Complaint - Regarding Samsung LCD TV

Respected sir,

I beg to say that i have purchased a new LCD TV form company name Samsung model no. 22A480 invoice no 79 dated 14 Jan 2010 from local dealers Dhamani enterprises BHILAI CHHATTISGARH. After product deliver TV working properly after one day
Some channels are missing .One Person come and install LCD TV I have complain some channels not coming .He say that check your cables connection. I am install new coble
After that same channels not coming again, and then I have made complain Samsung dealers.
He sends one person and check LCD TV he said that TV tuner card not working properly, and said that he order TV tuner card then coming .Today is 20 day he not reply
And when I make call dealer he not attend my phone call. Sir I want to change my LCD TV please helps me.

    I purchased a Samsung Microwave model MW71E in October 2008.This was after the LG microwave's inner cabinet got rusted we decided to go for samsung ( because of its quick customer care and good after sales service ).But any how we had bought another piece of this same microwave in Aug-Sep 08.
    now amost after an year o[censored]sage the inner cabinet of the microwave has developed rust despite of leaving the door of the microwave open after heating products in it to let the water vapours inside to dry and prevent damaging the microwave.
    despite of regular calls to samsung customer care the CCE's have given up and said that the cabinet will be changed at a price of 3000 rupees while a new microwave costs 4000/-.
    anyhow the issue is not of the money here but of the quality of the product being manufactured by Samsung.
    Both the microwaves have developed the same problem and the roof paint is ready to fall off.
    I thus warn all people to refrain from buying samsung microwaves.

    P.S-A;WAYS BUY MICROWAVES WITH CERAMIC COATING ,U SHALL NEVER FACE THE RUST PROBLEM (AS TOLD BY ONE CUTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE)

      Sir, I purchased a Samsung Omnia i900 on 6th April, 2009 from Hotspot Mobiles, Moga (PUNJAB) for Rs. 26,500. This phone was bought for my father who is has to roam all over India because of his job. Withing few months o[censored]sing the handset, in August, The phone's motherboard went off and my father deposited the handset at Samsung Service Centre, M/s Adil Electronics, Srinagar (J&K) from where after numerous phone calls, he received motherboard replaced handset back after approx. 1.5 months. After that, till march 2010, the handset was barely used either once or twice because of the official mobile handset he got from his department.

      While transferring the contacts to the i900 handset, the handset was constantly showing low memory. This issue was told to the Samsung Service Helpline people and as per them, this was a minor issue and handset could be deposited at the Service Centre for resolving the issue. When the handset was shown to Samsung Factory Service Center at Kalkaji, New Delhi. I was told that the 8GB NAND Flash Memory inside the handset is absent. I immediately called the Samsung Helpline and they gave me a complaint no. [protected] and made me to expect a call from them withing 3 days and till today, that 3rd day hasn't come. This is what Samsung is? First they offer cheapest quality handsets with the worst touch screen i've ever experienced, worst service and now cheating on customers just for a piece of flash memory! Because of this I'm not able to sell this handset in the market! In the market, people are offering me RS. 5000 for a 1 year old handset! Wow! A total Rs. 20,000 loss!!!
      I request the hon'ble judges to provide me with Justice....

      samsung mobile omnia i900 — alignment of screen

      my omnia i900 is not responding properly to the touch, since i formatted the mobile and couldn't align my screen properly thats why i am facing this problem, so it will be great help if you could mail me the calibration data so that i can edit the registry.

          We purchased a Samsung AC model no. AWT18ZKAXTL (1.5 T) from Tirupati Distributors last year. There are three free services. On 27th March, 2010, we register our request at the Customer Centre for service of AC. Complain no. as provided to us is [protected]. Thereafter, we are continuously follow-up. Till date no person yet attended it. What is the use of AC in such a hot summer if we are unable to get it start.

          Even there is no proper response. We are not aware what to do. We request to the forum kindly help us.

          Samsung AC — Service not provided by dealer & company

          Dear Sir,
          I bought one Samsung AC in April 2008, at the time of purchasing no one told me that few services are free with in one year of buying. Now i come to know from my friend bout this.

          I registered service request on 22nd May 2009 with BP no [protected]., No bodyturned up for one week and when service engg came then he was asking for money.

          They closed the complaint by their own by saying that customer refused to pay.

          I am very much disappointed with the service which you are providing to your customers. I will never recommend anyone for SAMSUNG product.

          I think Samsung should stop their sale and they should first serve their existing customers with quality service.

          SAMSUNG AWT18ZKAXTL — INSTALLATION

          TODAY I HAVE PURCHASED THE A/C FROM M/S ASHIANA'S ELECTROINICS, VERMA CENTER, BORING ROAD, PATNA 800001, PHONE NO:[protected], 2541351 VIDE INV NO: AE/1141/2009-10 DT 22 JUN 2009 BY CASH. Inastallation Charges applied but my machine is in hanging position and can fall down any time. I believe you are not covering any warranty if happenes so for the fault of the installer.

          Samsung AC — Not Working and No feedback from Company

          I have a Samsung AC, which is not working Since 29th April 2010. I have lodge complained with Samsung Customer Care, My Complain No is [protected]. But After everyday followup no one is coming for repair. And only one feedback I received from Customer care It will be repair by tomorrow. Behavior of Customer Care is also not gentle.

          Samsung AC — repeated call for compalaint an un attendee

          i have complained more than 4 times to customer care and tollfree line from date 23 june 2010 and they just came once to my residence and said need to change the ac will get back in 20 days and know one has turned back after that even after repeated calls ,so please revert back as soon as possible

          even after repeated conversation through phone and mail the support service of samsung have failed to get back to me regarding the ac , so i have decided in what and al lways i canget justice i will go forward, with it and proov that samsung products are the worst i have ever bought , and will spread it all over i can ,in chennai to my knowledge ,maximum damage to the brand

          Samsung-A.C. — Services not Provided

          I have purchased a 2.00Ton A.C. on 8/5/09.As per cmpany,s condition they provide three services during the year,however the company provided only one service and that too after about six months.After complition of one year I reffered the matter to companyand I was asked to give details which i furnished immediately.After reminding them they asked me the same details again>after some time igot the reply that they have forwarded the details to concerned deptt and I will be contacted.
          I am still waiting them to contact since more than one and half month.This type of service can not be expected from a reputed company,moreover as my a.c. has not been serviced by company during the period what if any defect if now noticed ?I feel stern action shall be taken against such defaulters.

          Samsung AC — Under Warranty Service of AC

          Dear Sir , I bought a 1.5 Ton Ac from SAMSUNG in year 2009.

          I filed a request on customer care for Under warranty Service in year 2010.
          No body from SAMSUNG came for the service.

          Till today I have been following for the service, Now they are asking for the Money to be paid for this service.

          Kindly help, As i am not able to use my AC, and very much dis-appointed from this.

            samsung corby pro i buy on 3/3/10 and on 17/03/10 in got hot in my pockey untill i see to it the mobile was heated & draned off. on the same day i gave it to the mastercare service centre in mumbai their they took the handset and told me that they will replace the motherboard and give me the handset in 15 to 20 days. till now they have not got it done replying they are out of stock.
            my complain is that the company should give first priorities to the costly handsets & should get the jobdone in short period. if new handsets r facing such problems then what about the older once. how could they say that they dont have the parts of a new mobile & taking such long time.

              This is to inform u that i hv purchase a samsung star 3g of rs=11800 on 17-11-09 from dehradun shop .now after some time the phone not charging .Then i take my mobile to the samsung service provider which is at chakrata road . There the engineer opean my mobile and say me that the jack is not working so u hv to replace the wholr pcb of the mobile which is of 4000/ . So my mobile is under warrenty why should i replace the pcb as far the samsung service provider will do and why they r asking me the 4000/ rs whether the mobile is under the warreny so my attention toward the SAMSUNG MOBILE INDIA is to repaire my mobile freee of cost . by the behaviour of the sumsung service provider its seeem they dosent know how to talk to the customer and SAMSUNG INDIA PVT LTD plz look into the matter very seriously and ansme as soon as possible

                This is to inform u that i hv purchase a samsung mobile star 3g on 17/11/09 from shop.Now its stopping charging from charger.I went to the service provider of samsung in dehradun which is at chakhrata road .There he take the mobile and open it after opening it he say to very rudely that the jack has some problem and u hv to change the whole PCB which is costing Rs =4000/. My complain is my mobile is under warrenty any they hv to reaplce the jack or pcb what so ever free of cost as its all comes under warrenty so i want that M/s Sumsung india pvt ltd should take the neccesarry action against my complain and provide wht so ever the service up to the mark . (but this type of service will let down the effect of sale os samsung high end mobile which cost[protected] very badly )

                Samsung Star 3G — POOR SERVICE

                I purchased samsung S5603mobile on 26/08/09 and in TWENTY days its software currepted. I lodged the complaint at service centre sector22 chandigarh but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.Please guide me what to do.

                Samsung Star 3G — not giving proper service

                I had purchased samsung star 3g handset before 2 months. there was a problem with its back cover it was not fitting properly. so i gave it to service centre to fix it. initally he fixed it .but actually he broke the lock and he just glued it and fixed it. i came to know this things later. now i complaint to that service centre to changed that body . They are telling that i have to pay for that body. my handset is in warranty . 1year. i have original bills and everything. i warned them that i will launch complaint against him in consumer forum they are telling "do whatever you want. i dont care".please help me out.
                Today at the time of sale the shopkeeper assures that we will get service. But the service center is not concerned about that. Just they are sitting to make husge bills by sayng damage is not cover under warranty. Plz do the needful...

                Samsung Star 3G — wrong claim by the company

                I bought this phone on 19th nov 2009, the features claimed that battery life is 300 hrs bt actually i dnt get battery stand by of more than 20hrs.
                i got the battery changed 4 times bt still the prob persists.
                In all i wont recommend anyne to buy a headache like samsung mobile

                Samsung Star 3G — faulty handset

                I bought my phone on 25/ 8/ 09 and since then it has been a night mare, more than using the phone myself the phone has been with the service centre or has been lying around for it has again encountered a problem. With in a month the phone got software problem and it took them a 3 days to rectify it. Post that the display was gone and it took them to rectify it- reason given they don't have the spare parts (of the products that they are selling in the market). And when i started using the same again it has again got software problem.
                In short has just caused me inconvenience and nothing else and was a really bad decision.
                i have lost my samsung star touch phone yesterday in, is there anyway to get it back? or have it lost it? can anyone help me??? customer care executive told me get an FIR, but is it really possible to get it after i file a complain.

                Samsung Star 3G — Delay in service

                i have given my cell phone in 11th jan 2010 for certain charging problem in it.
                its already 22 days .but they used to say there is no board in stock for replacement.so they are delaying their service.this service centre belongs to Gandhinagar,Berhampur,orissa.
                this is one of the most mobile in this world . Battery backup is poor . net service is also poor . when i want to connect it to my pc for surfing it is not connected . no extra softwere is supported . only mobile camera is good ... also else are GANDU . i never expect that samsung made this type of mobile .
                I agree to the false battery life claim. I have bought the samsung star 3G model in december 2009 after comparing the features of the phone and technical reviews on it.
                But since purchase I could never get the battery life more than 15-20 hours on an average. My usage is not even moderate I may be talking for hardly 20 minutes in a day. I hardly use camera or FM or music player in it. recently I started experiencing further deterioration in life of the battery. Now even without using the mobile it drains within an hour after charging fully.
                When tried to consult to shop keepers they said try to replace the battery and find out whether the problem is in battery or the hand set but do not give it to service stations of Samsung as they will fiddle with entire hardware and will not respond in less than 10 - 12 days. I am at a fix after spending a good amount on a trusted company like Samsung and widely reported good features for Samsung Star #G model.
                Can some one please guide me to ensure my decision to trust and hard earned money spent on the model.

                  Sir,
                  I have purchsed the mobile of SAMSUNG S3500 from M/s Vedom Traders , Nagpur in last september 2009.I had found that its mobile tracker was having the problems to operate. I had approched frequently aforesaid dealer to rectify it. they were failed to do so. since they had any experise with nagpur branch as told by them. After that six monts, unfortunately , I had lost my mobile on 20 march 2010. but it could not be traced after lodging the FIR on 21.3.2010.

                  It was fact that since my mobile tracker is not repaireded by comany /dealer within its warranty time of one year as i have approched quickely within 15 days to report the concerned dealer. In absence such system for which comany charging extra value overages to other mobile. Further comany has not cybersystem to block working of such lost mobile. This has been told to me by service providers on phone. In veiw of above , my information of personel and confidential nature has been lossed , as iam holding responsible post of govt service.
                  In veiw of above facts, i may be issued another same mobile comany at the earliest as mobile tracker was not working which could have help to locate and seize the phone which has been lost.

                  SAMSUNG MOBILE S3500 — about handset replacement

                  Dear sir,

                  I have purchased samsung mobile S3500 from your authorised dealer Jyoti Telecom,Solapur on[protected].
                  then suddenly one morning on[protected] handset becomes dead.
                  next day[protected] I went to service center ie Raviraj Communication fro further service. thy took my mobile and told me to change the motherboard. then after complete one month and five days ie on[protected] they returned it.On[protected] again it becomes dead. Again I went to Raviraj Communication. this time they told me abut the nonrepaire of Handet and about the replacement.
                  but till date I have not received my handest. they always refuse to deliver it by saying " Your mobile replacement is not sanctioned by company" Now i am thinking that i have invested 6900/- as dead investment.
                  so, here i request you to look in this matterand do the needful.
                  I launched a complaint against your Cervice Center and i got my mobile replacement by the day evening.

                    Samsung Star 3G — complain of two samsung phones within the waranty

                    I'm Sarah complaining about two Samsung phones from Bangalore.
                    I have 2 samsung phones. The samsung star 3G phone was given to the sevice twice because the phone would say it was charged and when removed it says 'no battery'. The first time we had given it in, the phone only lasted for a week and then stopped working. we gave it for service the second time and it comletely stopped working. If we try turning it on it wouldnt even do that.
                    Same with my other phone, I gave it for service many times and it would come back in a worse condition. Now the phone wouldnt even vibrate and the buttons wouldnt even work. Both the phone's are under waranty so it was given for service but they said they couldnt service it .
                    Now both the phone's are in a horrible condition and cannot be used.
                    Can i know when i can hear from you?

                      iam jagadeesh purchased a samusung mobile from sangeetha mobile store
                      its contain complete one year warranty.but i lost my original bill and i asked them for
                      duplicate bill in the online database its showing different customer name and
                      different purchasing location and the retailer saying your not the right person and he is not responding properly without bill the customer care center not accepting my mobile .

                      so i lost completely my 12000 RS mobile set.to avoid these kind of problems please take necessary actions on mobile stores.

                        1. I have purchased a 22 inch Samsung LCD TV from jabalpur branch of Big Bazaar on 21 Mar 2010.
                        2. This TV had initial defect of power supply, where in the TV once switched off either by remote or by power button of the LCD the TV does not switch on again by any means and the power LED continues to blink continuously. The power button on the wall has to be switched off and then after about a period of about 20-25 min the TV can be swithed on again. This was a typical problem which could be detected only after getting the product home.
                        3.I lodged the complaint with Samsung on 21 mar 2010 with BP No. [protected]. Samsung representative turned up after five days however he stated that it was an initial defect.
                        5. I again approached the Samsung customer care through Big Bazar office at Mumbai on 27 mar 2010 with the ID of my mob no [protected]. Assurance of prompt response was given to me, however no fruitful results have yielded. Samsung rep again visited on 31 Mar 2010 however could not resolve the problem.
                        6. Since then I have been getting a raw deal from both Samsung and Big bazar and I continue to hold the defective piece even after payin my hard earned money fot the product.
                        May i request that the company be asked to replace the TV at the earliest.

                            This is in regards to my Samsung Airconditioner which I bought two years back. Suddenly it stopped working & I called up Samsung Customer Care # 30308282 & lodged a complaint on 1st April, 2010. I was given a and as promised that an Engineer will visit my place within 24 hours.

                            Till 3rd April, I didn't receive any call from them & I again called the customer care number & was given a service center # [protected] as they are the ones who send Engineers. When I called there, person by name of Sumit from Wazirpur told me that ''people at customer care call center are bunch of jokers & don't know what kind of work pressure they (Service Center people ) are going through''. He said that there is no way my complaint can be addressed on 3rd April.
                            I agin called up customer care & was promised that it will be escalated & they'll call back. I got a call & was promised that it an Engineer will visit my place at 11:00 AM of 4th April. When no body turned up till 12:00 pm, I again called up the service center number to enquire that by what time an Engineer will come. I got a shocking statement that there was no call made to me from Samsung & there is no way an Engineer can come before Tuesday, 6th April.

                            I again called up customer care & spoke with a supervisor by name of Karan & he put me on hold to enquire about the same. He assured me that I will get a call back in 30 minutes & my issue will be resolved today itself. But now it is more than 1 hour & no one has called me or visited my place.

                            My point is that a big brand like Samsung can do such cheap stuff then how can we trust the rest of the brands in market. People from same organisation pass loose remarks for their own colleagues & make false promises. One hand of such a big brand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. When we buy products we get promises that the after sale service will be best etc. but when it comes to keeping those promises, brands like Samsung do such cheap stuff.

                            I have 3 airconditioners at my home from Samsung & have received a great mental harrassment & false promises that I will never buy any Samsung Product & will also make sure that no one from my near ones buy any Samsung product in future.
                            on 21/May morning I registered a complaint requesting service for my split aircon. I was given BP No [protected]. I was informed it would be attended to the same day. Later i received a sms.. "Trust your query has been resolved". Then in the evening i got a call informing me the problem would be attended to the next day, i.e 22nd. However, nobody turned up & i called the service no. 30308282 only to be told it would be attended to only on Monday 24th. I asked for the supervisor but the phone was disconnected. I called back but again was not connected to the supervisor. Considering i bought this A/C only on 15/Sep/09 & i have had repeated problems with the A/C & coupled with the PATHETIC SRVICE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN !!!

                              I have purchased a split AC from Karolbagh Pusa Road Ezone on Tuesdy dt 30/03/2010. The customer service rep told me that the whole packag will b delivered to my home by Thursday. I received all the items by thursdy otherthen the stablizar. I tried to call the customer service no given in the bill which are [protected] and [protected], several times but no one picks up the phone from there. I sit known to the best customer service that u people provide to your customers? If we r not going to get the item with rest of the package we should be informed about it before hand.                                 This is to inform that we have purchased an a/c on 04/05/09 from M.K. Electronics Gallery, Kalkaji, New Delhi vide Bill no. 5637 book no. 113. The product serial nos. is 30502428 indoor & 30502435 outdoor units.

                                This unit is out of order since last 10 days. We have made several complaints on your telephone no. [protected]. A service engineer came once & advised us that the spare part is not available hence it will take another 48 hrs to get it repaired.

                                But regret to inform that no one has turned up since last 5 days. We are regular in touch with your service center but even your service station executives are liar and making fake commitments with customers. Yesterday one lady spoke to me & advised that some one will call me before 8 PM but as usual no one contacted. Today morning I spoke to Mr. Sobhit & he confirmed that our problem will be sorted out before 3.30 PM. FYI, this is 3.55 PM but no one has visited.

                                Now would like to know from you that will our a/c be repaired or replaced? And if not then what is solution?

                                  I have bought a Samsung LCD TV on 02/11/10 from kohli broth ,parladh mkt,karol bagh new delhi-110005 ,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the LCD and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than three days.I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for so much time for a new installation then I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

                                  I have been asked 6000/- they say my model is an import.
                                  Call any body from Hardware shop they can do it for 200-300 Rs

                                    Be very careful when purchasing home appliances, especially from Nandilath Irinjalakuda.

                                    I bought samsung airconditioner 4 th december 2009 from nandilath world Irinjalakuda and I had problem with AC not coooling. I registered complaint 25th march and they are not responding, when we are making enquiry they are firing back and very badly and cheep way behaving.

                                    Samsung AC — Worst Service

                                    I brough a new samsung AC on Feb 2008, I was informed that 4 Free service will be done every three monts for the first year, but have not seen any service engineers for one year. The AC is not cooling at all the service engineers are not attending the compliants properly some of them who i have seen are not fit to do an AC service at all. I am not sure will the samsung try to provide a better service and a better product or we may not see any samsung AC products in future. Not only AC I also brought a new Samsung refrigerator on Feb 2008, i was told that the installation will be done by the service engineers but no one turned up till now, I am not sure if there is duplicate products in the name of Samsung sold in the market or Samsung itself is producing that kind of products.
                                    they are a bunch of liars. I have given up on them.

                                    Samsung AC — Samsung AC worst service in the earth

                                    I would like to bring the notice that besides our complaint provided 5 wks before, NO ACTION has been carried out by Samsung AC. I keep getting a tape recorded message from their service centre. It is one of the worst treatment they can pass it to their customers. Not sure, how long we need to live with these kind of service providers. I am highly disappointed with their service.
                                    Not sure when will I get a service from them.

                                    Hence forth, think twice before you buy a product of Samsung.

                                      i buy a Samsung Ac 1.5 Ton from Triputi Distributor, Ghaziabad on jul,2010. After 8 month of purchase it was not working properly i make a complaint on 20th March 2010. after 6 days regular follow ups i did not get even a visit from company side and after that i complaint it to distributor the on 26th a person from distributor side take away that AC and after one day he send back that now it is ok. but when i checked it is still same problem. Now Nither Distributor nor company take any action regarding this complaint then i againg complaint to replace that AC because i affraid with this service and that time i take the complaint no also i.e. -[protected].                                       Samsung window A.C — Samsung A.C. Worst Service

                                      Sir,

                                      We had purchased a SAMSUNG Air Conditioner of 1.5 Ton which stopped working within one week of purchase. Inspite of repeaed complaints and also their agent analysis that the compressor is not working they have not yet replaced the Air Conditioner . No supoort is being given to us by the ir service centre. We have spent so much money on it but the dealer M/S GOLD MOHAR IMPEX PVT LTD Kolkata 700072. Please help.

                                        I purchased Samsung Split 1.5 Ton AC Model No:AS-18-NA on 28/02/2008 from Ahmedabad dealer.Same unit installed by company technician.
                                        After two years of operation I found outdoor unit's insulation was badly damaged and its condenser piping was exposed to atmosphere.Hence during running operation of the unit, there are cold loss and it gives less efficiency and consumed more power.
                                        The same problem was referred to main dealer at Ahmedabad and loacal dealer at Bharuch also.Also complain was registered to Samsung customer care.
                                        As outdoor unit insulation is very critical and its performance is based on insulation quality.I do not understand that how this poor quality insulation is selected by Samsung company.

                                        They are not ready to solve the problem an not giving any response to customer. I think they are making fool and getting only business and not care for customer problem.

                                        The unit insulation is getting powdered and falling down which expose the piping of gas / liquid which are suppose to be insulated.
                                        Hope for needful action.
