i will send my phones handsfree cable to samsung service center till date[protected] for changing because its not working properly but before 6 month i will regular going to service center for pick up my handsfree but they does not responce on my application so please kindly help me...

samsung mobile/S5603 — Mobile not received

sir,on 4th may i had submitted my mobile phone Samsung s5603 star 3g to the Samsung service center,Darbhanga.It was in the warranty period.The mobile phone was purchased by the name of Mr. rajesh kumar.The problem was that charging/headphone jack was not working. So,it does not take response when i attach charger/headphone to it.so,i submitted my mobile phone to Samsung service center,Darbhanga.and they told me that the board of mobile will be changed and it will take few days but many days passed and yet i have not received my mobile phone.so,sir please do something.I will wait for your response.

    Dear Sir / Madam
    I have purchased One Samsung air conditioner (split) with model AS18UAXTL-A281PZES403725A.
    Now I completed 8 months, from beginning it have problems, 2 times compressor replaced then many times compressor gas and oil leakage, really I am fed up and feel sad on my wrong (Samsung) selection. Why the company supplying such a poor quality components and materials and put the customer in big trouble and wasting the valuable time. In the very beginning I am facing these much problems, and afraid about the coming years. How I can relay on this product or it is better to replace this with a better brand available in market. Please instruct me.

      Making too much loud noise

      I purchased Samsung 250 L double door fridge in 2008 from Big Bazzar, Pune, Maharashtra. From last 2/3 months its making very loud noise continuously.

      I had Purchased Samsung i 8910 HD; imei no [protected] on date 1/1/2010 for Rs 28500/-. I enjoyed the music performance of this hand, through both head phone as well as stereo speakers of this handset. But after couple of weeks the stereo speakers of the hand played poor music quality. I showed my handset to the nearest Samsung Service Center in Nashik. They said speakers (both right and left) are faulty. Since my handset was in warranty period they assured me that they will arrange the spares within 15 days. I thought that perhaps in the Samsung Service Center of Mumbai it could be available sooner. So I called Samsung Toll free No and noted down the address of Service Center in Santacruz Mumbai.So again I showed my handset to the service center in Santacruz West. They assured me the part will be arranged by them within 5 to 6 days. I waited accordingly. It's nearing a month now. I cant enjoy the music through the stereo speakers. Whats the use of purchasing such a costly handset. I called them again be they all are just assuring me. I want my speakers problem to be solved at the earliest. Please help!!!

        I purchased samsung U600 mobile in sept 2008 .In nov 2009 ,there was a problem in voice of incoming calls.Iwas unable to hear incoming voice.I had approached to micro services authorised samsung service centre in thane.They replaced FPCB part of mobile,after waiting long .then mobile was working ,but they did not make a mobile slider like previously. Afterworld in feb2010 the display problem appears due to crack in lcd of handset as told by the mechanic of the center.They gave estimate of Rs.1856/-to replace it.But the lcd was not available with them.I inquired on phone 3 to 4 times then after 15 days they said come to service centre lcd arrived.I visited to shop at 5 pm, they started repairing.After one hour hey said there is a critical problem it will take more time and more money,you come afterwards.While i was waiting ,i saw their behavior with customer was not good.The customers were not satisfied with their services.Everyone siting there was complaining about their service.I took my mobile and walked out from there.The authorization of the centre have to cancel as they are not satisfying customers,poor service, arrogant behavior, technically not sound and many other reasons

          sir,
          i am puneet kumar jain. i purchased samsung mobile F-270 in the month of april'09. i got its motherboard faulty. i gave it to bikaner service center for 2-3 months but all in vain.
          Then i gave it to noida service center (CEE EMM Services)on 19/08/09. Till today my case is pending, they said that company will refund all the money of it. For that i have submitted my handset also. from the 19/08/09 till today i made many calls for my refund cheque but still i got no answer from the representatives except that they are just making me fool.
          i have talked many time to the following persons:
          1. Mr. manav(Area Manager)-[protected].
          2. Mr. R.S.Tiwari(Owner of noida service centre) - [protected].
          3. Mr. Pulkit(Accounts dept, gaziabad)-[protected].
          4. Mr. Sandeep(Executive, noida service centre)- [protected].
          5. Mr. Rajesh(Sales Manager)- [protected].
          6. Mr. Goyal (Sales Manager)- [protected].

          They all are making me fool.
          Mr. manav said that your case is in accounts dept, mr. pulkit from account said that we dont have your case. no one is giving right details just misleading me.
          i have already posted this case on consumer forum and again posting it. its more than 8 months passed with this pending case. i am so irritated.

          Please try to stop these people to provide fraud information’s and try to resolve my case as soon as possible. NOW I ALSO WANT COMPENSATION FROM THE COMPANY.

              My brother Mr. P Sai Prasad (a Tata Motors Employee) purchased a Samsung LCD television (LA26A450) from National Electronics in Sakchi, Jamshepur, on 11.10.08. Since he doesnot have an email id, I am mailing on behalf of him.

              The screen of the TV is turning red totally. The service engineer who visited suggested that the PCB had to be replaced at a cost of Rs.7000/ (including service charge) or the TV could sold back @ Rs.6000 and new TV could be purchased. He also mentioned that this was a common problem with this model.

              If this was a common problem with this model, why was this model sold in the first place. The fault has occurred after completion of the warranty period.

              We are very unhappy with this product & the response of Samsung Electronics. This is brought to your notice and we seek proper redressal of grievance.

              i got a series 5 40 inch lcd os samsung, ithin 15 day its mother board was dead..and so even after a week of making complaint.my lcd is still not rectified, reason being given is motheerboard supply not at customer care so...dont know hen is it going to be ok

                Your GT-3653 is having a problem with touchscreen,especially for calculator,when we touch required numeric skips another number and further some times screen hanging like desktop,after some time it works,being an executive i was asked my neighbours about these problems,but really iam the customer of samsung for the last 10 years model by model

                  This is Ch.V.R.Krishna on behalf of my father Ch. Siva Ramaiah is reporting to you that my father purchased Samsung LA26B350 LCD TV on[protected], at JD Electronics, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, for a sale consideration of Rs.21,700/-.

                  Whereas for the last Ten Days, our LCD TV, is not performing well as the Video Display has been frequently disappearing and only Audio is going well. We have informed the matter to the Dealer "JD Electronics" a week days ago and they send Mohana Rao, who told us that he is working as an Engineer in Samsung and he verified our TV and told us that there is some problem in your TV and it has to be rectified and accordingly we told him to replace the TV set with a new one as we can not accept a TV with the said problem. As per our request he told us that i have done some modification in the Remote Control and told us to verify the display for two days, but till now the problem is stands same. It has not been rectified and nobody came to our house and replaced the TV Set. Moreover we informed the matter to the Dealer "JD Electronics", and they are keep on postponing the matter as there is no written complaint from our side. At last on[protected], the Dealer "JD Electronics", told us that a complaint has been raised by them to the Company as per our request and they promised us that they should send a Technician today itself (i.e.,[protected]. But nobody came to my home and the TV Set has not been replaced. We called them so many times for the last 10 Days and they have not heed our request and they have went on postponement. For the said circumstances we are facing much trouble. Hence, i am requesting u to please replace the TV Set as early as you can.

                    I have Purchased a samsung mobile phone on 26/10/09 at Thanjavur, Tamilnadu and same was not functioning well (my receipt-ant unable to hear me clearly) , so I shown my handset to the samsung service centre and they changed the water component and returned back but the problem did not solve so again I approached samsung service centre on 19/01/2009 and they taken the phone for service and the job order number is 4670. since then I am repeatedly asking for my phone but not getting any proper response from the center. I lodged a complaint in their customer service also but not getting any responce. so please look into the matter and do the needful to get back my handset repaired as it is new and under warranty.

                    I had purchased the mobile from city collection, nagpur, dtd 17/07/09.and
                    same was not functioning well. so i visit to service centre, sadar, nagpur.
                    reply from service centre was that, problem is not in handset, problem in your sim card, so i changed my sim card, but the problem was not solved. Now I am in mumbai, Before 15 days ago i shown my handset in vashi service centre, navi mumbai,
                    bot still not returned to me.please take necessary action regarding this.

                      Hi...
                      I had a problem with my samsung corby mate handset. it cannot support memory card of 2GB. it got switcted on & off again and again when data in the card will be more then 10-20MBs. i had taken it to the service centre & they people told to formate the card, i did it & even changed the card with a new one, but stiill it has the same problem.

                        My samsung mobile model SGH-X620 purched on 26/5/06 IMEI NO 351597/01/003137/5 always in limited service mode in all type of company sim like bsnl/tata. when we start our mobile limited service only is disply on mobile set & no outgoing and no incomming is happened on the set from last 2-3 months.
                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          Bought the pro on Feb 20, worked fine for a couple of days then randomly when close the slider the phone would switch off. Had to restart and would be fine. Now the phone just switches of at anytime. when try to restart it switches off after a couple of seconds hand to remove the battery for a minute and then restart.

                            JAVA files do work on Samsung corby pro. You need to creat .html file on coputer with tags. It should have names of JAR files. Transfer that file to your mobile then open it there.
                            what should i do to install java files in samsung corby pro

                            Not very recently, in January, I bought a new phone- the Samsung Corby PRO aka GT-B5310, known as the Genio PRO in the UK. The Corby series is great value for money and I'll be posting a review of the phone and reasons for buying it soon.

                            The phone has a sliding QWERTY keypad and so most of the inbuilt apps and stuff rotates automatically when you slide-out the keypad. If you've been using the Corby PRO for a while, you would've noticed that the additional Java applications you've installed don't have auto-rotate support and its quite a PITA to type with the QWERTY keypad while the display is in portrait mode. Thankfully, there is a solution to this problem. All you need is an archive manager and a text editor. Here's what you need to do-

                            1. Download the jar file on your computer.
                            2. Use an archive manager to open it and edit the MANIFEST.MF file found in the META-INF folder.
                            3. Add these lines at the bottom of MANIFEST.MF to enable support for auto-rotate-

                            X-Pax-Keyboard: Qwerty
                            X-Pax-TextInput-Hidden: true
                            MIDlet-Touch-Support: TRUE
                            MIDlet-ScreenMode: ROTATE

                            4. Save the jar archive after making the above changes.

                            Now transfer the jar file to your phone. But there's a catch here too. The Corby PRO's OS doesn't allow you to install Java applications by just opening jar files from the file manager. The only way to install applications is by downloading them from your phone. But thinking about it carefully, you don't really need to upload the jar file anywhere. All you need to do is create a HTML page and transfer it along with the jar file to your phone. Opening the HTML page from your phone will open it using the phone's web browser and you won't need GPRS to install the application. Here's what you need to do to create the html file-

                            1. Open a text editor like notepad.
                            2. Write this in the file-



                            Replace with the name of the jar file; for example, if you are installing the IM client Palringo and the file name is Palringo.jar, the code would be-



                            3. Save the file with a .html extension and give it any name like installer.html

                            Now when you open the HTML file from your phone, you'll see a Install Application link. Clicking on it will install the Jar file you just edited. I managed to get all the applications I use to auto-rotate like this apart from those ones which don't let you download the jar file from your computer. This should work for all applications.

                                I HAD BOUGHT THIS SAMSUNG MOBILE ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS AGO. THIS IS A VERY BAD PHONE. ITS INTERNAL MEMORY IS USED UP WHENEVER I USE GOOGLE MAPS. THE MEMORY DECREASES VERY FAST. IT ALSO TURNS OFF AUTOMATICALLY WHILE I AN USING NET THROUGH OPSERA MINI ROUTTINO PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO THESE PROBLEMS.                                 Dear buyers/users please dont waste your valuable hard earn mony on samsung products because they are openly cheating innocent public with there decauritave condum cell phones because i have perchused one samsungcorby pro (IMIE NO.[protected])on 24/02/2010 with one of leading shop of lucknow from 26/02/10 i found that set is not working properly fom that day i am running to and service station they all are helpless to clear that problem now i am unable to understand should i go with this cell phone so you can understand my problem now dission is yours.

                                  I was purchased your wide beautiful samsung model no: 21M40, S.No: 08253ZAS603424 on dated[protected] from M/s Priya Electronices, Near Oriental Bank, Ajmer Road, Madanganj-Kishangarh (Raj.) 305801 with Invoice No: 1977 with @ Rs. 6864 + 15 % Vat Rs. 936 = 7800.
                                  After using of 4 month our TV display RED dark colour screen after that we lodged a telephonic complaint to the above said M/s but still today nither they care of nor take any repairable / replacement action please take nessercy action.

                                  We planned to bought the tv in coimbatore, near my house and samsung plaza is available after finished the marketing we paid the bill and they took the old tv in my house and new tv came to my home we found that demo piece they delivered we informed to that samsung plaza they told no way for replacing new one
                                  finally they refund the cash and new tv taken to their show room. we wasted the time 5 hours and they very much spoiling the samsung name .Pls take the necessary action to that dealer

                                  The product you have purchased has a lot of design defects. I am suffering with the same product. Apart of the top corner of the screen has a patch. M/s Samsung has given me a replacement but even then the problem is not solved. Their engineer had visited multiple number of times and finally suggested that the patch was due to a Mobile Tower placed in a building next to mine. They suggested me to either change my house or remove the Tower.


                                  Ha, Ha, Ha, How funny it may be. I was amused by their ignorance rather than angered.

                                  Also I would like to know that does posting complaints to this site really help? My complaint is also logged here but I received no support for the same.

                                    Underscore is not working in broser user ID, files coping through bluetooth coping in phone memory, ring tones sys defined unable to delete, when u set persnol ring tone it is coping to phone mem..., and same for caller image, speed of internet is very slow IE < 64 Kbps, updated S/W not avalable from last 1 Year. Samsumg is neglacting his coustamers all the time. Coustamer care also not working proporly . Such handset have many prob, call back them and update them
                                    Underscore can be obtained by long pressing # key while editing the text field in the web browser. I agree with the point that the internal memory is very low and we cant transfer the files directly to the memory card trough bluetooth.

                                    The biggest problem in Samsung S3310 is that whatever we transfer through Bluetooth it goes in the phone memory and god forbids if the file to be transferred is big enough then it can not be transferred at all. I think the Samsung people must give some software update atonce which could provide these features in the phone so that the file could be transferred through bluetooth to the memory card directly and even the caller tunes on particular numbers etc. could be used directly from the momory card so that the number and ringtone does not get transferred to the phone memory. Please do it at the earliest so that we don't regret our decision of buying a Samsung phone.

                                      I Mr. Nitesh.H.Lalchandani, purchased a Samsung Split a/c from Tirumala Music Center, on[protected], from that time i am facing problems with my a/c, and there is no permenant solution for my a/c, everytime i have to complain to TMC, and then to their service techinical Touch Home Express, but only temporary solution is done, recently my complain to TMC, on[protected], was my a/c was not working completely, and still today the complain is pending and their is no one to solve it, everytime after repeated phone calls a techinician comes and checks and says that he will visit again and he dosen't come back, will i ever get a permenant solution for this, will i get my a/c replaced for a new one, as i am fed up of this problem. The a/c model no. is AS 180TAXTL, and the serial no. is[protected]. please provide me a solution.

                                      DEAR SIR, I HAD SEEN SONY 3D LED TV PROMO AND BAJAJ FINANCE 0 PERCENT INTEREST AND PROCESSING CHARGE PROMO AND APPROACHED TIRUMALA MUSIC CENTRE (TMC), VIZAG ON 16 OCT 2010 FOR PURCHASE OF THE SAME UNDER 18/2 FINANCE SCHEME. I HAD BARGAINED THE SONY KDL-40HX800 MODEL SONY 3D LED TV FOR RS. 115000/- WITH TMC, VIZAG AND OPTED FOR 18/2 FINANCE SCHEME FROM BAJAJA FINANCE. I HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS THERE AND YOUR BAJAJ FINANCE EXECUTIVE HAD SHOWN ME THE ILLUSTRATION THAT HOW I HAD TO DOWNPAYMENT AND WHAT WOULD BE MY MONTHLY EMI AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO PAY RS. 1778/- AS PART OF INSURANCE CHARGES. I AGREED AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS. BUT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE AND UNPLEASANT CIRCUMSTANCES CREATED BY TMC, VIZAG DUE TO THEIR UNFRIENDLY DEALINGS WITH ME I HAD DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE THE SONY 3D LED TV FOR RS. 115000/- FOR THAT PARTICULAR TIME AND RETURNED BACK THINKING THAT I'LL GO FOR IT LATER. AND AGAIN ON 29 OCT 2010 I HAD APPROACHED TMC, VIZAG AGAIN FOR PURCHASE OF SONY 3D LED TV AFTER ARRANGING SOME MONEY FOR BUYING THE SAME AND REST AS A FINANCE FROM BAJAJ FINANCE. BUT THIS TIME YOUR EXECUTIVE OVER THERE IN TMC, VIZAG HAD SHOWN ME INFATUATED ILLUSTRATIONS WHICH CONTAINING A LUMPSUM AMOUNT OF RS. 10, 000/- APPROX AS PART OF PROCESSING AND INSURANCE CHARGES. WHICH HE HAD NOT SHOWN ME EARLIER ON 16 OCT 2010. THEN WHEN I ENQUIRED HIM REGARDING THE SAME, HE TOLD ME THAT THOSE CHARGES ARE UNAVOIDABLE BD PROCESSING CHARGES. NOW SIR, PLS TELL ME WHY YOU ARE GIVING MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS LIKE ZERO PERCENT INTEREST AND ZERO PERCENT PROCESSING FEE IN PUBLIC MEDIA. YOU ARE GIVING ADS LIKE THAT AND COLLECTING MONEY FROM US BY TELLING SOME OTHER FINANCIAL PROCESS TERMINOLOGY. OK RS. 1778/- INSURANCE CHARGES IS OK I AM READY TO PAY FOR IT.
