I PURCHASED SAMSUNG WINDOW AC 1.5 TON IN 2005,,ON 1ST JULY THE AC HAD SOME MINOR PROBLEM,,THEN ON 1ST JULY I CONTACT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE IN MUMBAI..ON 2ND JULY ,,TWO ENGINEERS VISITED IN MY HOUSE,,THEY CHECKD ALL THE STATUS..THEY TOLD ME ,,THE PROBLEM IS OF DISPLAY,,I SAID OK SIR U CAN CHANGE IT,,HE TOLD ITS OF 1280 RS ,,THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL VISIT TOMMOROW,,,ON NEXT DAY NO ONE HAD COME,,THEN I AGAIN CALL THEIR CUS CARE,,THEY TOLD ,,TODAY THEY WILL DEFINATELY VISIT AT THE LOCATION..AGAIN NO ONE IS THERE,,,I WAIT TILL 5TH JULY ,,NO HAD COME ...I WA REALLY IRRITATED FROM THEIR BEHAVIOUR,,,,,
SO I REALY FED OF THIS SAMSUNG COMPANY...SO I REQUIST U ALL NO ONE CAN PURCHASE ANY AC FROM SAMSUNG

1. CUS CARE IS REALY FED UP
2. ENGINEER R ..AND UNEDUCATED
3. NO EDUCATED ENGINNEER IS THERE...

FutureBazaar — Replacement not getting
Aginst my order no [protected] , i purchased Jaipan non stick fry pan, on dated 15 Aug 2010, received same as per delivery terms within 7 days,But in that mention product found in damage condition, as per policy they should replace it, so i logeed the complint by mail as well as by telephone,against same they reply they will collect it befroe or on 31.8.2010,but still date as on 06.09.2010, its lying with me.
I unable to use that pan after paying money.
Its very bad expirance to me from them
