I purchased a Samsung mobile on date[protected].The module no.GT-3770K and IMEI NO.[protected]. I went in samsung service center ( we care ) five time for the problem of switch off tach and mic problem but if did not work. I said to the company to replace it but.they di nied to replace.Write it is in waranty period.

So,I just want the please help me in replasing this sat from the co.

    Dear Sir,

    I was purchase Samsung Mobile (Galaxy Y) on 06 January 2012 from Sai Telecom, Gandhidham after 3 months battery lost on 26 April 2012 in warranty period & mobile is dead so i was requested to Samsung Service Center, Gandhidham they are note request & process for repair & they are inform to me only mobile repair after 5 day's but battery not changed in warranty period so i was request once again but they are not accepted request & say's "This is not our reasponsbility" i was request once again Sai Telecom & Samsung Service Center Authorised person but they are not reasponce to me so i have not recieved my mobile & leave there.

    So please help me solve my problem & help in received my mobile in good condition & change the new battery because they both of in warranty period, i am attached here Purchase bill & Request Form. please help me fast beacause my mobile also there in Service Center & i have lots problem without my mobile.

    Samsung — about to change my battery during warranty period....

    (2)Mobile set under repair in your service centre M.G. road, AGRA from09-4-09-to 05-5-09 (one month)
    (3)Again Mobile set under repair from11-5-09 to12-5-09 in your service centre M.G. road, AGRA
    (4) As per your service centre after one month while set return on 05-5-09, your service centre says that Battery has damaged with any use.
    (5)My Mobile set and Battery both are in under warrenty .
    (6)How many time Mobile set will repair.

    Samsung Mobile — replacement in warranty period

    its been 2 months i haven't received my replacement handset.The samsung mobile customer care is the helpless line.they don't know any thing about problem solving but will ask the same question you ask them and just transfer your case somewhere.i want to sue the company.

      Samsung customer care recorded complaint , provided complaint no but no one visited.
      Split air conditioners all declared non operational in three years o[censored]se whereas compressor warranty is 5 years.Service centre not giving in writing status of air conditioners nor preapred to repair these inspite of charging huge amounts as repair charges.Comprssor replaced last year on 25/05/2011 under declared warranty for one year still no service being provided.
      This Samsung fleecing indian customers and growing as multinational at cost of indian customers due to weak consumer laws.

      WE PURCHASED TWO SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERS OF TWO TONNES CAPACITY EACH.WITHIN 3 YEARS INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CONDENSERS HEVE BECOME LEAKY.IN SPITE OF PAYING HUGE AMOUNTS TO SERVICE CENTRE SAMSUNG MORADABAD WHO SENDS EXTENALLY HIRED MECHANICS AIR CONDITIONERS ARE NOT WORKING. SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT PREPARED TO GIVE IN WRITING THAT THESE MACHINES ARE CONDOME AFTER THREE YEARS OF WORKING AND ALSO NOT SERVICING THESE MACHINES.ALSO NOT STANDINF WARRANTY FOR COMPRESSOR CHANGED LAST YEAR ON 21/05/2011.

          Hello Sir,
          My name is Evewin Lakra and I'm From Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) (India) I like to inform you about the cheating done by "Samsung Notebook Facebook Team" to me.

          I took part in their contest (contest name was "max it up" Season 2)
          The contest began from 4th april 2012 and ended on 23rd april 2012.
          In that contest we have to play "max it up" Season 2 game which was hosted on their facebook page and we have to score points.
          the guy who finished 1st at the end of the contest will win Samsung Laptop and there was no other prize.

          From The start of the contest I set my mind to win this so I prepared myself to play.

          From the 2nd day onwards (i.e. from 5th april 2012) till the end of the contest (i.e. on 23rd april 2012) I Faced ("max it up" Season 2) game hang Problem on my computer.
          So I reported about this problem on their Facebook Page at the very begining (on 6th april 2012),but nobody from Samsung Notebook replied.

          then I thought may be their is something wrong with my computer (flash softwares) so i spent many hours searching for the solution in the internet but nothing worked. (beacuse there was nothing wrong with my computer softwares eg. Flash players)

          Actually "Samsung Notebook" saw my playing and they thought that this guy can win their contest so they put a Restriction on my facebook a/c to score points.

          (that is I was only able to score 3000 Points In 1 Hour Time Because game hanged everytime)
          where else they allowed other players to score 10000 Points in 1 Hour time.

          but then also i never gave up and made videos showing how I'm facing the game hang problem.
          but they never replied Then i thought of poting my video links to to 3-4 posts in their facebook wall where people were talking about "max it up" Game, and then They replied saying "THEY'LL BANNED ME IF I POST MY LINKS TO THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE"


          THEN ALSO I NEVER GAVE UP AND CONTINUED MY PLAYING.
          I REMAINED IN NO.1 RANK FOR ABOUT 90% TIME BUT IN THE END THEY SELECTED THEIR OWN GUY AS THE WINNER BECAUSE I TRIED MY LEVEL BEST TO SHOW HOW BIG BRANDS LIKE "SAMSUNG NOTEBOOK" SCAM PEOPLE.

          I played "max it up" Season 2 Game for about 230 Hours.
          and the person they selected the winner Played just 83 hours and he won and "Samsung Notebook" team knew about this. then also they choosed him as the winner.



          I have all the proof (video and screen-shots) showing how they cheated me.

          so I request you to take my matter and advise me what should I do.

            I am usman from abudhabi. I brought a mobile phone of samsung galxy y pro from Dubai Al Qusais Lulu Super market.Then i just open the mobile on the way of return to my camp. But phone just working and restarted automatically , i thought some usual problem. But that was a trouble, that phone i cant use til now. That is restarting automatically, switch off automatically & music player change automatically. I gave to service 3 times , they told some virus problem and sent to sumsung service centre and gave me back 3 times .After 3 service not change my phone.I worked in oil company , that is 180 km far away from abudhabi city , i have only one day leave in one month, i am very anxiousness by brought this phone .I was nokia user, i got a big mistake that choose samsung mobile. I want replacement or refund my money, otherwise i will move legally.

            I Need Samsung care center address.
            i have purchase samsung raga mobile, alpha telecom, satyam shivam shopping centre, nallasopara west nr. railway stn dist thane on 18/12/2008 and next day my mobile encountered problems. it automaticaly swtiches of sevral times and hardly gets switched on. Inspite of lodging complaint to the above mentioned nothing is done till date. THey always tell me that your company dealer will come and replace the same but not done till date. Please give me solution on this... I am not satisfied with the company's handset...

            I am facing similar problem with my C170. In the second month of purchase, problem of auto switch off started. Ameerpet service center did some software update which did not work. They coolly say ... wait for few days and will work.

            Now, charging adoptor is broken( my mistake)... and it has been lying with them for last 1 month.
            Pathetic service from Samsung. I am also planning to lodge a complaint.
            well i have a new samsung M-3510 it is catching the network of airtel but when i insert reliance gsm sim card no network is available whereas in other phones this sim has network available.this is happening from last one week.i don't know where is the problem in reliance gsm network or samsung m-3510 mobile.i have selected the network mode triband as well as gsm 900/1800 both but it still results the same no network available.

            Samsung Mobile — not repairing of mobile from last one month

            i purchsed a samsung mobile f 679 last year.with in one year mobile mother board damaged.mobile is in warranty period.from last one month service station are telling me that they have mailed in company for the product,but no replacement till date.

            Just to inform you that I purchased new Mobile from The Mobile store H-10/A, Ground Floor Main Market, Main Road, Kalkaji-110019 dated- 7th Feb-2010.

            Model Number- GT-E2120B.

            But after two days from the date of mobile purchase my mobile getting hanged on every second call. I visited “ The mobile store” to get the phone replaced. The shopkeeper asked me to get this checked with Samsung services center and refused to replace the mobile which I had purchased two days back.

            After several follow-up , I finally submitted the mobile to Samsung service center Nehru Place on 30th march-10. Work Order Number-WA[protected]

            The service center executive said that your mobile will be repaired within two days. I went there after 2 days but that guy asked me to come after 4 days. I went again after 4 days, then they another time asked me to come after 4 days.

            Now 3 months gone , still I had not got any status regarding my phone.

            I am really very disappointed by this kind of behavior .

            Pls help & get the issue resolved ASAP.

            Hi, I have purchased samsung handset (S5200) in the month of march 2010. But in the month of july only, it stopped working properly. I had lodged complaint in samsung service centre located at borivali. They said that currently parts are not available hence pls come after 7 days. But its been more than 1 month & they r not even able to tell by when parts will be available & it will get repaired. This is first time in life that i bought any product of samsung & sorry to say but this is the worst service experience of my entire life as of now. No one is bothered to take responsibility & get the phone repaired.Soon i will be writing to consumer cort for this.

            I have deposited my mobile phone of make Samsung (Model B-5722)
            at a Samsung service centre- Mobizone, E-34, Lajpat Nagar on 2nd November,
            2010 for repairing as it was unable to read memory card as well as internal
            memory. I was told that it will be handed over to me after repairing on the
            same day in the evening, but almost a week has past. I have called up almost
            on every day to check the status of my mobile phone, but I got the same
            reply each time that it was not repaired.

            Moreover, being the Deputy Director (Security) in
            Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, I could not spare time to go
            to the service centre personally since, I was to look after the security
            arrangements in connection with arrangements for the meeting in honour of
            His Excellency Mr. Barack H. Obama, President of the United States of
            America in Central Hall, Parliament House on 8th November, 2010.**
            You are therefore requested to expedite the process and let me
            know the exact date on which I can collect my mobile phone. Further, let me
            also know whether this matter can be sorted out at your level or I need to
            escalate this matter to the higher authorities.

            samsung gt b5722 mobile — it is a waste product

            Friends I have purchased with a lot of money (9700/-) the Samsung GT B 5722 model mobile for the purpose of internet. It is a touch screen mobile. But it is not provided with a touch stick. We should use it with our fingers only. Nokia automatically configured his web settings. But this mobile does not. If you connect it with USB cable to our pc it does not show the screen. It shows always connecting Pc. No battery back up. It provided with kies soft ware cd. but it is not a latest version. If you down load latest version it does not work with this mobile. It does not support latest versions of Opera mobile. The so called Big Company SAMSUNG is a waste company. Motorola provied only with Rs 4500/- with nokia accessibilities support. If the company read my complaint. Do justice to me . My email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com.
            very problematic to have samsung mobile phones . Most of the times it is with the service center . Software is the main issue and its parts are rarely available at the service center . Sometimes keys stop functioning or the cell get itself switched off . Don't know what to do with it ?

              It stopped showing the video on its 13th month purchase...
              The samsung person quoted 19000 for repair.
              since then the TV is hanging on my store wall..Nvr purchased a samsung unit since then.

              This problem is faced by many consumers bt instead of correcting or helping the costumers

                  Samsung/splitA/C — No Proper Service

                  I Have just had my split A/C serviced 2 days ago but has gone from working to not working, To get connected to the local line I had to wait 20 minutes and was charged Rs, 20/- for the calls I did not even recieve frome the service dept, After get in touch from the through a friend I was told that I had to pay for the extra service which is not right as The service people had made a mistake since as I am sill under warranty. I wish someone can look into the matter I would be most greatful.

At the time of request the executive had enquired about warranty period and copy of bill. But today morning time, the local dealer of your company has enquired about bill and the date of purchase of AC. My mother has given all the details which he enquired. But now a time is 6 PM but the local dealer has not made any service only harrassing us on phone and enquire again and again about bill and date.                       Sir, I had bought samsung laptop model RV 509 on last Apr 2011 but its battery was not upto the standard and giving only 1 and 1/2 hours instead of 3 hrs output as told.Whwn I complained about they replaced it with battery from service centre at R S Puram Coimbatore.                             I 'ad purchased one Samsung AC 1.5 ton last year 30jun2010 from an
                            authorized dealer mathura .last season faced cooling problen in ac i
                            called at Samsung Customer care centre and logged my compalint but i
                            didnt received any resonse , even after 20 days when i again visited
                            to customer care they told that we donts have any complaint. again i
                            faced the same problenm i m continous visiting samsung service center
                            for last 45 days . they told me that there is some problem in cooling
                            coil and right now we dont have , there is shortage in company so
                            right we cant do anything , But after several reminders and calls at
                            at sevice center of samsung , But till date no such service is
                            provided from Samsung. I have been felt cheated and totally frustated.

                              I had bought a side by side samsung refrigrator from croma at Bangalore Banaswadi ring road on 16th August 2009
                              and on the 5 th December 2011 we noticed that the refrigrator part was not cooling and the food stored in was getting spoiled so I lodged a complaint and it was seen to by one Mr. Sylvester, engineer of the company, who gave us to understand that the thermacoal in the cover evaporator had become wet and it needed to be changed. I was quite annoyed when he told us this, as we have had Kelvinator and BPL fridges before work for years without any problem.
                              after a lot of arguement we agreed and got the part changed paying Rs. 1693/=. Now we have faced the same problem over again and the same engineer Mr. Sylvester came over after much reluctance as he would not bein this area at the time we are back home,this is the kind of service extended after the product is bought paying so much.....He checked the fridge and cleared the ice that had collected in the cover evaporator and tells me that we would not have a problem for 4 to 5 months, which means this is a recurring problem life long. To add to this his team leader Mr.Devaiah says that this fridge requires continuous power supply as it is designed to defrost every 8 hours and at any given time when there is a power cut the continuity changes and this results in this sort of problem. I would like to know if every one owning the samsung side by side fridge is facing the same problem,if so there would be no takers for this hopeless product , as power cuts are very common in our country. Moreover this clause should have been displayed and it should have been brought to the notice of the customer and we would never have gone in for this refrigrator. All I can say is that this refrigrator is defective and the company should solve my problem as I cannot keep getting it repaired every 4 months after paying Rs. 61000/= for the fridge plus Rs. 1693/-last December. My neighbour owns an LG side by side and she has not faced any problem with the power cuts, as well as my freezer portion is working satisfactorily with the power cut, then how is it the power cut does not affect the freezer portion. I want this problem to be solved as early as possible . THE NEXT COURSE OF ACTION WILL BE AFTER HEARING FROM YOU.

                                    ON THE DATE OF 17 SEP 2011 I WAS COMING BACK FROM MY OFFICE HDFC BANK CHATTARPUR DELHI TO HOME FATEH PURI DELHI-110006 AND WHILE I WAS PASSING FROM OLD DELHI STATION AT APPROX-6.15 IN THE EVENING ONE BOY APPROX AGE 23YRS BANNED HIS KNEE ON MY CAR AND STARTED SHOUTING I PUT MY LEFT WINDOW DOWN AND WAS TALKING TO HIM BUT SUDDENLY ANOTHER BOY CAME AND DISTRACTED ME DURING THAT TIME THE EARLIER BOY STOLEN MY SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB FROM MY CAR AND STARTED RUNNING AND THEN THE OTHER BOY ALSO RAN AWAY .I TRIED CHASING THEM BUT THEY GOT DISAPPERED IN THE CROWD .I REPORTED THIS TO THE OFFICER SITTING AT THE NEAREST CHOWKI HAS PASSED THE MATTER TO THE NEAREST POLICE CHOWKI AND THEY HAVE TAKEN MY COMPLINT BUT DID NOT GAVE ME ANY FIR COPY .REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY ARRANGE TO TRACK MY PHONE AS I HAVE THE IMEI NO --[protected] AND THE MOB NO LAST USE WAS-[protected] VODAFONE.TE PRICE OF MY MOBILE WAS rs32920.MY ALTERNATE MO NO--[protected],,,[protected] AND [protected]@ROCKETMAIL.COM
                                    IN MY PHONE THE GPS SYSTEM IS ALSO ACTIVE .

                                    Samsung Galaxy Tab — until 5th month not serviced and returned by company

                                    purchased a samsung galaxy tab for rs.25000 which mother board was was destroued within just three months when i submitted it to the samsung customer center it was not returned to me until now.

                                    I SUBMITTED IT TO THE CUSTOMER CENTER BEFORE 6 MONTHS.

                                      Dear Respected Sir,

                                      Had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 5/4/2012 and I am extremely unhappy with the product as well as the service. For the first few days with all the issues mentioned below I thought maybe these are just initial tithing problems. However, after 15 days also the problems persist and infact each day I face a new problem.
                                      Following are the issues with the phone.. and each day new issue arises so the list is un ending:
                                      1) Heating up of the phone
                                      2) Phone hangs up while operation
                                      3) At times incoming and outgoing calls there is no voice.(phone goes blank).
                                      4) The camera hangs while clicking the snaps and is restored only when the battery is removed.
                                      6) Sometimes all activities on phone comes to a standstill untill the battery is removed and phone restarted.
                                      7) The overall processing of any applications takes lot of time
                                      8) Most of the apps do not work.
                                      Pathetic experience. Shopkeeper does not acknowledge it at all. Says will repair it. But why should I get my brand new phone repaired. that too of 30,000/-rupees.

                                      Very Very unhappy. Samsung has made me run across Samsung outlets and customer care numbers but all in Vain. Now finally writing to you with a hope that you with act on this without any further delay. Need a replacement or money back
