on the display.

                                      What was even more shocking is that Mr. Gaurav Kapoor(ASM- Haryana) told me that he does not know the escalation procedure beyond his level and there is just one email id "support.[protected]@samsung.com". He did not even know the phone number of his manager.

                                      Even then I asked them to replace the display, they told me that they'll call me up whenever it'll be available. Now it's been two weeks and I have not received a call back from the service center. I have tried all methods : dropped email, called up multiple times but no response.

                                      I would like to ask Samsung expects consumer to identify all the manufacturing issues and run to the service center within 4 days while it takes more than 2 weeks for Samsung to turn up just with a response.

                                      This is very disappointing that I bought this handset for 15,200/- from your authorized sale center(which is available for 14000/- at other places) just for the sake of receiving a quality product and this is what I'm getting.

                                      Please also note that I'm hearing different versions of policies from your Area service manager n authorized sale center.

                                      Request you to please take immediate action and get this device replaced.

                                        I have set the password for the Mobile so the my message option is not accessable to anyone , but i[censored] press the Message it automatically goes to the inbox so i dont think the option is working.

                                        The wanted no one to make calls so i set password for the logs so that no one makes calls but anyone can make calls from the cell only thing is does is no one see the logs of the phone.

                                        I was very happy Nokia Customer all thru my life i decided to change it to Samsung thinking it will be a nice move and a good experince.But i feel very sad to say its not really wise for me to decide to change the phone anyways.
