1. This is Prakruthi Resorts (Vishal Projects Ltd) at Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. We purchased 10 Samsung Split ACs (Model-AS122UGA) from AC Solutions (Samsung Authorised Sales & Service Dealer), Secunderabad on 22 Feb 2010 vide their Invoice No 499 dated 22 Feb 2010 and their AC Technician installed on 24 Feb 2010 and fitted at our guest houses. One 1.0 Ton AC is not working/cooling from 09 Apr 2010 and we approached AC Solutions Manager (Mrs Bindu, Mobile No[protected] on same date. She tells within 48 hrs we send AC Technician but nobody can come. Again we approached AC Solutions Manager on 11 Apr 2010 that time she tell you complaint directly in Samsung Customer Care, immediately we launched in Samsung customer care and our complaint No –BP-[protected]. Customer Care Executive tells within 48 hrs we send AC Technician. One AC Technician come on 12 Apr 2010 evening and he was examine the AC and he tell me this is not instrument problem this is installation problem, installation is not correct so that gas is leaked. This is not rectify by customer care this is only rectify the supplier ie. AC Solutions. Again we approach AC Solutions that time she give one mobile No[protected] his name is Mr Sekhar. He tell me same dialogue within 48 hrs we send AC Technician but nobody can come. Again we approached AC Solutions Manager on 16 Apr 2010 but she’s response is very bad and careless. Till date AC is not working.

2. In view of the above, we purchased only 10 ACs but we faced a lot of problems. We require another 20 ACs this month ending but we are not interested to buy a Samsung ACs due to bad and careless response and we plan take another brand. We are not indicating Samsung brand. We know Samsung is one of the best brands in India.

3. Please Order or instruct your’s supplier and distributor ie AC Solutions Manager Mrs Bindu. If you can maintain these types of suppliers one or two your brand name is definitely fall down.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. It's very troubling because if this is how they treat a company which purchase 10 ac's from them, I wonder how they will treat an individual like me. If this is still unresolved you may also post your complaint at www.mouthshut.com

    Samsung fully automatic washing machine (top loaded), M/No. - WA 80 HAG, Purchased date 22/8/2005. Machine not turn on.

    Samsung — Washing machine - not repaired

    My Samsung washing machine had stopped working and the complaint was lodged on 24th June 2009 (complaint no. [protected]). The service engineer who came in the next day, said that there was part to be replaced - its 08th of July today - Till date the part has not been replaced nor there is any update from the Samsung officials.

    I have called in 4 times post 25th June to their customer service nos. They have a standard reply that someone is looking into it - there is no update on the status and when the maching is going to be repaired.

    And that too, when we are still in the warranty period.

    Pls help - we really need assistance of somebody who can take this to closure.

A service engineer named palani attend the machine and told me that WATER INLET VALVE to be replaced since the coil is not working. but till now the valve is not replaced.         1. I bought Samsung make Air Conditioner AW12ZKBXTL Serial Number

        A313PZAS800475 [protected]Copy of Packing Box details is

        Annexed as Annexure---B) from Better Deals Electronics Pvt.

        Ltd., B-3, B-1 Block Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-

        110058 on 27th March, 2010. Copy of the bill attached herewith for your

        Perusal please as Annexure-A.


        2. It was installed on 29th March, 2010 and after switching on lot of noise was

        Noticed. The same fact was brought to the notice of the Company M/S

        Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. 7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower, Nehru

        Place, New Delhi-110019, Tel. No’s 30308282, [protected] on 29th

        March, 2010 itself and they registered the complaint vide complaint

        number [protected].


        3. The much publicized claim of the company to attend the service call within

        24 hours proved hollow, false and was sales stunt to lure innocent Customers.

        Only after repeated reminders, lot of persuasion and personal

        Visit to the dealer M/S Better Deals Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on 30th March,

        2010 finally the Service Engineer called on me on 31st March, 2010 at

        14.00 Hours. He after inspection found that Noise is coming out of the

        outer unit of the Air Conditioner.


        4. Finally he also had to acknowledged the fact that the malfunctioning in the

        Outer unit is due to the manufacturing defect in the mechanical assembly

        Of the Air Conditioner. He was trying to insert washers here and there

        to Control the noise, which I straightaway refused.


        5. I bought the new Air Conditioner and paid regular price, sealed unit

        was sent to me and it even did not work for 1 Second. They tried to

        Experiment all sorts of permutations and combinations and dismantled the

        Outer unit in toto that too in front of me and finally arrived at conclusion

        that it can be made noise free if washers are inserted here and there,

        which was flatly refused by me. I insisted on fresh piece for which I

        paid the full regular price which they are flatly Refusing. Had this

        been used for a week or a month at least I would have allowed them to

        modify the factory set Air Conditioner using local components. This being

        a fresh piece not even run for one second, why as a innocent consumer I should

        accept this.


        6. During various conversations with the Samsung Service persons even

        gone to an extend that if I do not pay any heed to the modifications

        Suggested by them then it will take months all together to resolve and

        many of similar type of cases are still pending. Even they went to an

        extent that even if they carry this Air Conditioner or take it back, they will

        do the similar activity in the service centre what they were suppose to do

        at my premises and will be undetectable by me.


        7. The attitude and statements made by Customer Support representatives

        of Samsung establishes beyond all doubt that these Multinational

        Companies are making our great nation as dumping ground of

        Substandard products. They are duping innocent Indian Nationals

        by making hollow claims of quality and after sale service.

        Such Companies should not be allowed to flourish and need to be banned

        in the interest of the Nation and public at Large.

          I purchased a split ac from Raj Electronics, Plot No SCR 26, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 10th April'2010. He gave all assurance of after sales support and lured me to purchase the AC from his shop.

          While installing the AC on 11th April'10, the technicians of Raj Electronics said that the indoor unit of the AC has a leakage. He dismantled the AC and left without completing the job. He took the charges of AC installation even before the job was done.

          After that, i started following up with the retailer and they are completely avoiding my calls. One of the officials asked me to return the ac and take the money back. When i said that i would complain against this act of cheat, he said to go to anyone i feel like, he does not care.

          I tried to contact the Samsung Company directly, at the toll free number -[protected] and they are also not very serious to resolve my problem. They gave me another telephone number of Samsung Service Center in Bhubaneswar. when i contacted the contacted the person, he first of all redirected me to contact the call center again. But on my further insistence, he said that the unit will be replaced after 2 more days.

          Now i am moving from pillar to post to get my unit repaired and installed. i am in fact squeezed between the dealer and the company. and undergoing mental harassment.

          I was in need of this AC because my mother, who is admitted in ICU of Kalinga Hospital and still is in Kalinga Hospital for the last 15 days, is having serious neurological problem and is in a very critical stage. The doctors have advised us to shift her to home and keep her in an AC room in this last stages of her life. And now i a not able to bring her to home as i do not have my AC installed since last 3 days.

          After trying all the options out, i am finally writing to you with the hope that you would guide me what should i do as a consumer.

          Samsung — Samsung split AC delivery and installation

          I recently bought a Samsung Split AC which took more than 2 weeks to deliver and that is not the end, post delivery nobody bothered to call me for installation and its been close to a week now and even after continuous follow-up nobody actually delivers what they say. We are at the end of summer and i have yet to install the AC. The number provided by the Customer service is also fake[protected] or[protected] as its a wrong number and lastly it takes at least 5 mins to get through the customer service number. This is pathetic.
          PLEASE DO NOT BOAST OF BEING A 'CUSTOMER FRIENDLY' COPMPANY.

            i bought a samsung mobile (SGH S8003, JET) worth Rs.21200 from QRS,registered office :25/2454 opp Raymond shop, M.G Road, Trivandrm-695001 on 14.8.2009. it is a fully touchscreen mobile without any keypad. The mobile worked fine for about 6 months and after that the troubles started with the mobile, the first problem was with the touchpad sensitivity. firstly when the problem started when i touch something it hangs as long as we restart the mobile. after restarting the mobile it will work without any hang for a few minutes and then the same problem arises, hang hange hang. and aftr sometime network problem also arised. the mobile was showing low range even in full coverage areas and showing no network in low coverage areas. and aftr that i went to your service centre Mereena Electronics, TC 28/986(1), Swra 46, Saroj Bhavan, TVPM. and they said that it is having software compalint, n at that time itself i told them that there is problems with touch pad and network. so after that they registered a compaint and they asked me to come back after 3 days. i went after a week, then they told me that it will take 2 more days (i waited there for about 1.30 hrs for this reply). and aftr 2 days i went there and then they said that they have ordered for a new touchpad and the same is yet to come, so they asked my mobile number and assuered me that they will call me once the mobile is okei. after that i had called them several tym and each time they ask my token number and mobile number and assure to call me before 5 o clock, and i din recived even a single call from them, yestrday for heavens saked one of the guys replied and told that i MAY get my mobile within 2 weeks. it has alreday been 1 months since i have been living with no mobile (even if i bought a samsung product worth Rs.21200). this is not good for your reputation. am a regular customer of samsung. and am qutting ma samsung relation with this product, this is my last samsung product. i will forward this complaint to consumer court and all samsung heads including your CEO, i hope that you will kindly do needed. and please apppoint some one who is somewhat capable and kind toward customers in the above said customer care. the employees in the customer care are behaving like service is their mercy and not our right. this is quite unfair.

            I am having same problem with S 8003. Looks like I hv a long battle ahead.
            It is sickening we spend awful lot on premium touch phone and left without a mobile
            when we need it most. My mobile just freezes. No touch or buttons will respond.
            The idea of providing 3 buttons is atleast they should respond and come to our rescue
            when touch fails. I hv to remove the battery to restart the mobile.. and it hangs again.
            No help from Service Centre.. problem persists.

            I agree to all of you,
            I have bought my samsung jet 2 phone some 3-4 months back..
            The entire phone freezes and even the physical button keys DO NOT WORK.
            I too need to remove my battery & do it for some 3-4 times then also it starts
            but only for a few minutes.

            I too am facing similar problems.

            I bought a samsung jet2 three months ago in Hyderabad and from the past one month the phone is freequently hanging and no buttons(physical or touch) are working.. If I restart the phone by removing the battery sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

            Took the phone to samsung authorised service centre and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced.Also I am informed by the service centre guy that samsung used to repay the money for such problems earlier but recently stopped doing so and are replacing mother boards. It's already 16 days since I deposited the phone and didn't get any reply from them.. When ever I call them up they say that they have put order for motherboard and are waiting for the part to arrive from head office..Not sure why there is such a delay to obtain parts from a reputed and big MNC like samsung..

            If so many complaints are raised on the same phone.. why don't samsung stop the production of this phone and re-release it when they fix all critical issues like the ones reported above.

            Samsung is so engrossed in increasing their market share by concentrating on new customers that they are ignoring their obligation to provide to the existing one...

            My suggestion to the new customers is DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG JET-2

            Oh my god!! Loooks like i'm nt the only one!! Had tis same hanging problem.Service Center kept my pohne for 1.5 months and they fixed the problem (looks like that)...but here is the most interesting part.They rolled back the firmware and almost nothing works now...the camera does'nt even start..says please update firmware and when i tried to do so tru PC Studio it says no upgradation is required...i have no idea wht to do with piece of crap...
            Hi My name is sujit.I am also facing the same issue with my mobile Samsung jet s8003.I purchased this phone on March and just after 2 months it starts hanging.Touch pad doesn't work.In CC-28 Nehru enclave service center i have shown my mobile and they submitted my mobile without checking.After 1 week they returned the mobile they said thait they have changed the mobile motherboard and touch screen.After this mobile was working for 1 month and then again it starts hanging.keys doesn;t work.I have shown the mobile to the same service center.but their engineer said may be in my memory card their is a virus issue.After saying this they reset my mobile in factory default setting and asked me not to use memory card.After his suggestion i didn't used my memory card also I have discussed this issue with their manager and he assure me that if i will face this issue again he will change my mobile..but in a same day it again starts hanging.Now i have to go to service center again.

            THOSE WHO WANT TO PUCRHASE THIS MODEL-S8003 SAMSUNG JET, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS.
            I too have the same issues,

            Bought Samsung Jet S8003- 6 months back, util two months back it was working fine, one fine day the mobile was totally freezed and did not work properly, went to the nearest Samsung service center near West Anna nagar and gave it to them for service, they told display problems should be there and they wanted to change the display and asked me to come and collect the mobile after 7 working days, after seven working days i called them up and checked for the status the wanted me to wait for another 6 days, and after the next 6 days again i called them and checked if i could come and collect the mobile they wanted me to wait for another 4 days and this time they told they cannot assure if it will returned to me even after 4 days, and i took mobile and approached a different dealer out in the market and he managed to fix the display issues but few functionalties like camera, create new message, gallery tabs were not working and again the mobile starts freezing when i try to access those tabs, now it was almost three months and still i havent got my mobile back they service center people are just wondering what the hell technology would have gone wrong to have such serious issues with particulary this mobile...

            these type of fault pieces should be taken back by samsung and provide a solution for us, after all these are hard earned monies and there should be a strong call to be taken up...nearly more than 100, 000 mobiles have faced these type of issues and the samsung doesnt even bother to address this issue,

            Indian government should take a serious action against Samsung for providing such a faulty mobiles out in the market and they still selling the same mobiles out there...samsung should recall all the indian mobiles and resolve this issues as early as possible...

              I made a complaint in the samsung service centre on 12/04/2010 with the complaint no. 4850 regarding non cooling of my A.C. service person arrived on 13/4/2010 and said first service will be done then only he can repair the A.C. As per his suggestion then again I registered a second complaint vide request no. 5058 on 13/4/2010 for the service of my non funtional Samsung window 1.5 ton A.C. but still get no response from the service centre till today. I am really fed up with the after sales service of Samsung in Raipur.

                Sir ,i was purchase a samsung mobile set modle no. s3500i on 29/01/2010. sir after 5-6 days an problem was occured and on 15/03/2010 my mobile set was hanged. sir i was deposited my mobile on 16/03/2010 at ASC tele care 14/18,L.B.S Marg,civil lines, allahabad and they was told me that you come after 5 days and collect your mobile but when ever i was go there they always reply that you come next week. sir till now i was nor recive mobile neither any information regarding mobile.
                sir plz suggest me what i m doing.
                sir i m tottally disappointed from the samsung service centre.

                    As we filed a complaint on samsung split AC AS12UA (purchased on august 2009) throughput a hot air. we filed a complaint to samsung customer care on 13/04/2010 and they had given a 24 hrs of time to reach us. But no one came to see the repair complained even after crossing 30 hrs .we had called samsung customer again on 14/04/2009 4 times on that day. Every time they were saying within two hrs of time repair will done. we had wait for a whole day in house for technician. Finally on 15/04/2010 with the help of private technician we called a nearer samsung service center. The service center people informed that samsung service centers had a holiday on 14/04/2010 in Chennai.

                    Now I m saying to all , Don't blindly depend on samsung customer care. They don't even know the working status of their service centers. It is shame for them.

                    i purchased one 1.5 Ton split air conditioner six months ago at GMR agencies, Srikalahasti, Chittoor dist A.P.we are regularly calling but still pending after a lot of reminders.This is mere harassement to the customer.Pl help me in getting my a/c repaired.

                      Earlier i had serviced my washing machine from ludhiana Samsung service center. At that time problem is breaking of hydro rubber ceal .Mr.Kundan service eng of samsung co and come to me and replace it it on 24/03/2010 and and give me recipt no 23407 insure me now it work properly and if it does not work properly then we are here to handle it .Now after some days my machine start noising and i booked complaint in service centre on 14/03/2010. my complaint no is [protected] .their service engineer come and open machine and says motor is damage due to water rubber leakage and machine start short circutting because of water goes to motor .I said to him that it is your eng fault he didnot install sparepart properly and result is upfront .Service eng who visit on 14/03/2010 is agree with my point and talk on phone with his senior and he is not agree for their employee fault and instruct him to leave this complaint and do your work

                      I HAD REGISTERED COMPLAINT TELEPHONICALLY WITH SAMSUNG CUTOMER CARE AND ALSO THROUGH EMAIL ON THEIR INDIA SUPPROT E MAIL ID BUT STILL NO SUPPORT I AM GETTING FROM THEIR. COMPLAINT IS HUGE CURRENT IN THE SAMSUNG SEMI AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE SINCE 24TH AUGUST 2008 AND COMPLAINT REGISTERED THERE ON 25TH AUG 08 TILL THEN THEY ARE SENDING ONLY MESSAGES THAT YOUR CALL REGISTERED WITH BP AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS... AND AGAIN ONE MORE MESSAGE FROM SAMSUNG THAT THANKS TO PROVIDE OPPRTUNITY TO SERVE YOU THIS IS REPETEADELY I AM GETTING FROM THERE BUT ACTUALLY TILL TODAY PROBLEM IS AS IT IS. THIS MACHINE IS UNDER WARRANTY PURCHASED ON 21/12/06 FROM SAMSUNG FARIDABAD DEALER SANJAY ELECTRONICKS. LATEST MESSAGE FOR COMPLAINT NUMBER FROM SAMSUNG IS [protected].                       i have bought a samsung semiautomatic washing machine swm-wt-8505 vide bil no.1398 dt.25/10/08 from saffron trade link 560, balbhawan camp sadarbazar, newairport road, ahmedabad gujarat.
                      i have called up the samsung customer care on 6/11/08 vide b.p.no.[protected] same day one person attend the problem and next day he has taken some photographs of my damage washing machine and he assure me that damage washing machine will be replace within 10days but till date i have not recived any msg. from local office

                        I have Purchased a Split Air Conditioner (1 TON for my room have area 10x10 sqfeet) Make-SAMSUNG & Model no. AS12UAXTL on 09/05/2009 from a dealer called Khosla Electronics in Kolkata. AC was installed next day on 10/05/2009. Till date four time the AC was break down. Last and 4th break down happen on 24nd March''2010 complain lodge on 25th March''2010 (Complain no. [protected])and till date I have not received any result. The Problem is no-colling effect. Initially when 1st, 2nd and 3rd break down happen, the service people (Timo Service which is authorised of SAMSUNG)advised me to install a Stabiliser as there is voltage flactuation in my area due to this gas licking and this no-colling effect and break down of AC. They are not accepting the manufacturing defect. Each repair is taking approximately 15 days to one months. I have no way to spend the maximum time of last summer without an AC which I have newly bought. Last month I have forced to buy and Install a stabiliser (Wall hanging-Sen and pandit make of 4 KVA)by paying Rs. 5500/- before switch on my AC first time in this summer (It was not work after third repair due to winter season). AC was break down again just one day after the installation of stabiliser. Service people came on 27 and 28th March and they started blame on the stabiliser as it is unable to stabiles the Voltage. I have call the stabiliser people and they are telling that it is OK as Input Voltage is showing 170 -190volt and Output voltage is showing 190-230Volt and there is problem in my AC. Till date I have not received any genuine reply from the service people of SAMSUMG AC and I am every day calling to the Customer care number and receiving promise and promise. I want a immediate replacement of my AC or refund of money as am worried after 9th May''2010 completion of one year warranty period sumsung will charge for every repair of this AC which have manufacturing defect. I want a immediate justice as till date there is no result from SAMSUNG people.

                            I bought new Samsung Refrigerator in September-09. On 11.04.2010 suddenly refrigerator went off. Customer complaint was lodged on Samsung help (helpless?) line. Complaint number is [protected].
                            There was no response either from helpline or service centre. I called once again to helpline on 12.04.2010, Executives namely Mr. Vinayak, Miss Pooja did not failed to give positive response. Both of them did not give any contact number of their superiors. Their commitment of visit of service engineer by 20:00 Hrs if 12.04.2010 did not come to reality.
                            Once again I contacted this helpline on 13.04.2010. After repeated insistence, one of the executives gave contact numbers of service center at Panvel. One mobile number of Manager of service center was also given. Both those numbers were found to be "switched off" on 13.04.2010.
                            On 14.04.2010, service center could be contacted, whereas mobile number of service center manager was "switched off" for entire day. One of the executive, Miss Pratidnya was trying to put service engineer on job. Once again there was commitment that service engineer will visit by 20:00 Hrs of 14.04.2010. Nobody from company nambed "Samsung" turned up.
                            I have no other option but to wait for the great person called "Service Engineer of Great company called SAMSUNG".
                            Please suggest what action should be initiated.

                              With reference to above and above subject I submit the following with your good offices regarding my problems and difficulties faced being customer of SAMSUNG.

                              1. Sir my name is Murali Mohan.V. I am a practicing chartered accountant in gandhinagar, Near RTC X Road, Hyderabad.

                              2. I bought a SAMSUNG FRIDGE on 30.04.2008 from Bajaj Electronic Show room at panjagutta, Hyderabad.

                              3.
                              a. At the time of demonstration of that fridge the company executive himself noticed a defect in door GASKIT. For rectifying this he asked us to give a complaint to customer care in [protected].

                              b. As suggested by that person we duly lodged a compliant in customer care.

                              c. A Technician (namely First Technician) from company visited our house when I am not in my house with out even intimating the same to me. He stated to my wife that there is no problem with the door.
                              4.
                              a. After few days when I noticed that some insects are in the fridge and fruits / milk / other things are not so hygienic in the fridge then I again lodged a complaint with customer care.

                              b. Then the first technician again visited our house as usual with out even intimation and he pasted the GASKIT with a gum.

                              c. After I came to my house I noticed this and I felt upset about the service and again I lodged a complaint again with customer care on 28.06.2008.

                              5.

                              a. This time company has send another technician ( namely second technician) to our home.

                              b. He came with due notice to my home and seen the fridge.

                              c. He told us that the problem is not with the GASKIT, the actual problem lies in the door itself. He noted down particulars of fridge and he told us that the door will be replaced in due course.

                              d. On 16-18 of July people from Samsung company came and delivered a door at our house. When I asked about the replacement they sincerely told us “ Sir we are not technicians, We are just delivery persons”

                              e. Later I Keep on pursuing this matter with customer care people and no one responded.

                              f. After few days Later one fine day the first technician again came to our home with out notice and asked my wife to clear the fridge to replace the door delivered to us.

                              g. My wife honestly requests that technician “ Sir We doubt the door delivered to our house what we hope is not 230 Ltrs door”. Then he replies the door is very well fit for our fridge and again asked my wife to clear the fridge. It has taken 30 Min to clear the fridge and this gentleman relaxingly studied the news papers.

                              h. After the clearance is over then he simply checks the door and with a small smile in his face he told my wife “ madam you are right this door is not 230 Ltrs door, this door is 180 Ltrs door”.

                              i. Again I contacted customer care.


                              6.

                              a. After wards I keep on pursuing customer care regarding this problem.

                              b. A few weeks / days I cautioned the customer people that the poor service given to me.

                              c. Then very next day people from Hyderabad called me and as usual assured for the service.

                              d. I waited nothing was moved and again I contacted customer care.

                              e. Then people from Hyderabad called me and with apologize they assured me that for the pain I have taken they will replace the fridge itself. For that also I waited.

                              f. Even after 10 days after assurance still these people are telling that still they require 3-4 days or a week to replace.

                              7. Sir I vexed and exhausted. Now I decided to bring this fact to the general public.

                              8. In this regard I humbly submit with your good offices and request you with folded hands to give me permission to protest against the SAMSUNG company at Indira park – NTR Stadium.

                              9.
                              a. In the process 10-15 persons will participate in this protest.

                              b. A crane will be used.

                              c. Coconut and doopsticks will be used.

                              d. If permits band/sounds will also be used in this protest.

                              10. I here with give and undertaking that I abide by the rules and regulations if any laid down in this regard.

                              11. Once again I request you to kindly give me permission.

                              i bought one samsung mobile it affected with display problem. So i planned to go samsung service center named Technocare Pnody bazar chenni. Their customer relationship is wrost. In that ofiice one TV is their, Employees watching TV and customers are waiting for long time
                              i purchased the mobile on 27/8/2009,model no: S3500. on the very next day mobile gave a very low battery back-up,when contacted the service centre of pune,deccan branch,after visiting the third time within 8 days the head of branch Mr.Mahesh said "lakho mobile bante hai aur bikte hai usmese 100-150 mobile mein to problem hoga hi".
                              this type of service is not expected from such a reputed company,reply and take the action on such a customer care personnel
                              my samsung microwave got dead in 06-07-09.i submitted it in local service center.they submitted that they are unable to repair it so they will refund the money.
                              after 5 months,neirher they replacing it nor they are returning the money.i am feeling helpless.pls tell me what to do.

                              i buyed a samsung corby 3g mobile of model lo M5650 in hyderabad on march 5th.i started using it from 26th while using i got to know that my mobile is not supporting mp4 format, so i gave to the service center(vizag) at dwaraka nagar.they told me that, to install the software it hardly takes 2 days.After the days completion when i went there still the same problem arised in my mobile.They told that we have to send this mobile to Vizayawada for replacement of motherboard, so to come on thursday i.e on[protected],
                              when i went der on thursday they replied by saying that to come on saturday.The routine continued by changing the days, even when im calling to their mobile they were not responding or not even taking the call. From saturday(10th april 2010) it again got postponed to monday(12th april 2010). on monday again they were telling to come on tuesday(13th april 2010) i.e; today still when im calling to the manager.he was not taking my call or not even responding.this is not fair behaving like this to a customer..he made me irritate like anything.i need my mobile by today evening before 5:30.

                              I bought a 1.5 Ton Samsung Split A/C through M/s.Ragavendra Agency ,Tirupattur,Vellore District on 11-Sep-2008.At present i am facing some problem in the Cooling and Informed the agency 2 weeks back.Till now they didnt attended the call and also response is very poor.Service persons working with M/s.Ragavendra Agency are freshers and not proper in fitting the A/c.Kindly I request you to take action on this at the earliest and i feel wrongly i bought through this agency which is very poor in service all point of time.

                              I have loged a call for samsung Window A/C for not cooling.(16/04/2010)
                              They have commited they will attend the call by next day.
                              But the same was not happen even after lot of call made by me to the service person and customer care(My complient no : [protected]).
                              Finaly they attend the call after 7 days after lot of calls made by me suggested to take the AC for gas filling and water wash. When i rcvd the unit next day i found middle poration was not get cooling and they broked my stbelizer and front door lock. When i made a complient again on 27/04/2010 i got replied that some unit will not get cool in middle(looks dry , normaly it will be wet when the AC is on run).
                              where earlier it was not like that. Till now(04/06/2010) i have not rcvd any call from the service center or not any one turned down(Vijay anand service center chennai). The worst every service by the samsung. Think twice before you buy...

                              Samsung — Worst Service in Warranty

                              I had purchased Samsung Corby Speed CDMA mobile in january w010 and the mobile was doing well until the first week of august 2010. There was a problem with my touchpad and i had approached the samsung service center with my warranty and purchase details.They said that the touchpad have to be replaced and will be available withinn 1 day if stock is available and within 4 days if the stock is not available. By today it is 14 days over and i had called them atleast 10 times by now. There is no one who feels responsible for a customer and the promise done to a customer while selling a product is not kept by any one when it comes to service. It is better to purchase a B class product with A class service, rather than purchasing a A class product with B class service. This is the second time i'm irritated with the customer support from samsung and BEWARE OF THESE CHEATS. DO NOT BELIEVE IN PROMISES DONE WHILE PURCHASING. THESE COMPANIES WANT US TO BE CHASING.
                              I have a problem with samsung hdd, if i call the customer care they simply disconnect my call after hearing that i have aproblem with harddisk, so i tried through mail, but still no support from samsung. its a worst service i have seen in my life, we have to avoid this products.

                              Try to support us at least one time, I promise you in future we never come for Samsung support, never sell Samsung products. Ill inform this to our CITA association also.

                              First, In Samsung India website we tried to Register a complaint but I was not able to select the model number which we are having now, on the same site I found an information products purchased before 2007 only service centre warranty, so we tried to toll free number[protected], 30308282, they told us to give this harddisk to local service centre in coimbatore M/s Asia Electronics, So we take the product to service centre but they told us they are not doing warranty support for products purchased after 2010, So again we called the same customer care number the second time they gave me a number[protected] and ask us to talk with Mr.Bijovish shankar, so we get him over phone and explained our problem, he said Asia Electronics only the service centre you visit there and if they not accepting then call me from there I will ask them to receive like that so again we have went to asia electronics they strictly said they won’t receive, so we called mr Shankar, but he is not there in office , his staff said he went for a meeting to Chennai and he will come back by Friday only. So again we called the customer care finally they give a reference number ([protected]).But still nobody called us.,



                              As we are a dealer we are trying for more than 10 days for a solution for harddisk but still we can’t get the correct information, we are not able to tackle the customer he is putting too much pressure to us. Your support is like this than how can we sell more Samsung products.,



                              So kindly forward this mail to concern person and replace this hard disk as soon as possible.

                              We have arranged a service for my Samsung CRT TV . The service executive came to my house but his service is not up to the mark and my TV gets repair often. Hence, I complained this to Samsung service center but there is no proper response and justification was not given . Hence, i escalated this to the senior management however there is no proper response. They ask 2 times lab-our for the same service. I am asking this in a written format however, they are not providing the same. Hence, this kind of service is no 1 worst service doing service without proper bills, they cheat the government and people.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I purchased a Led tv on 23rd april 2013 serial no is UA46ES8000/ APPRO N0 096077. I made a request for the installation on the same day and i got a call and i requested the customer care executive to send the engineer on the next day that is 24th april but no one came. I called the customer care and they told me there is no such request i again made the request and no one came after that i got sick and today also i made the request twice for the installation and for the wallmount and for the replacement of remote as it is not working i was ensured that the executive will come today but no one came. Your customer care peopple called at my home and told my wife that i have refused them to come for the instaallation and for the replacement of remote which is not true as i did not got a call. They also told her that they will be charging for the installation which is not correct on the part of Samsung. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest. Please note i am putting up the same on the consumer forum. The response i am getting from Samsung makes me feel i made a wrong choice.

                                  i have clearly given the address for installation also. already 5 days passed away. still installation not happening.coimbatore office given trichy dealer no for installation. they not even picked the phone.

                                  actually my friend recommends for samsung AC. i am totallally frustrated the service of samsung.
                                  totally unacceptable. do the needful.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have purchased a Samsung AC along with other products from AC (32" LCD TV, a mobile phone and a refrigerator) in 2007. This was one of the worst ever investment or rather burning of money i have ever done.

                                    My AC was working well for an year and few months. By late 2008, suddenly one fine night, my AC got switched off and also its stabilizer. I found my fuse being blown. There is a separate wiring for my AC and it has got a separate fuse to protect other equipments. I changed the fuse and the same thing happened next day. I kept doing this for couple of days and got sick of it and left doing it. Everything happens when the compressor get powered up. As long the outdoor unit is not powered up, indoor unit (just the fan) works fine. due to my personal reasons, i was not able to attend to this issue as it would cost me some money.

                                    Recently i lodged a complaint with the customer care and after couple of days a guy came to check the issue and said the compressor should be changed and since (fortunately) my compressor was under warranty, they changed the compressor. I also bought a brand new double booster stabilizer.

                                    My luck didnt even last for one day after having installing this double booster. I switched on the AC around 11pm and by 1am the fuse was gone. The voltage was quite normal around 190-200v. I am back with my original problem. I did the fuse again and the next day, the compressor started and in 5minutes time again my fuse is blown.

                                    I had my electrician check my AC wiring thoroughly while installing my booster. I have sent emails to the support, the vendor who does the service for Samsung. I have 0% hope that i would get any response.

                                    For any reason, DO NOT EVER THINK OF BUYING SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. IF YOU WANT TO BLOW YOUR MONEY, GO AHEAD. IF YOU WANT VALUE FOR MONEY. COMPARE PRODUCTS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS LIKE LG, ONIDA ETC. SAMSUNG PRODUCTS HAVENT BEEN WORKING FOR ME BEYOND THEIR WARRANTY PERIOD.

                                    Hmmmm...

                                    Looks like the fault is with low voltage... Is your electrical line in your home a basic fuse box or 3 Phase MCB... If it is Three Phase MCB, then when the voltage goes beyond a certain level, the MCB for the Airconditioner line will trip and the fuse will not get blown... However you must give the tripper atleast 10 mins to cool down as frequent tripping will cause the fuse to get blown and will damage the tripper...

                                    One more point is that if the voltage in your residence is less than 145 volts then the double booster will not be of any use... So go for a triple booster which will work even with voltage of around 120 volts...

                                      I purchased a dumbo Mobile of your company and suffering since the decision I had made. can you imagine I cant hear call waiting tone during conversation. This is very basic function which is available in each and every fone available in Indian market.
                                      I call ur customer care no. 30308282 fourth time on[protected], BP No. is [protected] . They said that in this fone call waiting tone is very low. what the silly plea this is!!
                                      the fact is call waiting beep is too low to hear while conversation. if it is so, and you know about it, then you should quote it on pack.

                                      i am using corby txt and its a gr8 phone you can't complain in consumer court i guess as here company didn't cheat you as you didn't ask it to company before purchasing, just keep eye on phone you are planning to purchase before you spend your valuable bucks on it.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This is to bring to your knowledge that I am your customer, I purchased a refrigerator from you in 2003/4 Model SR37WG2/XTC 360 litres. Within a week we reported that the performance was very very poor and that the food kept inside was getting spoiled/stale. We enquired as to what is the ideal temperature we should expect in both the compartments but were never told. We recorded the temperatures in both the Freezer and the non-Freezer compartments (which were very similar to what we recorded now) for proof which we gave to your company personnel. Your service personnel insisted that they will fix the problem but we insisted that the piece be replaced. With great reluctance they did. The replaced refrigerator though better than the earlier was never satisfactory, we wanted to verify if it was performing optimally or not hence we again enquired the expected temperatures in the Freezer and non-Freezer compartment again they dodged the question, they said if we have any problem they will attend. I regret to inform that ever since we have had to keep our cooked food in the freezer during the summer months in particular to stop it from going bad.
                                        You will appreciate that the Freezer compartment appears to be performing alright but the Non-Freezer compartment is dismally bad right from the beginning.
                                        Coming to the present, on 6th March 2010 we registered our complaint with[protected] vide Ref. # [protected].

                                        7th March 2010 your local service personnel (Mr. Ram Mohan mob. # [protected]) attended, after verifying he fixed a small problem with the door through which the cold was leaking said that the gas level is alright and informed that the problem is because the fridge is too close to the wall which he moved a little away and asked us to observe and that he will come the following day to verify.
                                        8th March 2010 The problem persisted. Mr. Ram Mohan did not come. We started recording the temperatures in both the compartments. Please Refer our files SamsungRefrigerator.pdf and SamsungRefrigerator.xls
                                        9th March 2010 We called your local Service Centre Ph. # 44344016/8 to enquire, we were informed that Mr. Ram Mohan is on leave that they will send another person (Mr. Pawan) whose mobile # [protected] was also given to us. We called Mr. Pawan but he declined to come as it was very late he said. We had to call[protected] to update the status following which Mr. Pawan phoned and visited. He verified the gas and informed that it was low 0.4 - 0.5 where as it should be 8.0. He said he will send the concerned people to do the charging and that it will cost us approx. Rs. 1,000/- we agreed.
                                        10th March 2010 the gas charging people arrived, their chief observed and also verified that the Freezer was maintaining a good temperature and the ice formation was good hence there was no need to recharge the gas. Nevertheless he verified the Non Freezer compartment temperatures from our record (Ref. files SamsungRefrigerator.pdf and SamsungRefrigerator.xls) and asked us to cooperate for 2 days to allow them to take our fridge to their workshop/service centre for observation. We agreed but We had a party coming on 14th hence we requested them to take it on 15th March.
                                        15th March 2010 The Service Centre personnel moved our refrigerator to the place for observation.
                                        18th March 2010 the refrigerator was returned after due observation and ??? we don’t know. Mr. Fareed Mob. # [protected] was now dealing with us. He said that refrigerator was verified and that it will function properly.
                                        19th March 2010 we informed the temperatures we recorded to Mr. Fareed, he was kind enough to visit us. He was at a loss to understand why the refrigerator was not cooling the lower compartment to the expected 2 degrees centigrade. He closed the left side vents in the Freezer compartment with adhesive tape Ref. file TRI_8536.JPG and removed the vent panel from the Non-Freezer compartment Ref. file TRI_8529.JPG and TRI_8537.JPG. He then asked us to observe for the next 2 days and report to him, which we did. The temperature in the Freezer comp. was perfect according to him and you will also agree from the temp chart attached.
                                        25th March 2010 we recorded the temperatures till this day. If you take the readings between 21st and 25th Mar 2010 you will appreciate that the average temp. in the Non-Freezer compartment is 11.75 degrees centigrade and -12.5 in the Freezer compartment.
                                        Now would you be kind enough to address this problem on priority and spare us further misery.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have been given estimayes of Rs 1250/- for gas recharge and fixing of leaking joints in tube.
                                        I do not have the receipt. But can give the bar code scanned image.
                                        The details written are: 0230 and control no( not s/n no) A02297. I am sure you can track. I bought it in late 2006 from RC Electronics in Lajpat nagar.
                                        Please advise whether this is covered in the compressor warranty. If yes, do we still have to pay.
