Sir,
I have purchased a mobile phone Model samsung corby S3653 S.no[protected] from E Zone T. Nagar Chennai from day I purchased
it his not Working Properly I purchased on 9/2/10 and I went to service Centre
Alwarpet they told change the set with EZone but they Refused as mother board
is problem and I tried in near by sevice center to my home in kandashen nagar near mooikadai samsung service centre they on 27.2.10 they told with in 15 days
mother board will as he could not Rectifly the Prolem so After Purchasing the Set from Dealer he Says go to Service Centre but still the service centre in north Chennai sam sung as not recevied the spare so as constumer I facing problem
please the matter to the company

    Sir,
    My name is kallol Sinha and my residential address is 60/1 Old police line road, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal PIN-742102. I had bought a Samsung AC model no-AS18NAXXTL (1.5 TON) from Chalantika in Berhampore on 3/7/09 and was installed in my house. For a couple of week the AC had stopped working and a complain was registered to Berhampore Samsung Service Centre the number being M/10/4379. The service station employees had visited our house and denied to deliver services for free though the warantee period is due. They had to say that as the AC was installed by other people other then the campany employed installer I was excluded from free services. But in the time of installation there was none to install the same and in compulsion I have to do that with the suggestion from the shop keeper.
    We have had faith on the company and bought most of the appliances from the company.vIs this what we expect from the company?
    Is this what you mean by warantee?

    Samsung — denied to service

    bad service denied for repair
    i have purchase a samsung mobile model no sch 159 dated 10/5/09 and i go to repair my cell dated 05/05/2010 your franchise sai enterprises athorised service centre place at janak puri distt.centre. who denied the my cell to repair then also warranty of cell is remain. he gives me reg no 13 but he refused to my cell and said no parts available in company. it cant done repair please sorry.again and again go to the service center but no reply from them. kindly repair my cell or change it. either go to the consumer court for compensation

      My Samsung MPOWER 699 (SCH-F699) used to restart automatically frequently within 2 months of purchase. Gave it to a Samsung service centre at Thane.
      The engineer told he would replace the motherboard with a new one.
      Gave me my phone after two weeks which had 115 phone contacts already saved in it.
      All unknown. Obviously the internal kit is a used one. Replaced my new internal kit with an old, used one.

      I hope writing my complaint here would help.

        Dear Sir,
        I have been using samsung Digital camera model S730 for the past 3years, its performance was very nice but now the pictures taken in the same digital camera horizontal patches appear on all pictures and in a day the file shows and file error and gets corrupted, I approached the samsung centre at Trichy, Tamilnadu, India, and they responded that there is no Service engineer to handle Digital camera .

        At this juncture i would like to get my digital camera corrected , can you give me feed back or contact Samsung and get my problem solved

        note; Such a famous company Samsung doesnt even have a service engineer at their own company owned service centre at Trichy, Tamilnadu.

          SAMSUNG, Mumbai - Delay & no response!, Contact Number not reachable

          I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung Hard Disk (SP0411N) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, I am using the Samsung Hard Disk from long time and due to Disk failure (HDD not detect) problem, I have given my HDD to Samsung Service Center, Vcare Services, Andheri (E), Mumbai - 400069 before the warranty period.

          I have given my HDD on 8th February, 2010, and told me that it takes 1 month time to rectify the problems but unto now I don't get my Hard Disk. Already it is the 2nd month .Every time when I try to call to service center, the phone number always Busy or Not reachable.

          I am writing to you in the hopes that you will be able to assist me in resolving a problem that to make solve my Hard Disk problem immediately.

          I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT RESLOVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY

          Samsung — no service provided on HDD

          I have samsung HDD(hard disk drive) with in wareenty period & due to voltage fluctuation one IC damaged .
          I go to service center of company at kanpur but they say that they have no matter with it.
          plz take necessary action
          I'm highly thankful becoz in HDD there are some very important projects & notes.

            Hi,

            This is to bring into your notice that i had bought a Samsung LCD TV from B-3 B-1 Lock Community Center Janak Puri New Delhi - 110058.INR:- 25000.
            Purchase Date :- 23rd Oct 2008.
            Model Number :- 26A450
            Product :- LCD TV.

            The Product is of Very Poor Quality it has been only 1 year and 5 months and the TV is not in the working condition, I had called the technichian at from samsung and he said that the picture tube is not working and has to be replaced for INR :- 16000.

            It has been very disturbing for me that in less than 2 years the TV's picture is been destroyed if had to compare the LCD TV with other local competitors it is worst quality experience i had faced.

            I would like to complaint against the quality of the product it is in convience to the customer that the regulated bodies who check quality of the product have also failed.

            Please help me on this

            Hello,

            I have bought LG Jazz LCD tv from Girias outlet in bangalore. After some days the LCD frame is slowly getting intacted with the LCD panel and a gap is formed between the frame and panel. This formation of gap is not regular all the foursides. when i raise a complaint about this, the service center guys were telling this is a normal behavior and the design is made such that. I spoke to the higher management in the bangalore LG service center, he promised me that he will get the problem resolved. But tilldate after following up so many times also, no one from LG service center turned up. and the other side, slowly the gap is increasing.
            the worst point here is, i am also the employee of LG but for different division. if my problem is not solved even by this mail, definitely i will be approaching the cosumer court. I am fully got pissed off raising service requests about this.

              I purchased samsung mobile omniapro 3 months ago.This device is not being detected by my dell laptop.i travelled for a distance of 200 km to consult Samsung service providers in chennai.first i went to TNagar service centre.there I was told that 1.the service engineer was on leave.2.he shall come only after 3 days!!!!!!!!! I was asked to contact Annanagar service center.I rang up up and up.No response at all.As a last resort I went to the center and explained my problem.Imagine what i was told! There also the service engineer was out of station!!!!!!! I asked for the complaint book.No complaint book.he shall come only the next day!A reputed company spend so much to sell their goods.But imagine their worst service! Hope samsung customer service center learns to meet thei customers woes before its too late

              i have purchased samsung mobile model name - pixon m-8800 on 21-june-09 of RS.22300.
              This is the touch-pad phone and this phone doesnt have many funtion like:- 1. this phone doesnt have phonebook search which is very essential, 2.- another problem is that while we r taiking to someone we cant go to the menu function or in inbox, 3- third problem is that in this phone we cnt set d screensaver and background also. All above point which i have write is very essential for mobile phone and you can get all this function in every mobile whether it is cheap or costly. you can also get all this function in all other samsung phone so only this mobile (SAMAUNG PIXON M8800) doesnt have this function. WHY?
              I have also went to sansung service center and call to samsung customer care but they doesnt take any action.
              please i request you to either you update my mobile phone software with all this function or you just change my phone or you just cut down the price of this phone and return my difference back because this phone doesnt worth for this much.

              I purchased a handset E250 in nov-2008. It came with the warranty of 1year. It has some problem so i submitted it in Nehru Place, New Delhi service center on 7/Aug/2009. So i have given Samsung service centre Annanagar branch for repairing on 19/02/2010. Still today repair was not rectified. I was told by them spare parts are not available and also they cant give time frame for repairing.I was wondering how can they say latest set spares not available.

              I have a complain regarding a SAMSUNG MOBILE.
              I have purchased a mobile SAMSUNG CORBY PLUS of imei no. [protected] on 27 may 2010, and in which there was a manufacturing defect. So, i have checked my mobile in samsung service center on 1 june 2010 in pali rajasthan. They issue me a DOA for replacement of mobile from pali district samsung mobile distributer. Generally, distributer replace mobile immediatly but distributer ask me to wait for 15 days for company replacement process. When i ask for mobile after 15 days, he just ignoring me and telling it will take time that can be few months or more.
              So, please help me out from this.

              Hi,
              This is a faulty set which has been forced by your representatives to buy ,at one of your outlet here in Kolkata. This Corby Plus handset is a manufacturing defect having touch screen issue, gets hanged every now & then. Which then I was unaware, but after talking to few of my friends I have come to know about this.

              I have not expected this from such a renowned & reputed Company. My first usgae of mobile was Samsung.

              But now I deeply regret to say that I am toatlly dis satisfied just after buying a new handset.

              I am awaiting for an immediate response, to change this model. I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS MODEL AND THE INCOMPETENT DEALERS.

              I hope my faith for samsung will be retained.

              Even I faced a similar third class customer care service here in Pune from Samsung about mobile display.The delay, questionable technical competence and careless attitude coupled with stock problems, makes in my opinion Samsung the worst mobile manufacturer here in India.
              Beside the customer care helpline is very stubborn and refuses to escalte the issue!!!
              I have Nokia mobile also but it has given me excellent service for last 5 years!!!
              Nokia is the answer not these unpredictable Korean gadgets!!!

              SAMSUNG DOESNOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE TO OLD TV SETS WHICH ARE 5 YEARS OLD.               I had bought Samsung Monte mobile handset in July 2010. After two months I faced problemmes in making cell to cell outgoing calls. I took it to samsung service center, M/S Vimal Enterprises, shop no. G-6, Sukhsagar Complex, Kala Chabutara Akola-444001. 0n 17 th Sept 2010. The service Engeenier kept it to install a software and assured me to give it back on the same day. when I went to take it they called me the next day. Next day also I could not get it. It was my fourth round to center today and they quarreled with me and behave badly with me asking me to keep making rounds of the center.

              I am facing lots of problem with Samsung Service Centre in Anna Nagar (opposite K4 Police Station).

              Staff there treat the customers as if we are their slaves. They speak rude to the customers. They raise their voice. Absolutely there is no professionalism.

              They absolutely dont keep up the words.

              I gave my mobile phone for servicing on 12 Oct 2010 (Work Order #: WHHP-13) and I am still walking behind them to get it back.

              Mr. Jagan, the incharge of the service centre, started raising his voice and was rude to me when I requested him to write the delivery date with his signature on the work order sheet so that it will be a reference for me when I come again.

              They promised that they will repair and deliver it on 25th Oct 2010. But even when I went yesterday (06 Nov 2010) evening, its still not repaired.

              The staff very cooly says come on Monday, its still not repaired. This they said after making me wait for 30 min (on my forth visit yesterday).

              Samsung — service centres worst response

              hi i am sathish, i bought samsung mobile corby plus in erode poorvika mobile shop. but within one month speaker fault also lots of software problems. i went to erode samsung service centre,periyar nagar, nearly three months but there is no responsible,they said there is no stock. here i dont know one thing that which one is worst whether samsung product or service centre..
              i lost the hope about samsung product..

              I am having Samsung C 5212. and now its time to change the battery. so I went in Authorised Samsung service centres located in different cities. I got pricing and warrenty of the same kind of battery. They are as follows,

              18-2-10 I was buy a new samsung corby plus pro 5310 model mobile., from October mobile automatically switched off every 4 to 5 hours, and when i switch off mobile next time mobile trouble with switch ON..

              26-12-10 First time goes to samsung service center (chennai-Annanagar branch), They told me your battery is weak.. after that am buying new battery, within 2 days same problem..

              29-12-10 second time goes samsung service center, they told ur battery is weak, u have to change.. am shouting them.. after they taken mobile for 3 days observation (they take 5 days), finally they give & says its working good condition..
              same place, same time in 5 minutes mobile get SWITCH OFF.. finally they accept, yaa ur mobile mother board is weak, surrendered mobile for more than 15 days..

              24-12-10 after they changed new motherboard.. works good just 2 days only.. again goes to service center, same same same they told battery weak...

              2 day once they giving 1 battery for checkup.. (4 battery for 4 times within 1 week).. lot of ways am trying to complaint, BUT its no use..

              after my shouting they accept to give " REFUND" of the mobile value.. (center incharge mr.mohan [protected], & mr.karthik [protected])
              i relaxed, but problem till never end..

              30-1-11 mobile surrendorred for RE FUND...(25 working days for cheque delivery)
              15-2-11 am called service center for cheque, they told ur mobile is booked for "REPLACE" only, not refund... again am goes to service center, after only they give a form for "refund"...

              08-3-11 till now waiting for that REFUND cheque...!!!

              i have no words for shouting the "samsung mobile service center - Annanagar branch, near k4 police station)
              In reception area every one is works like fast movement, but really all are something...

              I had an experience which was even worse than yours. I purchased a SAMSUNG mobile handset from Univercell just one and a half month ago. The very moment after activation I found there was a funny backgroud noise in the handset. Univercell assured me that it was a minor thing which will get rectified by itself. After a month and a half the hearing speaker in the phone failed. univercell asked me to take the handset to the service centre. (they are only good at selling, but wash their hands off when there is any problem in the products the sell). I went to Hi Tech solutions Service centre at Annanagar, who after looking at the problem told me it was the hearing speaker that had to be replaced and asked me to come after 4 days. I was given a bill with the complaint indicated.After 4 days, when I went, I was told the spare part had to come from Gurgaon and it would take another 10 days. After 10 days when i went, the service centre told me that the mother board had broken and they need another 10 days to fix it. Mails and calls regarding this problem to Samsung's offices at Chennai and Gurgaon have not produced any results. I am now determined to get a replacement for my handset, failing which I have decided to take this matter to the consumer court. My entire impression of Samsung the company has taken a nosedive, thanks to the agony I have gone throughand the terrible service standards.

                  years back through a vendor namely Star Infotech 1393/94 Tri Nagar
                  Delhi 110035 vide Bill No.109 dated[protected].

                  I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have been facing some
                  display problems with the TFT monitor from last 3 months for which I
                  had lodged a complaint in your customer care centre on[protected] vide
                  Complaint no.[protected] and I talked with your executive named Mr.
                  Bhanu on the very day.

                  In response to my compliant an engineer was sent to my place who
                  changed some part in the TFT, but the problem could not be rectified
                  and I again started facing the same problem in the TFT monitor.

                  Further I again complained to customer care and the TFT was taken
                  away by your engineers to the service center ie Sapphire Sales &
                  Services,9,Printing Press Area Wazirpur,New delhi-110035 vide their
                  work order sheet no.SS16B29AV dated[protected].

                  I was informed by the executives of the above named service centre
                  with an assurance that your TFT is repaired and we are delivering it
                  back to your place but when I checked the TFT at my place I found that
                  it was returned back without being repaired.i was informed by the
                  engineer (Mr. Kishan From Sapphire Sales & Services) who came to
                  deliver the TFT that the TFT has not been repaired successfully
                  because of the part required for TFT had not been provided to him by
                  the service centre. He was fully agreed with my complaint regarding
                  resolution problem in TFT. the engineer insisted to please accept the
                  TFT in the same condition which I did not. And I refused to return the
                  TFT to the engineer and asked him to repair TFT at my place only.
                  After that the engineer harassed me by calling the police at my place
                  on the instruction of the executive of Sapphire Sales & Services which
                  was totally irresponsible behavior with a customer who relied on the
                  service centre for a period 42 days but in vain

                  Further I like to add that the Area service head Mr Vijay (Delhi),
                  Mr.Virender (North Delhi) and mr. Aman agarwal (Sapphire Sales &
                  Services) promised me on 27.2.10 and again on 05.03.10 assured me
                  over telephonic conference to get TFT repaired by

                  regretfully submit that no response has been acknowledged from their

                      I purchased Samsung semi Auto washing machine from Reliance Digital, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P. on 29-Sep-2009. Next day they delivered it which was a damage piece. Same day I log the complaint. Engineer came to my place and told me that samsung will replace the machine within a month. They didnt replace the machine, when i ask to customer care again they told me that they didnot have any feedback from engineer who came to my place.

                      Then I again log the complaint to reliance digital. They gave me phone no of Nand Kishore (Area Manager North). I called him and he promise me that my washing machine will we replaced at the end of dec 2009.

                      Jan 2010 I called him he told me that he has been transferred to Lucknow so he could not do any thing.

                      Again I contact to Reliance Digital this time they give me phone number of Aman Verma who told me that he is working as a Area Manager North. He promised me samsung is going to refund the amount by end of Jan 2010. I called him many times. Every time he told me he need another 2 or 3 days to complete the process. He promised me again that they will give the cheque 28-feb-2010.
                      I tried to contact with him for 15 days from March 1 2010 but he never picked my phone.

                      I went to Reliance Digital again on 17-march-2010 they called Aman Verma, and he told that he cannot do anything.

                      I dont know how brand like Samsung can do like this.

                      In future I will never buy any samsung product.

                        I purchased samsung monile B 3410 on date 27th january10 from radha krishna communication golghar, gorakhpur. since last 15 days there is a problem in my mobile display (L.C.D) and i complaint to S.P. Communications (AUTHORISED) SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE but till today 20-03-10 they have no answer for this, they increasing their excuses day by day.

                        I have samsung corby plus, there is a problem in camera we cant edit our pics and phone is switch of automatically. there is no option of three wallpaper as like samsung corby and all good phone. please update software in this phone .when we compare with simple samsung corby, samsung corby have more software

                        Myself Habeeb From mysore on 13th april 2010 i bought new samsung Corby plus mobile from MOBILE CONNECT MYSORE. After 3, 4 months there was sliding problem so i contacted the service centre they kept my mobile for 7 days & they din't solve the prob. so i started using it but from last 15 days there is huge prob in the cel, again i went there again they kept my mob for 1 day. Next day when i called them they said there is slider strip prob so we have placed a order so u cal after 3 days, after 3 days again i called they said leave your cel wil get back to u in 2 days again they failed. stil my cel is with service centre, so i called the customer care & told the pro, they gave samsung karnataka area managers number i called him but he said i am busy message me your problem so i messaged him so no response from that side also. Company is spending crores of rupees in advertisement why they not concentrating on service.

                          I visited mumbai recently and my old nokia CDMA mobile got some problem so had to buy a mobile urgently, got Samsung CDMA mobile SCH-M569. Soon I realized that this is very unfriendly phone software with irritating User interface. After my return back to home I tried installing PC Studio which is even more irritating annoying experience, as it never gets installed correctly on any Operating System (Win XP/ Win 2003/ Win 7), called customer care they didn't had any solution and they suggested to visit their service center. Technical team there at their service center responded like they don't have any solution and they are not able to connect to their PC as well without much investigation they took my phone and asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I am totally annoyed irritated with experience post switch from NOKIA to Samsung. Completely unprofessional behavior of customer care/service center and most unfriendly UI of mobile what else required to know that Samsung is just pushing its sales but not the quality. Nexgt time i would refrain from taking any Samsung product at least before checking reviews. Waiting for results from service center....

                            I have submitted my new Handset of Samsung in Nirala Nagar Lucknow on 19th Mar 2010 in morning...& i've Calling 2 times..Service Centre's employee asking me for giving some times, finaly he's asking me your handset's mother board is not repairable & please try in other service centres.. .finaly i've not received a proper reply from service centre's employee....My Handset (Corby) is only 1 month old.....It's too confusing situation for me.. .& i am too dipressed for this.
                            I've never seen this bad type service in my life.. ... ..!!

                              I have purchased new split A/c. SAMSUNG 1 TN 12 FEB(WINE) SPLIT, BIO SLEEP PLUS MODEL having 4 Stars & Batch No. 227, on 8th March 2009 from your dealer M/s. New Shah Electronics, 11/12, Bileshwar Tower, Panch Rasta, Mulund West, Mumbai-400080, vide bill No AE/10793/09-10. The A/c got installed on 9th March evening, and it started. We stopped the same as my granddaughter was having fever as she complained about feverish etc. Next day your representative visited us for demonstration and he showed us as how to operate and showed us the functions of remote control. He was there for about 4-5 minutes with us and he left our home. Then we continued the A/c but it was not cooling and therefore we tried to see whether your person is around but he has already left and therefore we lodged the complaint on your Call Centre No. i.e. [protected]. Your technician visited us on 11th March checked the machine and its installation and said the Compressor is not working, and someone will come and repair it or you will get replacement of the same. Again on 12th I got a phone call from your office and told me that as per their procedure one more technician has to confirm & will check the Machine and if he confirms that the compressor is not working you will get replacement of the machine. Accordingly one more representative visited and checked and took some details and gone away promising that the compressor is not working and you will get replacement within 2-3 days time. Then again on 15th same person came back on the pretext that he forgot to take down the Serial No. of the Machine. Again I got phone call on 15th from your office that somebody will come and collect the machine for repair, on 16th March. That time I told that I do not want that machine to be repaired but I want new machine as replacement, as this has not worked for half an hour also. Still someone called us on 16th and wanted to check the machine, that time my son told him that your company is going to check and check only or going to get us proper functioning machine, he said his superiors has asked him to do so and he is doing his duty. Then he also did all the checks and told that you will get the replacement. Again on 17th I called your office about the status of my complaint, and expressed my frustration on them, that they said they will transfer the line to their technical dept, but no one came on line from that dept., and they said your problem will be solved next day, i.e. today.
                              But I do not know how long they are going to replace my machine. Mean time I was daily following up with the Dealer as well and requesting them to follow up with the company for replacement of Machine.

                              Before buying the said machine I enquired in the market as to which machine I should go for and I got SAMSUN BRAND and I was suggested to go for this brand. Accordingly I checked in the market prices of all other brands also and even though your brand costs are 10-15% higher to others still I bought the SAMSUNG and now I am repenting on my decision. If I had bought some other brands I could have taken cool air from day one of the purchase.
                              Now I want to know are you people serious about my complaint as 15 days are already gone but my A/c is not working or shall I have to go for other options like returning the SAMSUNG AND GO FOR OTHER BRANDS. If I do not get replacement today I will return the said machine to the dealer and get other machines of other brands.

                                There is a Samsung Max handset which is not working. Its being shown at Service Centre and declared DOA but replacement has not been made till now. Kindly do the needful to get it replaced....

                                Dear sir,

                                Greetings!!!

                                I have purchased new samsung duos touch (cdma + gsm) sch-w299 on 9th february, 2010. with cost 10150.00 inr.in the beginning i thought
                                The piece is new and my hand is not friendly on the same handset so i am facing problem, but the reality is the piece is with full of problems. for the
                                Ame i contacted to customer care, i was replied that its a gsm + cdma so the functionality is the same as you are facing. its a manufacturing style
                                Not a problem. i was socked because i am facing following problems from the beginning:

                                * slowly working (got the reason due to both sim operating in the same phone it takes time to operate)
                                * entry in phone book additions takes 5 - 10 minutes for single entry and if it hangs, i ll have to restart phone by removing the battery. because no other alternate lefts to operate phone again. (my side problem & customer care side its perfectly ok because the processor of the phone is slide slow)
                                * to open a image folder takes 10 minutes and for ruining the same it takes 5-10 minutes to change images. (customer care side you ll have to scan with anti virus and you ll have to format the same and restore the files again problem ll be resolved automatically) (i do the same the problem as early as in beginning)
                                * when i inserted all the three things (gsm card + cdma card + mmc) the phone is working extremely slow like after giving one operations i ll have to wait for 3-5 minutes.

                                For the same problem i was not getting perfect answer from the customer care, i provided my hand set to the majura gate, surat. my person was informed that the phone is perfectly working but user have not aware to use the phone so they may facing problems.

                                So i register my complain via website with the complain no (bp no.) [protected] (transaction no. is [protected]), so i was informed that i ll have to provide my handset samsung duos touch to majura gate,
                                And i did the same as informed by mr. harshil from samsung india-gujarat-ahmedabad. then after i am in touch with mr. janak thakkar. he is the very gentle person and i provided the piece with the problems. they accepted the piece with the problems and assured me to resolve the problem by re-installing the software. mr. janak informed me
                                To take the phone with in next working day. so next day i collected my hand sets with the same problem, i again nformed to mr. janak for the same, again they have to re-install the software in my handsets with the same job cards. after second installations of the software, when i faced the same problem mr. janak informed me to change the sim cards may be due to not matching frequency i am facing the problems, i changed my both sim cards but the problem is the same as early. so for the problems i informed
                                Mr. janak again, samsung team informed me to put the handset again in the service centre they will change the all hardware. i provided my handset again to the majura gate customer care, after 3-4 days i take the delivery of the phone with the same problems with new installed hardware, software (and my new sim cards and formatted cards).

                                With all the above problems i informed to mr. janak, for the resolve the same and provide me the perfect solutions. he ll arrange my talk with mr. sandip bhatt, (manager from ahmedabad of samsung). mr. sadeep required 1 week to talk with technical team, to develop new software for my problems to resolve the things and if required then improve hardware of the phone also. and then they ll get the things done for my phone and there is no surety whether my handsets problem get resolved or not.

                                Means the samsung team doing full of experiments with the customers payments, if customer satisfied then its oke else i dont know wat is the result.

                                Samsung — Service Centre removed MMC Card from Phone

                                i sent a samsung sch-s259 phone for repairs to your service centre at centre point, aligarh, uttar pradesh, aligarh on 10th of april 2008 through my representative. the fault was attended to by mr. ravi chaudhary who seemed very co-operative. the problem was recitified by what appears to be reinstallation of the software.

                                however when the phone was returned to me, the micro sd card of 512 mb was missing from the phone. i believe that formatting of the phone or its software could not have been done with the sd card in the slot.

                                an email to the company on 10th april 2008 has failed to elicit a reply.

                                Samsung — defective piece

                                i had brought samsung j 700 on 26th october. but from next day it started giving hanging problems and the camera was also not functioning . i returned the cell phone to the Mobile world from where i had brought the cell. they initially told me that it will be replaced. when the mobile was sent to the service centre the manager called ravi informed me that the phone had some waterlogging problem. they cannot replace the set. i was amazed at the ruthlessness and the rude behaviour of this person. he did not even bother to tell me any other detail of the problem. the person from mobile world took the set to the service centre again for repair and they told me that the board has to be replaced and it would cost Rs 3800/-.the price of the mobile was Rs 5409/-.i was mazed at the response and the expenditure for a new mobile just three days old. i have been a old customer of samsung with all the home appliances at my home being of samsung. i am really annoyed at the behaviour and response of the service centre and want a new mobile in replacement.

                                Samsung Mobile — Defective Piece

                                SIr/ Madam,

                                I purchased a Samsung Mobile worth rupees 5700 and it developed problems within 15 days of its purchase, the keys got jammed and the speaker has some problem with it as the person on the other end hears some drummy noise. We contacted the customer care about 20 days back through email and they said they will look into the matter and will contact us soon, I waited for a long time but there is no reply from them, they now stopped even replying back to the emails. I am feeling being cheated as my hard earned money has been invested in wrong directions, we were loyal customers of nokia and there was no issue with that ever and I really regret changing my loyalty to a company as worst as samsung. I hope you can prove to be of help to me, waiting for your reply, i need compensation for the trouble that i faced because of all this from them.

                                Samsung Mobile Defective Piece — Defective Piece

                                Since the very first day the battery has not been performing to its optimum capacity that is “IT EXHAUSTS WHILE MAKING A SINGLE CALL” resulting in call disconnection in between.

                                On approaching the Vendor he clarifies / suggests that battery needs to be given a proper “INITIAL CHARGE” for optimum performance.

                                After adhering to all suggestion/ instructions & repeated complaints to Vendor the problem still persists.

                                The post paid connection of TATA Indicom that was taken to be used with the said handset has been rendered practically useless & further burdening me of the monthly rental of Rs 550 since Sep 09.

                                Calls are getting disconnected during conversation with clients causing me irreparable losses & embarrassment.

                                I had to visit the vendor number of times out of my schedule in hope of a remedy/ solution further pressurising me mentaly & my resources.

                                New handset with due performance as per specifications in replacement.

                                Refund of cost paid for the set.

                                Refund of monthly rental from sep 09 till date.

                                Compensation for the harassment caused since Sep 09.

                                SAMSUNG MOBILE W299 — I WANT MY MONEY BACK

                                Sir, i have purchased a samsung dual sim phone modelw299 from m/s singh enterprises, janak puri, n delhi-58 vide bill no.12884 dated 5-7-09. Atleast 4 times same phone was deposited at there service centre at rohini under name m/s sim solutions. Last time phone was deposited on 8th jan 2010 & was assured that you will be getting a due replacement/refund for faulty phone. Inspite of my repeated representations with mr. Ansari (Area manager-samsung} & also repeatedly lodging compaints at there website i am not getting an appropriate solution. People at there service centre at rohini are so rude & arrogant & have no symphaties with consumers.
                                "samsung" is misusing its brand image by just importing cheap low quality phones from china & selling at higher prices in india.

                                SAMSUNG MOBILE W299 — Mobile given for repairing not returned

                                I had bought the new Samsung CDMA mobile W 299 on[protected].
                                Handset software corrupted on 15-2-10 and stopped functioning. Same was given to samsung service centre - Mastercare Service, Borivali on 20-2-10.
                                Even after repeated phone call / personal visits, they could not inform till date, when the handset will be returned duly repaired. (hand set serial no A0000017FFCF83). The only reply from Mastercare is "It has been sent to main branch".
                                The calls made to Samsung helpline centre is futile as there reply was to contact the service centre where the handset is deposited for repairing. They could not provide any seniors mobile no. or email id.

                                Neither the service centre has provided any spare handset.

                                I have to leave office quite early to reach the service centre and lost almost 5 days.

                                Is there anyone at samsung listening.

                                1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i am an army officer and have purchased a samsung mobile phone model sch w-299 from dewan enterprices, bathinda in sep 2009.
                                2. After a few months, the touch screen became non functional and the phone was sent to service centre for repairs. This was in the month of march 2010 and the phone was under warranty period. Work order number is wa[protected] dated 19 mar 2010 (Scanned copy att)
                                3. I was told that the phone has been sent to the company and shall be repaired. However, the phone was returned to me on 26 apr 2010 saying that the set has been repaired. During the above period, no replacement phone was given to me and i had to manage as tata indicom phones are not compatable with gsm phones.
                                4. As soon as i recd the phone, i returned it to the company service centre as it had some technical problem on 26 apr 2010. This time i had taken a receipt of the same, a copy of which is attached.
                                5. I was told that the company is to change the set or return my money. Now even after contacting devan enterprices and mr anish of the service centre, there is no response. All i hear is that the set is in chandigarh/ludhiana etc. The stand by set given to me is not commensurate to my stature and rank i hold.
                                6. I am deeply distressed by the actions and events occurred so far and have no option but to seek legal action in return to the problems faced by me.
                                7. I have full faith in your system of work and am using samsung mobiles for a long time now. Please help me get a refund or provide me a new phone on priority.

                                I have the same phone here.. N i tell you.. From the first day onwards, it is creating problems, that too awkward ones.. While there is an incoming call ringing, i press the green pick-up button, but it doesnt recieve the phone.. Its as if it hangs while recieveing a call.. More problems are similar to those mentioned in the complaint.. Also, the touch feature is pathetic, it has stopped working properly though its not even a fortnight since i bought the phone.

                                Samsung Duos Touch SCH-w299 — touch function is not working

                                I have purchased almost a year back. six months back the touch function stopped working and I could not use many function on the mobile. I showed it to the Company Service Center here . They could not repar it and said it has to be sent to some other place and may take 7-10days. I contiued without giving them but last month I bought another cell phone and gave them this phone for repairing. They gave me the estimate of Rs.1800/- for repairing it . I agreed for it. After a week I got a call from the service center and they said that the repairing chages will be Rs.3000/- and not Rs.1800/- as said earler. The new phone is available in about Rs.8000/- .Can you pls guide?

                                samsung sch-w-299 — Set is pathetic

                                Your service centres are a Total Flop show. I bought a SCH-W-299 mobile handset at chandigarh from M/s Anmol Watches & Elctronics (P) Ltd. vide Invoice No. NCS-15526 dt. 19.10.2009.

                                The set went off automatically on 01.08.2010 and I was unable to swtich it on again. I gave the same to your service centre at Guwahati M/s Netsol Associates vide Work Order No.[protected] dt.04.08.2010. That time I was made sure that I will the handset within a week because the set is in warranty. But One month has passed but your service centre has been asking that we have not received the same from Samsung. Is this your service?

                                  well myself yamini mishra...my brother bought samsung sgh-b520 mobile for me on 10 feb and since the day i added images and music to its memory card it hangs out whnever i listen to songs or view images...also it takes abt 15 to 20 seconds view a image...

                                  apart from this its memory card clip was also broken...and we went to the shop on 25 th feb they just formatted my phone and memory card ...and when i told them that i dont have time to come again and again to solve this problem...they told me to go to service centre but i dont have so much time to go and sive my phone and wait for days...also i sent this complaint to samsung 2-3 days before but had not received any mail till date....also this cell takes abt 6 min to send msg to 5 people .....and whenever i get a msg from airtel of 2,3 or 4 pages my cell gets hang....and i had to take out my battery...

                                  i had talked to the shopkeeper within15 days from the date i had brought this set..they could have changed the set but still they are telling me to go to service center but i live in roorkee and the cell had been bought from meerut where i live....if a customer byus any product noone wants to see the service centre so soon as in a month or even a year but i had to face such problems.....

                                  though games can be installed or dwnloaded using the code *#9998*4678255# external java apps cannot access any files on the memmory card, thus external players & most apps are a dream...

And it can be solved by formatting. I think the processor of the mobile used is not capable of handling so much of features of the phone. The company just fooled us by a bogus model. I got this problem 5 time exactly and after the Warrenty period of 1 year, each time it costs 200Rs.

                                    I purchse mobile model no SCH-F339,SI No 00000IDA26D60 on 06/02/10 from Jain Electronics Bhayander Thane.And my mobile display gone blank.Dealer told me for the service center and I deposited it in your service center FRASLIN TECH CARE PVT. LTD.Mira road east thane.Reference no of the said custmer care is 3197/17.03.10.Can you please help me sort it out earliest.
                                    i also bought the same model on jan 2010. the same problem occured to me and i got serviced . now i have no problem.
                                    i have purchase samsang speed sch -f339 in may 2010 and now the situation is that i have to chagre its battery everyday it takes 3hrs within month it is like that what to do
