dear sir,
I purchased samsung monile B 3410 on date 27th january10 from radha krishna communication golghar, gorakhpur. since last 15 days there is a problem in my mobile display (L.C.D) and i complaint to S.P. Communications (AUTHORISED) SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE but till today 20-03-10 they have no answer for this, they increasing their excuses day by day.
so i think there is a poor service provide by samsung mobiles.

I have samsung corby plus, there is a problem in camera we cant edit our pics and phone is switch of automatically. there is no option of three wallpaper as like samsung corby and all good phone. please update software in this phone .when we compare with simple samsung corby, samsung corby have more software
I really dont understand why this is software difference with corby plus. I hope samsung corby and corby plus has same hardware so it should support the latest software. There are no.of features missing in the phone which is there in samsung corby and samsung star like auto lock, font selection, three wallpaper, shake games etc. Can someone help me to upgrade my samsung corby plus phone software?
ya.samsung service center is worse.The people working over there are not kind.And they are fighting with the customers.

Myself Habeeb From mysore on 13th april 2010 i bought new samsung Corby plus mobile from MOBILE CONNECT MYSORE. After 3, 4 months there was sliding problem so i contacted the service centre they kept my mobile for 7 days & they din't solve the prob. so i started using it but from last 15 days there is huge prob in the cel, again i went there again they kept my mob for 1 day. Next day when i called them they said there is slider strip prob so we have placed a order so u cal after 3 days, after 3 days again i called they said leave your cel wil get back to u in 2 days again they failed. stil my cel is with service centre, so i called the customer care & told the pro, they gave samsung karnataka area managers number i called him but he said i am busy message me your problem so i messaged him so no response from that side also. Company is spending crores of rupees in advertisement why they not concentrating on service.
Can u suggest me what should i do now.IMEI NO [protected]

    I visited mumbai recently and my old nokia CDMA mobile got some problem so had to buy a mobile urgently, got Samsung CDMA mobile SCH-M569. Soon I realized that this is very unfriendly phone software with irritating User interface. After my return back to home I tried installing PC Studio which is even more irritating annoying experience, as it never gets installed correctly on any Operating System (Win XP/ Win 2003/ Win 7), called customer care they didn't had any solution and they suggested to visit their service center. Technical team there at their service center responded like they don't have any solution and they are not able to connect to their PC as well without much investigation they took my phone and asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I am totally annoyed irritated with experience post switch from NOKIA to Samsung. Completely unprofessional behavior of customer care/service center and most unfriendly UI of mobile what else required to know that Samsung is just pushing its sales but not the quality. Nexgt time i would refrain from taking any Samsung product at least before checking reviews. Waiting for results from service center....

    Samsung /Mobile M569 — Samsung not supporting to solve its model problem

    I am not able to move recorder voice file from mobile to other device or its internal/external memory location also.Mobile model no.Samsung M569.Customer care and service center also not supporting to solve the problem.Customer care executive always say like they will call within 2 hour but from last 25 days I didn't get any call from Samsung and I give a daily reminder to him but some time they gives a new complain no.

      I have submitted my new Handset of Samsung in Nirala Nagar Lucknow on 19th Mar 2010 in morning...& i've Calling 2 times..Service Centre's employee asking me for giving some times, finaly he's asking me your handset's mother board is not repairable & please try in other service centres.. .finaly i've not received a proper reply from service centre's employee....My Handset (Corby) is only 1 month old.....It's too confusing situation for me.. .& i am too dipressed for this.
      I've never seen this bad type service in my life.. ... ..!!

        Dear Sir,
        I have purchased new split A/c. SAMSUNG 1 TN 12 FEB(WINE) SPLIT, BIO SLEEP PLUS MODEL having 4 Stars & Batch No. 227, on 8th March 2009 from your dealer M/s. New Shah Electronics, 11/12, Bileshwar Tower, Panch Rasta, Mulund West, Mumbai-400080, vide bill No AE/10793/09-10. The A/c got installed on 9th March evening, and it started. We stopped the same as my granddaughter was having fever as she complained about feverish etc. Next day your representative visited us for demonstration and he showed us as how to operate and showed us the functions of remote control. He was there for about 4-5 minutes with us and he left our home. Then we continued the A/c but it was not cooling and therefore we tried to see whether your person is around but he has already left and therefore we lodged the complaint on your Call Centre No. i.e. [protected]. Your technician visited us on 11th March checked the machine and its installation and said the Compressor is not working, and someone will come and repair it or you will get replacement of the same. Again on 12th I got a phone call from your office and told me that as per their procedure one more technician has to confirm & will check the Machine and if he confirms that the compressor is not working you will get replacement of the machine. Accordingly one more representative visited and checked and took some details and gone away promising that the compressor is not working and you will get replacement within 2-3 days time. Then again on 15th same person came back on the pretext that he forgot to take down the Serial No. of the Machine. Again I got phone call on 15th from your office that somebody will come and collect the machine for repair, on 16th March. That time I told that I do not want that machine to be repaired but I want new machine as replacement, as this has not worked for half an hour also. Still someone called us on 16th and wanted to check the machine, that time my son told him that your company is going to check and check only or going to get us proper functioning machine, he said his superiors has asked him to do so and he is doing his duty. Then he also did all the checks and told that you will get the replacement. Again on 17th I called your office about the status of my complaint, and expressed my frustration on them, that they said they will transfer the line to their technical dept, but no one came on line from that dept., and they said your problem will be solved next day, i.e. today.
        But I do not know how long they are going to replace my machine. Mean time I was daily following up with the Dealer as well and requesting them to follow up with the company for replacement of Machine.

        Before buying the said machine I enquired in the market as to which machine I should go for and I got SAMSUN BRAND and I was suggested to go for this brand. Accordingly I checked in the market prices of all other brands also and even though your brand costs are 10-15% higher to others still I bought the SAMSUNG and now I am repenting on my decision. If I had bought some other brands I could have taken cool air from day one of the purchase.
        Now I want to know are you people serious about my complaint as 15 days are already gone but my A/c is not working or shall I have to go for other options like returning the SAMSUNG AND GO FOR OTHER BRANDS. If I do not get replacement today I will return the said machine to the dealer and get other machines of other brands.

          Mobile replacement

          There is a Samsung Max handset which is not working. Its being shown at Service Centre and declared DOA but replacement has not been made till now. Kindly do the needful to get it replaced....

          Dear sir,

          Greetings!!!

          I have purchased new samsung duos touch (cdma + gsm) sch-w299 on 9th february, 2010. with cost 10150.00 inr.in the beginning i thought
          The piece is new and my hand is not friendly on the same handset so i am facing problem, but the reality is the piece is with full of problems. for the
          Ame i contacted to customer care, i was replied that its a gsm + cdma so the functionality is the same as you are facing. its a manufacturing style
          Not a problem. i was socked because i am facing following problems from the beginning:

          * slowly working (got the reason due to both sim operating in the same phone it takes time to operate)
          * entry in phone book additions takes 5 - 10 minutes for single entry and if it hangs, i ll have to restart phone by removing the battery. because no other alternate lefts to operate phone again. (my side problem & customer care side its perfectly ok because the processor of the phone is slide slow)
          * to open a image folder takes 10 minutes and for ruining the same it takes 5-10 minutes to change images. (customer care side you ll have to scan with anti virus and you ll have to format the same and restore the files again problem ll be resolved automatically) (i do the same the problem as early as in beginning)
          * when i inserted all the three things (gsm card + cdma card + mmc) the phone is working extremely slow like after giving one operations i ll have to wait for 3-5 minutes.

          For the same problem i was not getting perfect answer from the customer care, i provided my hand set to the majura gate, surat. my person was informed that the phone is perfectly working but user have not aware to use the phone so they may facing problems.

          So i register my complain via website with the complain no (bp no.) [protected] (transaction no. is [protected]), so i was informed that i ll have to provide my handset samsung duos touch to majura gate,
          And i did the same as informed by mr. harshil from samsung india-gujarat-ahmedabad. then after i am in touch with mr. janak thakkar. he is the very gentle person and i provided the piece with the problems. they accepted the piece with the problems and assured me to resolve the problem by re-installing the software. mr. janak informed me
          To take the phone with in next working day. so next day i collected my hand sets with the same problem, i again nformed to mr. janak for the same, again they have to re-install the software in my handsets with the same job cards. after second installations of the software, when i faced the same problem mr. janak informed me to change the sim cards may be due to not matching frequency i am facing the problems, i changed my both sim cards but the problem is the same as early. so for the problems i informed
          Mr. janak again, samsung team informed me to put the handset again in the service centre they will change the all hardware. i provided my handset again to the majura gate customer care, after 3-4 days i take the delivery of the phone with the same problems with new installed hardware, software (and my new sim cards and formatted cards).

          With all the above problems i informed to mr. janak, for the resolve the same and provide me the perfect solutions. he ll arrange my talk with mr. sandip bhatt, (manager from ahmedabad of samsung). mr. sadeep required 1 week to talk with technical team, to develop new software for my problems to resolve the things and if required then improve hardware of the phone also. and then they ll get the things done for my phone and there is no surety whether my handsets problem get resolved or not.

          Means the samsung team doing full of experiments with the customers payments, if customer satisfied then its oke else i dont know wat is the result.

          Samsung — Service Centre removed MMC Card from Phone

          i sent a samsung sch-s259 phone for repairs to your service centre at centre point, aligarh, uttar pradesh, aligarh on 10th of april 2008 through my representative. the fault was attended to by mr. ravi chaudhary who seemed very co-operative. the problem was recitified by what appears to be reinstallation of the software.

          however when the phone was returned to me, the micro sd card of 512 mb was missing from the phone. i believe that formatting of the phone or its software could not have been done with the sd card in the slot.

          an email to the company on 10th april 2008 has failed to elicit a reply.

          Samsung — defective piece

          i had brought samsung j 700 on 26th october. but from next day it started giving hanging problems and the camera was also not functioning . i returned the cell phone to the Mobile world from where i had brought the cell. they initially told me that it will be replaced. when the mobile was sent to the service centre the manager called ravi informed me that the phone had some waterlogging problem. they cannot replace the set. i was amazed at the ruthlessness and the rude behaviour of this person. he did not even bother to tell me any other detail of the problem. the person from mobile world took the set to the service centre again for repair and they told me that the board has to be replaced and it would cost Rs 3800/-.the price of the mobile was Rs 5409/-.i was mazed at the response and the expenditure for a new mobile just three days old. i have been a old customer of samsung with all the home appliances at my home being of samsung. i am really annoyed at the behaviour and response of the service centre and want a new mobile in replacement.

          Samsung Mobile — Defective Piece

          SIr/ Madam,

          I purchased a Samsung Mobile worth rupees 5700 and it developed problems within 15 days of its purchase, the keys got jammed and the speaker has some problem with it as the person on the other end hears some drummy noise. We contacted the customer care about 20 days back through email and they said they will look into the matter and will contact us soon, I waited for a long time but there is no reply from them, they now stopped even replying back to the emails. I am feeling being cheated as my hard earned money has been invested in wrong directions, we were loyal customers of nokia and there was no issue with that ever and I really regret changing my loyalty to a company as worst as samsung. I hope you can prove to be of help to me, waiting for your reply, i need compensation for the trouble that i faced because of all this from them.

          i purchased a samsung b-519 last month after few days there was some problem in cell phone when u keep the phone on silent mode and after that when u bring it to normal mode there is no ring after that there was some problem in handfree .now on the[protected] my memory card stopped working and i went to the service center, i was told to wait for 2 days now as it's been a week i want to just conferm whether you guys can do anything or not or do i have to take any legal action against it.because there is a limit of anything and the people working there they don't have any manners how to talk with a person .i will wait for 48 hours. the persons with whom i had a word there were:-

          and they all are working in faridabad (haryana)-121001customer service center.

          Samsung Mobile Defective Piece — Defective Piece

          Since the very first day the battery has not been performing to its optimum capacity that is “IT EXHAUSTS WHILE MAKING A SINGLE CALL” resulting in call disconnection in between.

          On approaching the Vendor he clarifies / suggests that battery needs to be given a proper “INITIAL CHARGE” for optimum performance.

          After adhering to all suggestion/ instructions & repeated complaints to Vendor the problem still persists.





          consequences

          The post paid connection of TATA Indicom that was taken to be used with the said handset has been rendered practically useless & further burdening me of the monthly rental of Rs 550 since Sep 09.

          Calls are getting disconnected during conversation with clients causing me irreparable losses & embarrassment.

          I had to visit the vendor number of times out of my schedule in hope of a remedy/ solution further pressurising me mentaly & my resources.





          Relief


          New handset with due performance as per specifications in replacement.

          or

          Refund of cost paid for the set.

          Refund of monthly rental from sep 09 till date.

          Compensation for the harassment caused since Sep 09.

          Compensation for the losses on clientele and embarrassment.

          SAMSUNG MOBILE W299 — I WANT MY MONEY BACK

          Sir, i have purchased a samsung dual sim phone modelw299 from m/s singh enterprises, janak puri, n delhi-58 vide bill no.12884 dated 5-7-09. Atleast 4 times same phone was deposited at there service centre at rohini under name m/s sim solutions. Last time phone was deposited on 8th jan 2010 & was assured that you will be getting a due replacement/refund for faulty phone. Inspite of my repeated representations with mr. Ansari (Area manager-samsung} & also repeatedly lodging compaints at there website i am not getting an appropriate solution. People at there service centre at rohini are so rude & arrogant & have no symphaties with consumers.
          "samsung" is misusing its brand image by just importing cheap low quality phones from china & selling at higher prices in india.

          SAMSUNG MOBILE W299 — Mobile given for repairing not returned

          I had bought the new Samsung CDMA mobile W 299 on[protected].
          Handset software corrupted on 15-2-10 and stopped functioning. Same was given to samsung service centre - Mastercare Service, Borivali on 20-2-10.
          Even after repeated phone call / personal visits, they could not inform till date, when the handset will be returned duly repaired. (hand set serial no A0000017FFCF83). The only reply from Mastercare is "It has been sent to main branch".
          The calls made to Samsung helpline centre is futile as there reply was to contact the service centre where the handset is deposited for repairing. They could not provide any seniors mobile no. or email id.

          Neither the service centre has provided any spare handset.

          I have to leave office quite early to reach the service centre and lost almost 5 days.

          Is there anyone at samsung listening.

Mobile is not getting opened and is showing a message 'file system error, please wait' for the whole day with a green screen back ground. Any body can suggest me what I need to do ?

          It is not a big problem and i think if they required some time to rectify the problems we should also co- operate them.Because i am also using samsung mobile phone and had a problem in the month of nov-2009 but they took some time and they resolved my problem at all.I think they samsung team is very co-operative team rather then other brands.My friend and i am sure now a days you had defenitely got resolution of your mbl pl revert.

          Samsung mobile SCH W299 — defective piece

          To whomsoever it may concern
          1. This is to bring to your kind notice that i am an army officer and have purchased a samsung mobile phone model sch w-299 from dewan enterprices, bathinda in sep 2009.
          2. After a few months, the touch screen became non functional and the phone was sent to service centre for repairs. This was in the month of march 2010 and the phone was under warranty period. Work order number is wa[protected] dated 19 mar 2010 (Scanned copy att)
          3. I was told that the phone has been sent to the company and shall be repaired. However, the phone was returned to me on 26 apr 2010 saying that the set has been repaired. During the above period, no replacement phone was given to me and i had to manage as tata indicom phones are not compatable with gsm phones.
          4. As soon as i recd the phone, i returned it to the company service centre as it had some technical problem on 26 apr 2010. This time i had taken a receipt of the same, a copy of which is attached.
          5. I was told that the company is to change the set or return my money. Now even after contacting devan enterprices and mr anish of the service centre, there is no response. All i hear is that the set is in chandigarh/ludhiana etc. The stand by set given to me is not commensurate to my stature and rank i hold.
          6. I am deeply distressed by the actions and events occurred so far and have no option but to seek legal action in return to the problems faced by me.
          7. I have full faith in your system of work and am using samsung mobiles for a long time now. Please help me get a refund or provide me a new phone on priority.
          8. Please channelise this letter to the highest concerned authoruty.

          I have the same phone here.. N i tell you.. From the first day onwards, it is creating problems, that too awkward ones.. While there is an incoming call ringing, i press the green pick-up button, but it doesnt recieve the phone.. Its as if it hangs while recieveing a call.. More problems are similar to those mentioned in the complaint.. Also, the touch feature is pathetic, it has stopped working properly though its not even a fortnight since i bought the phone.
          I think samsung really needs to do smthing abt this fone.. And also as soon as possible.. If anyone has any suggestions so as to wat is to be done now, please mail it to me on my id nikhil. Ee. [protected]@gmail.com

          Samsung Duos Touch SCH-w299 — touch function is not working

          I have purchased almost a year back. six months back the touch function stopped working and I could not use many function on the mobile. I showed it to the Company Service Center here . They could not repar it and said it has to be sent to some other place and may take 7-10days. I contiued without giving them but last month I bought another cell phone and gave them this phone for repairing. They gave me the estimate of Rs.1800/- for repairing it . I agreed for it. After a week I got a call from the service center and they said that the repairing chages will be Rs.3000/- and not Rs.1800/- as said earler. The new phone is available in about Rs.8000/- .Can you pls guide?

          samsung sch-w-299 — Set is pathetic

          Your service centres are a Total Flop show. I bought a SCH-W-299 mobile handset at chandigarh from M/s Anmol Watches & Elctronics (P) Ltd. vide Invoice No. NCS-15526 dt. 19.10.2009.

          The set went off automatically on 01.08.2010 and I was unable to swtich it on again. I gave the same to your service centre at Guwahati M/s Netsol Associates vide Work Order No.[protected] dt.04.08.2010. That time I was made sure that I will the handset within a week because the set is in warranty. But One month has passed but your service centre has been asking that we have not received the same from Samsung. Is this your service?

          Now I am left with no option but to file a Complaint in the Consumer Court.

          samsung sch-w299 duos — sch-w299 duos touch screen stop working

          touch part of the mobile stop working..
          i tried to do stylus setting but..touch is not working so can't adjust ..

          No part of the touch screen working...
          am also facing all these problems which mentioned by Mr.Rohan, moreover am not getting battery backup even one day. i approached customer care and they changed the battery. But battery backup remains same. Last 5 years onwards am using samsung product as my mobile. Only this case I forced to re think about samsung.

          i am agreeing with mr. sunil's comment's i m also using samsung corby cdma, it has a very poor battery not being used for 35 mins also, i got the battery changed from customer care but again the same problem, today my screen got some prob and the touch is not functioning properly, i was thinking to purchase 299, but now i have cancelled the plan, thanks to ur suggestions & complaints...

          Mr Neeraj, i think you need to approch to their terriotory service manager regd ur issue, m sure u will get the result in short time or you can approach to their toll free no.Mr rohan is saying about some thing what he filled but i think now he must have

          Samsung — not mention in user manual ,problem created in handset

          I purchased mobile of samsung company model gt-b7722 ,from srinagar on 3rd july 2011,in this handset when i download applecation ,after than i open any applecation ,the handset mentioned applecation unable to launch .after than i contact to customer center for query, technical customer care executive said,you have done wrong procedure.and this type of problem is not mentioned in mobile user manual,and now mobile has been defected in one week.Please take any action against company.

            well myself yamini mishra...my brother bought samsung sgh-b520 mobile for me on 10 feb and since the day i added images and music to its memory card it hangs out whnever i listen to songs or view images...also it takes abt 15 to 20 seconds view a image...

            apart from this its memory card clip was also broken...and we went to the shop on 25 th feb they just formatted my phone and memory card ...and when i told them that i dont have time to come again and again to solve this problem...they told me to go to service centre but i dont have so much time to go and sive my phone and wait for days...also i sent this complaint to samsung 2-3 days before but had not received any mail till date....also this cell takes abt 6 min to send msg to 5 people .....and whenever i get a msg from airtel of 2,3 or 4 pages my cell gets hang....and i had to take out my battery...

            i had talked to the shopkeeper within15 days from the date i had brought this set..they could have changed the set but still they are telling me to go to service center but i live in roorkee and the cell had been bought from meerut where i live....if a customer byus any product noone wants to see the service centre so soon as in a month or even a year but i had to face such problems.....

            samsung sgh b520 a damn S#!t of a phone and within a year mine suffered 3 months of service centre vacation within warranty.
            it has an erratic design which leads to wear and consequent replacement of the strip between slide every 3-6 months or so depending on usage...
            software also gets corrupt every now & then...
            though games can be installed or dwnloaded using the code *#9998*4678255# external java apps cannot access any files on the memmory card, thus external players & most apps are a dream...

            my complaints to the company went unheard and am pretty screwed up, currently looking forward to consumer forum..

            no. of services within warranty: officially 3 (two time strip change, one time software re installation)
            unofficially 1(software re-installation)

            total duration of services :not less than 3 months

            I bought SGH B520 a year before and within 6 months it started hanging. And after sometime it just don't restarts. There is the first restart screen blinking. And it can be solved by formatting. I think the processor of the mobile used is not capable of handling so much of features of the phone. The company just fooled us by a bogus model. I got this problem 5 time exactly and after the Warrenty period of 1 year, each time it costs 200Rs.

              I purchse mobile model no SCH-F339,SI No 00000IDA26D60 on 06/02/10 from Jain Electronics Bhayander Thane.And my mobile display gone blank.Dealer told me for the service center and I deposited it in your service center FRASLIN TECH CARE PVT. LTD.Mira road east thane.Reference no of the said custmer care is 3197/17.03.10.Can you please help me sort it out earliest.
              i also bought the same model on jan 2010. the same problem occured to me and i got serviced . now i have no problem.
              i have purchase samsang speed sch -f339 in may 2010 and now the situation is that i have to chagre its battery everyday it takes 3hrs within month it is like that what to do

                I purchased a samsung Fully automatic machine in december 2007
                model no : WA85TPLEC/XTL, but within two yrs I encounterd a problem , when I switched on the machine , it is not running or working rather only sound was comming, then i made a complaint to the company , the executive came and he gave me a shock that motor has gone and I need to change it, My doubt is whether the life of a motor in samsung washing machine is only for two yrs????, because I have a Whirlpool washing machine in my mother's house which is running without any problem for ten yrs, and they have not changed a single spare part till now except they have serviced thrice or twice . Why it has happened so, What is the life span of a motor in a washing machine, why there is diff between other company and your's, Pls clarify.What precautionory step I have to take inorder to avoid this
                Though if motor has gone , i asked the executive to change it , he visited on 11/03/2010, but till now I did not get any revert Regarding this .what is status , Why the sevice is so poor.I have mailed two times to the customer care , thrice i called customer service people for the status but everyone are giving commitment oraly and nothing is happening.Pls register my complaint.

                Samsung — sound of motor

                Dear Sir,

                I, Md Afaque Ullah Ansari, living in Varanasi. Before 10 days, I have lodged a complaint (Complaint no- [protected]) for not cooling the refrigerator (model no- RT25 dated 01.01.2007). The service centre responded and repair my refrigerator and deliver it on 18.11.2010. They collect my refrigerator on 14.11.2010 from my house by their trollyman, who was totally careless, and dent my refrigerator on lower door. Today I have heared some sound from refrigerator.

                Kindly lodge a complaint from my and send your engineer for smooth functioning of my refrigerator.

                  I have submit my Samsung HDD in new Delhi service center on 16th Jan 2010 and till now they are not provide me any kind of information about my hard disk now they r going to gave me my HDD on 24th march but they r not gave me warranty of that period in which they keep my hard disk with them as there in not my fault then why 2 month warranty deduct from my warranty and I haven’t use the hard disk
                  I talk to their senior but they are not gave me any satisfactory ans.
                  Please help me

                    TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

                    This is with reference to my job no [protected] dates 4/12/2009.
                    I had called in for a service on this date and ever since my call is not closed.

                    After 2 months( which is very very late) , I received a panel and your engineers came to fix it at my residence. However, when they opened the panel, they found that it was not compatible with my TV model. Whose fault is this? Aren’t you supposed to do it in the right manner? Now it is past 3 months.

                    The executive whom I spoke to, told me that he will make his senior talk to me or get back to me. But he failed to do so.

                    Firstly, what is disappointed is the product failing due to no reasons. Secondly, the service that I get from samsung is absolutely ridiculous. It is me who calls in every time for the status and I do not get back the call. Every time the executive says that he will get back or call me back , but that never happens. Remember that samsung is not doing any favour to its customers. The company is supposed to provide a service of your product.

                    End of the day, it is the customer who is suffering waiting for the closure of this call.

                    Emailing 'shakila.[protected]@partner.samsung.com' does not help as they do not reply.

                    SAMSUNG PLASMA TV — POOR SERVICE

                    HI,
                    IAM RESIDENT OF BAREILLY (U.P).I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG PLASMA T.V IN 2003. THE SAME IS NOT WORKING FROM LAST 15 DAYS.I THINK THE PICTURE TUBE IS GONE.
                    I AM READY TO SHELL OUT THE MONEY FOR THE REPAIRS, BUT THE LOCAL SERVICE DEALER IN BAREILLY IS NOT COOPERATING IN ANY WAY. HE HAD SEND HIS ENGINEER 12 DAYS BACK, THE PERSON SAID THAT THEY ARE GIVING THE ORDER FOR THE PART TO BE REPLACED.
                    NOW AFTER CHASING FOR 12 DAYS, SOME OTHER ENGINEER FORM THE BRANCH SAYS THAT THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN PLACED AS THIS MODEL IS NOT MANUFACTURED NOW & FOR RECTIFICATION / ESTIMATE WE HAVE TO AGAIN SEND THAT JUMBO T.V TO THE SERVICE CENTERE, THAT TOO AFTER 5 DAYS THEY WILL GIVE THE ESTIMATE.
                    Excuse the grammar in my previous post. Somebody get me the samsung global service. The company needs to pointed about this. I will make sure nobody ever buys a plasma tv from samsung.!!!

                      I had purchased household goods worth more than Rs.1,30,000 from M/s Gopunandilath G-Mart, Edappally, Kochi on 6..11.2009 including 2 Nos. 1 Ton and 1 No.1.5 ton A/Cs of samsung make. One of the A/Cs was not giving cooling and a complaint was lodged with M/s Gopunandilath on 23.2.2010. Not only the response for aftersales service was very poor. The service people used to telephone us after a week on every day asking for the route to our house in Perumbavoor and every time they told us that they are coming to attend the complaint in an hour. They put us on tenderhook till 9.3.2010 keeping aside all other engagements irrespective of the fact that we were pursuing the complaint with M/s Gopunandialath on a daily basis over phone. Can any business house afford to give such a poor aftersales service, that too by a newly opened business House? Had they attended the complaint promptly I could recommend the product as well as the shop to many others.

                      A Kitchen chimmeny was also purchased the same day. Out of all the items, I was told that only the installation charges will be extra for ACs and all other items are inclusive of installation charges. But the Chimmeny installation people phoned us and demanded installation charges and they misbehaved on phone with my son in my absence. The matter was taken up with Gopunandilath and they had send a man after 15 days of purchase and for that I had to pay additional installation charges.

                      Now I feel sorry for selecting a Samsung product and that too from M/s Nandilath G-Mart. Yesterday I posted a comment on similar manner in their site where they said the comments may be moderated by their editors. Today I have opened their site again and surprised to see that my comments are not appearing in thier site. Does it not mean that only the comments that praise their business will appear in their site? I could even go for consumer case for defficiency in aftersales service with Gopunandilath as well as M/s Samsum.

                      I appeal to all those who read this, please do not step into M/s Gopunandilath even by mistake and burn your fingers. They are eyeing only on your purse and the moment a material is sold they turn their back. Customers are taken for a ride.

                      Onida AC — Poor Response for After Sales Service

                      Do not buy any ONIDA products. Their service is very poor. You will be promised stuff like 4 free services for your AC etc but you will not even get 1 free service.
                      I have been duped by this company and product so please do not make the mistake I have.

                      Samsung A/C — Extremely poor after sales service of Samsung

                      I purchase 1ton Window A/c from Samsung on 21st March 2010. On 13th Nov. 2010 I lodged complaint for the malfunctioning of A/c (under warranty period) vide complaint no. [protected] but the complaint is still pending despite reminders. Till date I have not been given even a single free service. Similar problem I faced with refrigerator purchased from Samsung . more than 2 yrs have passed but no one has so far came for demo despite reminders I therefore strongly feel that AFTER SALE SERVICE OF SAMSUNG IS EXTREMELY POOR. I have various electronic equipments of VIDEOCON, LG & CARRIER but their service is excellent as they attend the problem within 24hrs irrespective holidays.

                      Samsung — Samsung AC - Extremely Poor Service

                      I bought my AC last year from Dawar Gurgaon on 21st March 2010. The vendor promised that the AC will be serviced thrice during the course of 1 year. But, to my astonishment, it was not serviced even 1 time, neither through the vendor nor through Samsung. At last, I tried putting in the complaint on 20th March 2011 through your website, but it seems the online complaint feature does not work. Subsequently, I could muster a complaint on 21st March 2011 morning.

                      Today, the engineer (Deepanshu) turned up to tell me that your warranty is over and the gas is AC is lesser than required and I will be charged INR 1500/- for the refill. I spoke to the Supervisor and he said you missed the date by few hours and hence any service will be on chargeable basis. It a sense of extreme disappointment and a feeling of being duped. I never ever would have thought a company like Samsung would work in this manner.

                      I need somebody to look into this and apply some exception at least, more so, as AC service should be triggered either by the vendor or the manufacturer. In my case nobody seems to take care of the same.

                      PLEASE HELP...

                      Samsung A/C — In the last 11 months 20 days no one come to service first service till now in spite of calling them 6 times

                      My samsung A/C complaint number - [protected] in-spite of calling for last 20 days still they have not come and checked / inspected. This summer i was planning to go for another couple of A/C for my other rooms but i will not go for it and i will not recommend any one to buy the samsung A/C due to service not done not even a single call.

                      Samsung A/C — Dealer is Arrogant

                      The SRS dealer of samsung is the worst person he dealyed my ac for 25days and on top of that he has deleivered the wrong model which is costlier. I informed them they said we dont have the model which is selected so you keep the model and just pay to freight charges which i was not suppose to pay. today he called me up after two months to pay the amount and started abusing me. This is the wosrt delaer i have seen. The comapny is not doing anything when called to the company as they say it is the main dealer so we cannot say him anything. I will suggest nevr to buy samsung product as well as anything from this dealer.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I hope I could have said that I am proud owner of one of the Samsung Product, unfortunately the first purchase of mine for this brand has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

                        I have recently (Sunday 7 March 2010) purchased a Fridge 190 Litre from Dawar's Open World (Plaza, Gurgaon). As a case with any customer, I had compared the prices for the them at various location (including Reliance Retail) and Dawar's seems to be the providing a good deal, however with a different colour. The last model which I selected was in Lily Black colour with Glass shelves, stand and vegetable tray partition. Prior to this Dawar’s said the their price for Lily Black model will be higher than Reliance Retail. However, Reliance Retail doesn’t have the same in ready stock, whereas the Dawar's Sales Guy confirmed that they have this in ready stock and also they have option of colour which could reduce the price.

                        To this sales trick, I had gone ahead and once again visited Dawar’s. Though they don’t have the fridge in display at that time, but the Sales guy confirmed that the fridge that you have seen is exactly the same. However, if you choose a different colour (he presented me with 5 colour option, all the while confirming that everything in fridge except the colour is same) the price could be brought down. We finally agreed for a Grey colour which was coming out to be even cheaper than Reliance Retail Price. All this while, even when we have asked for numerous time, why such difference, he has said that all that is making the price fluctuate is the colour alone, not a single thing in the interior or exterior will be different.

                        Finally we have booked the fridge and got it delivered a day after (Monday 8 March 2010). However, the first thing that we have noticed is the badly damaged carton (the bottom part of carton is almost missing and whatever was left was heavily soaked). When pointed out, the delivery man said that due to shower a day before the bottom is wet: can you believe this that the warehouse doesn’t have proper drainage. Also the carton was not sealed by tape or by anything else, it seems that it was open already. Further, when he has opened the fridge, we pointed out that there are differences, like:

                        * Absence of Tray Cover (Half one) on Door Side Shelves
                        * Wire Mesh Tray instead of Glass one
                        * No partition in Vegetable Box
                        * No Stand

                        We have promptly pointed out the difference to Dawar’s World via phone to which they have said that these thing doesn’t come and company sometimes changes the interior. As Tuesday is close, we couldn’t meet them. In between on next day, the Samsung Service Engineer came and installed the fridge, however he said that though I have installed it, you can complain about the same on toll free number (Initially customer care also were not agreeing to register a complaint saying that its between Dealer and Customer and company has got nothing to do with that, finally they did and that is how I got the BP number). Today again I have tried to talk to them (Dawar's) but they have said that if you want to have all these things, we will replace the fridge but the difference of Rs. 1500 needs to be paid by you as it is different model.

                        I simply feel cheated, that to lure the customer they have sold be a inferior model (don’t even know what they have charged me for) after promising to deliver the better model, and all the while Samsung is not taking any responsibility for their dealer's behaviour. Now Dawar's are saying that the model number in your bill says this only. I just want to ask the Samsung authorities that how come the customer will know the difference between YBMS or WLBX or whatever. They rely on store that what they have seen is what the store is putting in bill (may be with slight change because of colour option) and the same thing will be delivered.

                        Request Samsung to intervene and resolve, or the scrupulous dealers are making a bad name for company with the company all the way favouring these wrong tactics by keeping silent and not acknowledging the customer.

                        I am waiting for a response from Samsung authorities before I should go ahead to protect my consumer rights.

                            I purchased 2 SAMSUNG Window ac's from Vijay Sales, Santacruz, Mumbai. Inside of about 7 months from date of purchase, both Ac's had gas leakage issues. One had other problems too. At this time, we had requested Vijay Sales as well as Samsung to replace the AC's since they seemed defective to begin with. We were told to watch for some more time.

                            These were repaired by the company at time because the machines were within the warranty period. We were charged for the gas charging though.

                            Few months later, the same problem occurred in BOTH ac's again, and again the Samsung service center was called and again they repaired and charged us for the gas and repairs. At this time too, we had asked Vijay Sales as well as Samsung to replace the AC's since they seemed to be having a recurring problem.

                            Few months later, again the same issue has taken place and we asked the company to repair or replace the ac's since both had been giving the same problem from the 1st year itself.

                            All told, we have had the same problems repeating 4 times since we bought both brand new ac's and have spent a huge sum on repairs.

                            We would like to have you take Vijay Sales and Samsung to task for selling sub-standard air conditioners.

                            Samsung/ Window AC — AC Gas Leakage

                            Purchased AC directly from Samsung Mumbai office on 27/10/09, while instalation was done after many followups proper invoice was not given, now Samsung is refusing to service even though all purchase details are recorded in the system.
                            I totally agree...I have decided not to buy any samsung product from now...i bought a samsung split AC in march 2010 form sales India, ahmedabad...just after 1 yr there was problem with cooling...samsung persons solved the problem 3 times after that..including gas refilling...my problem remains the same...now i have switched to local repair person...n he is saying that there is less gas pressure in the system becoz of gas leakage from the indoor or outdoor unit that cud be a manufacturing defect or the problem cud be at time of installation( which was done by samsung people)...plz feel free to contact at my email: [protected]@gmail.com

                              I had bought a a Samsung 37 inches LCD in dec, 2007, as soon as I bought it there was a problem with the display and sound, it was corrected with a replacement of a part without any fee as it was in warrentyperiod, it worked fine however in late 2009 there was a problem agan wherein power supply was correct however display and sound were not working, I called up samsung customer care, they sent a representative and the issue was corrected without replacement of any part, then on february 19, 2010 I called up Samsung customer service stating exactly the same problem, they sent a representative, upon checking the issue, he told the part would have to be replaced, I said then replace it, since 21/02/2010 I did not rec. any call from the customer care, I called customer care I was given a run around but wasn't told about the status of the part, then finally, I went to samsung customer serivce centre in gurgaon sector 31, they instead of giving me a viable solution told me to get a copy of the bill and te will apply depriciation and refund th money, I do not want a Refund, I want the issue to be corrected or the complete money refunder that is Rs 64000, which I paid for, after going through all that hassle I also want compensation for all the trouble, I have DTH service, I am paying for the service on daily basis although I cannot view telivision, PLS ASSIST.
                              I had bought a a Samsung 933 modal LCD in dec, 2009 i see LCD right side pink color line.
                              i request samsung company please LCD replace or repair soon. THANX

                                I purchase Samsung L700 Mobile from M/S A & A Raj, Patna with Bill Receipt No. 566 Dated 03/12/2009. Battery backup of mobile was poor from starting. On complain in January 2010 a stroke was given in my battery at Samsung Service Centre, Ashiana Plaza, Exhibitin road Patna. Again complain for poor battery backup at same centre on 11/03/2010 my battery changed. At present I am using very normal talk time but my battery backup is about 16 hours.I am confirm that I have been supplied second hand battery in next time.

                                  I,pravin kumar attri had purchased a samsung mobile phone s7330 on[protected] at faridabad.the phone started to have multiple problems 20 days back.so,i went to the samsung service center at n.i.t faridabad.but instead of sorting out the problem they told me to come after one week.again i went there after one week.this time their behaviour was really bad.they told me to go anywhere i wished to.they refused to entertain my problem and behaved badly.in the whole service center ,i couldn't find an educated employee to sort out the situation.the whole service center was nothing but a bunch of goons.i have been a loyal samsung customer for seven years and i have purchased many samsung products and never faced such a situation.currently my cellphone is at samsung service center nehru place,new delhi.let's see what happens. TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am Samsung Mobile S7330. One and half month ago slider of the handset was broken and part FPCB. I visited service centers in Pune - RAZA and SHARP. They told me to check out again at their center after one week. I went their after 1 week, again same answer. This happened many times.
                                  My warranty was about to expire in one month and i was requesting them for the same every time, but no solution. They said that company is not providing parts.

                                  After lot of follow up and calls still i did not get the parts. Wrote on Samsung website, called them but no reply.

                                  What to do with Samsung now?
                                  Either provide me parts before my warranty expires or replace me handset. Samsung is not bothered with anything. They just want to sell mobiles but not to give service.

                                  Do not buy Samsung mobile ever.

                                    WITH REFERENCE TO THE ABOVE SAID SUBJECT, I HAD PURCHASED THIS PHONE ON 26/12/2009. WITH IN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE I FOUND THAT MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I WAS NOT GETTING TV OUTPUT FROM PHONE. I WENT TO THE SHOPKEEPER HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER. ON 1 JAN 2010 I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER AT RADHU PALACE, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI. THEY ASKED ME TO COME NEXT DAY. NEXT DAY I.E. ON 2 JAN, THEY REFERED ME TO THE MAYUR VIHAR PHASE – I, DELHI SERVICE CENTER.
                                    ON 4 JAN WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE FACILITY TO CHECK THIS PROBLEM & I HAVE TO DEPOSIT MY PHONE & TV OUTPUT CABLE WITH THEM. I INSISTED TO CHANGE MY PHONE AS I HAD PROBLEM IN MY NEW PHONE. THEY REFUSED IT STATING THAT THE PHONE CANNOT BE REPLACED AFTER 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WHEREAS I HAD CONTACTED LAXMI NAGAR SERVICE CENTER ON 1 JAN THAT IS WITH IN A WEEK. I HAD CONTACTED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS ALSO MR. ARUN ([protected], SERVICE MANAGER, MAYUR VR. PH-I) BUT THERE WAS NO RESULT. AT LAST ON 6 JAN I HAD DEPOSITED TV OUTPUT CABLE TO BE CHECKED. IF TV OUTPUT CABLE HAD NO PROBLEM THEN I THOUGHT I WOULD DEPOSIT MY PHONE.
                                    THIS CAN GIVE YOU A GLIMPSE OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW STARTS CUSTOMER HARRASMENT. ITS MORE THAN 2 MONTHS MY TV OUTPUT CABLE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. EVERY TIME I CALL THE SERVICE CENTER I AM TOLD THAT IT WOULD COME BY NEXT WEEK & WE WILL INFORM YOU BY PHONE. I HAD CONTACTED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT MR. SUMIT SETHI ([protected],AREA SERVICE MANAGER, DELHI). I HAD CONTACTED MR. ARUN 3-4 TIMES & EVERY TIME HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET THE CABLE IN 1-2 DAYS. NOW FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS HE IS NOT EVEN PICKING UP MY PHONE. AFTER IT I HAD CONTACTED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE TWICE, THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET A CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUT IT NEVER CAME IN LAST 5 DAYS.
                                    KINDLY LET ME KNOW WOULD I EVER GET THE CABLE RETURNED SO THAT YOU CAN DEPOSIT MY PHONE FOR MONTHS TO BE CHECKED. KINDLY LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. OR IF YOU HAVE ATLEAST SOME COURTSEY FOR YOUR CUSTOMER KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL.

                                    i bought a samsung jet s8003 last january 1 2010...n this phone keep hanging up...the worst thing that happen now is i cant use it now...it really drives me mad over this faulty phone. does anyone here that can help how to fix it...

                                      I have purchase this mobile today only & I found the that this mobile is not getting synchronized with my PC.I searched it out on the web for drivers & also pc studio but all fail ....then I come to know this product having the genuine problem in it as all the Corby users having the same problem as i faced...............
