My Samsung Hero Music Dual sim mobile phone-GT-E1232UWAINS Pure White Color was stolen on 18/02/2013 at about 12:00pm. the IMEI No. is *352293/05/626218/6* and *352294/05/626218/4* . I lodged a NCR/FIR with the local POLICE STATION. Kindly take necessary steps to block the phone.

    This is with reference to SAMSUNG WACHING machine bought by us around 1 and a half month back. The machine started giving problems from the 1st day itself.
    Machine is not taking the load. We lodged a complain and Samsung representative attended it and informed us that the belt of the pad is defective and it will require to change. But we informed that we need replacement of the machine and we dont want replacement of the part since it is just 1 and half half month old.
    After daily followup with the customer care they informed that they will only change part and will not give replacement of the machine since its electronic item and nobody can give assurance to the electronic item. Also told us what u have to do you can do you will not get replacement of the machine. Such a arrogant answer we never imagined from samsung.
    I wanted to ask samsung if they are so sure about there quality and the brand what they are propogating for quality and why such problems and answers are coming up from there customer care guys.

    I request the following from Samsung on an urgnt basis:
    1.Replace the DEFECTIVE machine with a NEW Machine of our choice and check it thoroughly before delivering it.

    This is with reference to the complaint made to Samsung Customer Care, dated 20th June 2011, with complaint number [protected].Also, complaint launched in Indian Consumer Forum, it is very disappointed that no one from the Samsung had ever called and shown efforts to resolve the issue.

    Even though having informed many times that we only want replacement of the machine but not the part. Samsung Service provider (Kris Electronics) are forcing us to get repaired the m/c part.

    Since the machine is not taking proper load, it’s been 20 days we are not able to use machine and just kept aside. Also, we don’t have any other option to use; Samsung should take this action on high priority.


    The responses from the Samsung team till date is highly objected and can never be accepted.

    If Samsung is not ready to replace the washing machine then they can take their machine in return and retain us back the original amount paid at the time of purchase.

    Looking forward towards Samsung a favourable replacement with new machine at our earliest.

      I have bought Samsung Omnia II i8000 in India in month of Feb 2010 and it has come preloaded with Windows Mobile 6.1 although it clearly sad to be upgradable to 6.5.
      I have searched the Samsung website there is upgrade available for Windows Mobile 6.5 except for India. Do you expect India will get latest update soon or it will take 5 – 10 years to get an upgrade?
      I bought a Samsung Omnia 2 around January 2010 hoping to get an upgrade to WM 6.5 as soon as it comes. Even as late as October 2011 the samsung service center said that there is no upgrade available for the Indians. Not only did i end up being stuck with an outdated firmware when promised otherwise but it has also left a bad taste about samsung products.

      I think if samsung really cared they would make an upgrade available to Indian Consumers on their website instead of directing its customers to a local customer care center who just cant help.

        I made a worst decision of purchasing samsung galaxy S5570.
        I am getting many problems since date of purchase i.e. On 07/06/11.
        And the service centre BIR ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD., G.S.ROAD, PH: [protected] is providing me worst responce regarding the service.
        I visited the centre many a times but they have not registered my complaint.
        The two customer executives in the main recieption room shows no interest in listening to the problems.
        Thus its my deep request to help me out in this regard for i want to get the value of the sum of money that i invested on the handset.
        Kindly try to improve the service.

        I am also facing the same battery problem becasue when I browse internet, my battery is consuming very speedy and it will be finished in less than an hour during internet surfing on mobile.

        At least you can suggest any alternative battery with large capactity which can be fit in Samsung Galaxy Pop GT-5570 so that we can at least use it.

          I recently ( March 2011) purchase the Samsung Wave 2. I am not satisfied with mobile phone performance.

          Initially first 1 week only i started facing the problem but i feel its normal but after few week later it started hanging and voice clarity was very very low.

          one day i restarted my mobile and after that it was not turned on. I took it to Samsung service center ( Bangalore , Marathalli) they told me it just a software problem and they will recently in 30 min so i waited there but after 2 hr Samsung service center Engineer told me , I don’t have mobile software pls take to Bangalore Domlour service center , I immediately took it to Service center, there also Engg told me i will repair in 45 min pls wait.

          but again same he ( service center engineer Nawaz ) told me i don’t have software i will give tomorrow but i m daily going to service center but engg is saying i have sent to head office as port is not detecting the software, now it more than 2 week but engineer and service center executive is saying we will rectify the problem tomorrow even they are not showing my headset too.

          I am really disappointed with Samsung service center (Bangalore) how they treat to customer.

          I spent 18000 Rs for this mobile and no one to hear, even it is in warranty period, i asked to service center if handset have problem pls change it , now they are saying it cannot be change at any cost they are not giving any answer.

                sir, my samsung digital camera (S 1060) out of warranty, purchased in december 2009, creating some problem, i gave it to a ranchi region authorised service centre of samsung for repairing it, and now it is being 4 to 5 months but my device has not been repaired till now. Service centre representatives are giving a same excuse from a so long time that the parts are not available at the time, when it will be availabe or it will be repaired, i will be informed about it.
                And only a month ago of that my device has been repaired from there only.
                So sir please take necessary action against it

                Samsung Digital Camera — poor service

                I had purchased a samsang camera on 07 Feb 2010. On complaint of not working I Had deposited the camera to M/S Sai Electronics,27 New Awas,Delhi Road, Saharanpur-247001 on 08 Dec 2010. Whenever I call on the Tele No[protected] printed on the receipt which was given to me No body is lifting the phone or they give any progress of my item(my camera). I am not expecting such a lethargic attitude from such a big reputed company.Kindly give an early reply.

                  I uppunuti Mallesham i have purchased samsung chat335 mobile on 11-06-11 after 3 days phone is complete dead then i went to servicing center they are told me there is software problem they are issued DO for new mobile and they are said it will take 2days time to replacement then i went mobile shop ( were i purchased) and submitted DO then they are given that DO their area samsung distributor his said to me it will take 7days time to replacement after 7days his said more 7days presently i do not have mobile please help me on this matter.

                    Samsung India Mobile - problem in warrenty.

                    After Purchasing the set within 3 Months my mobile set started to hang, for which i visited the authorised service center in Lucknow i.e Mobile.com(off.[protected]) at Sri Ram tower first floor, Ashok Marg Lucknow.
                    And also talked to the A.S.M Chitij Paul posted at Lucknow Mob. [protected] , after making us wait for 12 days they gave the handset back saying that the hang problem is now resolved and the same was verbally commited and that the problem was due to the faulty motherbord which was changed. On delivery when asked that could i receive some thing in written regarding change of motherboard they refused.
                    The Problem beyoud providing lousy and inefficient service is that THE HANDSET again started to hang within 24 hours. I have no choice but to give the setback to the same Authorised service center.on 17/06/2011. Let see by when will i get back my fault free handset.
                    But i as a responsible consumer and before going to consumer forum for justice for the financial and mental agony and loss incurred due to the probable in efficient selection of Authorised Center selected By Samsung Mobile for Lucknow.
                    Dear Sir After spending Rs,20,000 ,i dont expect this kind of after sales service.
                    We dont understand what is more important for Samsung Mobile its consumers or its incompitent and lousy authorised service providers.

                    Kindly help me get over this agony either by replacing the handset or finallycorrecting this hanging fault of my hand set.
                    I have all the documents to support my words.
                    I am in wait of correction measures in Lucknow so many like me , and my team of 54 people who were Samsung Fans remain Brand Loyal.

                      respectfully I bag to say ,that I purchased a samsung single door refrigerator(mo. No.Ra-20f. Serial no.013042a401019 ) on 24th may 2006. Running successfully after three years,it got out of order on july 2009 .I called to samsung customer care on 15 april 20010,two months latter an engineer(chandra prkash) came to my home and he said you have fetch your refrigerator to our temporary service center (goyal electronics,purani jail road bulandshaher).After three days he called me and said you have to pay 1300.Rupees for compressor changing and gas refiling .I said ok ,after 7 days he called that your refrigerator is repaired ,you can take it now . I brought my refrigerator to my home at 17 aug 2010.At home when I switch it on ,it was not working .I called him again .He came after three days and said company dose’nt have any compressor ,when it will be available ,I will fit compressor in your refrigerator ,he repaired for the time being .Again after three four days refrigerator got out of order. Again I called him again refrigerator got out of order. It happens three or four time again .I call to customer care and got the call registered on 28 nov 2010 ) ,nobody came. I called again on 18 may 2011(complain no.-[protected]) engineer came after one month and he said your compressor is out of order,you have to pay for compressor . I got my call registered in warranty period and engineer came after warranty period.

                      So legally what can I do in this situation

                          Sub : Refund of Over drawn Amount from EMI

                          I bring it to your kind notice that I have purchased an LCD from
                          M/s Gupta Visions, Manimajra under your 0% finance scheme and it was clearly mentioned at the time of Purchase deal that no extra charges will be born by me and the only financed amount of Rs.42000/- will be payable into 16 EMIs (i.e. of Rs. 2625/-x16 EMIs = 42000) else I will not go for the purchase of the same from M/s Gupta Vision, Manimajra.

                          In view of the above an amount of Rs. 2625/- should have been withdrawn from my account against the EMI for the month of Jul,2011.But I regret to inform you that instead of EMI of Rs. 2625/-you have withdrawn Rs.3676/- from my account. Since it is a matter of grave concern, I request you to refund me the extra withdrawn amount of
                          Rs.1051/- immediately as neither I opted for any other option

                            Regarding mobile I already submit complaint, but service center’s person ask we are not able solve your problem today(16/6/2011), you will come tomorrow. When I ask Mr. Manjit is ask you will go service center and solve your problem, but service center person’s ask who is Manjit, I don’t know. Then I go market solve my handset problem. Now yesterday (17/6/2011) at 8.30PM I received a call from Mr. Satnam Singh from Samsung service Center, I give him al detail regarding these matter.

                              I have called your customer care for more then 20 times by now, everytime i call they say that engineer will come today to install the LCD but nobody has get back to me. A request was given on 12th of june and was committed to get served with in 24 hours, already six days have passed. IF this is the service a company like SAMSUNG is providing then what can we expecct from others. I have called customer care from both of my registered no ([protected] and [protected]). I hope a due action will be taken for the wrong commitment given and problem get resolved with in next 24 hours.

                              SAMSUNG/LCD — Wrong Selling

                              I bought LCD 32" on 9 dec, 2008 from M/s The Electroage Consumer Electronic Goods, SCO 363, Sector 35B, Chandigarh. LCD which was displayed in the showroon was with 30000 contrast ratio whereas the LCD which was delivered to me was 10000. Dealer is also convinced that it was wrong delivery but nothing is happening. pl let me know what should i do.

                                I am Swapnil Bhat. I live in Mumbai and i have lost my mobile phone most while i was traveling from train. i am worried it is stolen. So I want to launch a complaint about it. I dont know where to register the complaint so that my handset would be located through its tracker.

                                  Samsung Mobile Model S-259 was submitted to Vasai -MS Service Center[protected] for repair and was duly returned on 14th June with a charge of Rs 650 (Receipt no 4266)for replacement of connector. The handset was told to be in perfect working condition and was not tested in front o[censored]ser.
                                  The next day the user Mr Gajanan Vartak (kshetrodi, K.Mahim) [protected] checked the connector to be detached (not properly installed) so went to return the handset to Serive Center.
                                  The counter Representative not only abused elderly consumer in public but also alleged to have tampered with the handset. The consumer replied gently that if he had to do so why would he travel 60-70 km for an authorized repair?
                                  Abuses continued and finally the official guy said that the PDA circuit needs to be replaced.
                                  Why was this problem initially not identified. Would they return the initial repair charges of Rs 650?
                                  This is a case just not of cheating but also of abusing and misbehavior.
                                  Complaint registered on[protected]No.[protected]) would take up this matter in media and consumer court.
                                  Samsung must immediately apologize and get the handset repaired without any further cost, take suitable action on the Samsung Vasai Service Center

                                    On 1.05.2011 i have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S GT-19003 from Kankurgachi Pantaloons(The One Mobile Store)Kolkata.But after 2 days the display of the phone become greenish.I am working at United Bank Of India at Murshidabad district right now.So for that reason I can’t go to the service center or to the one mobile store on the working day.They have a policy DOA as if any mobile become defective within 4 days they replace that set.But I called to the Manager within 4 days of The one mobile and tell all that thing,and requested him to give me the DOA certificate as i cant go on working day and wish to go on next Sunday.But he refused to do so,and tell me that after 4 days there will be no DOA facility.I want to know i purchase a mobile of Samsung and for the reason of distance if i cant go to the service center what should i do?I also told it to their customer service center through email.They reply me that if you go to nearest service center then your problem will be solve.But when i go to their service center they told me that they cannot replace it as i cant go to them within 4 days.They only can servicing the mobile now.
                                    So this is my question to you that their DOA policy is within 4 days.For that reason i talked to the Manager of the one mobile within 4 days and tell him that next sunday i will come,i cannot go their because of distance from where i am staying.As a result I am going to their customer service after 4 days and they refused to do so.A new mobile set getting problem after 2 days having value of rs 20000/- is it considerable?My mobile no is[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                                      I HAD PURCHASED A SAMSUNG B5722 DOUS MOBILE.

                                      IT WAS HAVING A CAMERA PROBLEM & NETWORK DROPPING PROBLEM . THE CAMERA IS NOT ABLE TO TAKE A PICTURE OF FORM, NEWSPAPER ARTICLE(NOT A SINGLE CHARACTER IS ABLE TO BE READ), AND DURING NIGHT THE PICTURE COMES FULL BRIGHT. I HAD GIVEN THE MOBILE TO BHAVNAGAR SERVICE CENTER FRO REPAIR ON 23.03.11 JOB NO: [protected]. I WAS TOLD FOR 1 DAY TIME. THE NEXT DAY I WENT AND GOT THE MOBILE BUT THERE WAS NOT DIFFERENCE. I TALKED WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER MR. HIMANSHU. HE TOLD THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND THE MOBILE TO NODIA. SO I AGAIN GIVE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER. IT CAME BACK AFTER A WEEK. BUT NO SOLUTION IT WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION. AT THAT TIME I AND THE TECHNICIAN CHECKED OTHER SAMSUNG B5722 DOUS FOR THE CAMERA RESOLUTION, WHICH WERE RECEIVED IN THE SERVICE CENTER FOR OTHER FAULT. ALL THAT WERE HAVING THE SAME CAMERA PROBLEM. I HAD A KARBON MOBILE WITH 1.2 MP CAMERA. I TOOK A PHOTO OF A NEWSPAPER ARTICLE IN FRONT OF THE TECHNICIAN IT WAS FAR BETTER THAN THAT OF SAMSUNG B5722. THEN WE AGAIN TALKED WITH THE REGIONAL MANAGER, HE TOLD TO SEND A APPROVAL FOR MOBILE REPLACEMENT. I TOLD I DON'T WANT THE SAME MODEL AS ALL THE MOBILE OF THE SAME MODEL ARE HAVING THE SAME FAULT WHICH IS NOT REPAIRABLE. SO I AGAIN SENT THE MOBILE ON 08/04/11, JOB NO: [protected].

                                      THEY SAID YOU WILL GET THE REPLACEMENT IN 15 DAYS, AFTER 15 DAYS I CALLED RM. MR. HIMANSHU, HE SAID IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAYS, EACH AND EVERY 7 DAYS I CALLED HIM AND I GOT THE ANSWER OF ANOTHER 7 DAYS. AT LAST ON 12/05/11 I CALLED THE BSM MR. SUNIL HE TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL GET THE CHEQUE OF RS. 8400(PURCHASING PRICE). IN NEXT 7 DAYS, AGAIN THE STORY REPEATED WITH REGIONAL MANAGER MR.HIMANSHU. AT LAST THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU WILL NOT GET THE CHEQUE BUT THE MOBILE WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME MODEL. WHICH WAS NOT WORTH FOR ME. AT LAST ON 29/05/11 I GOT THE REPLACE MOBILE BOX PACK ( WHICH IS HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM).

                                      I CALLED BSM MR. SUNIL. WHETHER YOU COULD GIVE ME THE SOLUTION FOR THE CAMERA RESOLUTION OR I SHOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT. HE REPLIED "YOU ARE FREE TO GO ANYWHERE AND WHEN THE DECISION COMES FROM THE COURT INFROM US". THIS IS THE WAY I HAVE BEEN HARASSED FOR NEARLY 2 MONTH. NOW I DONT INTEND TO BUY ANY SAMSUNG MOBILE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK.

                                        I bought a Samsung DVD with USB host (MM-DC10) on 6th May 2007 from Croma store Juhu. Since there was a problem with it, I complained on 13th June 2011 (complaint number - 1106M[protected]. The complaint was promptly attended by Mr Mahesh on 14th June 2011.

                                        On 15th June 2011, Mahesh told us that the damaged part of the DVD player (Lense and Survo plate), which are supposed to be replaced are not available anywhere in India and hence it cannot be repaired.

                                        A product which I bought for more than Rs 16000 in less than 4 years has become obsolete. Am I supposed to buy DVD player every 4 years?

                                        Please help address this issue.
