Respected Sir/Mam,
i purchased a Samsung Corby pro B5310 on 8th February from Chandigarh.After 20 days i came to know that mobile has manufacturing defect in its display screen.On 3rd March 2010, i submitted the mobile at samsung service center in 22 sector(PH:[protected],5067187) to replace its display screen.i was told that i will receive a call within 4-5 days from service center to inform status of my mobile phone.but i didn't receive any call from service center in next 20 days.i called them 3 times in between to know status of my mobile phone but they always said that display screen is not available and when i said that why didn't they call me to tell me about the status then they always made excuse that they called but your mobile phone was switched off.i already gave my two contact numbers and i never switched off them so they are only lying.i went to service center after 20 days and i saw that mobile was not repaired.i took my mobile phone back.i talked with their seniors also but they also didn't give any positive response.you can think now what kind of service company is giving if they cant solve their manufacturing defect problem.They also keep on saying that we will call you within 3-4 days.i m totally dissatisfied with company's service.This causes me physical, mental as well as financial problem .If my problem will not solve soon i will take legal action against company.Hope that you can go ahead and do something useful for me. hoping to listen soon from you.

Samsung — MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN 20 DAYS

Dear Sir,
I bought Samsung Corby Pro B5310 on 18/03/2010. The product started hanging from the 20th day onwards. I was managing by switching off and then switching on. On 1st of May 10, the touch screen has stopped functioning. Since 1 & 2 were holidays, I was on my way to service center on the 3rd and suddenly another problem creeped in. The mobile started beeping and the display started changing on its own accord. When the service center personnel saw it, they too were perplexed as I was and they disassembled every component, cleaned it with a cleaning solution and gave it to me saying it was just a short circuit caused by permenant operated condition of some switch. Well, for the moment it was good. The service work order number was 1003. In less than 20 hours, the problem reoccurred and I rushed to the service center; by which time, another problem came up. The screen turned BLANK!!!! I was terribly distressed and I asked them to replace the mobile as the problem is a manufacturing defect and has creeped in well within one month of its purchase. We can't expect to get our expensive gadgets getmessed up and repaired in such a short spell of time. The service center personnel said, he can't get a replacement but can replace the faulty component and return in 7 days time. The Work order No. was 1081 dated 04-05-10. I called the Samsung customer care who were generous in giving me the ID Number ([protected]) but to NO help whatsoever.
I had been having very bad after sales support from Samsung people even with Window AC, Split AC, Washing Machine and about half-a-dozen mobile phones right from the R220 model.
I think it is unworthy to buy Samsung products if they cannot be confident on their products and resolve such clear cut manufacturing defects. They are sure to lose their reputation as a reliable company if this nature of support is not curtailed at the earliest.

samsung is a great fake company.i too thinking to buy pro but as i am collecting information i came to know ie.even every model of corby is having some problems.i agree that it is electronic things there may be defect arose during manufacture but my dissatisfaction is, why company is not listening to customers.if once this trust will blow out then, even china company will also overtake samsung.

so i request samsung to take forward some actions.and after all its better to buy china mobile rather than samsung because i have never heared complaints that samsung is facing

Samsung Corby Pro — defective model

dear sir,
i am an army officer posted in the border of j&k in hard counter insurgency area.Mobile phone is the only means by which i stay connected with my family and friends.on 16 june,2009 i was gifted a samsun corby pro by my mother.she insisted that i should go in for a nokia mobile but i insisted on going for samsung...i jus wish i would have listened to her.today i feel disheartened and cheated. out of the 3 mths of possesing the mobile,it has been lying in the service centre for gud about 2 months...on 30 th june its keypad stopped working...i had to then send it to the service centre in jammu who returned me this mobile after about 7 days....then again after 7 days its screen went blank..i had to again send it to jammu for repair..the software had got corrupted n they lacked the technical competence to set it right so they had to send this mobile to chandigarh service centre..it came back after 35 days..again after 2 days its call pick up button stopped working ..again i had to send it to jammu service centre ..and it came back after 2 days...it was only yesterday that i had got this set back ...it worked properly for one day and today again its behaving irratically...its getting switched off and on on its own..once switched off its not getting switched on and though i am recieving calls but i am unable to answer them n its hanging....sir it takes 2 days to climb my post..and another 1 day to reach jammu from my location..so now you can well imagine the duration for which this mobile has been out..and once asked for a replacement it was outrightly rejected.sir may i please request you to kindly replace this set at the earliest orelse perforce i will have to move to the consumer court seeking justice for the poor qulaity of product,poor services and the mental harrasment caused to me.i am sanguine you would look into the matter at the earliest and replace this mobile and restore the reputation of this company once again in my eyes and my fraternity

Samsung Mobile Corby Pro — bad service

first i gave my mobile for service as i have display problem,for 1 month the they were saying that mobile was ready but when i was going to get the mobile back ,they will be saying that ur mobile was not ready..after one month they gave my mobile but they damaged my camera and network card of my mobile. this is done my the pondicherry sri padma samsumgservice center. now i have to paid round 2000 rs. for my mobile due to this service center.........
I absolutely empathize with Capt Druv, I have also faced a similar problem. If there is any Samsung Customer care person he should respond immediately.

    Our double door refrigerator cooling got stopped from 20th march 2010, we called sumsung refrigerator service, which is located at railway colony, one person has came and he told that timer has to be replaced, after that till he revert back, we called several time but he is not responding, then he gave Mr.Kumar's Mob no. (branch manager - Mob:[protected]) he is not at all lifting his mobile, pls help us to get our fridge operation

      My S3653 is having a problem with touchscreen,especially when we touch required numeric or text skips another number/text and further some times screen hanging like desktop,after some time it works. It is very frustrating while typing sms or doing usual/normal mobile functions.

      I have samsung corby s3653, when i use widgets facebook and press login it says "Network connection error"?
      PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...this happens with widgets, mobile browser, opera mini...when i brought it worked fined, but for now it shows, DNS FAILED when connected by browser and NETWORK CONNECTION ERROR when using widgets.

      I do have the same issues with corby phone...But mone is bit crazy...
      It works properly for sometime but at some instants the upper two rows of the menu list will not have the touch sensitivity, ...Yu feel like throwing yur mobile to the walls when the same happen when yu are in urgency to get some data especially from yur messages...WORST PHONE TO BE HONEST

        As per the executive of the dealer, emi explained in writing infront of your executive that emi will deducted through ecs Rs.1583 but I was shocked to seen the sms that emi Rs.1708 will be deducted from my account. kindly explain me today positively other wise I have no option to close my saving account with immediate effect and further proceed for legal complaince against dealer and the company.

            Samsung A/C — our A/c is not working properly

              I purchaced samsung handset on Jan-2008. (Samsung D880 with Dual sim) because only samsung having dual sim mobile that time. and sliding strip has been failed in just 10 month. 2 time i visit to service center (Prabhadevi), but strip not available to them. so I repaired it from outsouce and again it fail after 3 month. next time also samsung service center (Sion branch) peoples having same answer, `strip not available'.
              My one of relative also face problem with samsum mobile. (Samsung Guru) it failed in three month only.

              I suggest everybody dont go for samsung mobile.

It is almost one year but no one came for service except once that to after calling n no. of times through the shopkeeper(from where we purchased the split a.c. As a matter of fact the company never ever bothered to make call for free service. after a long span of times we made a complaint and the complaint , the complaint no. is [protected]. pl. do something so that the problem of the ac may be sorted out. Its very embarrassing that such a big brand don't even pay attention on the sales after service. I am hopeful my complaint will be sorted as its earliest.

                i purchase the samsumg LCD monitor from delhi eight month before now the on off switch is not working then i give it to samsung care center center in 26/march/2010 but when i call the custemer care center for progress they give no any response properly always says not yet repaire switch call me after two days when we call after two days they says call me after lunch & they are save our mobile no. & most of time dissconect my phone call.
                sir i am doing the job in pathology laboratory i need every day print report between 150 to 200 but i have no moniter then i print the report in other laboratory please help me
                now last 18 days they are not repaired my monitor

                  We brought a samsung window ac 1.5 ton almost an year back,now the ac is defunct.I made a complaint with the customer care on29 mar 2010 at 11am.But till this time ,after making 7-8 calls,there is no action from the service cell.Can you pls rectify this??? if i was aware of your company's pattern of (this kind of) services i would have never opted to buy a samsung product.It is realiy annoying when you have a small kid at home who cannot tolerate the summer heat.hope you are geting it right.Why uare selling products ,when you cant offer post purchase services effectively as you boast off ???I May be a single customer but can raise into afew thousands if you people fail to please the customers.I humbly request you to look into this and take a favourable action please.

                    As I believe samsung is most branded and product leader in india. having a market value in the field of home appliances. I regret to say that i am trying to have refrigerators which i liked most it has been disappeared from the market and I have wandered entire city looking for that. But everyone is saying that company has stopped this product for time being and I have booked this refrigerator with advance. Now i have no other option left and I am moving to other brand like LG.

                    this could not be only my case this could prevailing entire india.which is enough to harm goodwill of samsung india.

                      they have taken it for gas charging.

                      i made complain on 23rd of march,2010 and my complain is not solved till date.

                      company executive visited place on 25th march.

                      but till now i dont get any response from the company.
                      i call many times to your customer care but i dont get any response.

                      Well I am fully Dissatisfied with samsung service.
                      As i am get frustrated from company these days.

                      whenever i call them they say that your product is being delivered from company.
                      this is being happening from a weak.

                      Samsung Air Conditioner — NEW AIR CONDITIONER SERVICE

                      have bought Samsung Biofresh 1 ton Aircontioner and installed on 05th April 08. Airconditioner worked fine for 15 days and cooling effect came down drastically. I have lodged a complaint with Service Center and I came to know that Gas leakage as per the Service Engineer. Service personnel told that the A/c to be taken to Service Center and they took 4 days to take the A/c from my residence ie on May 19th 08. Since then there is no response from the Service Center till date. As such, if i call the toll free number they use to say that Service Engineer will call you within 2 hours. This was happening for the past 10 days. I have never expected this kind of response from Samsung. Better stop selling Airconditioners if Samsung is not capable of giving at least better service.                           I have given MY SAMSUNG TV tv for repair at samsung service yzag .So after 30 days asked to change something and not even telling the problem even constant persunse.When ever i contacted them they asking to contact Hyderabad&Delhi etc.
                          Yzag samsung service is very very bad&idoitic response is given.



                          I SAMSUNG SERVICE IS VERY VERY BAD&I AM TOTALLY VEXED SAMSUNG IS VERY VERY COMPANY. PLEASE DONOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS&I WILL ALSO NOT BUY.

                          Samsung — Change of TV

                          I am a consumer of samsung products for the last 10-12 years. I have exchanged samsung TV from 'The Digital Shoppee' c/o Samsung Plaza 46-A/1 Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Allahabad U.P. with samsung Co-slim (Product code- FII CS21Z43SNUXX) on 22 Aug, 2010 pricing Rs.7744 as per bill and verbally it was quoted Rs.8450. Samsung Plaza has not provided me the right remote control for the TV. Then i chose another TV with price tag of Rs.7700. On 15 Oct, 2010 they again cheated and told the price Rs.8490 for the same. On 16 Oct,2010 they rang me for the exchange of TV with above mentioned TV but have not sent it yet. Such type of shopowners are defaming the company and products. Please check it and provide me the TV set at earliest.
                          Samsung Plaza Allahabad are cheats.. its the least I can say.
                          Purchased Samsung Split air Conditioner Model: AS18EFAXTL, Bio Sleep in 2009 and since then my family has suffered. They sold defective piece and even after shelling huge sums problem couldn't be resolved. Now they have gone deaf. Neither are they replacing the AC nor refunding the sum. Have decided to drag them to consumer court very soon.
                          Our Television display was broken on 29th of march 2013 I have called to customer care for more than 50 times but still now they didn't give me any replay.
                          The above details are self-explanatory Further:

                          Your service technician has visited and checked the TV twice on 20th & 21st May'15 but was unable to rectify the problem of the screen( a shadow is appearing right along the middle).The sound problem he was able to solve but it has again started .Copy of invoice given to the technician Mr. Ashok.
                          I was in Delhi for a week.I registered my complaint again because on 24/05/2015 the call centre informed that their server was down.So i phoned on 25.05.2015.i was informed supervisory staff will phone in 4 hours---no call. I called again on 26/05/15 and was given the same message.Received a call from one Mr. Rajesh from Chennai[protected] who said that he would send a senior technician to check the problem.I asked him whether the previous technician was a novice.
                          I told Mr. Rajesh only 1 thing- I DO NOT WANT A RESTORES OR REPAIRED NEW TV OF Rs.2 LACS.IF YOU, AS A BUYER, WOULD DO IT, IAM READY
                          Iam sending this mail as i have been told yet again to expect a call from seniors within 2 hours.

                          I thank you for making me busy on phone and mail--- apart from the stress&strain of paying in advance and then following up-to get what i paid for.

                          Just in conclusion if anyone comes from Samsung, ask him to check we have following Samsung products

                          a) Mobile phones of me and my wife
                          b) 560 liters refrigerator
                          c)washing machine
                          d)55 " TV -3 Nos
                          e)46" in our flat
                          f)and a microwave oven

                          I will be grateful if you donot break the trust buildup over the last 8 years.

                            I had purchased a samsung mobile (c-3010) (imei no.[protected]) on 10-02-10 & now i m finding that its color of shortcut key is going rapidly & it is of steel color which should not go in a couple of month. So I want to make change of my shortcut key cover. I purchased it from com-sys marketying who is authorized dealer of samsung at ghaziabad itself.

                            samsung c-3010 — unsatisfied answers from service centre

                            i bought a new samsung C-3010 mobile handset from satyam agencies,centre point aligarh on dated 15/07/2009. and after one and a half month i phone has got the network problem. when i visited samsung service centre "universal services" 3/265,shyam nagar aligarh. they people has not received my phone for service atleast four times. every time they had a diffrent reason not to check phone. in my fifth vesit when they have checked and received my phone for service by taking the time of 20 days. after 20 days they told me that this model has some problem so co. will refund your money and you have to submit all the accessaries now. and you will get your money back with in 25 days by cheque. but still i have not received my money and every time when i visit there the manager of the service centre mr.m.k.khan has a new excuss for delay in payment but never he has given me any satisfied answere.

                              samsung had made a good set....but have shown idiotic ways such as not giving dynamic memory to text msgs........they have givena lot of memory to emails mms but only 500 for text msgs...

                              i am selling my cellphone due to this.... even nokia simpler phones have around 4000 msg memory..........learn something from them....

                              and camera is not so good....does not have good resolutibn...........slight movement make the picture blurr.........
                              if their is any update about the software then for god sake make it available....

                                I was very happy when i entered in Samsung family.But now i am very frustrated with very poor customer service of it.
                                I purchased latest Samsung corby-3653
                                IMEI no.[protected] on 12/2/2010.obviously with considering its warranty period.I got 1 memory card of 2GB free with it as per your offer.But i did not use it for almost 1 month because i was having other one.But when i tried to use your memory card,it is not detecting in moble or in Computer.
                                SO i went to that shop from where i purchased mobile,but he sent me to customer service centre.When i went there,i stood in line for 1.5 hr.then he asked me,that memory card,receipt & then empty box of that mobile.That time i could not provide that box only.Next day i went there,but it was closed because of sunday.but they have not written any where on board of that service centre about their weekly off.
                                Next day i again went,& it was 6.29pm only.That guy saw me & pulled shutter down & said that time is over.I showed him watch but he did not listen me.
                                & for your kind information i am a handicap person.still u dont have any provision for us?& your people are making fun o[censored]s,behaving rudely.
                                I know,it was my mistake only that i did not cross check the memory card when i purchased mobile,but does it means that samsungs responsibility is over?What about the warranty?
                                Kindly help me & guide.Awaiting your help & guidelines.

                                i had purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY FIT GT-S 5670 from Trivandrum shop on 10.06.2011.They gave me invoice and bring the invoice for any problems related with mobile.Now 'AUTO RROTATION' function of my cell is not working.Do i get warranty and where to go for this complaint resolution.My place is s.paravoor, kollam, kerala.

                                  I have Split AC of Samsung, which I am getting serviced from their relevant deptt. only, for last 4 years, since purchase.
                                  I registererd for beginning of summer service with the company on 26/3/10 under theri BP No. [protected].
                                  Also, I refer to their full page advertisement in Newspapers claiming - "Attendance within 1hr, Service within 1 day ..." of registering complaint with them.
                                  The above details are clearly contradicting to each other and the company has fallen 'deficient in services' to me.
                                  Just for records, this is happening second year in a row.

                                    I have placed a order for Samsung Refrigerator RT 35Y BUX on 21st March'10 at Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar Delhi.

                                    Today on 29th Mar'10, the dealer has refused to deliver it, dealer kept us in loop for almost 8 days.
                                    Above all Dealer took the whole amount !!

                                    So be carefull while place order at Vijay Sales Lajpat Nagar, ther are full of promises and zero commitment!!

                                      I had purchased Samsung C5212 having serial number [protected] from rourkela. After few months my mobile is automatically swith off every 2 to 4 hours in a day. I go to samsung service centre for complain for the above problem but samsung serveice centre excutive told me here this problem not solve in here, we sent to Delhi service centre for solve this problem. So after 15 to 20 days you receive this mobile.

                                      Now what can i do please tell me. I am facing more problem without my hadset.

                                        Dear All,

                                        I am a resident of Visakhapatnam and purchased one S379 Model Samsung Mobile (CDMA) on[protected] from Cell Point, Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam, and Andhra Pradesh.

                                        I regret to inform you that the cell is not properly functioning and it is getting switched off without my intervention automatically. Due to this problem I had contacted the concerned Samsung Service Centre, Ramatalkies, Visakhapatnam who are the authorized Service Centre and handed over the set for repair during 2nd week of April 2010 vide complaint no. D324. After 3 days they have returned the set by saying they have rectified the error and they informed me that the software has to be rebooted and said the set is now perfect. But to my surprise the problem remained same and once again when I went to the service center and approached them on 16th April 2010. Again they took the set and gave a complaint no. D560 and promised to return back the said set after rectification and basing on their word I took the set on 23rd April 2010 and after taking the set I found that the problem is not rectified when I re-approached them the so called authorized service center authorities says that “THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOFTWARE SIDE BUT DUE TO DEFECT BATTERY” and suggested me to go for NEW BATTERY which is likely to cost about Rs.800 to Rs.1000/- and later I met the concerned service centre’s Manager but the Manager says he is not sure about the problem of battery or software but he asked me to handover again to him so that he will use it continuously 4-5 days to know the exact problem.

                                        Sir, the mobile is under Warranty and I do not understand how long I should suffer with this defective set. Since I am working in a banking sector I am facing lot of practical problems with this set. I got fed up of your Samsung mobile service center located at Ramatalkies road, Visakhapatnam and finally approaching your highness to sort out the problem. With a great hope that the solution can be sorted out by you at an early date.
