Hi,

This is in regards to my Samsung Airconditioner which I bought two years back. Suddenly it stopped working & I called up Samsung Customer Care # 30308282 & lodged a complaint on 1st April, 2010. I was given a and as promised that an Engineer will visit my place within 24 hours.

Till 3rd April, I didn't receive any call from them & I again called the customer care number & was given a service center # [protected] as they are the ones who send Engineers. When I called there, person by name of Sumit from Wazirpur told me that ''people at customer care call center are bunch of jokers & don't know what kind of work pressure they (Service Center people ) are going through''. He said that there is no way my complaint can be addressed on 3rd April.
I agin called up customer care & was promised that it will be escalated & they'll call back. I got a call & was promised that it an Engineer will visit my place at 11:00 AM of 4th April. When no body turned up till 12:00 pm, I again called up the service center number to enquire that by what time an Engineer will come. I got a shocking statement that there was no call made to me from Samsung & there is no way an Engineer can come before Tuesday, 6th April.

I again called up customer care & spoke with a supervisor by name of Karan & he put me on hold to enquire about the same. He assured me that I will get a call back in 30 minutes & my issue will be resolved today itself. But now it is more than 1 hour & no one has called me or visited my place.

My point is that a big brand like Samsung can do such cheap stuff then how can we trust the rest of the brands in market. People from same organisation pass loose remarks for their own colleagues & make false promises. One hand of such a big brand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. When we buy products we get promises that the after sale service will be best etc. but when it comes to keeping those promises, brands like Samsung do such cheap stuff.

I have 3 airconditioners at my home from Samsung & have received a great mental harrassment & false promises that I will never buy any Samsung Product & will also make sure that no one from my near ones buy any Samsung product in future.
on 21/May morning I registered a complaint requesting service for my split aircon. I was given BP No [protected]. I was informed it would be attended to the same day. Later i received a sms.. "Trust your query has been resolved". Then in the evening i got a call informing me the problem would be attended to the next day, i.e 22nd. However, nobody turned up & i called the service no. 30308282 only to be told it would be attended to only on Monday 24th. I asked for the supervisor but the phone was disconnected. I called back but again was not connected to the supervisor. Considering i bought this A/C only on 15/Sep/09 & i have had repeated problems with the A/C & coupled with the PATHETIC SRVICE I WILL NEVER BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN !!!

    I have purchased a split AC from Karolbagh Pusa Road Ezone on Tuesdy dt 30/03/2010. The customer service rep told me that the whole packag will b delivered to my home by Thursday. I received all the items by thursdy otherthen the stablizar. I tried to call the customer service no given in the bill which are [protected] and [protected], several times but no one picks up the phone from there. I sit known to the best customer service that u people provide to your customers? If we r not going to get the item with rest of the package we should be informed about it before hand. But no one is enough responsible to return the call even. Please get back to me with th details as soon as possible. My receipt no. is [protected] and the date of purchase was 30/03/2010.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      This is to inform that we have purchased an a/c on 04/05/09 from M.K. Electronics Gallery, Kalkaji, New Delhi vide Bill no. 5637 book no. 113. The product serial nos. is 30502428 indoor & 30502435 outdoor units.

      This unit is out of order since last 10 days. We have made several complaints on your telephone no. [protected]. A service engineer came once & advised us that the spare part is not available hence it will take another 48 hrs to get it repaired.

      But regret to inform that no one has turned up since last 5 days. We are regular in touch with your service center but even your service station executives are liar and making fake commitments with customers. Yesterday one lady spoke to me & advised that some one will call me before 8 PM but as usual no one contacted. Today morning I spoke to Mr. Sobhit & he confirmed that our problem will be sorted out before 3.30 PM. FYI, this is 3.55 PM but no one has visited.

      Now would like to know from you that will our a/c be repaired or replaced? And if not then what is solution?

      Could you kindly provide me the telephone & fax no. of your corporate office?

        My And My Brother has baught a 32" SAMSUNG LCD From Oman. Brother is living in Ahmedabad. i am living in Sutrapada in district of junagadh. SAMSUNG COmpany has installed Wallmount of LCD Free of Cost at Ahmedabad. But They Are Asking Installation charges to Me at Sutrapada.

        SAMSUNG LCD TV — Improper installation

        I have bough a samsung LCD tv from ARCHEE ELECTRONIC ,PANVEL,NAVIMUMBAI and my samsung R/G code is [protected].After one week technician come to my house and installated the unit on wall with improper support on my absence .Please do needfull action.

        I have bought a Samsung LCD TV on 02/11/10 from kohli broth ,parladh mkt,karol bagh new delhi-110005 ,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the LCD and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than three days.I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for so much time for a new installation then I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

        I faced the same problem and now when I placed a request for installation they are saying they would be charging Rs. 900 for wall mounting as its more than a month that I bought my TV.
        I have been asked 6000/- they say my model is an import.
        Call any body from Hardware shop they can do it for 200-300 Rs

          Be very careful when purchasing home appliances, especially from Nandilath Irinjalakuda.

          I bought samsung airconditioner 4 th december 2009 from nandilath world Irinjalakuda and I had problem with AC not coooling. I registered complaint 25th march and they are not responding, when we are making enquiry they are firing back and very badly and cheep way behaving.

          Samsung AC — Worst Service

          I brough a new samsung AC on Feb 2008, I was informed that 4 Free service will be done every three monts for the first year, but have not seen any service engineers for one year. The AC is not cooling at all the service engineers are not attending the compliants properly some of them who i have seen are not fit to do an AC service at all. I am not sure will the samsung try to provide a better service and a better product or we may not see any samsung AC products in future. Not only AC I also brought a new Samsung refrigerator on Feb 2008, i was told that the installation will be done by the service engineers but no one turned up till now, I am not sure if there is duplicate products in the name of Samsung sold in the market or Samsung itself is producing that kind of products.
          they are a bunch of liars. I have given up on them.

          Samsung AC — Samsung AC worst service in the earth

          I would like to bring the notice that besides our complaint provided 5 wks before, NO ACTION has been carried out by Samsung AC. I keep getting a tape recorded message from their service centre. It is one of the worst treatment they can pass it to their customers. Not sure, how long we need to live with these kind of service providers. I am highly disappointed with their service.
          Not sure when will I get a service from them.

          Hence forth, think twice before you buy a product of Samsung.

            dear sir,
            i buy a Samsung Ac 1.5 Ton from Triputi Distributor, Ghaziabad on jul,2010. After 8 month of purchase it was not working properly i make a complaint on 20th March 2010. after 6 days regular follow ups i did not get even a visit from company side and after that i complaint it to distributor the on 26th a person from distributor side take away that AC and after one day he send back that now it is ok. but when i checked it is still same problem. Now Nither Distributor nor company take any action regarding this complaint then i againg complaint to replace that AC because i affraid with this service and that time i take the complaint no also i.e. -[protected]. And after that they said that our engineer call to you and update u but still i am waiting for company responce. my contact no is - [protected]

            Samsung window A.C — Samsung A.C. Worst Service

            Sir,

            We had purchased a SAMSUNG Air Conditioner of 1.5 Ton which stopped working within one week of purchase. Inspite of repeaed complaints and also their agent analysis that the compressor is not working they have not yet replaced the Air Conditioner . No supoort is being given to us by the ir service centre. We have spent so much money on it but the dealer M/S GOLD MOHAR IMPEX PVT LTD Kolkata 700072. Please help.

              I purchased Samsung Split 1.5 Ton AC Model No:AS-18-NA on 28/02/2008 from Ahmedabad dealer.Same unit installed by company technician.
              After two years of operation I found outdoor unit's insulation was badly damaged and its condenser piping was exposed to atmosphere.Hence during running operation of the unit, there are cold loss and it gives less efficiency and consumed more power.
              The same problem was referred to main dealer at Ahmedabad and loacal dealer at Bharuch also.Also complain was registered to Samsung customer care.
              As outdoor unit insulation is very critical and its performance is based on insulation quality.I do not understand that how this poor quality insulation is selected by Samsung company.

              They are not ready to solve the problem an not giving any response to customer. I think they are making fool and getting only business and not care for customer problem.

              The unit insulation is getting powdered and falling down which expose the piping of gas / liquid which are suppose to be insulated.
              Hope for needful action.

                We purchased a Samsung refigerator model RT29ZBPR vide Inv No. 41902 on 16th March thro' a dealer (A.P. Lotlikar). The refigerator turned out to be defective. We complained and the dealer delivered a new piece on 19th Mar. But the dealer denied changing the date on the wty card . So we are losing on 3 days of wty.

                  Sir , My phone samsung S3500 which was bought on28th Augst 2009 is facing a problem of ringer its not working and battery. But when i have taken the phone to service center ABC Service center in Mateshwari Plaza on 1st floor Sadar has not given the proper response. I visited over there more then 4 times and always they excuse by saying that they don't have parts from last month, and now when i visited last time they behaved very rudely nd also given me in writen. So sir please do something. I assume that u'll help me. Otherwise i'll have to take the LEGAL ACTION against it..

                  I have deposited my mobile to Samsung Service Center through Tata-Mela Offer on 8-Aug-09 due to my software gots corrupted.
                  They are not providing me any kind of status of my mobile even then they are not pickup my Mobile & Phone. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. meanwhile i have called him 1000 times. i got irritated by such facility ..i lost my valuable time and effort in this.please provide me a solution for it permanently.

                  the condition in which the set was returned was shocking - it was without inside parts & no screws were there.

                      I have purchased the Samgsung GT B7320 2 months ago,. after few days the started to hang up and goes on blinking untill the battery is removed. this is happening now frequently. suggest a way out so this stops or replace the mobile with a new one...syncronizing with pc is not possible for the windows media player, contacts, messaging,and many others.... requesting for immediate help..... thanks .                         I myself Amit Agarwal, purchased LCD TV model number- LA22A450C1 on January 18-2009, on last one week before my TV got destroyed and its picture has gone completely and sound was still in TV. I had talked and complained in company , and they had sent one representative , he checked out whole TV and after that company said that its Panel (Board) has been destroyed and it has to change, for this they are asking 10,000 Rs + service charge, and I am not sure about its warranty period of 3 or 1 month .


                        So I am completely disappointed by this poor quality of Samsung such a big brand ,m but now i got that Samsung just a brand with high price , no quality indeed for product , and I would never suggest any people to buy any product of Samsung , it is totally wastage of money.

                        SAMSUNG LCD TV — Worst Quality Product

                        Within 2 years the TV panel has gone. To change the panel Samsung service center asks the cost equivalent to the price of the new TV!!!!

                        I will never buy the Samsung Products...in future nor recommend to anyone

                          i purchased a Samsung Corby pro B5310 on 8th February from Chandigarh.After 20 days i came to know that mobile has manufacturing defect in its display screen.On 3rd March 2010, i submitted the mobile at samsung service center in 22 sector(PH:[protected],5067187) to replace its display screen.i was told that i will receive a call within 4-5 days from service center to inform status of my mobile phone.but i didn't receive any call from service center in next 20 days.i called them 3 times in between to know status of my mobile phone but they always said that display screen is not available and when i said that why didn't they call me to tell me about the status then they always made excuse that they called but your mobile phone was switched off.i already gave my two contact numbers and i never switched off them so they are only lying.i went to service center after 20 days and i saw that mobile was not repaired.i took my mobile phone back.i talked with their seniors also but they also didn't give any positive response.you can think now what kind of service company is giving if they cant solve their manufacturing defect problem.They also keep on saying that we will call you within 3-4 days.i m totally dissatisfied with company's service.This causes me physical, mental as well as financial problem .If my problem will not solve soon i will take legal action against company.Hope that you can go ahead and do something useful for me. hoping to listen soon from you.

                          Samsung — MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN 20 DAYS

                          Dear Sir,
                          I bought Samsung Corby Pro B5310 on 18/03/2010. The product started hanging from the 20th day onwards. I was managing by switching off and then switching on. On 1st of May 10, the touch screen has stopped functioning. Since 1 & 2 were holidays, I was on my way to service center on the 3rd and suddenly another problem creeped in. The mobile started beeping and the display started changing on its own accord. When the service center personnel saw it, they too were perplexed as I was and they disassembled every component, cleaned it with a cleaning solution and gave it to me saying it was just a short circuit caused by permenant operated condition of some switch. Well, for the moment it was good. The service work order number was 1003. In less than 20 hours, the problem reoccurred and I rushed to the service center; by which time, another problem came up. The screen turned BLANK!!!! I was terribly distressed and I asked them to replace the mobile as the problem is a manufacturing defect and has creeped in well within one month of its purchase. We can't expect to get our expensive gadgets getmessed up and repaired in such a short spell of time. The service center personnel said, he can't get a replacement but can replace the faulty component and return in 7 days time. The Work order No. was 1081 dated 04-05-10. I called the Samsung customer care who were generous in giving me the ID Number ([protected]) but to NO help whatsoever.
                          I had been having very bad after sales support from Samsung people even with Window AC, Split AC, Washing Machine and about half-a-dozen mobile phones right from the R220 model.
                          I think it is unworthy to buy Samsung products if they cannot be confident on their products and resolve such clear cut manufacturing defects. They are sure to lose their reputation as a reliable company if this nature of support is not curtailed at the earliest.

                          i am an army officer posted in the border of j&k in hard counter insurgency area.Mobile phone is the only means by which i stay connected with my family and friends.on 16 june,2009 i was gifted a samsun corby pro by my mother.she insisted that i should go in for a nokia mobile but i insisted on going for samsung...i jus wish i would have listened to her.today i feel disheartened and cheated. out of the 3 mths of possesing the mobile,it has been lying in the service centre for gud about 2 months...on 30 th june its keypad stopped working...i had to then send it to the service centre in jammu who returned me this mobile after about 7 days....then again after 7 days its screen went blank..i had to again send it to jammu for repair..the software had got corrupted n they lacked the technical competence to set it right so they had to send this mobile to chandigarh service centre..it came back after 35 days..again after 2 days its call pick up button stopped working ..again i had to send it to jammu service centre ..and it came back after 2 days...it was only yesterday that i had got this set back ...it worked properly for one day and today again its behaving irratically...its getting switched off and on on its own..once switched off its not getting switched on and though i am recieving calls but i am unable to answer them n its hanging....sir it takes 2 days to climb my post..and another 1 day to reach jammu from my location..so now you can well imagine the duration for which this mobile has been out..and once asked for a replacement it was outrightly rejected.sir may i please request you to kindly replace this set at the earliest orelse perforce i will have to move to the consumer court seeking justice for the poor qulaity of product,poor services and the mental harrasment caused to me.i am sanguine you would look into the matter at the earliest and replace this mobile and restore the reputation of this company once again in my eyes and my fraternity

                          Samsung Mobile Corby Pro — bad service

                          first i gave my mobile for service as i have display problem,for 1 month the they were saying that mobile was ready but when i was going to get the mobile back ,they will be saying that ur mobile was not ready..after one month they gave my mobile but they damaged my camera and network card of my mobile. this is done my the pondicherry sri padma samsumgservice center. now i have to paid round 2000 rs. for my mobile due to this service center.........
                          I absolutely empathize with Capt Druv, I have also faced a similar problem. If there is any Samsung Customer care person he should respond immediately.

                            Our double door refrigerator cooling got stopped from 20th march 2010, we called sumsung refrigerator service, which is located at railway colony, one person has came and he told that timer has to be replaced, after that till he revert back, we called several time but he is not responding, then he gave Mr.Kumar's Mob no. (branch manager - Mob:[protected]) he is not at all lifting his mobile, pls help us to get our fridge operation

                              My S3653 is having a problem with touchscreen,especially when we touch required numeric or text skips another number/text and further some times screen hanging like desktop,after some time it works. It is very frustrating while typing sms or doing usual/normal mobile functions.

                                As per the executive of the dealer, emi explained in writing infront of your executive that emi will deducted through ecs Rs.1583 but I was shocked to seen the sms that emi Rs.1708 will be deducted from my account. kindly explain me today positively other wise I have no option to close my saving account with immediate effect and further proceed for legal complaince against dealer and the company.

                                      I purchaced samsung handset on Jan-2008. (Samsung D880 with Dual sim) because only samsung having dual sim mobile that time. and sliding strip has been failed in just 10 month. 2 time i visit to service center (Prabhadevi), but strip not available to them. so I repaired it from outsouce and again it fail after 3 month. next time also samsung service center (Sion branch) peoples having same answer, `strip not available'.
                                      My one of relative also face problem with samsum mobile. (Samsung Guru) it failed in three month only.

                                      I suggest everybody dont go for samsung mobile.

                                        i purchase the samsumg LCD monitor from delhi eight month before now the on off switch is not working then i give it to samsung care center center in 26/march/2010 but when i call the custemer care center for progress they give no any response properly always says not yet repaire switch call me after two days when we call after two days they says call me after lunch & they are save our mobile no. & most of time dissconect my phone call.
                                        sir i am doing the job in pathology laboratory i need every day print report between 150 to 200 but i have no moniter then i print the report in other laboratory please help me
