My Samsung AC has been not working since i bought last year.Within 1 week o[censored]se i had to repair it then again after 1 month same problem occured and had to repair it again.1st of all samsung repair guys don't know how to repair the AC they just give excuses today 7/4/2010 i called may be 10 times to customer care service to send engineer to repair and service my AC but non of the engineer nor customer care person called to confirm it.When i called customer care they all said engineer is coming and will call you after 2 mins but non of them called.i am very unsatisfied and would like to complain of there services.
I also bought a Samsung 1 Ton window AC about 2 years ago., but there is repeatedly some problem or the other. Once the service engineers said the compressor had blown off and after repeated requests it was changed and for no fault of mine, had to pay transport charges or rs. 600. and again within a few months it did not cool. Then they said the gas is exhausted and has to be refilled for which i had to pay money. again transport charges, And when it was fixed, it was not properly done and the whole unit generated lots of noise. Again we had to run behind them . The interest shown by the dealer and the company when selling and dumping to a customer is not there when a service request is made. Now again for the second time within one year of gas filling, an ac mechanic is saying gas has to be refilled, ... again transporting charges, gas charges, waste of time, anxiety... oh God, will these companies ever have some interest in proper service. Once a few years ago., Samsung was one of the better companies in giving proper service., ( may be until they captured the market ) now it is also joining other companies in poor service. I dont know what is the solution... can any one suggest a better way. Is there a company which can be trusted????

    We have produced my samsung mobile at your Bhopal service center and after two days he replied that there are mother board problem that it is cannot be prepared it will be changed and asked me submit this mobile in rewa service center because i live in rewa so i take my mobile and submitted in your rewa service center on 28/3/2010 your service center attendent said that there is not any mother board pr oblem it is touchpad problem and we will repair it within two days but in this date they could not repaired my phone and they say touchpad is unavailable we requested for our warehouse whenever we recieve touchpad we can repair your mobile but i did not recieve my mobile till today.Now i want to inform you that my work is so much affected in the absence of mobile.
    Kindly repair my cell or replace my cell because i am feeling bather otherwise i will complaint for my further step according to govt. rules and laws. I hope that you sort out my problem

      HELLO

      MY HUSBAND HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG: SGH - J150 FOR ME IN IN APRIL END (2009)

      1) FEW MONTHS BACK I HAD SOME PROBLEM WITH THE KEYPAD OF THE PHONE
      2) THEN THE VOICE CLARITY OF THE PHONE REDUCED
      3) NOW- THE PHONE'S BACKLIGHT KEEPS FLICKERING , IT GETS SWITHCED OFF ON ITS OW, NEEDS CHARGING ALMOST DAILY.. ALTHOUGH MY USAGE MUST BE MAXIMUM 1 HOUR (not exceeding it anyways) DURING THE DAY

      Samsung — Temperature is not maintained

      I purchased a samsung AC a year back. Now when I switch on the AC and set the tem at say 18/20, it automatically increases to 30 after sometime. Also the touchpad is not working properly.

      Can someone tell me what may be the possible issue?

My problem is that the set is not working properly .at every half an hour it hangs . the service center guy got its mother board chanced on 14 august 2013 and assured that the problem is solved. But still nothing has changed
      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased Samsung mobile phone (model- GT-S7262) on 20.11.2014 from E-Zone, Mumbai. After 3-4 months its started hanging problem, so i have given it to service center for repairing.

        i had purchased 2 no of 1 ton split ac from bhubaneswar ( bharat electronic) on[protected]. after 4 days of installation one ac is not proper coolling, your team came and repaire, again on 2-5-2012 i had logged a compalin for same . on 4th may some one had came and told there is some minner probles was there it would not be solved today and not tomorrow, i ask why he told why do you purchased samsung you dont know the kind service we provide, this meas we should not purchase any samsung product. i can give the person name who came for repair i don't remember his name but i have his mob no [protected]..           Hi My Name is G.Murali Raju, I have raised a complaint regarding my washing machine on 23rd March 2010 and No Action has taken by samsung people. Once samsung engineer visited my house and checked with the machine and conformed that is wiring problem and need to replace with new wiring and after that when i am calling he's saying that model got stopped and that wiring part is not available..Even i called somany times to customer care people and they are telling same stories

          I am very unhappy with this issue..If this is the thing whether i can buy other samsung products or not,,...i am very frastated about this issue..daily i am calling customer care but No one is taking serious action...please help on this.

          samsung washing machiune — wire of machine not replaced

          this complaint is w.r.t reference no [protected] dt 15/12/2009 given by samsung India customer desk hyderabad (A.P(ph no [protected] with respect to replacement of damaged wire of the washing machine.

          with the above reference i wish to make a complaint that my complaint has not been solved till date i.e 13/1/2010 (almost 1 month ) due to which i am suffering heavily. on making several calls to customer service center the answer is that wire is not available with them and we need to wait a little more. i just have a small question that how much time a single wire takes for the company like samsung india to get replaced ,it is a very poor show on behalf of company for which the people who trust the name samsung india

            No.1 amongst you is the manufacturer of Samsung Mobile phones in the address of No 2 amongst you which has a worldwide repute regarding the reliability of the handset so also the quality of service provided to the customers. No.3 amongst you is the local dealer of No.1 amongst you in the city of Mangalore, Karnataka, India and No.4 amongst you is the service center of No.1 amongst you in Mangalore.

            I had been inspired by the new model of Samsung Mobile W 619 with its extra facility in it and for the reason being that I also believed that Samsung company will provide good quality handsets which connect the people well with its services. but this perception of mine has been badly damaged due to the negligence of No.1to 4 amongst you.

            I had for my personal use purchased Samsung Mobile W 619 at the No.3 amongst you as per cash bill No. 4979 dated[protected] by paying Rs. 14,600/- as more detailed in the bill . On[protected] I noticed that the Mobile display is not coming on the face of Mobile and approached No.3 amongst you and No.3 amongst you has suggested the authorized service center and the address of No.4 amongst you.

            I approached No.4 amongst you on[protected] and handed over the Mobile and Battery as per invoice or work order No. 1184 dated[protected]. The complaint was “Blank Display”. A Copy of the same was handed over to me and was asked to come after 10 days. When ever I approached No.4 amongst you, No.4 amongst you gave a vage advice and excuses to me and promised to give the Mobile set by another few days. When I approached No.4 amongst on[protected], No.4 amongst you has advised that the same is the manufacture defect and the Mobile set will be replaced and I was advised to give back the Box +CD+ Charger + Data Cable.

            Since the Mobile Handset and Battery was handed over to No.4 amongst you on[protected] as per work order No.1184 , I handed over W619 Box + CD+ Charger+ Hand Book + Hands free + Data Cable on[protected] as per work order No. 1782 and No.4 amongst you and they have handed over the copy of receipt of work order No. 1782. As per No. 4 the handset was sent by No.1 amongst you. The same was retained by No.1 amongst you for more than 6 months. No.4 amongst you is not at all informing the status of the work or return of the handset. No.1 as on this date is still in possession my handset.

            When a enquire was done by me with no.4 amongst you , he gave the mobile number of Mr. GIRISH ( [protected]) and requested to contact that person. I several times contacted Mr. Girish and he spoke very rudely and rashly and misbehaved with me. Finally Mr. Girish gave address of Mr. Ram Kumar and he told that the said defect is the manufacturing defect and promised me to hand over a new set.

            I requested No.4 to replace the handset with a new one if the same cannot be repaired. The handset is very well within the warranty period. But surprisingly, neither No.1 nor No.4 amongst you bothered to return or replace the same to my client. No stand by handset was given by No 4 or by No.3 who is the authorized dealer of No.1 amongst you. Even after a lapse of six months my genuine claim has not been honored. No explanation for non-replacement of the defective handset ( falling within the warranty period) has been rendered by any of you to me.

            I have been unable to make use of my handset as the same has been given to service center. I am a young entrepreneur and also runs his business and other network connected work. Because of this problem communication, public relation which is vital to my business was adversely affected due to the defective mobile phone leading to loss of business thereby financial loss. I have been put to great mental hardship and loss on account of your lack of prompt customer service and the harsh / unwarranted words of Mr. Girish and other staffs of No. 4 .

            This is calling upon you finally to replace the defective handset Samsung Mobile W 619 owned by me with a new handset Samsung Mobile W 619 immediately on receipt of this notice so also compensate me to the tune of Rs.1, 25,000/- for the loss in business, mental stress and hardship and humiliation he has faced due to the neglect, deficient service rendered by No.1 to No.4 amongst you. On non-compliance of the demands made herein I will be constrained to approach the appropriate forum to redress my grievances entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
            Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had bought the above mentioned Ac on26.06.2005 from your dealer. In the year 2008 the Compressor of the above AC got defective and a complaint was lodged. The Compressor was replaced and I paid Rs 1395/=.

              I thought that it will not give any problem now on. but next season (2009) the gas leaked and again i had to shell out the money. When it was brought after rectification I told the people that the Compressor is not working properly, but was told it is all right and they showed me the test report.

              At the onset of the season of 2010 it started creating problem and I lodged a complaint vide ref no [protected] on 28.03.2010 and the engineer visited me on 02.04.2010 and checked the AC and told me that gas is choked and it has to be sent to Service Centre and I have to pay Rs 1800/=. I find that the unit has not been rectified by you in proper manner or their is a manufacturing defect.

              I would request you to kindly get the unit replaced immediately as it seems there is some design problem in this particular model. I hope to hear from you in next 48 hrs regarding solving of my problem. I am not willing to make any payments to you as it seems to be manufacturing defect.

              If my problem is not sorted out than I will be forced to move to Consumer Court and claim damages from you.

              Samsung — ac defective

              Dear Sir,

              My complain no[protected] was registerd with samsung india as my ac got defective within 20 days from the date of purchase and i was assured that my ac will be replaced but till now two moinths have passed nothing has been done

              Samsung - AC — Defect in Manufacturing

              Dear Sir,
              We have bought an Samsung AC, on 1st of April in a Shop located in vijayawada. The Unit is a defective piece, delivered on April 2nd. We are still waiting for the unit to be replaced by the Dealer. He is saying, the same would be recieved, today and tomorrow. Till date, the unit has not been replaced.

              When enquired in other shops, the fact is that - there is some defect in all the units manufactured at that time and company is not releasing any pieces now of the same model. When the shop knew, there is a defect - why should customer take the pain in getting the unit - paying 30k for a 1. 5 Ton AC (15 days delayed from Payment Date)
              Let me know what to do - to complain on this issue.

                Sub: Service problem and very long delay in Samsung home theatre.

                I Bheesetti seshu kumar , Husband of B.Surya Kala, 13-79/1, Near sai baba temple,
                Dronam raju nagar, pendurthi. We are purchased Samsang home theatre in TMC, visakhapatnam on[protected]. From the date of purchase we are facing while insert the dvd and play , the dvd shows disc error or disc not found . After two months we sending to samsang service centre, they are do so adjustment or repaired , after one month again the problem is same repeat. Again we are sending home theatre to samsang service centre, visakhapatnam. They are saying like this, ( system have some problem, but now it is repaired and lens cleaning , part is also not available, if any problem is repeat please bring immediately and deliverd the system[protected] to[protected]. Again the system is problem on[protected], againg we are sending on[protected] to samsang service centre and leave the system. They told like this, (we are placing the order for part, while receive the part and fitted to the system, but the part is not suitable for this system, wrong part is coming. Again place the order, after few days they are telling the part no supply from company, so we are send mail for new system replacement purpose.) But still date[protected] around 40 days the samsang home thearte problem is not solved. This is very poor service of your samsang brand .we have also samsang LCD, HOMETHEATRE, WASHING MACHINE, several times we informed samsang service centre and complaint number is [protected].they are also not giving correct information still date. So how can believe the samsang brands and advice to others service aspects. So we are expect better service and prompt delivery time.

                Samsung Home Theatre — Service not provided in warranty period after regular followup

                Hi,
                I have purachased a Samsung Home Theatre (Model No.-HT-Z310) from Electro Mart Store Pvt. Ltd., Sec-18, Noida.
                There is some problem with CD drive of the system. I have complained regarding this in Samsung Customer Care on 12th June 09. My complain No. is[protected]. after that I am regularly following up with the authorities but still not getting any service. I am calling to Samsung customer care and service Centre on daily basis but every time I am only getting an extended time commitment.
                Please do the needful.

                  i had given my samsung L-700 in October for repairing but till today it is not repaired by that people its almost 5 months.

                  I bought this phone on 07/04/09 the memory card which got with this phone it was already damaged then i had to purchase a new memory card . After using a handset for 1 week I started facing battery problem regarding same I spoke with Samsung customer care they adviced me to visit Samsung service station, I went their just to check weather my battery is fine they took 7 days n returned my handset without replacing battery they said the software was corrupt, When I got my handset back body was all scratched n it seems that they changed my body, they accepted this fact n promised to changed cell body and now they are not changing it .please help me out

                    I had purchased Samsung Fridge RA19YBMS W/S HELF 190 L on 9.8.2009.
                    After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

                    We have been complaining every 2 weeks to samsung customer care. BP No. [protected]. Around 10 engineers have visited the place. They all say the mechanism is itself defective. They all make temporary repair and vanish.

                    I cannot stand any more convenience. Would like to request for a permanent solution to this problem either by repair or replacement.

                    Kindly act on my complaint asap. The next complaint will be to Consumer Forum. Such bad service is not expected from such a reputed company.

                        i PRAVEEN KUMAR JAIN S/o. Mangilallji Jain purchase a Split AC from GOPINATH ELECTRONIC, Begam Bazar, Hyderabad on[protected]. since it purchase the AC is not working properly and i have maded a several complaints to the concernede authorities. but to my surprise the same was not attended till date.

                          I have bought a Samsung GT - B5722 model before 10 days. And found some issues in it.
                          They are as below
                          1. The applications (like NGPAY ,atom mobile application and Gmail mobile application) do not coonect through the GPRS. However from the browser it connects properly and functions well.
                          2. The headset behavior is inconsistence.
                          3. Once you listen the songs through the Music Player on Speaker phone on mode , the next time after connecting the Headset, it continuous to play through the Speaker phone. After restarting the mobile it behaves the same.
                          4.It is not connecting to internet via PC and USB Cable.

                          Me too same problem-I installed Kies PC suite but when it comes to connecting Laptop to internet using the mobile through USB -I need to fill Internet Connector settings -I fill some but don't know phone no +Id+password.So I cant use this mobile for surfing with my lap top like I used to do with Nokia N70 which was letting me surf net on PC or Laptop using either USB cable or blue tooth.Samsung should resolve this issue at once other wise it is useless mobile with respect to using it with PC/Laptop for net surfing.
                          Also, it does not have speaker phone (hands free dialing) or has it? Please help me with the net connectivity problem -Thanks

                          Honestly, the complaints above are very genuine.. The applications memory is too small. You install the fourth one, it will be asking you to delete one of the others.. I mean, what an expense!. Connecting to the internet using kies is a problem! I actually cant!

                          Its really a worst phone, waste of money. Its for users who wants dual sim and touch screen (branded...!!!). Apart from that, its not worth for money. Java applications do not connect to internet even if you have a valid internet connection. Can't install java applications larger than 500kb, eventhough tricks available to hack it... not for novice users... The maximum capacity for java applications is 4mb... if you want more, then you need to uninstall any of the previously installed programs, what a worth for money...!!! KIES with this model, its a ... audio - maximum level is not sufficient... my advice is not go for this model... use of GPRS, eats your battery like hell... eventhough it is fully charged, 20 to 30 minutes usage will bring to the lowest point, anyone who disagree with my comments can email me at [protected]@zapak.com.
                          My Mobile GT-B5722 ever purchased is big disaster. First of all, it was difficult to download the software and even after downloading it, PC is not recognising the USB.
                          Any body knows the solution, please help.

                          I M COMPLETLY AGREE WITH THE COMPLAINTS.THIS THE WORST HANDSET I HAVE SEEN.LOT OF PROBLEM HAS OCCURED IN CONNECTING TO INTERNET.IT IS TOTALLY WASTAGE OF MONEY TO BUY THIS SET.IF SUMONE WANTS TO SURF NET, PLS GO FOR NOKIA.WHERE YOU WILL FIND EASY NET SURFING IN A SET OF RS 3000. AND THAT FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN SUMSUNG SET OF RS 9000.

                            I received a call from an executive(Mr. Saleem) of India Today Book Club informing me that you have been selected for a draw in which you will get minimum Rs. 25000 for sure & may be more only if I buy from a list of items. I bought a samsung star superb mobile for Rs. 12498 but to my surprise i came to know that no such scheme exists.
                            I was given fake committment just to sell the product.

                              I bought a samsung washing machine on[protected] from Bharat Electronics in Coimbatore.After using it for 3 and half years, it showed some problem for which a samsung technician called "ABU" came to repair my machine. In mid of February'10, after having a look he said the drum of the machine is gone and the part has to come from the compamy and he asked me to wait for sometime. It took around one month waiting and waiting till I started foloowing this man and the company. He said I need to talk to the authorised dealer in Coimbatore. Then I started calling him ( MR. Rajan ) who is the owner of authorised dealer of samsung, whose comany name is Asia electronics in Coimbatore. This man only picked up my call for the first 2 times. After that he started ignoring my calls and till date he has not spoken to me even for once. I wanted to know the status what company is doing to help me in this matter as the machine was not so old and i was only suffering in this case. Then Mr. Rajan arranged a drum so called by him, from the company and sent in Coonoor. I never saw the part. before reaching to my doorstep, the technician says that " madam the drum is not the exact part of your machine, thus it can't be put into your machine." I agree to him and asks him what else could be done.Then Abu, the technician says that Mr. Rajan is asking for the original bill copy of the machine which I didnt have as ofcourse anyonw wouldn't keep 3and a half year old bill copy with anyone. Then he says i[censored] dont have the copy, nothing can be done. Then I sent one of my office staff to coimbatore to Bharat electronics from where the machine was bought.Then from there he manages somehow to get the original copy of the bill and hands over to Mr.Rajan in Coimbatore. Then after that I again staarted foloowing Mr. Rajan who again never picked up my calls. Then his assistants always told me that the company will pay you the balance amount of the machine after cutting the depreciation cost as that is the case of manufacturing defect. Then Again I was kept waited and waited without any calls and respond from the person so on 2nd April'10 I directly went to Asia Electronics and talks to one assistant of My. Rajan called Mr.Radhakrishnan. Then he asks me madam you dont have the serial number of the machine ( which I had but he never asked me before about this ). I already had carried all the details about my machine so I gave him the serial number . After that he promised me that the company now will pay u a check of the 40% of the amount of the machine through check. I return to my home.The today I again called him about the status and this foolish man todays tells me that the technician told him that my machine ddoesnt have the serial number sticker. I had a look and my machine is already having and bearing the serial number sticker with it. I again tells Mr. Radhakrishnan that my machine has all the details needed to you. This man again makes me fool and says ok madam you have to talk with Mr. Rajan. Now my plead is why do I have to shuffle between these 3 foolish men without any reason. I have finally come to know that they are just making fool of the customes. For your reference I am writng the BP NO : [protected] of my case. The company can see this case details which is already registered with the samsung company but no action has been taken so far. I want my money payable to me ASAP. kindly look into the matter.

                                I beg to say that i have purchased a new LCD TV form company name Samsung model no. 22A480 invoice no 79 dated 14 Jan 2010 from local dealers Dhamani enterprises BHILAI CHHATTISGARH. After product deliver TV working properly after one day
                                Some channels are missing .One Person come and install LCD TV I have complain some channels not coming .He say that check your cables connection. I am install new coble
                                After that same channels not coming again, and then I have made complain Samsung dealers.
                                He sends one person and check LCD TV he said that TV tuner card not working properly, and said that he order TV tuner card then coming .Today is 20 day he not reply
                                And when I make call dealer he not attend my phone call. Sir I want to change my LCD TV please helps me.

                                  I purchased a Samsung Microwave model MW71E in October 2008.This was after the LG microwave's inner cabinet got rusted we decided to go for samsung ( because of its quick customer care and good after sales service ).But any how we had bought another piece of this same microwave in Aug-Sep 08.
                                  now amost after an year o[censored]sage the inner cabinet of the microwave has developed rust despite of leaving the door of the microwave open after heating products in it to let the water vapours inside to dry and prevent damaging the microwave.
                                  despite of regular calls to samsung customer care the CCE's have given up and said that the cabinet will be changed at a price of 3000 rupees while a new microwave costs 4000/-.
                                  anyhow the issue is not of the money here but of the quality of the product being manufactured by Samsung.
                                  Both the microwaves have developed the same problem and the roof paint is ready to fall off.
                                  I thus warn all people to refrain from buying samsung microwaves.

                                    Sir, I purchased a Samsung Omnia i900 on 6th April, 2009 from Hotspot Mobiles, Moga (PUNJAB) for Rs. 26,500. This phone was bought for my father who is has to roam all over India because of his job. Withing few months o[censored]sing the handset, in August, The phone's motherboard went off and my father deposited the handset at Samsung Service Centre, M/s Adil Electronics, Srinagar (J&K) from where after numerous phone calls, he received motherboard replaced handset back after approx. 1.5 months. After that, till march 2010, the handset was barely used either once or twice because of the official mobile handset he got from his department.

                                    While transferring the contacts to the i900 handset, the handset was constantly showing low memory. This issue was told to the Samsung Service Helpline people and as per them, this was a minor issue and handset could be deposited at the Service Centre for resolving the issue. When the handset was shown to Samsung Factory Service Center at Kalkaji, New Delhi. I was told that the 8GB NAND Flash Memory inside the handset is absent. I immediately called the Samsung Helpline and they gave me a complaint no. [protected] and made me to expect a call from them withing 3 days and till today, that 3rd day hasn't come. This is what Samsung is? First they offer cheapest quality handsets with the worst touch screen i've ever experienced, worst service and now cheating on customers just for a piece of flash memory! Because of this I'm not able to sell this handset in the market! In the market, people are offering me RS. 5000 for a 1 year old handset! Wow! A total Rs. 20,000 loss!!!
                                    I request the hon'ble judges to provide me with Justice....

                                        We purchased a Samsung AC model no. AWT18ZKAXTL (1.5 T) from Tirupati Distributors last year. There are three free services. On 27th March, 2010, we register our request at the Customer Centre for service of AC. Complain no. as provided to us is [protected]. Thereafter, we are continuously follow-up. Till date no person yet attended it. What is the use of AC in such a hot summer if we are unable to get it start.

                                        Even there is no proper response. We are not aware what to do. We request to the forum kindly help us.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I bought one Samsung AC in April 2008, at the time of purchasing no one told me that few services are free with in one year of buying. Now i come to know from my friend bout this.

                                        I registered service request on 22nd May 2009 with BP no [protected]., No bodyturned up for one week and when service engg came then he was asking for money.

                                        They closed the complaint by their own by saying that customer refused to pay.

                                        I am very much disappointed with the service which you are providing to your customers. I will never recommend anyone for SAMSUNG product.

                                        I think Samsung should stop their sale and they should first serve their existing customers with quality service.

                                        TODAY I HAVE PURCHASED THE A/C FROM M/S ASHIANA'S ELECTROINICS, VERMA CENTER, BORING ROAD, PATNA 800001, PHONE NO:[protected], 2541351 VIDE INV NO: AE/1141/2009-10 DT 22 JUN 2009 BY CASH. Inastallation Charges applied but my machine is in hanging position and can fall down any time. I believe you are not covering any warranty if happenes so for the fault of the installer.

                                        Samsung AC — Not Working and No feedback from Company

                                        I have a Samsung AC, which is not working Since 29th April 2010. I have lodge complained with Samsung Customer Care, My Complain No is [protected]. But After everyday followup no one is coming for repair. And only one feedback I received from Customer care It will be repair by tomorrow. Behavior of Customer Care is also not gentle.

                                        I have purchased a 2.00Ton A.C. on 8/5/09.As per cmpany,s condition they provide three services during the year,however the company provided only one service and that too after about six months.After complition of one year I reffered the matter to companyand I was asked to give details which i furnished immediately.After reminding them they asked me the same details again>after some time igot the reply that they have forwarded the details to concerned deptt and I will be contacted.
                                        I am still waiting them to contact since more than one and half month.This type of service can not be expected from a reputed company,moreover as my a.c. has not been serviced by company during the period what if any defect if now noticed ?I feel stern action shall be taken against such defaulters.

                                        Samsung AC — Under Warranty Service of AC

                                        Dear Sir , I bought a 1.5 Ton Ac from SAMSUNG in year 2009.

                                        I filed a request on customer care for Under warranty Service in year 2010.
                                        No body from SAMSUNG came for the service.

                                        Till today I have been following for the service, Now they are asking for the Money to be paid for this service.

                                        Kindly help, As i am not able to use my AC, and very much dis-appointed from this.
