hello sir
I have purchase samsung s3310 when i have connect it to pc suite mobile connected but i want to get backup of my massages and contect nos..but massages are not import in pc suite pls gve me suggestion on my id.

s3310 does not support backup of messages and contacts through PC studio.
But you can still backup Your contacts. open phonebook. go to the contact name you wnat to backup and press option button. then go down in the menu and select save in my files or simply press 8. But the worst thing is that if you want to backup all the contacts you need to do it one by one.

    I have bought an Samsung refrigerator(capacity 380 ltrs) on[protected] from paradise store,sambalpur,orissa ,but yet no body came for demonstration.i have also complaint 2 times,but no action has been taken.is there is no value of a customer or there is no value of 29000 rupees.i want immediate reply about my question&take immediate step to stop this kind of minor problems to save the reputation of company.

      Dear Sirs,

      Reg : Purchase of one SAMSUNG B – 7722 Black Mobile Hand set – Your Invoice No : 0313 / 11-12 / RI – Return of defective piece

      I have submitted first complaint dated[protected]; I have not received any reply from you.

      I have purchased one mobile hand set from your authorized dealer from Ahmedabad of SAMSUNG make B – 7722 from your shop vide your invoice no : 0310 / 11-12 / RI dated[protected]for Rs. 11,650/-. The said hand set is under guarantee period.

      The said hand set was not working properly and it has never shown net work for two SIMs. The hand set is of dual SIM. Only one SIM is showing signal properly even after inter changing the SIMs also, any one signal is showing properly and other SIM is not showing signals. The hand set is found to be defective.

      On 21st. April 2011, I had shown the said defective hand set to your person at your show room, he has formatted the hand set and returned it to me saying that it will work properly.

      But since another 10 days have been passed, still the hand set is not working and I am facing communication problem. Even when I was on roaming last week, the said hand set has never shown the network for two SIMs. Only one SIM was working properly and the other SIM is not working properly.

      On[protected] the said defective hand set was given to Customer Service Centre – Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise vide their service request no : [protected] dated[protected].

      I have checked with the local Customer Service Centre – Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise about the hand set (They have never called me) and informed that the hand set is ready duly repaired.
      I have taken the delivery of the hand set with the condition mentioned on their service note – “ Subject to checking”.

      Now the said hand set is not functioning properly and your local service centre has completely failed to solve the problem of this faulty hand set. I am facing communication problem.

      As on today, I am having the handset but working with one SIM properly and with other SIM poor network. Further to this, other problems started to this hand set like, the phone switches off automatically, hangs up any time, looses both the networks any time,call drop etc. Every time I have to remove the battery and reinstall it then only the phone starts on. You may note at this stage that the hand set is giving more and more problems day by day. This shows that the hand set is found to be faulty and defective.

      Since the hand set is under full warrantee and from the day one it is not functioning properly, I must get the full refund of Rs. 11,650/-.

      NOTE : SINCE LAST TWO DAYS I AM RECEIVING PHONE CALLS FROM SAMSUNG AHMEDABAD OFFICE TO SEND THE HAND SET AGAIN FOR REPAIRS TO THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE. HERE IT MAY BE NOTED THAT I WILL NOT HAND OVER THE HAND SET AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR REPAIRS.

        I have purchased a samsung mobile handset model No. i5801 galaxy on 06/11/2010 by samsung authorised dealer. that day dealer was told me battery backup is 2days, standby more than 10 hours,
        but unfortunately I find the battery is very low i.e.lessthan half a day(some day 2 to 3 times may charge). I met your authorised service center nearby jayanagar, sajjanrao circle so many time & report the same, every time they had serviced & changed the battery also.but no use eventoday. therefore please look into the same & solve this problem. Otherwise exchange the handset

        Samsung / Mobile Handset — BATTERY BACKUP LOW

        Purchased Samsung Galexy S5570 from The Mobile Store Ltd., Jamnagar vide their bill dated 19th June 2011 (Annexure-1). Problem informed to Samsung vide my e-mail (Annexure-2). Received letter from Samsung, Ahmedabad, dated 15th July to hand over hand set to their service centre at Jamnagar (Annexure-3). I handed over hand set on 18th July and got it back from service centre vide their service bill no.[protected] dated 19th July 2011 (Annexure-4). However, the problem of battery back up is not solved and remains as it is. Again I handed over hand set to The Mobile Store Ltd., Jamnagar on 1st August (Annexure - 5) to give it to the service centre in Jamnagar. I got back the hand set after eight days i.e. on 9th August 2011. However, again, the problem remains same. I had against complaint to Samsung, Ahmedabad, vide e-mail dated 10th August (Annexure-6).

        Even after compalining no. of times and personally handed over hand set the problem remains same. I had to visit 3 times for handing over hand set and collection. I have wasted 3 days for this. Also I am staying 30 kms away from service centre, I had to spend money also.

        I do not need this hand set and I want refund of the full amount and also compensation for my 3 days which I wasted and mental tourcher i had to go through.

        Though I have tried to attached above annexures, but due to size they are not attached, but photographs are attached.

        Please do the needful at the earliest.

          sir,
          I own a window air conditioner which is 5 yrs old,which started altering its cooling effect.I called up samsung customer care,they informed me that i would be send mechanic at the earliest,he was here the next day and after examining he let me know that its gas needed to be refilled,and he also assured me that he would be coming within 3 days to take the A.C. to the workshop.
          Well,that 3 days turned into 15 days....and i am still being given the false assurance.I have started believing that i did a pathetic mistake of choosing samsung over other brands,i own more three appliances of your brand and i think i made a terrible mistake.
          i called over 8times,literally pleaded them about the repairing,but your men just called me,noted down my address over and over but thats all they did...when i called them,they dint even have the manner of recieving my call,you have guile and illiterate people working and I am highly dissapointed.

            I am using Samsung S3310 model since last year. And i am downloaded this following application opera mini, UC browser, Bolt and some more.While i am using this software, i did not get clear option while i am typing texts.If i mistaken i have to restart again.for example i have to type "HOW ARE YOU but by mistaken i typed "HOW ARE YOUU" i cant have an option to erase that last letter.I contacted the Samsung authorized service center but no use. i have updated the software version too.Nothing happened..Please help.How can i rectify this problem.....

            Well the edit in s3310 is the worst one that i ever saw. But in bolt and some other apps you can enable inline text editing. if any app supports this feature. you will be able to clear your mistakes.

              Dear Sir,
              I bought a Samsung Mobile Set Name:-Samsung Andriod pop and Price :-Rs 9500.00 ,from a Shop named Spice Communication Outlet1:Shop no 112-113,Main Market,Sector 14,Gurgaon -122001 , receipt number 41140 ,Shop Tin no[protected] on 30 may 2011. I am sorry to inform you that the product just does not match up to the claims made by your salesman at the time of purchasing the Mobile as the information gave by him was incorrect so I wanted a Cdma set that supports internet but when called the customer care executive Tata indicom,he informed me that this set which I have purchased will not support internet unless I make some changes in the sim so I found it confusing and thought of replacing the set and buy a set which supports internet without making any changes to the sim as I do not want to change the number, so when I went to the shop the shop Proprietor told me the thing which I found fraud. He told me following things:-
              1) If you replace this set you will have to pay Vat+Cst 17% since I was was not aware that Vat and cst is applicable on replacement I agreed as I was under impression that the amount of tax will be included in the Bill of the new set which I will purchase.
              2) I purchased in replacement Mobile Set name:-Samsung 19003; Price :-Rs 20000.00 In replacement and asked him to make the bill and adjust the amount of the previous set but he asked me for Rs1600.00 cash, and on top of it he was reluctant of including the money Rs 1600.00 extra in the bill, I argued with him that if this will go to the govt as Tax for replacement or claim to the company why this amount is not included in the bill apart from the current price of the Replaced set i.e Rs 20000.00 so I said please atleast give me a receipt of the cash Rs1600.00 you are asking me Extra as Tax so he Misbehaived with me and my friend and was not ready to give us the receipt.
              3) He was Diplomatic as well as he changed his words as firstly he said it’s the Tax that I am taking extra Rs 1600.00 and this will go to the govt then when I gave him the remaining adjustment amount of the set replaced he said this is the claim price which is charged from the customer on replacement.
              4) He also said I will have to break the previous set as its not defective so will make it defective and claim it from the company that’s why I am charging Rs1600.00 extra apart from the new set price so I was totally confused and was sure that he is doing fraud and making extra money apart from profit.
              5) He said if you do not want to pay the Extra Amount of Rs1600.00 apart from the new set price Exchange is not possible You can go I will not exchange and that too very rudely infront of many customers standing there.
              I have been your customer for a number of years and this is the first time that I have been so disappointed with the sevices of the shop who sells your product. I request you to Look in to this matter seriously and take strict action against the shop proprietor as he does not know how to behaive with customer and secondly as Per Right to information act 2005 He gave me wrong information and sold the product and at the time of exchange or replacement he is charging extra money by taking the mane of Samsung Company and Tax Dept without providing any receipt or Bill. He is spoiling the image of the company as well as he is cheating me (The customer).Apart from the Profit earned from the set he charged me Rs1600.00 extra which was painful not because it is a big amount for me but only because he did not provide me a receipt of it or a valid reason to charge this extra amount and customer service was extremely poor.
              I am enclosing copies of the Receipt as well as the credit card receipt of the amount of Rs 1600.00, he asked me extra for you to take immediate action and expect the money to be refunded to me within the Alloted Compliant time frame.

                  I first lodged my complaint on 22 may 2011 (refrence no. [protected]) regarding the non cooling of window AC , so the next day two technician came and checked and said that there is some wiring problem because of which there is low voltage and thats why AC is not starting. I got the whole wiring done again and called your samsung customer care again and they sent two technician on 24th may 2011, they told me that the AC's compressor had gas leakage and has to be refilled which they will come and do the next day but no one turned up so i called agian on 27th may 2011 for three times and they gave me a number of mr. subhash [protected] and told me to contact him but he never picked my call and always disconnected it, even by mistake he picked my call twice he just disconnected it. I tried calling him 7-8 times. then again i called the samsung customer care on 28th may 2011 and they told me that today technician will come and refill the gas. someone called after some time and told me that they want to take my AC to company and there they will refill it. I need the samsung technician to come and refill the gas at my home as i was told by samsung team.
                  I even emailed samsung support regarding the matter on 28th may 2011 and i was contacted by the concerned department on 29th may 2011 and two technicians came and just said the same thing that there is gas leakage and gas to be refilled and for that they will come the next day and do it, they also gave their superiors contact number(Mr. Ashraf [protected]). First of all i was already told about the gas leakage by your technician and secondly they are again giving hopeless promises that the technician will be there by morning, then said by afternoon, now saying by evening 7:00. whom should i believe now i don't understand. The AC i bought is less than a year old. Samsung should better stop selling Airconditioners if Samsung is not capable of giving at least better service. my complaint no. is [protected].

                    AC brought on 09/05/ 2009 at Gurgaon faulty right from begining. Many times complaint has been made and this is known to the peolpe who have been attending to these complaints.Last complaint was made on 05/5/2011 and AC is yet to rectified and and re-installed at our house at 2910/C-1, Sushant Lok Ph. Gurgaon.Regd letter sent to Head Consumer Services 4 days back. Reply has come but action to bring back AC in proper working condition is still awaited. meanwhile we passed through the peak of the summer season virtually the entire moth of May.Pl. get remedial action expedited.

                      I purchased a Samsung GT-I5510 Mobile dated on 20/02/2011.Due to some technical problem I have to submit my mobile to Samsung Service Center C/O

                      on 07/05/2011.Till date, I didn't got any response regarding my mobile. They didn't provide any sort of satisfactory answer to me nor the company also. Approximate 0ne month pass-out, they just do the mentally harassment.

                      Sir, it's my humble request to please take a strong step, so that no such problem raise in near future.

                      I send the reference number ( provided by Samsung Customer Care )[protected] as well as the attached receipt which I got from the service center as a proof of my statement.
                      And one more thing ; I got an approvel of my new mobile set no : 753277 , which was given by a customer care person.

                        using mobile of samsung company. When I buy this mobile this mobile seems to good to me but on later when I connected this mobile to computer and wanted to use mobile to computer for internet work but mobile always says "failed to connect" and hanging problem so I gave this mobile to samsung office to make this problem clear.
                        But they do not done anything they simply format to it and says to me that it is ok. But later on when I check it again says "failed to connect" to computer and hanging problem also goes on. I have many time call to them but says to me that it is computer problem. Time goes on and no solution.
                        Time has reach to out off warranty of mobile.
                        So I also write this problem to samsung mobile web site they again take my mobile and again format it but no result the problem goes to continue. So I again write to them on samsung mobile web site.
                        They again take my mobile but when I take my mobile I again say to them that my mobile says that "failed to connect" so please check my problem in front of me they check the problem and says to me that we cant solve your problem.
                        So I says ok and I use mobile again but now new problem have arise that
                        mobile automatics switch off and battery problem.
                        Hanging and mobile problem goes on continue....
                        so I again write to them but this time they are avoiding me.

                        And I also tell that I will complaint about you so they simply says to me that "jo kar sakte ho kar lo"

                        I AM HAVING A MOBILE GT- C3530. MY PROBLEM WITH THE SET IS 1) I COULD NOT DELETE THE DOWNLOADED VIDEO FILES FROM THE RECYCLE BIN - WHEN I PRESS THE DELETE BUTTON IT SHOWS AS "FAILED"
                        2) I COULD NOT DELETE THE VIDEO FILES (LOCATION - MEMORY CARD/VIDEOS) FORM MY FILES. WHEN I PUT THE 'DELETE" BUTTON AND 'YES' THE HANDSET BECOMES STUCK. THEN I HAVE TO REMOVE THE BATTERY TO RESTART AGAIN

                              Dear sir/Madam,
                              I bought a Samsung GT B3210 mobile on 21 May 2010. From the day I bought it there has been consistent problems with it. I gave it to a Samsung service center. I have given it for service over 6 times. They reinstalled software, changed the circuit board but nothing did the change. So they gave me with a replacement and its ridiculous to see that this mobile too has the same problems that I faced with my previous one. I again gave it for service and again they are following the same procedures of just software reinstallation when they know that this problem cant be solved by them. It is so disheartening to say that they are not responding well to our queries and taking 40 days for a software reinstallation. I am totally fed up with this irresponsible behavior of the service center employees and their poor service. I even contacted 30308282 and they registered a complaint and told that I will be getting a call from the head office in 3 days but its more than fortnight now. I don’t understand why Samsung is having such an inefficient panel of customer care people. I hereby give my mobile handset details. Pl do the needful. Expecting a speedy action. My humble request to you is to provide me with a refund of my money.

                                I bought a new samsung galaxy 3 mobile handset on 09.02.2011.Since very 1st day, battery is getting low in a single day in a standby mode. When 3-4 calls are made, it functions for hardly 4-5 hrs.Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible

                                  Problem:
                                  Cooling was less right from the beginning
                                  Cooling stopped altogether on 4th July
                                  Reported to Samsung customer care and ACE Technomark on 7th July.
                                  The AC was taken for rectification of defect by Samsung after a few days
                                  Later when I talked to the service centre I was told that many components are defective(condenser,compressor,and there was no gas)
                                  I made a request to the opposite parties to replace the set
                                  The Ac was returned to me after two months without rectification of the defect. It was still not cooling. When I again demanded for replacement as the set was altogether a defective one – no replacement was done and neither was the problem resolved. I was told that it would be again rectified on availability of spares- but it was never done. I have suffered during the peak summer. The complaint no. [protected] is pending ever since.I was even offered an extension of the warranty period for 2 months , which I refused.
                                  Since then I have been waiting for Samsung to replace the set.
                                  Again in April 2011 , when I called up the customer care I was told that the previous complaint was closed and I was given a new complaint No. I was told that I would be required to pay up for the repairs.
                                  The problem continues and the customer services of Samsung is hopeless.They just try to play tricks with the customers instead of resolving the problem.I don't know how many times my complaint has been forwarded but iot is more important that the customer services reverts back and solve the problem. Its alreadt two summer over without the Ac working...and the customer team simply keeps appreciating my patience...amusing..

                                    This complaint made to the customer service Tirunelveli more than one year back, the service man came and told me the ic is not avialable as soon as it come i will rectify it. Now also i made complaint he came and said the same. What is the position of the ic which i quoted in the subject of complaint. Please rectify it immediately.the ic TDA 9381.ps/N3/3/1713 LPM802EIN7 should send immediately.

                                      I purchased a Samsung Star mobile 1 year back. From that day i am having problem with the network. It shows only 2-3 network bars. I always thought that this is due to poor network coverage from the provider. I complained many times about the network to the provider and they try to response in positive way and ensure that the network coverage is ok in my area. I tried my sim in other cell phones and found that their is no any network problem. Even i checked with other guys who were using the same network and found that they are not facing any issue. So finally the result is the problem is with my cell phone. I request you to change my mobile phone or get it repaired.

                                        samsung mobile galaxy s — getting blank

                                        I have purchased a Samsung Mobile phone Galaxy S last week. From the very 1st day it is getting stuck when any call is coming and I am disconnecting the line. It is getting blank and unfunctional for 3-5 minutes
                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I had given the mobile to your service centre and it was received on 25th May and returened on 27th May saying that my complaints were addressed . But nothing seems to be working right and was a usual self . It was again resubmited to your service centre on 28 may.
                                        The complaint started immediately with 4 days of buying the handset and i immediately contacted the mobile store and they reset the mobile and said that it will work fine after that.
                                        I have bben using Sony Errison P1 i from last three yrs and have never faced any issue.
                                        And after buying Samsung galaxy for 24900/- i m facing issues since day one. In these twenty days i could hardly use it even after spending Rs 24900/-
                                        I would request you to please issue DO and take back this handset as the complaint was addresed immediately and u can confirm this with the mobile store.
                                        I would be gratified with your early resolution on this.

                                        it has been long and i have being given reasons that i am not able to digest. I spent Rs 25, 000/- on this mobile not to be told that its a davanced technology so signal vanishes after a call for 2 min...then still it s has a problem when i wake up in the morning the mobile shows full signal but when somebody calls it shows switched off. an di have to make a call to any numbe rand after tht its active.
                                        This phone has been a big pain for me . Can somebody help me or this phone is not meant for serious users. I have been using sony ericsiion from last 3 year and has never faced such problem. and still its working well in comparision to Samsung galaxy, which seems to be a marketing creation.
