I purchased a samsung microwave ce107mdf-s. Its been more than 2 weeks since i registered a request for a demo. My complaint number is [protected]. The engineer scheduled a visit twice but didnt turn up at the time given by him voluntarily. The product had the user manual missing and thus the microwave is lying in my kitchen occupying precious space. I would suggest not to buy a samsung product as their service is horrible.

      The Washing Machine very frequently stops while it is set in operation. The service center herre in Trivandrum does not respond to the complaints. When and if at all Engineers from the service center comes, they do not know how to fix the problem. They wash their hands off. For the last one week I have been trying to contact them through their phone number[protected], but with no result. Nobody has turned up. They always tell me that somebody is coming to fix the problems, but nobody comes. I waste my time waiting for them. This is the worst service one can get. I feel I made a big mistake in buying a SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE. I am sure that when the public gets to know SAMSUNG has the worst and incompetient service center here in Trivandrum, Kerala, nobody would waste their money to buy and SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE.
      Please do arrange to have a proper service center here in Trivandrum.

        I had purchased a samsung microwave oven C103FL for Rs.11,000/- from Alpha Business Associates in September 2008. After 2.5 years complaints started and we contacted our local samsung service centre and they had sent one service person. After charging Rs,450/- he assured my old parents that the oven has been repaired (I m working in AG's Office). But to my dismay i found that it has not been repaired except for the microwave start button option. The timer,grill and convection were not working. Hence i contacted them again, and without charging, the service person told my parents that it has been repaired. But only the start button was functioning. This also failed in February 2011 and i gave the oven to the service centre (No.[protected], Mereena Electronics) token No.2054 in March 2011. After two months they contacted me and told me to collect. They said the panel has been changed and would cost Rs.1200/. But when i checked, the same old story only start button was functioning. They assured to change the panel and kept again for one more month and said that it is irrepairable and only start button can be made functional and that too after paying Rs.650/-. This also had only one month service guarantee. So first if i had not noticed, without changing the panel i would have paid Rs.1200/- We are middle class people and after paying Rs.11000/- and if it is irrepairable the loss we suffer is huge. We bought this thinking this as a big company with good service. But your service people have disappointed us. Henceforth, i would not buy your products nor recommend to my friends. I am sorry to say this and hope you would take some action in this regard.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I had purchased one 26" Samsung LCD TV series 4,on 17 July,2009. The Price of the TV was 14,900/-.Now in recent times the Television got some problem with the picture, the screen got full black. I had made the service requsition to samsung service customer care (([protected]) with a reference complain no [protected] for the duputation of service engineer. The service enginner visited the site and without opening the TV , he had recommended to change the whole Picture tube assembly which costs 9,500/-. While I myself checked that one IC chip is not having the power.

          I had talked with the senior service manager of kolkata branch regarding the pricing and he had only conveyed to give 10% discount.

          Now is it logical to change the spare part with almost the price of one complete television when the single unit can be replaced with good service from the branded company like samsung.

          Request you to kindly look into the matter to trust the brand name like samsung, as my all the house hold
          things are of the same brand. Or else my self would be in the threshold to purchase any samsung products in future.

          we bought samsung lcd tv and we got 1 year warranty for it.

          PROBLEMS I FACED:
          After warranty expires we had a problem regarding volume in tv .it increase to max level when put on.
          then we complaint service person, he said we need replace sound card and it cost 5000/-, their is no repair for it, complete card should changed .

          2.later we had a screen problem, a small straight line appear in middle, when we call him again he said we need to change screen card its more than 10000/-

          so, what i want to say is, better ask for EXTENDED WARRANTY, thus we can claim ...

          I HOPE, U CONSIDER MY EXPERIENCES..

            Samsung India Electronics Private Limited, A Company with just some particular sentences for their customers regarding any problem customer faces, “SIR KINDLY VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER” & “YOUR HANDSET NEEDS SOME SOFTWARE UPDATE”.

            And most interesting thing is that Company officials never ever revert you for any of your correspondences even if you mention your correspondences to India Service Head than also or if you’re forwarding any complaints to Customer Service Executive, same person should make a reply with no details about his/her name designation or anything about.

            If customer asks to any company officials of m/s Samsung India Electronics Private Limited about their CEO or Regional President, they would prefer to say “we don’t have this information”, If customer asks about Head Office of CEO or VICE CHAIRMAN than also the same sentence should appear through Officials or Customer Care Executive or Technical Concern Officers like “SORRY WE DON’T HAVE THIS INFORMATION”.

            Company officials in subsidiary of India shows about power & authorities of Company in all the ways like financially/ legally, even use to call genuine complaints “Frivolous” “In-Correct” etc. Or if someone use to approach with proper manner to level by level, than Company Officials use to call this as “CUSTOMER IS DOING ALL THIS WITH ULTERIOR MOTIVE”, Like customer is being so free to waste his/ her time with only company officials.

            Company shows Fake/ Improper technical specifications on company web site and provide else in product physically.

            Customer Purchased a New Product for what? Just to spent time with Authorized Service Centers or with Customer Care Department? Even let we suppose if Company launched any New Model in the Market than doesn’t it be quality approved? Or Quality approved just to show? If company use to make all testing about quality of the product before arrival of product in the Market than how come to ask anyone for software update?

            Company is a Multi National Company but reply letters of Company never ever have any reference numbers or details of sender like name designation etc.

            Company officials denied for specifications which were being provided by company on site with so sense less excuses.

            This is all what Samsung India, We are sure one day soon when company’s reputation shall be gone on worst ranking in views of customer than only Company’s Chairman or CEO or Regional President should get wake, till than only Samsung should harass or threaten customer with all inappropriate behaves while retrieving inadequate resolutions with nothing.

            m/s Samsung India Electronics Private Limited — Defective Handset & Misbehave of Company Officials

            Samsung India Electronics Private Limited launched defected handsets in market for which if customers making complaint, company officials use to misbehave with customer & force to get it repair even Policy declared for all companies doesn’t says same thing if any product is having manufacturing fault, Because when customer had not done any mistake or there is no fault occurred due to usage, if fault had been occurred by company’s end only from the moment of purchasing than company have to replace or refund against the faulty product but Samsung is having its own policy & doesn’t care about Monopolies and restrictive trade practices 1969/1991 or consumer act 1986, in which all companies are bounded to work as per the rules & regulations, even Samsung is showing different specifications on site & providing different specifications in product genuinely, battery back-up is also not as shown on site of mobile but still company is working cause we customers would not like to spend our time against proceedings the cases to higher authorities or government officials or judicial channels. This is just an experience gained by us while purchasing products Mobile Phones of Samsung which are Newly Launched like Samsung Chat Duos Samsung Champ Duos Samsung Guru Duos. Company officials Misbehave/ abuse/ harass customers. This is all about Samsung India.

            Respected Sir/ Madam,

            There is more than one Product & we had gone through with mostly all channels of OKhla also like Mr. Rahul Mr. Rajiv Mr. Jagpal etc.

            You can imagine frequency of increasing of problems, like yester we purchased another New Handset of Samsung GT-SS5760HKAINU which doesn't found with accessories while opened the box; that was simply a incredible effort to make anyone fool or cheated at.

            For previous problems we approached to everyone at the highest peak in the company as customer care officers having details, even more than that, but experiences is disgusting, first officials doing mistake than trying to pretened than if found customer a bit strong and aware about all than started to harass or threat, when this also doesn’t affect at customer than started to say customer is harassing the company.

            Did anyone hear yet anywhere that customer harasses any company?

            Today we asked Mr. Rajiv Ganju to provide an appointment to show him some fact personally but till yet there is nothing, no reply or anything from him or anyone else.

            Products are so many like GT-E2652/ GT-C3222/ GT-E2152/ GT-C2232/ GT-S5760/ GT-S5250/ GT-C6712 etc.

            We are still waiting as we had given much space to company officials to move on but as of their behaviour we tried to approach CEO office and Chairperson Office at Seoul also, and waiting for their anwer, if we found nothing still after doing all these efforts than shall surely move towards, Legal agencies like Honourable Jurisdictions etc.

            We had visited lot to ASC but had denied later to visit again & again as it was disgusting to deal with officers of there, even ASC people were declined about what m/s Samsung India Electronics Private Limited declared on its site about battery back-up, like they confirmed Samsung doesn’t have even a single handset which could provide you battery back-up Talk Time more than 7 hours, and Samsung is only having three handsets which could provide back-up Talk Time of 7 hours, those handsets belongs to high range category of Samsung Mobile Handsets.

            We tried to approach where we could be, but due to inadequate efforts of Samsung Officials we faced lot of losses as well as harassment and when we raise our voice against the same, Mr. Rahul Pandey send us threaten letter in which He tried to show capabilities & powers of Samsung India in the field of economic & jurisdictions, even we already forwarded a presentation to Mr. Rajiv Ganju enclosing with so enough evidences which could prove easily about pain of customer, but nothing had come as Mr. Rahul Pandey is saying in his letter that customer is raising all frivolous improper allegations based on incorrect information cause customer wants to get unlawful gains and having Ulterior Motive behind this, by doing all this customer is harassing our company to get Unlawful Gains.

            Well a Company which is not providing exact for what customer is paying the full cost decided by
            Company, than how could company provide any other Unlawful Gain to Customer? And the interesting thing when we found Mr. Rahul Pandey using his authorities in inappropriate manners than we forwarded the concern to Honorable Commissioner of Police Delhi for further as having doubt to get harm from company or company officials, than Mr. Rahul Pandey is saying customer is threatening to company, but when He was showing powers of company & customer also raised this issue in-front of relevant department, than Mr. Rahul Pandey was proving customer is doing wrong.

            We tried to approach to Seoul Officials, as we should get in touch with them, we should surely find-out some resolutions, but whatever these stuffs are going on, making worst experiences about Samsung India, and if anyone shout it doesn’t meant that He is saying any truth or it doesn’t meant He is absolutely Right, same is with Mr. Rahul Pandey, We felt till yet to escalate the matter with non-judicial authorities but now due to unwanted force from Okhla officials and as Mr. Rajiv Ganju’s silent even He is taking care about our case (confirmed by ASC Back-End In-Charge Mr. Nitin Aggarwal), it seems like till yet we had forwarded concern to Police Department for our security only, But Now we have to prepare a presentation to present the same in-front of Honorable Jurisdictions Authorities for further justified resolutions.

            We are feeling like this is being happened with us, even we have much enough knowledge about how to present our grievances for redresses of the same, but what if any simple ordinary customer who doesn’t even know about ASC places or more than any department from Company, how much he/ she should get harass with these officials.

            We had forwarded our concern to Our Government Channels including Department of Consumer Affairs & “”now when we requested Mr. Rajiv Ganju to Provide us some Appointment so that we could show Him about certain facts & genuine evidences which could prove everything easily, We are not in receipt of any reply even whole day had gone, So it seems like there is something wrong, maybe some officer in-between is not sincere about his/ her job or maybe someone is there who is creating all these problems by knowingly just to disturb customer.””

            We are having some faith as Samsung Electronics Private Limited is South Korea Originated Company, If we should try to present our grievances in-front of Seoul Officials, they surely would not leave this issue as they could feel its sensibilities & should surely investigate the matter and should surely punish them who is responsible for all these problems.

            I Bought latest new Smart LED TV D7000 LED two months back and now it is not working. Technician came three time at my home. But helpless with the defect piece . I have spend Rs.One Lac Fourty seven thousand five hundred. I have bought from Samsung Exclusive Gallery from Matrix Distributor at Vileparle west . I have lost my hard earned money .             during call my mobil obesrve more & more heat which not suitable for attend the call

            when i go to your service center " samsung exclusive " service center, kabari bazar, near o.b.c bank, Ambala cantt. Haryana, where your engineer check the mobil & they also
            results the same problems after that i requested to repalce a new mobil but they refused
            it & they told us to repair the mobile.

            After that i call your samsung custmor care toll free.n. [protected] from 2 weeks & about 10 to 20 time ref : complaint.n. [protected].
            after that i get a call from your noida samsung office phone.n.[protected] they told us to call the phone.n of your asm mr ashish chibber mb .n [protected] in the favour of replaceing the mobile
            Then i call your asm & they told me to repalace the mobil after one week

            So please replace my mobile as early as possible..

            After[protected] I sumitted the handset samsung galaxy s2 in your samsung service center : Kohli Telecom, Ambala cantt, ( Haryana ) Work order no. 5459. dt[protected].
            after i call your asm mr ashis chibber he told me that your set under observation & after this process. he told that he will send the handset in samsung service center .

            Today 1-9-2011 at 4.30 pm i go to samsung service center to collect my handset samsumg galaxy s2 & they told that your set is not delivered.

            Then i call your asm mr ashish chibber about 15 to 20 time but he not picked my call .

            Sir your service is very poor, your asm is also not responding me properly.he hrash me
            by wrong commitments..

            2-9-2011 friday at about 11.oo am i call Mr. Gorav kapoor (asm) dicussing about same problem then mr gorav kapoor arrange a confrance call with mr ashish chibber & me during the call mr gorav kapoor ask ashish chibber that he commited to repalace the handset then he says yes he commited to repalace the handset after that he says that there some battery problem in the handset & they change the battery.
            Mr. gorav told me to use the handset if there is problem exists he will repalaced the handset.he told that they contact us as early as possibile to get the handset from service center.
            Sunday i go to service center where i checked the mobile & get the same problem, as a result i dont take the handset.
            5-9-2011 Monday mr gorav kapoor asm called me arround 3.30 pm he told me to go next day (tuesday) to see the handset & check it if there is some problem exists in handset then he commited to repalace the handset.

            6-9-2011 Tuesday I go to the service center where i see my handset was on charging then i check the handset as result handset get observe more heat & the sansor was also
            not working properly.your service engineer also examined the same problem & they was agree with my handset problem. after that i got a call from mr gorav kapoor (asm) i told mr kapoor about the problem of heat & he told me that if the mobil temprature raises 45 degree than he replace the handset than i told him that he commited if any problem exists he will replace the handset but he clenily refused about his commitment & was not agree to replace the handset.

            Your asm was not responsing us proprely.he was wrong all about his commitment & he harras me very much .

            I requested you to replace my handset as soon as possible.

            It has been an agonizing 1 month for me after I have purchased Samsung AC.

            The product never worked and after repeated complaints no one from the service centre has attended to the issue.

            Couple of engineers have visited and inspected the AC recently. Not sure when the issue will resolved and there is communication from Samsung regarding the issue.

            I request you refund my money immediately.
            Request for replacement for my brand new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

            The device worked well for a month.

            Mobile hanged and did a hard reboot by pressing the volume low button & power button continuously

            Experienced a peculiar problem like
            ** The display blinks between the home page and Lock screen OR
            ** It blinks between Wake up and Lock Screen.
            ** Some time the screen of Reset, PowerOff, Emergency mode also comes in-between.

            Visited the Samsung service [TVS] @ Velachery. At the time of waiting, did a hard reboot. Worked fine. Told this to them. They said it may be due to software issue and if it gets reinstalled, the issue may not arise. Since I was on my way to office & the mobile worked on reboot, I told them that I will come by saturday to do this.

            I went to the same service [TVS], they did a software update and found that the issue exists. Then they told that it may be a power button problem. To ensure this we need to open the device. They put the job sheet and asked me to wait and there goes off the power and the centre did not have any proper power backup. I sat there for 15 mins and at that time noticed several unprofessional incidents happening around. I got my fear and asked them to return my device. They took back the job sheet from me and returned the device back. I took a photo copy of the job sheet and left.
            The mobile starts working without issue within couple of hours. But I decided to take it to some other service centre. So, that day itself I came to the Ascent Samsung Service Centre, Nandanam.

            There I explained the whole episode. There they said the same software update stuff and did an update. I spent almost 40 mins sitting there and working on my mobile after the update
            . It was working good and with a smile I left the place.

            Again on[protected] the same problem occurs again. I was not able to use my mobile. But I took the video of the problem through another mobile, so that I can show the issue to the service people if my mobile fool me around.

            As expected the mobile worked fine in the morning. Visited the service centre by 10AM. Showed the video to them and explained. They said they need to replace the board. And I asked for a replacement. They said they cannot do anything since the policy on replacements is 7 days. [I wonder how they arrived this 7 days]. Also they suggested to talk to the Samsung Care line [[protected]]. I called them and explained the entire story [this time I was drained] and asked them for a replacement. They said that I will get a call back within 4hrs [I called by 11AM]. Also they told to give the mobile to the service station and to get the job sheet. So that once I receive the call from samsung we can decide on this. So I left the mobile and came back with the Job order: Samsung careline ref no:

            I called the service station and enquired whether they get any response from samsung care. They said NO and they are they that if the display is changed the problem will get rectified. But they are not saying this on confident. Seems like just a try. No one have replied from samsung yet.

            Request:
            Samsung has served me a FAULTY MOBILE. I am a customer of samsung right from 2003 on various products. I have Samsung Microwave, AC, etc., in home. My last phone was Samsung Note 2. It was working good for more than 3 yrs and changed to this S7 edge only because of the previous good experience with Samsung. But after buying this phone I was totally shattered with the hope on samsung. All I want is to replace the phone with a New One. I am not a customer who simply asks for a replacement. Its just 1.5 months from purchase, I was handling this with extreme care, I didn’t make any physical damage, so I feel I am totally deserved to get a new replacement. Hope samsung will play fair on this. I donot want it to be serviced.

            Some concerns after this service centre visit:
            No proper trained technical service people:
            In TVS service they said ‘Power key’ problem.In Ascent service they need to replace the board. I presumed its only by guess and try. Because I invited the customer facing counter person to show the view to the service guy. But it didn’t happened.
            It took almost 40 mins for them to give me a standby mobile with 10% charge in it and it drained before i reach office [its a 20mins drive]

              I filed the complaint regarding My monitor which is not working on 6 sept. 2009 in the customere care of Samsung, they gave me a complaint no. [protected], and its still the same as it was ion 6 sept. 2009, My monitor is not working - showing no display. I bought it on May 2008 with 3 years of warranty period.There had been six visits from the service centre of Samsung since 6 sept. but nothing substantial as my problem remains unsolved and there has been no visits sincs 5 th oct. I am totally exhausted of calling the customere care regularly with same repeated responses.

              I have a connection of internet of MTNL for which I paid around Rs800 per month due to non-working of monitor I am not able to use that and since then Rs 2000 has been paid as Internet charges.I want the new monitor from samsung and Rs 50000 as compensation.

                    I have already placed a complaint against Samsung Mobile co. with regard to the Samsung Galaxy pop SCH 1559. It is an android technology CDMA handset.
                    Its been three months I have purchased this mobile but I have been struggling with this handset very badly.
                    There is no Internet access packages through this mobile in the Reliance Sim card.
                    Same with the Tata Indicom Sim card, when i have checked it shows please check Internet settings.
                    None of the Electronic Intelligent helping me out..not even Samsung Service center nor the Reliance web world.

                    It is worth of 10,000 Rs. mobile and I find that the company has made a blunder cheating in producing this product.
                    I humbly request you to kindly take action on it. and help me out with this problem.

                    I had same problem. I switched to tata indicom, but had a message " check network settings "
                    So I went to tata indicom office in pimpri. They has wrongly supplied me OMH card costing 100 rs which is meant for new connection.

                    The fellow called Dinesh helped me a lot at Tata Indicom office.

                    They replaced it with rs49 hand set change card . "PRECHANGE pin number" smsed to the number mentions on the instruction set. you get sms in return and need to call *228 and do the procedure as prompted on phone. You get hand set programmed and activated message .pl note the OMH gets activated only by call to *228 . But again the internet did not work .The tata indicom guys took my complaint and sent me sms with complaint number . Then with in 24 hrs the internet started and EVDO channel came on.Now I enjoy internet with Rs94 plan with Tata Indicom

                      I had brought samsung handset modle no B5722 (Serial No - RP7B257201B, IMEI - [protected]), from Vijay Sales Borivali (W),. wide there invoice dated June 30, 2011.

                      From July 13, 2011, onwards the camara of this handset found not working, then I took it the shop, where i Purchased & asked about replacement but they refused & replyed me go to service centre. then I approvched to Master Care Services at Borivali (W), (authorised Samsung Services Centre), the service centre told me it would take 10 days time for repaire. Now they are telling me it will take another 15 days time to repaire.

                      I wondoring, why samsaung cant replace the handset? that it is only 12 days old, then what about the Gaurentee & Warranty?

                        We purchased a refrigerator from M/S Prince Electronics, Station Road Kalwa, Thane Maharashtra,

                        pin-400605 samsung dealer vide bill no: 19009 dated 11/5/2011

                        On 15th July 2011 in the morning refrigerator suddenly failed to work and complaint was lodged

                        vide Complaint Ref No: [protected].

                        Your Service Engineer visited us on 15th july 2011 at 8:30 pm and told us that switch connected to

                        refrigerator is not working and he had told us the switch to be repalced was not avaibale with him

                        as he didnt had any spared one at that time So he told us that he will attend to same on 16 july

                        2011 i.e next day.
                        Then on 16th july 2011 he visited and came with switch and then he checked again he told that the

                        compressor of the Refrigerator is failed.
                        Then we told him that we want the Replacement of the Refrigerator immediately because its the new

                        one and we dont want it to be repaired.
                        We have been calling to samsung customer care since 16/7/11 continuously till today and got reply

                        from the customer care executive that case of replecement has been forwarded to the seniors and will

                        get the replacement feed back till


                        by 20/7/11 evening. Till today we have not receieved any

                        communication for the replacement of Refrigerator as it was told that we would get the confirmed

                        feedback till 20/7/11. So its an earnest request to look into this matter and arrange to repalcement

                        of Refrigerator immediately with out any further delay.

                        We have patient at home and medicines needs refrigeration, see we are suffering a lot please do the

                        needful.

                          I have purchased a samsung chat 322 phone on 18/07/2011, but on 19th i found that the network of both the sim's automatically drops at irregular intervals. On 20th morning i took the handset to service centre where after checking they told me to leave the phone for repair. But I resisted the same as the phone was only 2 days old. So they offered for replacement after talking to the service incharge of the area. I also spoke with the service incharge & he rendered full cooperation to me & got my handset replaced with a new one. I m thankful for that but on receiving the second handset i found the same problem of network drops with the new handset. again i contacted the service center & service incharge & they have asked for 7 days to resolve the issue. I m waiting for the same now. But my complaint is if there is some problem with the handset then why has the company not recalled the handsets & why is it selling in the market. Every service team member is trying to help me but no one has a concrete solution to the problem. if at all i need to exchange the handset i have to compromise both on price as well as choice. So SAMSUNG people why i have to compromise for company's fault. If somebody listening & can help me please call me at [protected]/[protected].

                            I bought 2 Samsung Window Air Conditioners (1 Ton each, Model No: AWT12ZK) on 1st May, 2008 (Invoice No: GR/03589)

                            I am extremely dissatisfied with the performance of one of my window air conditioner as suddenly cooling went for a toss in the month of May, 2011.

                            When I registered complaint at Samsung Helpdesk (Call Center), one of the engineers visited & gave me an estimate of around Rs 2800=00 for replacement of gas in AC.

                            I fail to understand how come within 3 years of buying this branded product, there could be an expense of around Rs 2800=00 which I need to take care of & that too when I have used this AC at optimum usage (1 hr daily only during summers).

                            When I called Samsung Helpdesk to make them aware that they should get my AC repaired free of cost as I am not going to foot the bill of Rs 2800=00, the supervisor informed me that it is in hands of local service center located in Kalyan.

                            Helpdesk Supervisor transferred my call to Samsung service center located in Kalyan but they flatly refused to repair my AC free of cost & they told it is in the hands of Company to do so.

                            No one is ready to take the responsibility & I am extremely disappointed the way a branded product like Samsung has performed.

                            I request you to please look into this matter & get my AC repaired at the earliest possible which will keep my loyalty with the company.

                            But as a special case service centre offered you a discount and total estimate was 1650/-.

                            There is no question of paying a single penny to get my AC repaired. You will have to bear the full expenses to get it repaired at the earliest possible failing which i will have to take this matter with honorable consumer court.

                            The reason is simple, your product has not delivered as per the expectations from a brand name like Samsung.

                            As i made myself clear during our last telephonic conversation, i have used my AC with optimum usage since the day i have purchased it (approximately 1 hr per day only during summers) & i have also regularly get it serviced by your professional service engineers which can be verified by having a look at my AC by your service engineers.

                            I have taken all possible care of my AC but still if it is giving problems then Samsung as an organization needs to take care of it.

                            It's not that i cannot afford the expenses for repair, however the point is that i as an consumer preferred to buy Samsung AC at a higher price as compared to other local AC's or other brands in the market, is just because i trusted your brand power & wanted my piece of mind with the best performance which unfortunately your product has not delivered.

                            If I as a consumer am paying higher price & going ahead with brand, then what i am expecting in this scenario is the least.

                            I hope you will understand & will get my AC repaired free of cost at the earliest possible to avoid any further inconvenience to me.

                              We bought our refrigerator from Samsung in June 2010. Though it is a frost free refrigerator we are facing a lot of problem with ice formation in the freezer since May 2011. It was within the one year warranty period, so we lodged a complaint with the company service center. since two months the complaint still remains unresolved. Every time the company sends new person to have the problem fixed. Every executive of the company gives us a different reason for the problem and asks us to change some part or the other which we have been following. But after the entire exercise the problem still persists.

                              My family members have been calling them religiously everyday but their response is deteriorating. In the recent past they are assuring us to send a company representative but no one shows up. if we call one executive named Rajkumar(mob number:[protected]) who had attended to our complaint for a week earleir, he says that his area of work has changed so we need to go back through the entire exercise again.

                              I am a doctor by profession and I am unable to give so much time to such irresponsible company service centers. I am taken a back by an international company like Samsung having such manner less and non-committed service executives.

                              I am frustrated and I had no choice than to write in this forum with a hope that my problem my get resolved.

                              I am Shreekumaran Nair, I have purchased a SAMSUNG Refrigerator from "NEXT", Indore on 25.07.2010 MODEL CODE : [protected].

                              Now the Refrigerator is held up i.e. The Refrigarator Taking More Voltage & Not Functioning the Cooling Process. This Complaint already registered at Customer Care and they give a Reference Code : [protected] on dt. 14.12.2013, they also told me that the Representative will attend upto 8'O Clock today knight. But till time they have not attend and not responds from Sansung Customer Care.

                              Now, I have contact with Customer Care of Sansung then they told that my house is far from the city area. So, the representative has not come and they also told that the representative will attend the case within 7 days of time because my house is far from the city.

                              So, I want to know that The SAMSUNG product is only for the CITY AREA People or for all? If the above mentioned problems will face then why the outside city customer will purchase your product?

                              Actually the reason is not wright. I think this types problems facing many people in our country as such mine.
                              Kindly solve the problems from company"s end otherwise your product will go down as per Sales with the others.

                                    I had purchased a mobile phone of Samsung (Model # SCH-F339, FCC ID # A3LSCHF339) from Hot Spot (District center branch, Janakpuri at a price of Rs. 8500/- on 10th May’10.
                                    I am facing lots of issues since day one I have bought this phone, I have started facing an issue that music player takes a lot of time to open and load, I went to your service center in District Center, Janakpuri but never found it open on time which is 10AM IST, at last after four times I found your service center opened and when reported that issue they said that it’s a known issue in Samsung Corby, hence I should take it in a way that you are providing a faulty product to your customers(Which is really shocking), I also reported four other faults with this that the ear phones not working, battery is not giving proper back up, touch function of the phone is not working and speakers making crackling sound intermittently, for other issues after a long discussion your service center agreed to fix the fault but asked to deposit my phone for 15 working days and to give me a new ear phones at the same time as ears phones were not available in stock, but while I was discussing my issues to them I saw many people coming and asking for their phones which were deposited more than 2 months back, and that’s why I didn’t had courage of giving permission to deposit my phone, later they promised to give a phone call when they will have a spare phone but no one called for almost one and a half month, I went there again and after a long discussion again they replaced the screen and battery of my phone and gave it back to me in six hours without fixing the speakers issue as speakers were not available in stock as well as the new ear phone set(Receipt of said service is attached), but still the issue was not fixed and I went back after taking third leave from my work especially for this phone (which I think was one of the most ridiculous thing I have purchased in my whole life), they then said that they have to upgrade the software and need to replace the motherboard which they cannot do again in few hours and need the phone to deposited for 15days but they do not any spare phones available to provide and will call me back once they will have it, it was hard to believe that someone will call me from Samsung but still I believed and guess what, I am still waiting for the call and no one called, now when I went there again the service center was closed, I went to hot spot and they asked to go Moti Nagar service center where the owner said that they have nothing to do with this and asked to contact Mr. Ansari on his mobile # given by the owner of Moti Nagar’s service center as they cannot either provide me a new headsets nor they can fulfill the commitments given by the owner of another service center, I then called Mr. Ansari who was the regional head of Samsung mobile as per Moti Nagar service center’s owner but the way he talked and answered my question it was completely disgusting, refused for any help and asked to write an email to your support email address on website and hung up the phone, I later received a caIl from one of the Samsung executive who asked me to take the phone to their newly opened service center in Janakpuri , I went there and the was promised a call back today on Wednesday(20th July’11) to confirm if they have the parts from Samsung or not which can be replaced but as expected no call came, now I am now completely disgusted with the services and support I have received from Samsung. Now my phone has stopped working completely as battery doesn’t work for more than 1 hour, touch function is not functioning properly, new ear phones still not provided and music player still takes time to load. I am aghast by the conduct and behavior of Samsung, claiming to believe in ethics and customer friendly behavior Instead of admitting the defect and deficiency in service, and ensuring that no such calamity occurs in future, the response of Samsung has been most pathetic and condemnable. I have a part time business as well to take care hence I have now purchased a new blackberry just because I cannot afford to use this faulty phone any more as its not only giving me mental stress but also affecting my business as well. I want to register a legal complaint against Samsung for providing these kind of services and wrong commitments made by their service centers owners.

IT STAYED LONGER WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE THAN ME USING IT. NOW IT IS JUNKED. SAMSUNG CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED IT. AND OH SAMSUNG SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO AFTER SALES SERVICE. SAMSUNG SHOULD BE BANNED FROM MANUFACTURING!!!
