I had submitted my phone in S.P.Infotech, Bardhaman on 20.02.2010 for Microphone problem.
After 3 days (24.02.2010) they informed me Handset will be replaced, "but not then told me to submit other acceroies".
After 15 days (10.03.2010) awating they called me to submit other accesories. I submitted those.
From then i called them at a regular interval. After 20 days (30.03.2010) they called me to submit my BANK ACCOUNT NO. for PURCHASE MONEY REFUND.
Till now, I am dont't know what will happen with my MOBILE REPLACING or MONEY REFUND.
What Can I Do Now????????????????

Samsung/ Mobile B2100(marine) — Not replacing the handset

Hi,

I have purchased Samsung mobile Model no B2100 on 16/11/2009 through Univercel Tele Communications ind. Pvt Ltd., Visakhapatnam. With IME No:[protected].

Since i bought the handset is having complaints, its getting switched off with in 5seconds while talking even after charging it till it shows "Battery Full".

I have taken it to Samsung service center on Dec 16th, they told its only a software problem.
They have taken it and kept for 2days and told they have updated the software and given back to me after observation.

Again the same complaint has arraised.

I took it back to them they told the handset has to be replace and i will be getting new.
So on Jan 7 2010 the have taken it with a job sheet 152.
They did not gave any stand by handset even after my request and told that as its a replacement it will be done in 4 working days.

But till now they did not done any thing.
I have keep on going to them and asking for it but they are keep on postponing it.

I dont know why the such a big company like samsung is doing like this.

Its 3 months after i bought mobile but till now could not use it and more over facing many problems due to this.

I request the concern department to look over this and solve my problem.

    I purchased the said a/c from m/s ASHOKA SALES AGENCY sec-16 faridabad on[protected] against invioce no:- 918.In tha start of this summer on[protected] complaint was requested for low cooling to samsung customer care against request no [protected] AT 3:30PM.But no response till[protected],even reminder was given 2 times in 48 hrs.Then on[protected] complaint was attended by MR. MUKESH TIWARI.He filled up the a/c gas and close the said complaint now from[protected] till now that is[protected] there is a continous water leakage from the a/c indoor unit.I have been informing since 26th of march to MR.SIDHARTH a senior officer in samsung customer care on daily basis without failure but the complaint is as it is,resulting in continous water leakage beacaus of this problem we r suffering a lot.so there is no use of money we have given to the samsung dealer and we have to sit in a very hot weather so we request u to do the needfull for us as customer.

      The swing of AC is not working. I complained wide No [protected] on 04 April 2010 and Four reminders. Every Time I call customer care I am told that technitian will visit within next 24 hours but no one visited so far. Please tell me what to d6 now.

      Samsung — new window ac not working

      Dear sir/madam
      I purchaged window a/c from authorised dealer. When I switched on a/c it is not working. I made 8 to 10 calls to customercare but there is no to give me a proper answer. Six days have passed but there is no call or visit from technical executives. Due to hot summer in this session, it is unbearable to cop with hot without an a/c.

      It is requested u to please do something for me.

      Within 4 months from the date of purchase of an AC, the same had become non functional. Onreporting the matter to Samsung Service Centre ( Simren Service, Kolkata), the achine has been picked up but no feedback has been received for the last 10 days. I was initially informed that the gas has leaked and a part needs replacement. I will not accept this faulty machine which is malfuctioning with 4 months of purchase. I do not know what will happen after the warranty period is over. I want an immediate replacement.
      We register complaint for our Samsung AC 3rd Oct 2012 , and one engineer ( Sushil ) comes to repair , says the capacitor is burned and replaces the same , and takes in cash Rs. 850/- for the same . Then tells that since thealso the motor needs to be changes as it is defective. Tells that will cost Rs. 1350/-. Then we get a phone the next day motor that available for this model and that old motor needs to be repaired ( rewinded ) and tells the cost Rs. 1000/-. Then we call toll free no again & come to know the complaint is cancelled reason customer not ready to pay .Relogged the complaint no. [protected]. Till date we have still not got the services and neither the AC is repaired . Today again there is promise made ( Mr. Kishore )that somebody will come tomorrow to take motor for repairs and will cost Rs. 650/-

        i have bought a 80 gb id hod in the month of december 2009 it was not performing well and i found it out that it has got some manufacturing defect as it stopped functioning so i returned it to the setrvice centre on 5 th of march 2010. it is a new hod with manufacturing defect which was identified by service centre still not replaced by the company and whenever i call to service station they tell us company has not provided disc yet so we cant replace it. at the same time we are loosing our valuable time and money we have lost already behind a defective brand new hard disc.

          I had bought a Samsung Star Mobile with WiFi Model No. GT-S5233W on
          February 7, 2010 from Hotspot. ( A Unit Of Spice Retail Limited )
          WZ-152-A/3, main Najafgarh Road, Near metro Pillar No. 678, Uttam Nagar,
          New Delhi – 110059, vide bill no. ( Book No. 614/07 & Serial No. 331 )
          dated February 7, 2010 for Rs. 8075/- all inclusive.

          From the day one this mobile was giving me problem, as it used to get
          re-booted while talking ( or even lying on the table ) and the frequency of
          re-booting increased to 4-5 time a day.

          Finally I took my mobile to Bharat Communication, Phahar Gunj ( Samsung
          Authorised Service Centre )on March 27, 2010. Initially without checking
          anything, they told me that it has to be formatted and all data will be
          lost. I compromised on the data and gave them go ahead so that whatever
          problem is there can be rectified. Even after that the mobile re-booted and
          they told me to leave the mobile with them, which I did.

          Since then I was following up with the Service Centre and for the last 4-5
          days I am being told the the PCB has been changed and hence IMEI no. has
          been changed, which is to be updated, but Samsung site is having some
          problem because of which they are not able to fix my mobile.


          Finally on April 5th 2010 evening they have given me the mobile no. of Mr.
          Sumit Seth, telling me that Mr. Seth is the Area Manager, and if I am
          having any service related issue I may please talk to Mr. Seth on
          [protected]. Since then I am trying Mr. Seth’s no. but he does not pick up
          the phone neither calls back, even after leaving SMS. Then I wrote an
          e-mail to Samsung through the e-mail link on Samsung’s website to which I
          was responded back on April 6th 2010 by a computer generated e-mail,
          wherein I was given a transaction no. [protected] assuring that someone from
          the concerned department will contact me, but nothing of that sort has
          happened. On April 5th 2010 only I call Samsung Helpline no. also (
          [protected] and talked to Mr. Jitender, who gave me the transaction no.
          [protected] and also promised to take this up with the concerned authority
          and ensure that some senior person calls me, but again nothing of that sort
          happened.

          On April 6th 2010 I again called up Samsung Service Provider, Bharat
          Communication and the lady at the front desk told me that the Service
          Franchise owner Mr. Bharat himself has gone to main Service Centre of
          Samsung at Nehru Place to get the fault checked and he will be back in the
          evening and I will be updated on the status of my mobile, again no one
          updated me. I was actually surprised on this feedback that my mobile is
          being taken to main Service Centre of Samsung for fault diagnosis as they
          had already told me that they have replaced the PCB and IMEI no. updation
          is pending, which is not happening due to some problem in Samsung’s site.

          Again on April 7th 2010 after waiting for the inputs, I called up Bharat
          Communication in the second half to know the status of my mobile and after
          being put on hold for long I was told to call up by 6.00 P.M., when I
          confronted the lady at the front desk, she made me talk to Mr. Ravi, who
          told me that I can come by 6.00 P.M. and collect my mobile. I reached the
          Service Centre, Bharat Communication sharp at 6.00 P.M. to collect my
          mobile. Mr. Ravi attended me and handed over my mobile to me, telling me
          that PCB has been replaced and INEI no. updation has also been done after
          the mobile was taken to the main Service Centre of Samsung in Nehru Place.
          I said fine, let me use this mobile for few days and check whether the
          re-booting problem has actually been rectified or not and ask for a call
          report. On this I was told that they will not give me any call report (
          wherein details of the action taken and the current status of the mobile
          was supposed to be mentioned ). Instead I was told to give the receiving of
          the mobile on the Job card and take the mobile back. When I insisted on
          getting the call report, the owner of Bharat Communication Mr. Bharat told
          me that they will not give me any call report and if I have any issue in
          that I can talk to the people at Samsung. He also offered to write the new
          IMEI no. ( which actually changed as they replaced main PCB of the mobile
          phone ) on my bill itself, to which I didn’t agree and insisted on getting
          the call report, properly mentioning action taken on my mobile to make it
          up and running and if the IMEI no. has changed, that also is to be
          documented in the customer call report, to which he didn’t agree.

          Then I started trying mobile no. of Mr. Sumit Seth ( [protected] ) and left
          SMS also, but as usual he didn’t pickup my call, neither did he called
          back. I called up Samsung Helpline[protected] and talked to Sakshi,
          Manoj & Sneha. Very unfortunately I have to put this on records that these
          people seem to be trained to disconnect the phone while customer is
          sharing his/her problem and just put the phone down saying we are not able
          to hear your voice.

          Further adding to my agony, owner of the Service Centre, Mr. Bharat told me
          that he has just updated my IMEI no. , while I was trying to talk to
          various people in Samsung and told me that my IMEI no. has not been changed
          and showed me my original IMEI no. on the mobile screen by executing some
          command. This was so shocking for me that after telling me the story of
          IMEI no. being changed and problem being faced in updating the new IMEI no.
          I am being told that IMEI no. of my mobiles now remains same as earlier.

          I again requested Mr. Bharat to give me the customer call report and he
          simply refused. I therefore have not collected my mobile and have left it
          with the Service centre, as being a customer I have all the rights to know
          what Samsung / Samsung Service Providers have done with my mobile, what
          action have they taken, what part have they replaced. By not giving me a
          customer call report Samsung and Samsung Service providers are depriving a
          customer of his rights.

          One more problem I face with this mobile, which I discussed with Mr.
          Bharat, is that I am not able to send or receive business card on this
          mobile and Mr. Bharat confirmed that there is a problem to which there is
          no solution as of now.

          If we summarize all the facts, Samsung is fleecing it customers by selling
          inferior quality products, which fail in one month, which have problem in
          the technology being used and also on account of deficiency of Services to
          its customers.

          Such services are not at all acceptable and are not expected from a company
          of repute like Samsung.

          I have made up my mind that I no longer intend to use Samsung products
          anymore and want Samsung to refund Rs, 8075/- of my hard earned money I
          spent on buying Samsung Mobile.

          I therefore request you to instruct Samsung management to return my money
          and penalise Samsung & Samsung Service Provide Bharat Communication for
          being completely insensitive towards customers, non cooperative and
          deficiency of services to its customer

          Dear sir i have samsung SCH-B519. handset.i had sent it for repair 4/5 times at vashi service centre.they are not giving proper reply.they said part is not available.it will get after 1 week.already they took 1 week to find problem? so what is the solution
          Your service quality is very bad.sale is good.but service is very very cheap. i want my handset new one?
          i have same model 3 handset all handset is having same problem.

            I have purchased a window AC Sr. No. a32432a5400957 on 22nd April 09 alongwith stablizer and the same is out of order since Sep 09.

            I have registered a complaint at their call centre in the same month at call centre no.[protected] after that their authorised service centre's (named Climax india) engineer has visited and found that capillary choke problem is there and AC needs to be taken to workshop for some days, then i have insisted them to rectify the same at my residence, then they agreed and assured me to work out the same in 5-6 days but no body turned up. Then i keep on trying their service centre no. but no response.

            Due to the change in weather i was not bothered for some time and approached again them in Jan 10 at their call centre no., they assured me about the visit of senior person. But again climax team has visited and told that their is a new problem of Gas leakage instead of Capillary choke. I again requested to repair the same and issue me a letter about the problem for my assurance which they have denied. Then i again called up at call centre and request them to replace the AC or verify the complaint by some trained SAMSUNG co. engineer, they have assured me about the change of AC during my repeated calls at their call centre.

            One day i got a call from Climax and they asked me to contact Mr. Manoj, Sr. engineer at Samsung at his mobile no. Then i talk to Mr. Manoj at given no. and requested him to visit and find the exact problem (because i was told different problems at different times) then he replied ' I M A SR. ENGINEER & TRAINER AND HAS A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE, SO CAN'T VISIT YOUR PREMISES' and suggested me to be in touch with Climax team.

            One day in Feb i got a registered letter from the Climax India (authorised service centre) saying that i am not allowing their team for the repairing.

            I am running from post to pillar for the solution since Sep 09 but till date nothing has happened.

            SO PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT

            I bought 1 ton Samsung Window AC and it runned only for 30 minutes and got dead after huge noise. What a tragedy? After spending 20 K on purchasing, installation and other cost how can a company manufacture a product which can last for not more than 30 minutes.
            I bought the Ac on 18th June 2010 thru Vivek Adyar .It was installed on 21st June 2010..After installation it was observed that the position of drain nozzle is faulty because of which you will not be able to drain out the water to suit your site condition.This has resulted in spending extra money to provide a tray to connect the flexible hose to drain out water.I earnestly feel that Samsung should verify or study this point and modify the design and arrange to reimburse the extra expenditure of Rs.700/-
            Had purchased SAMSUNG AC Window 1.6 tones in April 08. Two years it was working fine, then started showing problems .. cooling decreased and finally it is more or less dead.
            The Samsung service guys showed up but didnt seem to be knowing the technical job well
            on phone itself they were more concerned about the minimum service charge
            the front kit and inside parts have to be replaced and then they disappeared
            I had to call again the next day and then the reply is these parts are not available for the time ??????
            I would recommend not to buy SAMSUNG Acs. other products are fine

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I purchased a Samsung fridge 15 days ago. and it was installed at my new house. However the actual usage started on 1st of April 2010 and I noticed that while keeping the vegetables in the vegetable tray, the vegetable tray was chipped off which went unnoticed during instllation. I lodged a comlaint immeditaley. The No given is [protected]. It is disheartening to note that till today nobody has called nor acted on this complaint for a replacement. I was under the impression that Samsung provides good customer service. I am afraid it is not so and regret for having bought the washing machine and the microwave fearing the kind of service that I would be getting.

              It is 8 days since my complaint, I call everyday to Customer care, All of them keep saying that someone will attend to you but in vain.

              Also, I had asked for a stand for my 6.5 Kg washing m/c. It has been treated in the same way. Seeing the kind of service provided by Samsung, I have to dissuade my friends/relatives for buying any Samsung product. As for me this is the last of any Samsung products that I will buy. Thanx to your horrible customer care service.

              Wake up see how the other manufacturers deal with customers. Maybe its too late..See if you can salvage something.

              Atleast after this I hope to get a response from you else I have no option but to return the fridge and w m/c

              Samsung Fridge — delivered wrong model

              sir i have purchased a refriderator 400 ltr. on 5.11.2010 from j.j electronics, 535-d , new jawahar nagar, jal.
              i have paid for 400 ltr whereas they given me 377 ltr fridge. i have asked them 5-6 times but the satisfactory is not done yet, plz help me.

                I got a phone from samsung mobile five months before.Now the handset is not working and I had given to service center in thiruvalla(JUMBO MOBILE).After fifteen days, the complaint is not rectified. I am a consultant surgeon for many hospitalsand i cannot do my duty since all numbers stored in phone. Kindly do the needful.

                  My Samsung AC has been not working since i bought last year.Within 1 week o[censored]se i had to repair it then again after 1 month same problem occured and had to repair it again.1st of all samsung repair guys don't know how to repair the AC they just give excuses today 7/4/2010 i called may be 10 times to customer care service to send engineer to repair and service my AC but non of the engineer nor customer care person called to confirm it.When i called customer care they all said engineer is coming and will call you after 2 mins but non of them called.i am very unsatisfied and would like to complain of there services.
                  I also bought a Samsung 1 Ton window AC about 2 years ago., but there is repeatedly some problem or the other. Once the service engineers said the compressor had blown off and after repeated requests it was changed and for no fault of mine, had to pay transport charges or rs. 600. and again within a few months it did not cool. Then they said the gas is exhausted and has to be refilled for which i had to pay money. again transport charges, And when it was fixed, it was not properly done and the whole unit generated lots of noise. Again we had to run behind them . The interest shown by the dealer and the company when selling and dumping to a customer is not there when a service request is made. Now again for the second time within one year of gas filling, an ac mechanic is saying gas has to be refilled, ... again transporting charges, gas charges, waste of time, anxiety... oh God, will these companies ever have some interest in proper service. Once a few years ago., Samsung was one of the better companies in giving proper service., ( may be until they captured the market ) now it is also joining other companies in poor service. I dont know what is the solution... can any one suggest a better way. Is there a company which can be trusted????

                    We have produced my samsung mobile at your Bhopal service center and after two days he replied that there are mother board problem that it is cannot be prepared it will be changed and asked me submit this mobile in rewa service center because i live in rewa so i take my mobile and submitted in your rewa service center on 28/3/2010 your service center attendent said that there is not any mother board pr oblem it is touchpad problem and we will repair it within two days but in this date they could not repaired my phone and they say touchpad is unavailable we requested for our warehouse whenever we recieve touchpad we can repair your mobile but i did not recieve my mobile till today.Now i want to inform you that my work is so much affected in the absence of mobile.
                    Kindly repair my cell or replace my cell because i am feeling bather otherwise i will complaint for my further step according to govt. rules and laws. I hope that you sort out my problem

                      HELLO

                      MY HUSBAND HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG: SGH - J150 FOR ME IN IN APRIL END (2009)

                      1) FEW MONTHS BACK I HAD SOME PROBLEM WITH THE KEYPAD OF THE PHONE
                      2) THEN THE VOICE CLARITY OF THE PHONE REDUCED
                      3) NOW- THE PHONE'S BACKLIGHT KEEPS FLICKERING , IT GETS SWITHCED OFF ON ITS OW, NEEDS CHARGING ALMOST DAILY.. ALTHOUGH MY USAGE MUST BE MAXIMUM 1 HOUR (not exceeding it anyways) DURING THE DAY

                      I purchased a samsung AC a year back. Now when I switch on the AC and set the tem at say 18/20, it automatically increases to 30 after sometime. Also the touchpad is not working properly.

                      Can someone tell me what may be the possible issue?

                          Hi My Name is G.Murali Raju, I have raised a complaint regarding my washing machine on 23rd March 2010 and No Action has taken by samsung people. Once samsung engineer visited my house and checked with the machine and conformed that is wiring problem and need to replace with new wiring and after that when i am calling he's saying that model got stopped and that wiring part is not available..Even i called somany times to customer care people and they are telling same stories

                          I am very unhappy with this issue..If this is the thing whether i can buy other samsung products or not,,...i am very frastated about this issue..daily i am calling customer care but No one is taking serious action...please help on this.

                          samsung washing machiune — wire of machine not replaced

                          this complaint is w.r.t reference no [protected] dt 15/12/2009 given by samsung India customer desk hyderabad (A.P(ph no [protected] with respect to replacement of damaged wire of the washing machine.

                          with the above reference i wish to make a complaint that my complaint has not been solved till date i.e 13/1/2010 (almost 1 month ) due to which i am suffering heavily. on making several calls to customer service center the answer is that wire is not available with them and we need to wait a little more. i just have a small question that how much time a single wire takes for the company like samsung india to get replaced ,it is a very poor show on behalf of company for which the people who trust the name samsung india

                            No.1 amongst you is the manufacturer of Samsung Mobile phones in the address of No 2 amongst you which has a worldwide repute regarding the reliability of the handset so also the quality of service provided to the customers. No.3 amongst you is the local dealer of No.1 amongst you in the city of Mangalore, Karnataka, India and No.4 amongst you is the service center of No.1 amongst you in Mangalore.

                            I had been inspired by the new model of Samsung Mobile W 619 with its extra facility in it and for the reason being that I also believed that Samsung company will provide good quality handsets which connect the people well with its services. but this perception of mine has been badly damaged due to the negligence of No.1to 4 amongst you.

                            I had for my personal use purchased Samsung Mobile W 619 at the No.3 amongst you as per cash bill No. 4979 dated[protected] by paying Rs. 14,600/- as more detailed in the bill . On[protected] I noticed that the Mobile display is not coming on the face of Mobile and approached No.3 amongst you and No.3 amongst you has suggested the authorized service center and the address of No.4 amongst you.

                            I approached No.4 amongst you on[protected] and handed over the Mobile and Battery as per invoice or work order No. 1184 dated[protected]. The complaint was “Blank Display”. A Copy of the same was handed over to me and was asked to come after 10 days. When ever I approached No.4 amongst you, No.4 amongst you gave a vage advice and excuses to me and promised to give the Mobile set by another few days. When I approached No.4 amongst on[protected], No.4 amongst you has advised that the same is the manufacture defect and the Mobile set will be replaced and I was advised to give back the Box +CD+ Charger + Data Cable.

                            Since the Mobile Handset and Battery was handed over to No.4 amongst you on[protected] as per work order No.1184 , I handed over W619 Box + CD+ Charger+ Hand Book + Hands free + Data Cable on[protected] as per work order No. 1782 and No.4 amongst you and they have handed over the copy of receipt of work order No. 1782. As per No. 4 the handset was sent by No.1 amongst you. The same was retained by No.1 amongst you for more than 6 months. No.4 amongst you is not at all informing the status of the work or return of the handset. No.1 as on this date is still in possession my handset.

                            When a enquire was done by me with no.4 amongst you , he gave the mobile number of Mr. GIRISH ( [protected]) and requested to contact that person. I several times contacted Mr. Girish and he spoke very rudely and rashly and misbehaved with me. Finally Mr. Girish gave address of Mr. Ram Kumar and he told that the said defect is the manufacturing defect and promised me to hand over a new set.

                            I requested No.4 to replace the handset with a new one if the same cannot be repaired. The handset is very well within the warranty period. But surprisingly, neither No.1 nor No.4 amongst you bothered to return or replace the same to my client. No stand by handset was given by No 4 or by No.3 who is the authorized dealer of No.1 amongst you. Even after a lapse of six months my genuine claim has not been honored. No explanation for non-replacement of the defective handset ( falling within the warranty period) has been rendered by any of you to me.

                            I have been unable to make use of my handset as the same has been given to service center. I am a young entrepreneur and also runs his business and other network connected work. Because of this problem communication, public relation which is vital to my business was adversely affected due to the defective mobile phone leading to loss of business thereby financial loss. I have been put to great mental hardship and loss on account of your lack of prompt customer service and the harsh / unwarranted words of Mr. Girish and other staffs of No. 4 .

                            This is calling upon you finally to replace the defective handset Samsung Mobile W 619 owned by me with a new handset Samsung Mobile W 619 immediately on receipt of this notice so also compensate me to the tune of Rs.1, 25,000/- for the loss in business, mental stress and hardship and humiliation he has faced due to the neglect, deficient service rendered by No.1 to No.4 amongst you. On non-compliance of the demands made herein I will be constrained to approach the appropriate forum to redress my grievances entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
                            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I had bought the above mentioned Ac on26.06.2005 from your dealer. In the year 2008 the Compressor of the above AC got defective and a complaint was lodged. The Compressor was replaced and I paid Rs 1395/=.

                              I thought that it will not give any problem now on. but next season (2009) the gas leaked and again i had to shell out the money. When it was brought after rectification I told the people that the Compressor is not working properly, but was told it is all right and they showed me the test report.

                              At the onset of the season of 2010 it started creating problem and I lodged a complaint vide ref no [protected] on 28.03.2010 and the engineer visited me on 02.04.2010 and checked the AC and told me that gas is choked and it has to be sent to Service Centre and I have to pay Rs 1800/=. I find that the unit has not been rectified by you in proper manner or their is a manufacturing defect.

                              I would request you to kindly get the unit replaced immediately as it seems there is some design problem in this particular model. I hope to hear from you in next 48 hrs regarding solving of my problem. I am not willing to make any payments to you as it seems to be manufacturing defect.

                              If my problem is not sorted out than I will be forced to move to Consumer Court and claim damages from you.

                              We have bought an Samsung AC, on 1st of April in a Shop located in vijayawada. The Unit is a defective piece, delivered on April 2nd. We are still waiting for the unit to be replaced by the Dealer. He is saying, the same would be recieved, today and tomorrow. Till date, the unit has not been replaced.

                              When enquired in other shops, the fact is that - there is some defect in all the units manufactured at that time and company is not releasing any pieces now of the same model. When the shop knew, there is a defect - why should customer take the pain in getting the unit - paying 30k for a 1. 5 Ton AC (15 days delayed from Payment Date)
                              Let me know what to do - to complain on this issue.

From the date of purchase we are facing while insert the dvd and play , the dvd shows disc error or disc not found . After two months we sending to samsang service centre, they are do so adjustment or repaired , after one month again the problem is same repeat. Again we are sending home theatre to samsang service centre, visakhapatnam. They are saying like this, ( system have some problem, but now it is repaired and lens cleaning , part is also not available, if any problem is repeat please bring immediately and deliverd the system[protected] to[protected]. Again the system is problem on[protected], againg we are sending on[protected] to samsang service centre and leave the system. They told like this, (we are placing the order for part, while receive the part and fitted to the system, but the part is not suitable for this system, wrong part is coming. Again place the order, after few days they are telling the part no supply from company, so we are send mail for new system replacement purpose.) But still date[protected] around 40 days the samsang home thearte problem is not solved. This is very poor service of your samsang brand .we have also samsang LCD, HOMETHEATRE, WASHING MACHINE, several times we informed samsang service centre and complaint number is [protected].they are also not giving correct information still date. So how can believe the samsang brands and advice to others service aspects. So we are expect better service and prompt delivery time.

                                Samsung Home Theatre — Service not provided in warranty period after regular followup

                                Hi,
                                I have purachased a Samsung Home Theatre (Model No.-HT-Z310) from Electro Mart Store Pvt. Ltd., Sec-18, Noida.
                                There is some problem with CD drive of the system. I have complained regarding this in Samsung Customer Care on 12th June 09.                                     After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

                                    We have been complaining every 2 weeks to samsung customer care. BP No. [protected]. Around 10 engineers have visited the place. They all say the mechanism is itself defective. They all make temporary repair and vanish.

                                    I cannot stand any more convenience. Would like to request for a permanent solution to this problem either by repair or replacement.

                                    Kindly act on my complaint asap. The next complaint will be to Consumer Forum. Such bad service is not expected from such a reputed company.
