SAMSUNG LCD TV — Improper installation

I have bough a samsung LCD tv from ARCHEE ELECTRONIC ,PANVEL,NAVIMUMBAI and my samsung R/G code is [protected].After one week technician come to my house and installated the unit on wall with improper support on my absence .Please do needfull action.

my samsung lcd tv not working since one mont and its just 5 month old. complained many times to cusotmer care but no proper response.executive always visited at my place and same answer parts not available.

LCD TV — for installing

I have bought a Samsung LCD TV on 02/11/10 from kohli broth ,parladh mkt,karol bagh new delhi-110005 ,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the LCD and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than three days.I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for so much time for a new installation then I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

I bought samsung Lcd tv but no one is came for installation @ chandrapur

I faced the same problem and now when I placed a request for installation they are saying they would be charging Rs. 900 for wall mounting as its more than a month that I bought my TV.

I have been asked 6000/- they say my model is an import.

Call any body from Hardware shop they can do it for 200-300 Rs
