I had purchased my I9003 phone 5 months back, which facing quite a many problems since day one, however these problems have now become intolerable, please help

Phone hangs all of a sudden
Have to remove battery every time it hangs
At times the phone takes more than 2 mins to restart
Phone heats up
The back button, nor the centre button works at times


I have been at the service centre at Nerul, Navi Mumbai, who knows nothing i guess, when i asked him on day one of my purchase why the phone is behaving so sluggish, he said I will reinstall the software.. . I this a solution...??

Is is worth buying a smart phone which isn't smart at all. . ?

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I have brought Samsung Galaxy GT I9003 in March 2011. It was working properly for 1st 6 months after that the issue started. First the phone was not responding properly so i gave it for Service in authorized service center in Madapur in November, they the software update and was working. After some months the touch screen stopped responding and now the same service center said there was problem with screen and replaced the screen. Now again i am facing the same problem with screen for the past one and half month and visited the service center on 21/4/2012. I couldn't give it for service in warrenty because i was travelling from place to place since March 1st week. Now the service center person is saying he needs to replace the screen again and need to pay Rs. 5800 for it. When i told about the last screen replacement, they couldn't find the record of it in their data base except for the software update one. They are saying they may have missed the entry of it and are not ready to consider the request. When i repeatedly enquired about it they are saying they can't do anything but i need to pay for the screen replacement.
    If this scenario continues with your products where we need to pay almost Rs. 6000 for service of Rs. 20000 product that too with in 1 month of warranty expiry then i think i better discontinue samsumg product usage.
    Please suggest a way forward for this problem.

    Samsung/TouchScreen Mobile — Touch Screen

    I brought GT-S5233A mobile phone last 9/10 months back. the proble is that k my mobile touch screen is not working . so kindly suggest me what should I do.

    I am facing the exact same issue here with my Samsung Galaxy SL i9003.
    My device worked perfectly fine for a period of 1 year. One month after the warranty, the trouble started in the form of touchscreen - it is not responding as expected.
    The service centre people say that the screen sensor needs to be replaced and it costs 5100/- INR.
    I have no solution to this problem, but one thing is for sure - I am not buying a Samsung phone ever again.

    I am facing exactly the same problem. I had purchased the phone in the April, 2011 and have started experiencing problems in July, 2012.
    It seems the phone Samsung Galaxy GT I9003 has been made with a life span of about a year.

    The problem i am experiencing is the touch refuses to respond. The touch as of now does not work for a day and then it works for a couple of hours. I am not sure what the problem exactly is except the phone is not usable.

    I m facing the same problem of touch sensors not responding after 8 mnths o[censored]sage here with my GT-I9003, i had given my phone to the samsung service center in vasundhara, ghaziabad (U.P) on 1/08/2012, and after repeated calls and several visits to them they have said to provide me a check on my behalf only if i provide them with a valid ID proof, my bank passbook photocopy, invoice, phone(with them), earphones, charger, data cable and SPECIALLY the BOX, i have my box nd earphones too, so they are saying to buy new earphones and a BOX. they say without box they wont replace my mobile is this some kind of joke, for a Rs.100 box i will lose Rs.18000. FOR SURE I M NOT BUYING ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT from now ONwards.
    PLZZZZ need suggestion URGENT.
    My samsung GT-I9003 worked fine for 1 year 4 months. Now the screen stopped responding. If I connect the charger, it works fine. I took it to the service centre and they have replaced the connector but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. They have mentioned that they need to replace the screen for a cost of Rs. 5000/-. If this is the quality of samsung products, I will never buy them again! Looks like their products are designed exactly after warranty.
    hiii m also bought a samsung glaxay i9003 on 5th june its a good work some time but after 20 days his sensor and touch not work properly i also tried softwere but not any solution

    I am facing the same probelem. I have purchase GT-I9003 in Mar-11, on one fine day tocuh pad of my GT-I9003 became non responsive. I tried all attempts vacated internal SD memory, factory reset, hard reset though tocuh pad is not working. Whenever charger is connected it is working fine otherwise it is not working.
    I amtoo facing same problem.
    Same issue with my GT-I9003. I bought it in July 2011 and the LCD failed in Aug 2012. After having researched a lot over the internet, I've realised this is a common problem with this model. I'm not sure even after spending INR 5000 on LCD change, how long will it last.

    I'm switching over to another brand now, can't trust samsung anymore
    I am also have the same issue . I am purchased this GT i9003 Phone on 24.03.2011 and its screen not responding from Aug- 25-2012 onwards. I think this is the batch complaint of LCD screen provided by samsung.
    Same problem... phone worked for one year and one month... now they are asking for 6500 rs. and even after that touchscreen warranty of only one month...
    I do think it is complete batch problem. Lets share month & year of manufacture and then write to samsung for a justification.

    One more thing puzzling me, when the price of phone drops significantly these days why there is no correlation in the spare parts!!
    i too faced the same problem in my mobile. i gave to samsang service cneter for repair. cost arround 6500(touch sensor pad need to change) i hope after change that one it may work . if not i will give a complain against samsung product particularly GTi 9003

      It has been 3 months and so far they cannot determine whats wrong with a Fridge that I have spent almost 1 lakh on. Worst company ever.

      PRODUCT DETAILS: Refrigerator; Model: SR32EMB/WH; Purchase Date: April, 2004

      PROBLEM:
      The main compartment (i.e. the fridge compartment, not the freezer) doesn't cool at all or barely cools, even though the thermostat (for the fridge compartment) is almost at maximum. The freezer compartment works perfectly fine.

      PROBABLE IMMEDIATE CAUSE (as described by one of the numerous service engineers who visited): Ice forms on the cooling coil behind the freezer and prevents the lower (fridge) compartment from being cooled properly, either because it blocks the inlet for cool air for the lower compartment or it interferes with the thermostat for the lower compartment.

      (DIS)SERVICE HISTORY:
      - Problem first reported about 5 months ago; service engineer visited; explained the cause (as described above) and requested to shut the fridge down for 24 hours and then switch on; did so and the problem disappeared for the next 3 months or so
      - 3 months (or so) later the problem reoccurred; since then, I've had about 5 (yes, FIVE!!!) visits from service engineers and the problem persists.
      - The first of these visits, the engineer once again asked us to shut down the fridge and mentioned that we should periodically - once in two months - shut down the fridge for 24 hours for the ice to melt
      - Second visit, essentially same as the first
      - Third visit, engineer 'identifies' root cause as a defective timer and replaces this at a charge of about Rs. 780. After this, the ENTIRE fridge (including freezer, which till now was fine) stops working!! While waiting for the service engineer to come (which took a few days, despite urgent calls to the service center and several heated conversations), i drag the fridge out of it's corner and manually keep turning the timer every few hours to keep it running.
      - Fourth visit, engineer replaces the just-replaced, 'new', timer with another one, promising that this time the problem has been solved permanently
      - Fifth visit, this time a new engineer - apparently an expert (after speaking to the service supervisor and insisting on a different person) - comes and says that the timer - just replaced twice about two weeks ago - is defective AGAIN and replaces the timer for the THIRD time. This time, the fridge - quite fed up with the useless service, i think - doesn't even wait for a day before malfunctioning. Before evening, the bottom compartment isn't cooling again!

      CURRENT STATUS: Fridge has been switched off and will remain so for 24 hours for the ice to melt - every time the bottom compartment stops working, this is what i guess i have to do.

      I was happy with Samsung as a group & hence decided to buy a split 1.2 ton AC. However after 2 years of purchase when I wanted to go for a full service and repair ( the temperature is not going below 26 C) ..i received the biggest shock of my life.

      I registered my request on 26th April 2009 ..my BP No is [protected]..yet till date my AC is neither serviced nor repaired. Two engineers did come in the mean time only to inspect the site..thereafter they have chosen to remain incommunicado...Everytime I register a complaint or speak to the customer service they say that the problem would be solved..however nothing has moved till date.

      Following is the name of the outsourced agency which is to be blamed:

      Reg: 1.5 Ton Split Air Conditioner – Model Number: AS18UA, bill dated – 12th September 2009 in the name of Saji Padmaraagam (2A- Block 8, Vijayshanthi Apartments, BHEL Flats, Perumalkoil 1st Street, Kottur, Chennai 600 085) purchased from M/S Sha’s, Old 28A New 59, 1st Main Road, Gandhi Nagar, Chennai 600 020.

      Sir,

      I purchased (unfortunately) a split air conditioner as mentioned above. The same was installed on 15th September 2009 (if my memory serves right).

      From 12th October 2009, the same has not been working (there is no cooling). As we were out of station, I could call up your customer care at[protected] only on 16th October 2009.

      The call history on the same day is as below:

      09:40AM, 12:24PM, 12:42PM, 1:30PM

      From the very first call, I have been telling your representative that there is no cooling and someone has to visit my house to check and rectify this.

      I was told that due to Deepavali, no one will be able to attend the call till Monday (19th October 2009). After a lot of discussions and so called "escalation", during my last call that day, I was assured that an engineer will visit my place on 16th itself. No one turned up.

      Late in the evening, I got a call from your engineer asking about the details of the problem with the A/C (which I had explained to everyone of your representatives at your call center who attended my calls...!). I was told by this person that someone will be at my house on Monday (19th October 2009) morning to attend to this.

      Monday morning at 12:21PM, I got a call from one of your Chennai service center (Alfa Refrigeration Co, 5/12, Kabilar Street, Ekkathangal, Chennai, phone number –[protected] saying that your engineer will come to the house immediately. The person turned up late in the evening, checked the indoor unit and told that there is a gas leak and another engineer will be coming in on Tuesday (20th October 2009) to get it repaired.

      On Tuesday, again, late in the evening (at 5:35PM) a person came, looked at the A/C, called me up as I was not at home (the number he called me from – [protected]) and told me that I need to arrange a Carpenter for them to repair the A/C. I told them that the window grill can be removed by them and that is how the person who came to install the same did installation. At this point, I asked if I should get the A/C removed myself and bring that to the service center. I was told no. I was told that they are unable to work as they did not bring sufficient equipments like safety harness etc, but they will come back with necessary people and equipments on Wednesday (21st October 2009) to “surely” get this repaired.

      Wednesday evening, at 5:54 PM, I called up the same number – [protected] to find out what was happening. I was told that there was no “work slip” given for my complaint to them. Another person took the phone and told me that they will not be able to repair the A/C, unless I provide them with ladders to reach the place where the A/C is fixed etc etc. Then the same person asked me from where the gas is leaking (!). Obviously, the earlier people who attended the complaint never mentioned what the problem is to the next person who came on Tuesday or the one who attended my call on Wednesday.

      After a lot of discussions, I was assured that there will be someone coming to my place with necessary equipments to repair the A/C on Thursday (22nd October 2009).

      Thursday morning, I called up your Chennai service center (phone number[protected] at 10:13AM and I was asked to talk to Mr. Saravanan (phone number[protected]. I called up Mr. Saravanan and he told me that the Compressor will have to be removed and taken to the service center to fill in gas. As this is the first time I am being told that the compressor has to be taken to service center, I explained to him what has been going on since 16th October 2009. He assured me that he will check and call me back in a few minutes. Since I did not get any call from him for an hour, I called back and he did not pick up the phone.

      I again called up your Chennai service center at 11:36AM and I was told that one Mr. Raja will be coming to pick up the Compressor for repair. I asked how many days this is going to take and he kept on saying he will come to my house and explain. This guy again is coming late in the evening to “inspect” the site is what I have been told.

      I called up your call center number[protected] at 11:40AM and I was assured that a senior manager will talk to me to find out about my complaint (!), that too “ASAP – sometime today”(!).

      Sir, considering the above sequence of events, the current “uselessness” of the A/C that I purchased just about a month ago and trouble and harassment I am going through, please consider the following:

      1. Before Saturday (24th October 2009), please get the A/C repaired and re-fitted at my house.
      a. If that is not possible, replace the same with a new one before end of day Saturday (24th October 2009).

      In the event of either of the above NOT happening, I will be forced to take this to appropriate legal forums for action against M/S. Samsung India, as well as your distributor M/S. Sha’s and your service agent M/S. Alfa Refrigeration Co.

      If I am forced to this, I will also make sure that this kind of extremely bad “after sales” treatment is known to public through all means possible.

      Look forward to a quick response and remediation from your side.

      Subsequent to sending the above to addressed and copied and also emailing this to Samsung support (for which I got an automated response - kudos to Samsung), the following happened:

      I visited the distributor on 22nd October 2009 evening and handed over a copy of the above letter. The sales person there connected me to Mr. Rao of Samsung, who after checking the complaint record online assured me over phone that the engineers will come to my place on 23rd October 2009 morning to rectify the issue at MY HOUSE itself.

      On 23rd, around 2PM, two people came, called me up and said they have to take this to their service center to repair. When I called up Mr. Rao again, I was told that they have to bring it in and after checking the complaint (the rude way guys there were talking reminded me that I have made a mistake of buying this A/C from Samsung - thanks guys), they will decide what can be done (repair / replace - dont know what they will replace) and let me know if they can return the same on Monday, 26th October 2009.

      Clearly, Mr. Rao has not stood by his word. He was very clearly putting me on a loop.

      BUT I do stand by my words as in the letter I issued yesterday to Samsung India:

      "considering the above sequence of events, the current “uselessness” of the A/C that I purchased just about a month ago and trouble and harassment I am going through, please consider the following:

      1. Before Saturday (24th October 2009), please get the A/C repaired and re-fitted at my house.
      a. If that is not possible, replace the same with a new one before end of day Saturday (24th October 2009).

      In the event of either of the above NOT happening, I will be forced to take this to appropriate legal forums for action against M/S. Samsung India, as well as your distributor M/S. Sha’s and your service agent M/S. Alfa Refrigeration Co.

      I had lodged a complaint on 14th April '10 regarding repair of my washing machine (BP No. [protected]). The engineer visited the same day, but due to my non-availability could not cater to our complaint.
      Since then I have made numerous calls to the service center, sometimes 2 - 3 times a day. Everytime I am given the assurance that the engineer would visit today before 8:00pm or call me. But till today, neither have I received any calls from anyone related to this matter,nor has an engineer visited, despite repeated follow-up by me.
      Last week I was given the number of a Mr. Rizvi. When I contacted him at 7:00pm last Friday (23-Ap), he told me that he would call me the next day after checking the records. But I haven't received any call from him till date.
      Is this the "Customer Care" that a company such as Samsung has to offer. Just making a BPO sit and cater to the calls is not Customer Care. You guys need to attend to the actual complaint. It is now more than 10 days that my washing machine is lying useless.
      I bought a window AC from auth dealer(Das Electronics) of Samsung on 20 Mar 2010,which is not functional since 16 Aug 2010.I registered the complaint with samsung on 19 Aug vide BP No. [protected] but till now(27 Sep) no positive reply from Samsung despite repeated reminders. Only reply is that a part of the appliance needs to be replaced about which only god knows that when it is going to be repaired.What action can be taken for careless attitude of the company and the sufferings we are undergoing.The appliance is in warranty period.
      The pathetic state of Samsung service in Bangalore has to be experienced to be believed. My washing machine has not been working for the last 15 days. Firstly the service engineer would come after you call up the call center a few times , each time being assured that someone would call back ( and no one does the first time). Secondly the person would be possibly just trained and he would in fact do some trial and error and then recommend moving it to the workshop. That means a week's wait and 10 calls to the call center. Then the process of trying to get it back. It would come back and you pay the money and within a day, the same problem starts again. You start from step 1 as every time you seem to hear the mechanized responses with absolutely no understanding of the history, context , etc.

      Companies are simply taking customers for granted, because given our legal redressal system, most o[censored]s would just grin and bear it, trying to just get things fixed.

      Anyway, the only thing I have resolved to do is to NEVER buy another samsung product again.
      I had bought an LCD TV some time back and recently shifted my house. On 24th Jan 2011 I had lodged a complaint at 30308282 to send an engineer for installing my LCD( Complaint no [protected]) I was assured that within next 24 hours it would be attended. Today it is 29th Jan 2011 ( 3 p.m) and no action has been taken. My repeated calls to the call centre have only made me listen to the boring message ( please wait, our executive will attend to you shortly) atleast 15 min on an average for every call ( made around 10 calls). Last night some engineer called up assuring that work would be done by evening, but he never turned up. At the end of endless wait for your engineers to turn up which has costed me leave from my work and unbearable metal tension, I apologise to Samsung for purchasing their product... Can I make e simple request to SAMSUNG:
      Please tell the world that you are incapable of rendering services.
      Please stop troubling customers
      Please tie up with a hospital and medical insurance because you have the perfect recipe to cause mental tensions
      Please advertise that you recruit useless people and there is no accountability in the system.

      Finally if, possible please tell me the name and contact number of some alternate source from where I can get my work done..
      I have 2 window ACs of Samsung. Both the ACs required a service call after 2 years of installation. The problem with Samsung service is: (1) to register a complaint, one needs to hold at least 15 minutes over phone just to register the complaint. (2) after registering the compliant, one needs to remind their samsung's customer service at least 2 times. I still await Samsung's Service Engineer to repair my AC for complaint number [protected] dated 15th April 2011 (today being just 18th April). Till such time Samsung's Customer Service phone lines or their Service Engineer shows mercy on a hapless customer, I can only curse my decision to buy Samsung
      We have purchased a LCD 32 INCH of rereputed brand SAMSUNG from Next Showroom Sec 35 Chandigarh On 24.10.2011 but it was a pathetic experience that i have ever had.First of all there were no remote and other accessories along it.No problem we purchase it on the next day.Secondly when your samsung engineer came to install it he said it is a defective piece as there is no slot in the lcd in which wires have to be connected.

      WOW WHAT A PURCHASE WE HAVE MADE OF BRANDED COMPANY?

      More of that when we contact the shop dealer he said its a company issue they will clear it .Till date one month have passed no one has come to replace it.They are calling us but their staff have no manners that how to talk.

      They are talking like that its our fault that we have purchased it.What A confidence they have

      We have gifted it to someone nd u cant imagine how much we are embraced in front of those.


      Now we want our payment back plus the compensation of the harrasment that we have bear along with that the aplogy letter of their staff of misbehaving with us.

      I have 3d movies on usb drive, when I press 3d button on remote - it restarts.

      Troubleshooting done -
      changed usb drive, changed movie, reset TV from diagnostics, stabliser connected, no success

      Support -
      Called samsung support - Ekta picked up call, she guided to reset - it seems ok but before if fluctuates but now it restarts.

      called again - Sandeep picked up - assigned engineer for troubleshooting - he said engineer will come on same day (saturday 20 july) before 7 pm - nobody came.

      Called again on sunday - 1 rude person(forget his name) told me engineer will come on monday between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm - nobody comes

      called again today - they said engineer will come tomorrow, we dont know what happens.

      My concern -
      1)If you are not able to support consumer then please dont manufacture these type of TVs which gave problem within 2 months.
      2) If consumer is nothing for you then please come in front and say it loud that you are not going to support this product when sold.
      3) What is the exact duration of "24 hours support" - Yes I know sunday is OFF

      We have purchased samsung mobile having model no. GT-S7582 on dated 14.04.2014 which has been no power on i.e dead condition since last one week, so I went to Authorized Samsung Service Centre (Chawla Service Centre Shahjahanpur). But he is not repairing my handset and told us that date of purchase is not matching with system also said that the invoice is not genuine, whereas I have shown the original invoice then why they are denying to get it repair my handset. Kindly support and arrange to get resolve my problem asap.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that I have given my Samsung Mobile model no-GTS5830 to an authorized service center of Samsung for replacement of the Touch Pad which was not working properly. They charged me Rs.1700/- for the same. But on the day of delivery I found my LCD to be broken by the service center. Hence when i refused to take the cell back they kept the same for replacement and told me it would be done free of cost as because it was broken due to bad handing of the Service Center. They took almost one month to give my handset back to me and delivered me my mobile on 26th March 2012 and assured me that if any problem of the same nature occurs within 30 days then the same could be repaired without taking extra charges which was also one of the terms n conditions printed on the back side of their cash receipt voucher. But after using the set for few days i found the LCD to be faulty so i took it again to the same service center on 21st April 2012(i.e within 30 days of the previous delivery) and handed over to them for repair of the same. Now on the next day they informed me over phone that i have to give another Rs 1700/- for the LCD replacement. Now tell me why should i pay for their bad handling of my cell for which my original LCD was broken and a replaced with a faulty LCD??

        Therefore, it is requested to kindly consider my case and do the needful .

          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S II mobile on 11/04/2012 from a dealer in my place Thrissur (Kerala). The handset seemed to be free of any defects at the time of purchase. After 11 days of my purchase, ie, on 22/04/2012, I happened to see a white line across my screen. I checked it with the dealer and they said my mobile screen is defective and I have to take it to the Samsung mobile authorized service center for replacement of the product.

          On 23/04/2012, I took the product to service center and told them I want to replace the mobile with a new one as it is only 11 days old. I was shocked to hear them say that they do not have the option to replace the defective product but only they can just repair it for me. They said they can only replace the product only if it is within 3 days from the date of purchase. They said they have got strict orders from their higher level management people. I talked with one of the management people and they too said they same.

          I feel really cheated for paying my hard earned money for this unreliable product which got damaged just within 11 days despite of my utmost careful usage. There is no way I can describe about the worst customer service I have seen trying to take advantage of the customer saying they do not have an option to get my product replaced.

          Shame on you Samsung!!!!
          I strongly believe I have the full rights to ask for getting my product replaced.

          I am never gonna recommend a samsung product to anyone which does not even provide a provision for replacement of a defective product which is just 11 days old from the date of purchase.

                Maine November me Samsung company ka ek mobile GT-S5253 purchase kiaa tha. Usme ab problem aa rahi hai. Main jab bhi usme Opera Mini, UC Browser Yaa kisi aur Browser se internet chalata hu to 10-15 minute Net thik se chalta hai then wo auto off ho jata hai or phir auto on ho jata hai.. Isse muje problem ho rahi hai. Main un ke Service Center 3 baar jaa chuka hu. Wo is phone ko sahi to kar dete hai. 1-2 din to wo sahi kaam karta hai phir wo hi auto off-on ki problem start ho jati hai. Please Aap kuch kare. muje justice dilaae..

                  i purchased samsung galaxy ace S5830 on o1-o2-2012 at Lucknow from plant M.
                  My mobile handset is not working properly according to its features and its automatically.
                  I am very disappointed after using this handset.
                  1) Its camera pixels is not working properly when its zooming position.

                  2) That handset is very heat automatically when it is not in used. And at the time of charging its produced too much heat.

                  3) Its online videos function is not working since the time of purchased.

                    I purchased one split AC 1.5 from SHIVANI ELECTRONICS,BERHAMPUR on 13th april 2010 vide MODEL NO.-AS183VGA & SL.NO.-0122PPJ23001275. From then it gives cooling problem frequently. in last six month back the service center of this area took RS 4000/- to repair the out door unit. still then it continues the same problem. last month when i made a complain the service center persons attended and noticed me we couldn't fill the gas due to winter season. so again they filled gas.yesterday i.e 19.04.2012 i found a sound of gas leakage for that i informed the service center.instead of my repeated phone calls they made wrong commitments that we are going.
                    At the time of purchased the unit has not been installed properly & the gas pipe was fixed by making so many rounds & proper space is not maintained,due to which abnormal sound is coming & the above problem might have been occur. Hope my problem is rectified as soon as possible with out any charges as i am dissatisfied since 2 years with this product.

                      A.C. Purchase on 24th March-2010, Complain for cooling , get repaired by company(Change of GAS) with remarks fitting was not done properly. Machine was kepr unuse and pur in use in March-2011 the same complain fore cooling, company has repaired by refilling the "GAS" with remarks fitting was not done properly. The season was over and put machine again unuse. In this march-12 machine was put in use , here same complain for cooling , Company has given same reason for reffilling "GAS" which is chrgable, on request as frequency of "GAS" leackage for detail checking of A.C. technician has reported that the inner Unit Coil is Faulty i.e. leackage of coil, require replacement with charges. I have requested to company to replace the entire unit as it is faulty from the initial purchasing. company has refused to change and charges will be levied as the period of guarantee is over.
                      Kindly guide how to proceed further in the matter.

                        I purchased a samsung Single door fridge on 17.02.2012 vide bill no.16955 for Rs15700/- from Bagga Electronics market no 5 , NIT Faridabad the same was delevired on same day but that was found dented from Front side(door). dealer insist us to made complaint to samsung coustomer care. . since then i made complaint to samsung coustomer care on 22.02.2012 and they have visit 3 or 4 times and take the photographs but no response is from their side.I once again made complaint on 05.04.2012 complaint no. [protected], as per telephonic discusion with mr.sushil kumar distributer of samsung fridge had advice us to take new fridge from dealer where you have purchased and mr.sushil kumar has also directed to Bagga Electronics to give new fridge .the dealer insist us i replace when that model came in our shop and more than 2 months are over but we have not get the new fridge from the dealer.when i visit to shop dealer always says that the model has not come.

                        Please suggest what should I do????

                          We had purchased 2 x 1.5 Ton and 1 x 2 Ton Samsung AC from Vijay Sales, Kandivili
                          and installed it at Flat 102 Cosydell CHS Ltd., 91 St. Andrew's Road, Bandra, Mumbai - 400 050.

                          Within 16 months 1 x 1.5 Ton and 1 x 2 Ton AC have stopped working. On scrutiny the
                          technician said that the gas needs to be refilled. Now he says that the Condenser Coils
                          have gone, hence 2 new Condenser Coils and 2 refills need to be put for the ACs. And
                          it will cost Rs.9000/-

                          The Warranty period is 2 years, hence the Rs. 9000/- needs to be borne by Samsung not me.

                            Sir,In continuous to my complaint dated 16 April,2012,it is regretted to state that samsung AC are not recommended to buy. I am continuously sending one of my 3 AC to samsung workshop for gas filling right from year 2010.However, the latest date of reciept of Ac is(after rectification)is 19 April and it is
                            a 4th visit of workshop. Should I prepare myself to send Ac to next year also and pay charges as tax? What is the alternative? I think,I should dispose off all products of samsung having with me.

                            Sir, I had purchased 2 Nos. Samsung window AC in April 2007. Both the Acs had worked upto oct./march 2009 due to regular maintenance carried out.
                            After that the various troubles had started mainly gas leaking in both the ACs . Samsung engineer visited number of times on our call and both the Acs
                            were sent to service station three times for gas filling, no fruit ful result have been seen. There is no cooling. Samsung AC is a hopless one. I am continously sending the Acs to samsung service station right from year March 2010. On date, one Ac has again gone to coma, hence not working.

                            It is wonderful that actul life of the samsung AC is 2 to 3 years only. After that the same can be sold to kabadi. I salute to samsung for the hopeless product selling in the market and fooling and looting customers.

                            Sir, I am totally fed up with Samsung AC. Basically, it is of low quality material. The two window AC purchased by me in April/may 2007 have completed there normal life.The compressor of One AC has stopped working, hence required to be replaced.But Samsung is not inclined to change the same with nominal charges as the gaurantee period has been expired since 22 days exeeded.However, Samsung is not ready to compromise and demanding Rs 5000/-I have already paid much of amount on these ACs to samsung service centre.It may be surprised for the people reading this complaint that the GHATIA PRODUCT are being sold by Samsung company.
                            In this connection, I will never recommend any one to buy Samsung products.Prior to year 2003, The company had a standard and manufacturing good products/materials. Now Samsung is selling low quality products particularly the AC which is just like a SUPPER COOLER. Hopeless.

                            I have a 2 ton Samsung AC which I had bought around 3 years back. I worked fine for first year, 2nd year I have not used it at all and 3rd year I had used it for a while and I have found the cooling ineffective, but as I am using it once in a while it didn't affected me much and this year no cooling at all. Its irritating to see such a behavior when other company AC's I have working perfectly fine since years and this is the latest one I had bought.

                            Now on calling a service person from Samsung, I came to know that cooling gas needs to be refilled. I felt strange to know that in-spite o[censored]sing AC even less than moderate, gas refill is required.

                            Now they had picked the AC from my home for repair and today I got the call that some AC condenser part needs to be replaced as it can't be repaired. They told me current part if of Aluminum metal and now they will replace it with part made of Copper metal. Again surprising how come a metal part can't be repaired and also I am not able to get how come a metal part got damaged.

                            Is it company fitted sub standard part or is it Samsung repair center who wants to earn extra? It seems like Samsung selling "GHATIA PRODUCT" as stated above

                            I would also never recommend any one to buy Samsung products.

                              I am Ram Sharma,. Staying in Chennai.
                              On relocation, I had given a request for Samsung split AC (1.5 Ton) through Customer care. The request was given on 2nd April 2012. A Technician named Suresh had intially confirmed the appointment on Saturday (7th April) however he failed to come and even after repeated calls to him, there was neither any response or call-back. Finally on 9th April, Monday, another Technician had come to install the AC.
                              He had changed the cooling tube which was charged Rs 850.00.

                              However he left without giving any receipt for the same. He did not also show me the packaging in which the tube was bought. He all through insisted that it is original samsung product and was brought from their warehouse.
                              The tube does not bear any logo or stamp of Samsung or any other third party.
                              There after I had been mailing and calling the customer care for atleast the basic information, like place of manufacture, date of manufacture, price and logo.
                              However none from Samsung were able to provide me with this information as on date( 19th April 2012)
                              Further due to an installation error, the gas had leaked out and from the very day, there was no cooling. This was confirmed by one of their executives who had come on 13th April 2012. But he left saying that, "it would be fixed by a different team".

                              I have been calling the customer care, even I have posted mails on samsung website and to samsung support team. But all was invain.

                              After each mail, some individual calls and tells he would personally track my issue and see that it is resolved by the end of the day ... and this has been continuing for last 10 days.

                              This clearly highlights the careless and lack of customer-friendly attitude of samsung and its allied executives.

                                Hi Myself Rajeev Chawla residing at Gurgaon. I have purchased a New Handset of Samsung Duos on 29 March 2012 by Ebay worth approx 13000/-. I got my phone on within next 4-5 days. I used new phone for two days and start facing the lots of problems.

                                1.) No battery Backup. Phone switched off after 8 hrs on stand by (100% full charged)
                                2.) Mobile gets hot without any usage
                                3.) Tilt sensor is not working.
                                4.) Some time phones starting operates itself.
                                5.) It fluctuate on charging.

                                I have gave this phone to service center of Gurgaon they have declared Dead handset and even they are refusing me to give me a new handset. Request to you to look into this matter as i do not want to have repaired handset i have deposited my handset with 10 days of purchasing and after that some of Samsung Guy from the services Deptt contacted me the gave the assurance for everything will be fine and he will take care of my case and advise you shortly further action. After two days when i contacted him he was totally forget the case then he took conference call with the service center that situated in Gurgaon with the name of Ansh Communications. and i got all ok report.
                                I got my mobile back with changed my screen (I am not sure on this), full of scratches and dust. When i asked the guy about the backup and he replied we haven't checked that...@@@@@ we should use it then tell us ....what the hell is this i bought the phone to visit your service center again and again. They gave me a new battery as no option. i have called to same guy ([protected])for feedback and he took my Add to send somebody to come to my home and collect my phone back..but i am still waiting, someone will come to my house to collect my phone. but i forget it'Sam sung all fake promises and third class services.

                                Now the current status i am not able to use my Lovely Samsung mobile due to same reasons and one more thing the service center people added to that ie i am not getting display many times.

                                Samsung Mobile — THIRD CLASS SERVICE

                                Dear sir,
                                I am Mr. VIKRANT from nasik i have one samsung mobile, samsung model no.SCH-w619(DUAL SIM PHONE)(IMEI NO-[protected]) (DATE OF PURCHASE-07/08/08)I had submitted mobile at service station at SHREE GANESH ELECTRONICS, shop no.2, sarala apat., canada cornar, sharanpur road, opp.telephone exchange, nasik-422002 PH[protected],[protected].submitted dt.06/12/08(WORK ORDER NO. HHP-4631)(PROBLEM-MOBILE NOT CONECTING TO COMPUTER BY USB DATA CABLE).I expected date of handset return is after two weeks. When we visited to service station, MR.S.S.BAVALEKAR, MOBILE.NO.[protected], told me that mobile has been sent to Bangalore for repair. You have to wait for 7-8 more days.Now it has been passed 24 days but i have not got my phones yet. I have tried to make calls in the regard, but, either they do not pick up the phone or I get replies that they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me yet.
                                If no action is taken by the company i will be compelled to knock the doors of the consumer court for justice to a non technical customer.
                                You are requested to please look into the matter & do the needful.

                                Hope for favourable response & early action please.

                                    I would like to bring to the light fraudulent practice by Samsung though its dealers by selling Galaxy SII GT-I9100g model in the box of GT-I9100. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy SII from Spice Retail LTD. (G 3 JSRK, SEC-18 , Noida,UP) by Invoice No.[protected] dated 15 Dec 2011 which clearly states Model No. Galaxy SII GT-I9100.

                                    The box containing galaxy SII also shows as Model No. GT-I9100 whereas after checking the instrument (when I came across problem in some games & 3D), I found that it is actually GT-I9100g, which has inferior processor & GPU. This has caused me sever inconvenience, disappointment and mental stress after incurring a huge amount on the cell.It hangs a lot, freezes at times and camera failure and heats up a lot.

                                    GT-I9100 is powered by 1.2GHz ARM CortexA9 Exynos 4210 and ARM Mali-400 GPU while GT-I9100G is powered by Texas Instruments OMAP4430 CPU and PowerVR SGX540 GPU. This is the main difference between both the phones leading to change in performance.

                                    On various communications with Support india, there is no response I have mailed them more than 60 times to support.[protected]@samsung.com but nothing is happening in this regard. Its more than 3 months since am running after them for the same.

                                    This is a serious matter and must be dealt with accordingly. Am highly annoyed with Samsung now, Please look into this.

                                      I have purchased a Samsung LED TV from Indra Sound at Indra Square Market in Bangkok on 2nd Novemeber 2011.
                                      Since January2012, it is not working and the service centre is refusing to repair it under international warranty.
                                      I have corresponded via email with Samsung, but nothing positive is being done.
                                      I was given to understand that as soon as one registers the product online, the international warranty is valid.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT77KBTS of 570 litres sold to my aged mother on 15.3.12 still proves to be defective. On complaining the service technician had come on 4.4.12 and place the handle back saying it will never come out again. But within a week the handle came off again. The technician was again called and this time he did not turn up, because the refrigerator is a problem one and cannot be set right. So you see, Samsung has cheated my mother by selling a defective frige through its dealer, Khosla Electronics, Beckbagan, Kolkata without showing her the model. As there was no buyer for this model, my aged mother with dim eyesight was forced to take it on delivery and exchange. As the old fridge was taken away, she had no choice but to us the new one as otherwise the food taken out of the old fridge would go bad, had to be put back in the new one without knowing that the handle is defective. It means Samsung sells its defective products in this manner through its dealer Khosla Electronics.

                                      The refrigerator is big and costly and no amend is being made to set it right neither by the company nor
                                      its dealer.
