I have purchased 2 Ton Samsung AC on 8-5-2012 from AM Traders Jammu. After installation i called Samsung service center and complained as my AC was not cooling properly. Samsung Service Center in Jammu promised 6 different times to send there engineers to fix the issues but no one turned up. Now whenever i call them they disconnect my call. I have all the call records of how many time i called service center.
i have 7 Samsung AC's, and i think i have made a mistake buying Samsung. If the company like Samsung cannot provide proper after sales service and Samsung employee make false commitment to there customers then we should seriously think of not buying Samsung products. I am thinking of logging formal complain against "Samsung" .

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a Samsung LCD TV 32" (81cms) in the month of December @2011. It was costing Rs. 30,455/-. But within three months it got spoiled. I was contacting the service centre here at Vijayawada for the past two months, but none of them responded positively. After much instigation somebody came and took the details of the TV so as to replace the product which they could not succeed. Earlier they promised that they would get me a new piece of TV since it is under the warranty period. But one fine day they called me and said the cheque of Rs. 30,455 has come, bring the TV and collect the cheque. All these process took nearly two months. Now that i am totally irritated with the behaviour of your staff here especially the Area Manager Mr. Ashok who has no basic good manners in dealing with the customers. If i wanted, I would have created ruckus in the service centre in the presence of media.
    Now I have decided not to have any of the Samsung company products in my house and relatives house.

    Before the things could turn violent for your staff and your service centre here at Vijayawada, I suggest that you ask your staff here to bring the cheque to my house and collect the useless TV that i have purchased from Samsung.
    Otherwise I have to go to the Consumer court with all the proofs and money spent for the irresponsible and negligent behaviour of your 'so called samsung company staff'.

    Samsung TV — Useless TV

    I bought quite a number of Samsung Products from Vijay Sales, Mumbai. One of them a TV, model No.WS3230HE after paying Rs. 65, 000 on 15Dec05, started giving problems and got it repaired on 12April07, call no [protected], now again started giving problems, registered a complaint (call No.[protected]/[protected]) so called "Samsung Engineer" who attended it says EHT or Picture Tube gone off cannot repair because part not available with Samsung hence complaint being cancelled
    now I am stuck with a useless Samsung TV which Samsung sold to me and cannot service it.
    Therefore I request Samsung to change their Slogan from "NEXT IS WHAT" to "NEXT IS ". Henceforth Samsung products are out of bounds from my house/soceity and will ensure that the message will also go out loud and clear to all.
    I have bought Samsung LCD 22" Tv on[protected], after 6 month tv started giving problem. i complained to customer care their executive came after one month and repalced the part saying that some part is having problem. Again after 1 month same problem occured again executive came and told that the panel is having problem and he replaced it. Last month the warranty got over and on same month again tv is not working now they are asking for INR-400, for service and INR 1400 for part replacement. i have been given faulty TV. And they also said that the parts of this TV is not available. i need my money back or replacement. please do the needfull.
    sir i[censored] have any comlent of lcd and plasma tv call mi on [protected] / [protected] ....
    The polarize film on the top of LCD came out as if burned and Samsung ask 12500 to repair.
    What a joke, I rather keep it on my terrace to show people how Samsung TV look like after a period of time and those using other product too should aware of it.
    I contacted samsung service center in jaipur for a part of my LCD TV but no response from past three days as yet

        My name is Mrs.Vaishali Dhanda and I am a resident of Chennai. I bought a Samsung split 1.5 ton a/c on 20 june 2011, Invoice no. 14749 from Rathna Cools Pvt ltd at T nagar , Chennai for Rs.33190/-.
        Ever since we have purchased the air conditioner we have not had a moments peace. The a/c has been serviced six times and a few days ago we complained the seventh time, the present complaint no. is [protected]. There is a water leakage from the a/c due to ice formation. Twice your technicians have refilled the gas but the same problem reoccurs after every few days. We switch the a/c on and after a few hours there is a lot of water that keeps dripping and it causes a lot of nuisance as we have a LCD rite under the A/c.Every time there is an A/c technician who comes from a company called "Alfa Refrigeration" who assures us that the A/c will be up and running and every 2 weeks late the same problem persists.Last week we lodged the complaint again whose complaint number is given above and the service guy from the given company told us that he could get a new piece,we gave him the copy of the A/c bill and he said that he would do the needful.Upon calling him up this morning he has told us that he will take 15 days (as per company policy) to get the new A/c.We are in the peak of summer and I'm 9 months pregnant and it hell for me without an A/c in my room.The service technician easily passes the buck to his manager and then tells us that we can goto the Mylapore Branch to give our grievances. I dont know what to do !!

          I am really frustrated with the response from the service center. I have visited the service center atleast 3 - 4 times in the past 4 months. Each time the service center would do the software update and the problem persited as it is. Now they have come up with the new solution to replace the motherboard.

          I am really dissatisfied with Samsung and the service provided. Is there any way to get my money back / new mobile ? Could any one help me on this issue.

              I bought the Samsung Ultra Slim Fit TV model CS21A530 by December 2008.The TV stopped working all of a sudden by January 2012, refusing to get powered on. Called up the customer care and got the service center contact at Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. The service engineer came home and inspected the TV after 3 days from the date of complaint. He found the LVT seems to have gone and told us they had to order a new one and replace it. The order was placed for the LVT by February (that's what i heard from the service center people there) and it reached them by May 1st week only. I dint get any intimation about the arrival of the parts and neither no one turned up to pick the TV again to fix it. After repeatedly calling them, another guy was sent home to take the board from TV to replace the LVT. After a week also they dint return back the TV, again no calls or any response from them. When i called later, they were like the inventory people has made some mistake and that the part is missing now. This is really stupidity. Cant they even handle the parts properly? Neither do they call up the customers and regret the inconvenience nor they do any alternate measures to service the customer. Now i have been told to wait for the new order to be placed to get the LVT again. This is really annoying and insane to wait for 6 months to fix a small issue with the TV. Samsung service center is really pathetic in helping the customers.

                This is in reference to the details mentioned above of the mobile Samsung Galaxy Plus(G-IT 9001) IMI no. [protected] purchased from the authorized Dealer Ranger Collection, Matunga, Mumbai white cash memo no. 1820 on the date mention earlier.
                The Phone has been carefully used and I’m happy with the model and its function. Since last 1 month the 2 keys below the touch screen would abruptly stop functioning on restarting the handset it would start working. To resolve this problem I visited your authorized Partner Ccom Services at 15th road, Chembur, Mumbai with the photocopy of the bill. On checking the instrument I was informed that the problem is with the touch screen (display) and it will be replaced within the warranty. After waiting for half an hour I was told that some part inside in broken as the instrument had fallen down and can’t be replaced in warranty.
                In turn I informed that the handset has never fallen however in case the part needs to me changed for proper functioning you may do it and was asked to pay for the same and was charged Rs. 4502/-. I found to be over priced. Since I made the payment ,I insisted on giving the old part which this service partner refused by telling that the part will be sent to the company. When I insisted on the same I was told that he will take the consent from Samsung to hand over the part to me.
                Somehow I found the entire approach of this services partner to be suspicious and would like to report to you and also I’m also marking a separate mail to consumer guidance society and asking my legal department and PR Agency to send a notice.
                The reason for all this is not the amount but this way you must be feeing the other consumers as well.
                If this is the approach your organization has I think all the consumers in India must know about it.

                Hello Sir,
                This is complain against the Samsung service center, Kota (Rajasthan).
                My one side of the ear plug was not working so for that service center guy told me that there is some water at the place of Jack .So I left it over there.
                When I got it back my Screen also stop working after questioning them that when I gave this to you, there was just the problem with one ear plug now the screen is not getting displayed.
                They try to convince me by saying that water is at the screen also, then I questioned them that if the water was in whole mobile why everything was working .He was unanswered at that time so I took my mobile back and showed it to another local shops according to them there is no water problem.
                Sir , Service center people made the condition of my mobile more worsen rather than repairing it .In fact this is not the first time, once service center guy refused me to repair my one mobile by saying that it’s not repairable and it was repaired very easily by the some other local repair shop.
                How can you allow those kind o[censored]ntrained people at the service center, it loose the believe in the brand like Samsung

                  I had purchased samsung GT- S8530 wave II S.No. R5YZC98605A on 5.01.2011 from Sangeetha Mobiles, for Rs18,400, after days of its purchase the mobile was getting switched off by itself and was also getting heated.When i asked the dealer they convinced telling that getting heated is common when applications are open. After 1yr the touch screen and the software got spoiled and I could not operate it. I got it repaired by samsung service center, mangalore and paid rs4,426 for same on 28.03.2012, and since two days again the same problem has occurred. Can you please help me out in what should I do further? I don't want to spend extra money to it.

                  Dear Consumer

                  I purchased SAMSUNG S8530 WAVE 2 (MODEL: GT-S8530) (S/N: RV7B886533L) (IMEI: 358888/04/003283/7) from Ganpati Mobile, G-17-18, Ground Floor, Sri Ram Tower, 13 Ashok Marg Lucknow, UP. on 18-Sep-2011.
                  I am well aware about the technology and its usage. I am also a very brand conscious and brand loyal person. I am using SAMSUNG Split AC, Washing machine, LCD and 2 more Samsung mobile. I am facing problem in my AC as well but, that ok its technology and it may fail but my latest mobile have driven me crazy and I have asked myself not to go for Samsung in my whole life again.

                  I am working as a Quality Analyst and looks for Customer Relations also in Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India ltd. and from now onwards I am not gonna recommend SAMSUNG to any of my clients, customer or staff.

                  My Samsung got first error on 5-May-12 (7 month after purchase) when it showed automatically charging issue. I took it to the nearest SAMSUNG Authorized Service Station (Mobile Dot Com, 111, Sriram Tower, 13 Ashok Marg, Lucknow.) where they replaced the Charging Jack and some IC and charged 900 Rs/-. They also upgraded my software to BADA 2.0 or something which they said that its a recommendation from company I must do it. My headphone (hands free) automatically stopped working which they refused to change and i purchase it again in some 1000 bugs.

                  Now just after 1 month and 20 days I am again facing a problem that my LCD is not working and recognizing my touch. I touch somewhere and it touches somewhere else. I recognized multiple touch and it never ever works for hours and stood like dumb even when i restart the phone.

                  I have no other option then to straight go to the Consumer Court, "National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)" of India and launch a strict complain against this.

                  I have a client base of more than 1100 customers which I assure will never go for Samsung. I am sorry to use this hard word but I am fully, completely exhausted and dissatisfied with such a harresment by the company. We dont run to much of apps or do power computing as we are simple users and I take care of my phone by not at all taking it into water or moisture or humidity or never even let it fall then why a loyal customer like me is treated.

                  Please be aware before taking or buying Samsung products.

                      I brought a mobile phone WAVE525 as on dated 12th June 2011 from AGRA. During the use i have faced some technical issues. So that i approached to service center of samsung. They have tried to resolve the same but problem became chronic. After several efforts they were not able to provide the proper solution.As i have to visit the device center so many times.

                      So that i have handed over that cell phone to the service center as with all the accessories and bill as on dated 13th Feb 2012 with docket no.RDUB334590J ([protected]). Because that set was garbage which was not operative.

                      Afterwords i made followup from service center and came to know that set is in process. Few days before i have received a call from you people about the set purchase and billing. That Caller told me that you complaint is in process and you will get reimbursed within few days. Later on i have putted a quarry with service center person but they have denied about any information.

                      I request you people to do the needful on behalf of consumer delight as matter is already lying in long pendancy.

                        In the most simplest of words and in the most straightforward manner I would like to bring to your notice that my latest Samsung purchase, a 40 inches smart LED tv has been the cause o[censored]tter dissatisfaction and frustration to me. I bought this defect in February this year and ever since my TV has been giving me all sorts of trouble. It has gone completely dead twice in its span of 3 months and it is still dead as I am writing this grievance to you. I have reached out to the customer support as well, but they have failed to sort the matter to my satisfaction till now. The last time it went dead, the engineer who could corrected the fault did so after 7 days and it was extremely difficult sustaining without a TV for the entire period as I was not provided with an alternate one knowing the fact that it would take at least 7 days to resolve the issue. The same problem has again cropped up. Again I have no alternate option, again I have to wait for at least a week and this time engineer has reported issues with the IP board as well as motherboard. I am completely harrowed and frustrated with the complacency with which Samsung is handling this issue. Had the television not been in the warranty period, it would have costed me an added fortune on the repairs itself. Thus, to prevent that, either I want my TV set to be completely replaced as I doubt the casual repair of my TV or I would push for a complete refund for the defective product.

                        I had started feeling good about Samsung products till this happened. I hope that my voice reach out to the right authority.

                        its been seven days and I'm still waiting...

                              I HAD REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE
                              (SKYCELL - KANDIVALI MUMBAI) ON 2ND, MAY 2012 REGARDING THAT HANDSET
                              WAS HEATING UP AND RESTARTING AUTOMATICALLY (i.e. AUTO ON OFF)

                              SO AFTER CHECKING THE SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVES TOLD ME THAT PBA IS DAMAGED AND NEED TO REPLACE IT AND IN FUTURE THE PROBLEM WILL NOT OCCUR.

                              AFTER KEEPING 8 DAYS THEY GAVE MY CELL BACK ON 10TH MAY, 2012 WITH SAYING THAT PBA IS REPLACED AND IT’S PERFECT NOW.
                              BUT WITHIN ONE WEEK THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURS AGAIN & AGAIN I HAD GIVEN TO SERVICE CENTRE AT KANDIVALI (MUMBAI)

                                  We have bought a Samsung Fridge few days back from Great Eastern Trading outlet based out of Baguaiti, Kolkata.

                                  The fridge was delivered to the house and when the Samsung representative came for inspecting the fridge he found that near the freedger/ice area the fridge was broken.

                                  We have not yet used the fridge and it is in the same condition in which it was delivered, we have made the complaint to the Great Eastern Trading outlet based out of Baguaiti, Kolkata however as usual once the product is sold the real waste service customer service comes in place and that was/is evident again.

                                  I would like to make a complaint for the same as to why even after making note of the complaint no action has been taken till now, do we expect that we should stop using consumer products and should not rely on human beings since they are the person who are cheating us nakedly without any shame on their behaviour.

                                    Two weeks already for my android phone samsung galaxy note which is pass to our sandakan city maxis centre to help us send back to samsung manufactured to repaired, For me is too long time i waited. So hope your company understanded, If once repaired completed, i just wanted there's send back asap to me, otherwise the phone if cannot used or dam for the software, I hope samsung company head office, as a compensation get a new phone instead of change to me.                                     Hi! Dear samsung company! Starting on 07.04.2012 I recently just bought a samsung galaxy note which is N7000 phone is also maxis center for their promotional activity sign contracted with them for the 1 GB online data package within 2 years.The beginning but fortunately nothing serious, only to slowly feel the presence of its flaws.After 3 weeks later, Phone at the back of the battery is very hot while charging, followed by hanging, slowly open all folder to play sms slow even the text is not printed on the screen above a full more than 3 minutes, pull the phone super slow for show out the text on screen, in short, to crash.Well as the most serious matter, and the phone it own since the restart. I returned phone on 02.05.2012 to the maxis center to help me send back the original repair.After questioning the reasons, Production of mobile phones when some software mistake already, then said with the new software instead of change to me.It does your company, factory new phone, instead of checking the condition missing only launched?                                     There is an problem in my Samsung Galaxy note with camera hanging problem which is in warranty period . So I first go to customer care at Hadapsar In Pune. So they told there is an problem in android Os so they told me your phone memory will be deleted and OS will be upgrade.

                                    After Upgrade of OS Camera was work only 2 days and again i am facing same problem. So I again gone to that customer care and same thing he again repeat. So is there any way to find the solution..? because care center not going to entertain and always ignoring ..? Please help..?

                                        The inconvenience I have faced due to faulty after sale service.

                                        My Samsung refrigerator SS20WGIXTC was bought from on date . The problem started from[protected] as the refrigerator was not working, your company engineer Mr Pradeep Kamble serviced us on the same date after we registered the complaint. Within one month on[protected] we faced more inconvenience, at this time your engineer changed the refrigerators heater and charged us for the same. But this was not the end of our misery on[protected] you engineer serviced our refrigerator and kept the refrigerator for about 2 days in observation. But the cherry on the top was when we arrived after a long vacation on[protected] we discovered that the compressor was not working and all the food stored was spoilt.

                                        I have attached the photos of the refrigerator and bill. I am demanding the refrigerator to be replaced and get compensated for all the spoilage and inconvenience that I have gone through.
